The video attempts to intellectualize speculative clickbait by weaving ancient conspiracy theories into modern financial analysis, offering more theater than substance. It correctly identifies the co-option of decentralized tech by traditional powers but undermines its credibility with sensationalist narratives.

XRP 300! He Exposed A Sign of What Comes Next!
Added:They meet in secret. They take oaths that they will be submit to ritual murder if they betray those oaths. They have infiltrated every level of society, the military and the government in all of the major nations, the important nations of the world and most of the smaller nations. And they are at this moment, I can assure you, in total control of everything.
>> I've covered Bill Cooper before, but this one is different. This might be the most complete presentation he ever gave.
Names you've never heard connected. Dots that have never been drawn in public. I think you're going to find this one hard to forget.
>> The oldest name amongst the people for this order was the Brotherhood of the Snake, also called the Brotherhood of the Dragon.
And it still exists under many different names and many different occupations, some seemingly opposing the other, but they're all the same. Something you'll notice through this presentation is that names change, organizations change, symbols evolve, but the question Cooper keeps returning [music] to is whether the underlying structure ever really disappears or simply reappears under a different identity. One thing Cooper talks about a lot is how easy it is to know something and still do nothing about it.
The Brotherhood of the Snake is devoted to guarding the secrets of the ages.
They concealed the truth from the people and have been hoarding and guarding secret technology since the beginning of May. And they are devoted to the recognition of Lucifer as the one and only true God. Now, let me make something clear here. They don't really believe that Lucifer is God. They deal in symbology and they keep layers of symbology upon symbology. So, it is difficult to penetrate to the truth.
Lucifer is the symbol of the luciferic philosophy which is this. Man was held prisoner dark people by an unjust and vindictive god and he was set free from the bonds of ignorance by Satan on the orders of Lucifer. Some say they're they're the same. Doesn't matter what you believe. This is their story. I'm going to tell it the way that they believe it. To set man free with the gift of intellect and through the use of the gift of intellect, man itself will become God. Lucifer is the symbol of the intellect, the brain. Back home. That's what the tempers truly worshiped. They didn't worship the skull. The skull was the symbol, the receptacle of the brain.
We intellect. If they have the power and they believe this story of this philosophy, it will affect you. No matter what you believe, no matter who you are, no matter where you live, that is the reality of the world. One of the biggest mistakes people make when studying powerful organizations is assuming they're held together by ideology alone. Cooper believed the real glue was something much older and far more human. the need to belong.
>> Secret society fault to mirror events in everyday life. There's always the exclusivity of membership and this is one of their holding forces that get you to want to join, get you to want to stay and deserve the secret with the resultant importance attached to being or becoming a member. This is found in all human endeavors. Even those which are not secret such as football teams or country clubs or your little clip on your block or your phone or whatever it is that you belong to is a human failure that we want to belong sometimes so much. We want to be loved so much that we have what we should do in order to attain it. Because of this, most of the members of this exclusive sacred society are insecure people.
insecurity, lacking in affection and love. And even when they find out the truth about the organization which they don't know for a long time, they sometimes rationalize staying with it to fulfill the need to be loved so that they will not be rejected by the friends and the brothers and sisters that they've made during the years that they've spent in this organization that has become to mean so much to them.
>> The desire to belong is one of the most powerful forces in human behavior. It's why people join fraternities, clubs, political movements, religious groups, even online communities. We all want to feel connected to something larger than ourselves. And once that connection is formed, walking away becomes much harder than most people imagine.
>> There's the use of signs, passwords, and other tools. They deal with symbology.
They flaunt the truth in front of your nose all the time, but since you cannot read their language, you interpret it in another way. There have been countless moments on television where viewers believe they were witnessing more than an ordinary conversation. A gesture, a look, a symbol, a reaction that seemed strangely timed. Whether those interpretations are correct or not, Cooper believed that powerful networks have always relied on forms of communication that pass unnoticed by the general public while remaining instantly recognizable to those on the inside.
>> The stated reason almost always different from the real reason for the society's existence is important. It can be anything but it's usually fraternal and is found in all pressure groups wherever people congregate. And if you ask what the purpose is, it's a fraternal organization existing for the good of the community. Why do they take oaths that say they talk about what happened during their meetings to the secrets of the lie that they will be slit from their throat to their stomach or across their throat or across their stomach depending upon which hope to which degree they belong to. The comradeship is especially important. Notice the word comrade show.
One of their by five words is comrade or fellow traveler.
And one of the ways that they can find out if you're a member or not, they ask you, "Have you traveled to the east? Are you a tra are you a fellow traveler?"
And your answer will tell them whether or not you are member.
>> If these organizations were nothing more than social clubs, none of this would matter. But Cooper argues that secrecy serves a very specific purpose. You cannot influence generations if every plan is exposed. You cannot build long-term power if every objective is made public. The less people understand the true destination, the easier it becomes to guide them there one step at a time.
>> Sharing hardships or secrets has always been a special thrill. No one who has ever undergone the rigors of boot camp military service is ever likely to forget the special feeling of belonging and comradeship that was shared between the victims of the guilt sergeant of our company command. Is that correct? Is this with me? For it's a traumatic experience. You're caused to die and be reborn. And that is what the process of initiation is all about. They destroy your previous life, your previous personality. They destroy everything that you've ever been taught in your life. They shave your head off. They make you all look alive. You are reborn as a soldier in this unit and you're attacking that unit, never reaching for the rest of your life. And it is brainwashing.
