Wombats Are Cute Little Bulldozers!

[00:00:00]Wombats are cute little bulldozers!  They're chunky, fluffy marsupials, which means they carry their babies in a pouch.  Baby wombats called joeys, are born tiny and crawl into mom’s backward-facing  pouch to stay safe while she digs.

[00:00:14]As adults they’re incredible diggers. They can  move up to 3 feet of dirt in a single night, using their strong legs and sharp claws.  They also build massive underground burrows over 100 feet long. When it's time to sleep,  they curl up into the coziest little balls.
