So, when you are in the AC, the temperature and humidity [music] is controlled. But, when you step out, it is very hot. It may be humid, also. This sudden [music] changes in temperature and humidity cause your eyes to water or become red or you may feel itchy or something. [music] That's absolutely normal. So, we suggest not to make a huge temperature shift.
[music] So, if the AC is on 25, that's fine. But, if AC is on 20 and then you step out in 40, that is when you may have issues. [music] So, yes, it does cause issues, but they can be managed with drops. That is uh not a problem.
>> [music] >> UV protection is very important. Anybody who is out should wear sunglasses [music] which are UV uh protective. They not only help you protect against sunlight, they [music] also help you protect against dust. Also, sunlight has been known to cause pterygiums, early cataracts, ARMDs. [music] That's all because of UV light. So, I suggest everybody who's in the sunlight for more [music] than 2 to 3 hours a day, you should wear UV protective goggles.
So, goggles in swimming actually help [music] you see underwater much better.
They have no other protective value.
[music] So, yes, wearing swimming goggles is a good idea. But, most swimming pools have [music] too much of chlorine. So, once you are out, you can wash your eyes with fresh water. You can take a shower. And if you feel dryness, [music] you can use some drops. But, no, there is no restriction. Swim, do whatever you want.
