The United States is constructing its largest Consulate General Office in the world at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos, Nigeria, a $537 million, 12.2-acre sustainable LEED-certified project expected to be completed between 2027-2028. The facility features a concrete construction method with over 80% concrete usage for earthquake resistance, includes a dedicated pedestrian walkway for US personnel, a data center for information storage, and a parking deck over 50 meters high for security. The building will serve as the largest American diplomatic facility outside US territory, with 48 plots of land covering an area almost half the size of an airport.

WOW : Take a look on the roofing of U.S Consulate building at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos NigeriaAdded:
Ladies and gentlemen, this is Bryzas TV.
I said this is Bryzas TV and we are here once more.
We are here because of one important information we brought to you today and the information is [music] an amazing one, believe me.
This information also is a recording record breaking information >> [music] >> because what we have for you never happened to anywhere in the world.
Therefore, what you are going to see and listen to is actually a mind-blowing information.
And if you check on my screen by now you will be seeing Eko Atlantic City in Nigeria very very close to the water. What I am seeing is actually Atlantic Ocean.
And the reason we are here is because of what I am going to talk about. Now, if you have been following me, you must have noticed 2 days ago I made a video and I was surprised about the improvement [music] at Eko Atlantic City.
Because most of the companies who procure land over there have started developing them.
And believe me seven companies started right now.
Which is 2026 and we are just before the middle of 2026 [music] and the seven companies have started and the seven. Now, if you go at Eko Atlantic City, see works that are going on right now.
You see this one is American Embassy which we are going to talk about. But apart from this, look at project going on there.
Just watch.
See new project.
You see new project.
You see another new project by my left.
I don't know whether you can see it very clearly. Far left.
You see another new project here.
You see another new project here.
You see another new project here.
Now, the reason I want to show you this is because I said that Eko Atlantic City see another new project here. Now, from this screen alone you can count about seven projects. But when we flip the screen again to other side, you see see more project on other side.
Let me try to flip it and then you understand what I mean. What I mean is this.
Now, we flip it to the other side. Okay?
Now, there is a project happening here.
Or completed. It is coming up very very rapidly. Therefore, at Eko Atlantic City, see another new project here. At Eko Atlantic City there are about 15 projects happening right now.
And this made me to believe that within within seven, eight or 15 years Eko Atlantic will be completed. Within seven years all these buildings must have been finished.
New ones must have also come up to a high level.
And more seven years again which is like 15 to 16 years or 15 to 14 years come and see Eko Atlantic City. It will be completed because the speed everything is going is unimaginable.
Now, but the reason of my coming today is not because of the completion of Eko Atlantic City. But I promised my people that each one of all these buildings which I showed you earlier, you see each one of them. Each one this, this, this.
They are all at the foundation, right?
This I am going to be telling you what building are they and what they are building there and how it will look when completed. I will be giving you the update about Eko Atlantic City. I have talked about one building at least on my channel, but I realized that there are so many. Today we are here because of the building we are seeing here. This is known as American Consulate in Eko Atlantic City. And believe me, when completed, this Consulate is going to be the largest American Consulate or Embassy [music] in the world.
That is why I say it is world breaking.
And the building alone is so beautiful.
It is very very very beautiful. See how the place is.
Look at building. See the facade.
See design. Now, but before anything, I think it is better we go and we read about it. And after reading about it, then we talk about Eko Atlantic itself, how it is going to look when completed and why America is building its largest Consulate building at Eko Atlantic City.
It is very very large. Very very big.
It also has basement.
You if you go to American Embassy when completed, you are not going to see a single car outside. [music] The reason is that you see this place you see here?
They are going to be car park and they are going to be deck deck deck deck.
And if we go some certain places has already having deck deck you see. This is a deck.
No single car will be seen outside.
It is unbelievable. And apart from that, America also is building data center over there in the same land.
And we are still going to talk about it today. So, [music] let's go and we show you everything that is happening at the Eko Atlantic City and also the data center. The data center is where they keep all their most important information. This is amazing. It's mind-blowing.
