Then my client is turning the vehicle to go around. There was kind of but to that specific element that there was specific intent to injure or put in harm. He can't be the guy putting him in harm because this guy complained with stood in front of him.

[00:41:39]But for that injury, he would need a specific intent to injure him when he was trying to individual out. But that's what I would say.
