[00:00:03]Good morning. Good Monday morning. It's Monday and what is it? It's about I It's about 8:48 and I know I set this live up for 9, but I'm going to go ahead and start it. And I'm going to turn around here and start pinning this quilt in.

[00:00:20]I've got my batting cut. I've got the backing on here. And this is the vintage quilt that I'm going to quilt. This is what I'm going to work on for it. Not mine. It's for a customer. Somebody that's asked me to quilt it. Glattus brought it out here.

[00:00:37]And there's my piece of paper where I measured it. It's 93 by 73. So, it's pretty big size. So, I'll turn around here cuz nobody's here but me. And I'm talking to myself right now. Ain't I? [00:07:20]And I have to pin my bottom the the quilt backing in. I don't have them snappers. So, I just take my time and pin it in here.

[00:24:35]He wasn't the He wasn't the smartest in his class, but he got some scholarships and he's going on to to Arkansas Tech University this fall.

[00:45:55]No, it's not. It's not a Dresden, like a white cotton backing. It just makes sense for a vintage quilt.

[00:46:06]And this this one has this is kind of just a plain backing, but it's got little it's got little circles. So, it's not plain cotton back. But, you know, years ago, all the quilts just had a white back. That's the one my family made did 1950s and 60s fabrics.

[00:46:42]And I'm going and I'm going to start about the about the middle and go one way and then go the other way.

[00:46:58]And it's not it's not even it's not even back here at the back. So, we may have to when when we take it off the machine may trim some of that off. But that's that's what I think would be best to do.

[02:10:52]>> Yes. And so she kept so she carried her little baby and now I heard that that the daddy was in the graduating class too, but course he'd be up where his name was. So So she did. She carried her little baby across the across the whatever this the stage and get her diploma. So >> see Troy's cousin, his wife. I mean, I think I would have probably left my baby with the grandparents. But anyway, you didn't you didn't even you didn't know she even had it there with her.

[02:11:35]The boy and the girl, another boy, his other son and his other daughter had le his girl daughter had leukemia. He had leukemia. The do the other son had leukemia. And the oldest son got killed in a a wreck. He was a coach at school.

[02:11:50]Well, his wife, Cork's wife, after all four of these girls, she didn't have nobody. Well, she had her grandkids, but she went to college and that it showed her walking across the stage and she said her four angels and she had all of their names on all around the corner but all both boys and the daughter right on their names with them and you could see it. It was a but she said them was my angels. They put me through there let me finish school because I could have never done it if I knew they wasn't looking over me. But yeah, I'm just proud of her. I'm proud of her. I said that she's a strong woman.

The hunt ladies would come to hunt the house and all somewhere and at our house we just had a three room house. So all there was 10 of us and uh and they'd sit on the bed back here. They had two beds back here and all five of us girls slept over here.

I could cut the real thin one. Then next thing I know, here he comes out up here in the side to side t-shirt that I wore the other day.

So, I bought a package of the storebought peanut butter cookie mix. You can use any kind. And I added chocolate chip, butter finger pieces, nuts. I forgot my nuts in it.

[02:36:22]And that's what they ate.

See, some of them I don't have put nuts because I can't eat nuts, but I can put, you know, take some out without the nuts and then they add nuts to it.