And this buildings you see that America is erecting in Nigeria especially at Eko Atlantic City made Eko Atlantic City popular more because after America began their construction many many others rushed there.
Construction is going on everywhere over there. Okay, but let's go and we talk about uh the Eko Atlantic City anyway. Let's read about it because the general information about Eko Atlantic City, if we don't read about it, we will not understand it very correctly. But let's go and read about it, okay?
The US is constructing its largest Consulate General Office in the world at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos. With a completion expected between 2027 and 2028.
Based on me, I believe it is going to be 2028. This 537 million US dollars 12.2 acre project focused on sustainable lead certified design to strengthen US-Nigeria diplomatic relations. The facility will provide comprehensive consular services and improve regional economic activity. Wow! Did you see what I see here?
12.2 acre of land. What does this mean? 4 * 12 will give us 4 * 12 will give us 40 Yeah, 4 4 48.
48 acres of 48 plots of land is what you are seeing here.
Wow! 48 plots.
That is what USA bought.
This is amazing. This is amazing. Now, let's see how the place is going to be constructed. Remember, here is going to be jetty.
Okay? There are is a boat that come here. And when they land here, there is going to be a road that will pass here before the uh the Consulate the Consulate building.
And from there, there is a pedestrian walkway that they are going to create only for the US.
This pedestrian walkway is for the US people to be able to embark from here with the boat, climb this pedestrian walkway, climb this and use it to cross here.
Now, remember what I said? The pedestrian walkway is only for the US.
>> [laughter] >> Wow! This is the first time I see in Nigeria creating pedestrian walkway for only one building because that is the only place this pedestrian walkway is going, okay? Although you can use it and then come down here.
They stand here. I don't know whether there is a way to for you to come back from there and begin to trek here. But based on what I see, it is like the pedestrian walkway is for the US. Which is amazing. And over here, if you check, you see there is a deck here that the cars will be parked under here. And don't also be surprised this is for safety. The thickness of this deck you see here will be more than 50 m high in order to absorb anything like maybe bomb or any attack [clears throat] from anywhere of US. You know they like that kind of protection.
>> [laughter] >> So, the main building is what we are seeing here. To me, it is going to be one of the best buildings ever. And then outside it, there is a swimming pool whereby if you go and look for visa, if they don't give you, at least you swim here for free.
I don't think they will they will allow anybody who go for visa to go here, okay? So, don't go to US Embassy thinking you are going to swim.
I think this place is going to be for the for the ambassador and so on and so forth, you know, because ambassador will almost be here, I believe. So, this place is good for living and so on and so forth, okay? So, I think the swimming pool is for the ambassador, not for me and you. You will not go there and look for visa and later you say, "Please, can I swim?"
>> [laughter] >> And maybe if you didn't tell anybody I will be swimming there. You you understand straight straight forward.
Okay, so then this is when the US officials actually visited the site as the project is ongoing. They are processing everything to make sure that things are in order, you know, as it is supposed to be. And the inside when completed, see this place where they are.
This is like an entrance like a reception. You enter here, you ask question and then maybe you wait because there are so many things happening at the Embassy. It's not only for visa.
Believe me, you know, many people think that Embassy Consulate is only No, no, no, it's not only only for visa. There are so many many many many things happening here including for complaint, for so many things, you know. So, it's not only for visa, okay? So, here is the day that launches and they are back is actually the building we are talking about and to me is one of the most beautiful buildings I've ever seen and over here is the house American flag and then I believe it is supposed to have Nigeria flag also you know to show you know friendship then inside here people queue online actually >> [laughter] >> I said these are the people that come for documentation because they just look different this are not the big man or the rich people you know people with children and they complain and you know stuff like that and then this is where you get visa problem and all those things you can see a woman meaning that this is a full document she [music] is married to an American and the kid is white maybe you know stuff like that this are the kind of things you see and here you see number 13 number 15 number 15 going going going and there are so many come back there now coming here is actually the city they are going to live in which is Eco Atlantic City when completed believe me Eco Atlantic City is going to be one of the best cities ever believe me it's going to be best cities ever so over here is how the construction was built for some of you who do not know this building is actually known as concrete building concrete building is when more than 80% of the work is done with concrete see the only block you can see here is this demarcation but everything here is concrete see concrete concrete concrete concrete no matter how earthquake shake this building is not going to fall never nothing will shake here because everything is gummed together look at it everything is gummed together see concrete upon concrete see concrete concrete concrete wow this is amazing okay so this is how it was built and then we continue going you still say that is concrete and apart from being concrete there is something they did here which I believe is actually for safety and we are seeing it because it is under construction you see after this concrete they still have another concrete wedging what is what is inside here what is inside here is actually another a room that below this thing is a room this room you see will be the safest room in the world because see concrete backing you another concrete is above you another concrete is by your left another concrete is by your right then below you there is another concrete there is this green things you see here is a concrete this is for safety in case if there is any uproar or any riot whatever there are places in this place that you go you lock yourself bomb will not get you and fire will not get you and you are here and still under here see another concrete here protecting see concrete everything is concrete this is the most solid I've ever seen I don't know whether this is swimming pool wow wow >> [laughter] >> America is [music] very very very very careful of their people making sure that they build this thing properly and this one is not the consulate itself this is the data center then we continue going so this is how the Eco Atlantic City is going to be I think they have built about three or four of these tower here and you know so that is how it is and over here are people who are relaxing you know maybe if you have appointment you come earlier you sit here they serve you food you know maybe the food yeah sometimes it's free sometimes it's free believe me in some of all these places sometimes they serve you but I don't think they will do it free in Nigeria but some offices they have coffee machine that when you get there you just press something to and they give you coffee they have biscuits chewing gum and everything and you pick one or pick two you pick also sugar and mix it with coffee they also have machine for water but I don't really know when it is going to happen like this but based on what I see here looks like what I'm talking about because they don't have food here it's just like you know coffee with sugar with you know so let's hope that >> [music] >> it is going to be so and if it is so and if it is free is free >> [laughter] >> some big guy will be going there to take a breakfast yeah if it is free we will go there and take [laughter] breakfast okay so this is where I said I visited there and the entrance is actually looking like this this is from where you enter and then where you come out and then with the this zigzag pillars that makes it to look very very unique and this passage wow the longest passage in the world see wow wow all you book so then Eco Atlantic City believe me I can't wait to see it finished and this part I don't know where this one is wow this could be where the ambassador will leave because all these small small houses you see here yeah you see this place there are so many small small houses that don't have many here all these ones we don't know what they are so I believe it is all these places [music] here ambassador house and so on and so forth where you cannot just get it like that easily so here is people who want to stay by the window and enjoy themselves with a coffee and also okay you can come with your laptop and you know so as you are waiting you can Google and check things out it is happening okay so and here say that the building which I showed you earlier is known as data center not the consulate because it is said that construction updates from the African data center Eco Atlantic City this is it this is data center now then we continue going I would have read about this one and then there is something I will have to show you as we continue okay so this it is still situated at Eco Atlantic City and this is what is the data center is all about and this place is actually you know yeah like here is where somebody will have to interview you before you go to where you are going to and if you remember I talked about flag being together yes in most countries flag always be together this way you know that's your case love and this is the infrared of the building when they [music] visited the place and then so on and so forth and so forth and so forth now there is something I will have to explain here you see this Eco Atlantic City you see where America is building the Eco Atlantic City now America is [music] not this building is not at the beginning of the Eco Atlantic City look at how it is for you to get here you have to pass other places and look you have to from the river from the boat let's say you come from this boat you [music] will ride through the river ride ride or sail until you get to this place only America I have checked has this thing this thing is what we had seen over there that the boat is parked here >> [music] >> and from here there is going to be a pedestrian walkway flyover that is going to cross here we are going to talk about the position of it because it's very very important for you to know the positions see so many buildings going up there this one is not American consulate or many many other buildings see another one even the construction developing over there okay this one is like the construction this is what they are using then you see what I mean wow you see the deck how they do it I think this is iron after iron come concrete hmm America very very careful people then over here opposite the America you see another work going on over there and here shows how many work is happening over there see a lot of works a lot of work everybody is now developing its own plot at Eco Atlantic City you see everybody see work this one is not Eco Atlantic City this this is not a American Embassy it's American Embassy here wow this is what development is all about then over here now this image is for people who think that Eco Atlantic City is not developing okay now check how many towers that is here right now only on this screen like I said this one is about to be finished this one is almost completed I don't think they will do anything again what they will do is either to do the painting and this is the last floor [clears throat] the same thing is happening to this now then let's go far zoom far for you to see how improvement has been done at Eco Atlantic City see another building by my right complete building and then this one complete there are four buildings here and you see this one there are four buildings here again see another one there are one building Eco Atlantic City is developing very rapidly very very rapidly very rapidly and I hope the next time I will come here all these places both left and right everywhere has risen from 2028 when you see Eco Atlantic City you will not believe it because the companies that are buying land here they are not buying to waste time no they are companies that have money American Embassy Zenith Bank so on and so forth MTN they are multi-million uh company not people that will be no no no no no okay see this side you know we did not we I did not see this one we did not count it because it was not facing it we did not count here we did not count the mall we did not count to many many things when we counted see you see Eco Atlantic City is not there it's not Eco Atlantic >> [clears throat] >> I can't wait to reach 2020 uh eight 2028 you will see what I'm talking about the speed of development that will happen at Eco Atlantic City okay but at the moment we are here because of America >> [laughter] >> okay so here people are sitting everybody here is black except this man climbing I I he is going to be the ambassador of I said ambassador and the lady wearing clothes like Nigeria.
Remember what I see is the prototype how they take explain what they are building and on top of their head is a brown ceiling looking very very nice with these bulbs of uh light hung on over there making it to look more beautiful even. So, thank you very much for watching and you are going to we are going to stop here.
Our coming is to go deeper on the uh American Embassy. See the ceiling how it is. Wow. See the design. There are some details that if we are not using this my software, we will not be seeing them. But using it we can actually go to the details and know how it is. See the fence how it is.
Transparent fence.
Transparent fence. And if it was not because this is American Embassy, they will not have fence at all.
Because I know how it is.
At Eko Atlantic City, many houses are not going to have fence. Let's check that plan. You see? No fence. There will be no fence.
There will be no fence.
There will be no fence. So, let's check the city to know whether there is fence.
I don't see fence anywhere.
Because this is a mega city. Okay, so we are going to stop here. Thank you very much for watching and see you um uh next time. Uh our coming here is to show about Eko Atlantic City which we love so much and the American Embassy which is going to be the largest consulate in the world.
Either for America or for other country outside their territory. This is the largest. The largest is because it it has 48 plot of land.
Almost half the size of an airport.
>> [laughter] >> But you know America, they like green and also based on how the place is designed, it is not designed for you to buy 48 acre and build anywhere. No. See how they did it? Only they here only here is seen as a house.
The rest look like garden. But under is also big houses, okay? So, but when they buy houses in America or when they are building houses, they also think about space.
They think about greenery. They think about vegetable. They think about plants. You don't just construct everywhere as Nigeria used to be. So, Nigeria used to do it. So, those 48 plots actually to me, the only visible building that we can call a building is this one. And this one may may maybe about six plots where it is situated. So, the 48 are the rest. So, thank you very much for watching. I know it's that you've been watching Praize TV and we love what we are seeing at American Embassy. And I can't I can't wait to see this building completed. And when completed, we are still going to talk about it. Because the more the the work there is the more we see the information and the more everything is coming out uh to the public. So, thank you very much for watching and see you next