It is the most basic form of brainwashing that there is. and all branches of this secret society requires that you be born again. George Bush is a member of the skull and bones which is a branch of this secret society.
The ritual death lie naked in a coffin crypt gale university with a rivet tied around his genitals signifying the amputation the raising of man above the animal to the state of pure intellect. And in the ancient days we reached the sixth degree this operation was actually performed.
That's why you read in these books arththerian legends and legends of the ancient Egyptians.
There's always this account of a professional procession of women holding a shallow dish.
One of them is carrying a spear dripping blood and there's a reed.
The wreath was placed in the urethra so that when the member was amputated, urination could still be performed until the wound healed and the urethra would not be sealed.
>> To many people, these rituals sound too bizarre to be real. But the rituals themselves are not the mystery. They've been written about, photographed, recorded, and preserved for generations.
The mystery [music] is why organizations separated by centuries and sometimes entire continents continue to use remarkably similar ceremonies to transform ordinary members into loyal initiates.
>> Initiation performs several function which make up the heart and soul of any true secret society. Like boot camp initiation into the armed forces of important aspects of human thought that are universally compelling are urged to train and maintain the efforts of a group of people to operate in a certain direction. Initiation bonds the members together in mysticism and that's how they corrupt the next generation into going along with the generation that preceded them. The goals of the society are reinforced causing the be initiated to act toward those goals in everyday life that brings about a change in the political and social action of the member and without even realizing the goal of the society they are soon working to bring about the end the completion of the ancient plan or the great work. The change is always in the best interest of the goals of the leaders of the secret society. leaders are called adepts. This can best be illustrated by the soldier trained to follow orders without thinking. The result is often the wounding or death of the soldier with the realization of the commander's goal which may or may not be good for the overall community.
Initiation is a means of rewarding ambitious men who can be trusted. We'll notice that the higher the degree of initiation, the fewer the members who possess the degree. These organizations consist always of a pyramidal structure of membership with a whole bunch of stupid slathering idiots down here thirsting after the secrets that they will never know and a few adepts at the top controlling them all. Why would anyone ever join a society that they know nothing about and are told from the beginning that they will never know anything about until they go through years of degrees of initiation and we wonder how we can be manipulated so easily.
>> It's the same model used by priesthoods in the ancient world. military command structures, intelligence networks, and even many modern corporations. At every level, authority becomes more concentrated while the number of people holding it become smaller. By the time you reach the top, decisions affecting thousands or even millions may be made by only a handful of individuals. For Cooper, the question was never whether pyramids exist. The question was who ultimately sits at the top.
>> One of the mysteries is that religion in most instances, but not all, is but a tool to control the masses. Knowledge or wisdom is their only god. Lucenberg is the symbol of that god. The sun is also the symbol of god. So is Osiris ra the light. And since some people say that lucenberg is also satan.
They may be satanic. However, I have not been able to prove or disprove that statement. I will the pyramid and whenever you see that eye pyramid you are looking at an organization that belongs to the sacred group. Whether you call it freemasonry or the ancient order cross or the knights of Templar or the sovereign military order of the knights of Walta or the knights of St. John in Jerusalem, it makes no difference. They are all the same.
Another symbol is the Beiha. Another symbol is a circle with a dot. No, there are many more, but the pyramid that you're all seeing on the most prevalent, the one that you will see probably most often. Obelisks inspired by ancient Egypt stand in the centers of major world capitals from London to Washington. The sun, the eagle, the pyramid, the beehive. Symbols that have survived for thousands of years, continue to appear in government buildings, financial institutions, monuments, [music] coats of arms, and corporate branding.
Civilizations rise and fall. Empires come and go. Yet somehow the symbols remain. Undesirable effects of secret societies and their aura of mystery has sometimes given them the reputation for being abnormal associations are at the very least strange groups of people.
Whenever their beliefs are those of the majority they are no longer considered antisocial.
A good example is the Christian church which at one time was a secret society for the Roman Empire. In fact, the quote open, friendly, secret society, unquote, which is now the Vatican, actually ruled most, if not all of the world at one time. Since the beginning of recorded history, governmental bodies of every nation have been involved in maintaining the status quo to defend the establishment against minority groups that sought to function as states within states or to house the constituted authority to take over in its place. In effect, they become governments within governments. It is one of the secrets of secret societies. It is what gives them a political base and lots and lots of wealth.
>> The East India Company controlled territory, trade, armies, and the lives of millions despite not being a nation itself. Banking families finance kings and wars long before modern central banks existed. Private organizations, think tanks, and policy groups have spent generations shaping decisions without ever appearing on a ballot. None of this is hidden. The strange part is how often we're taught to look at the front of the stage while ignoring everything happening behind the curtain.
>> Houses of worship and sacrifice existed all throughout the ancient world. They were in fact temples built in honor of the many gods and these gods were there for the people. The priests in the true esoteric knowledge gave the people the exoteric or the common interpretation.
Esoteric means secret or hidden and the people were never [clears throat] given them. These buildings functioned often as meeting places for philosophers and mystics who were believed to possess the secrets of nature. These men usually banded together in seclusive philosophical and religious rules and were known as the mysteries. The most important of all these ancient groups is the brotherhood of the snake or dragon simply known collectively as the mystery. The snake and dragon are symbols that [laughter] represent wisdom. The father of wisdom is Lucifer also called the lightbearer. And this is where the deception begins to come in because Christ says that he was the light. That's why so many people get confused. I am of the light. Therefore, I cannot be wrong.
Which light? Which light are you with?
And who taught you about that light?
What does it mean? [laughter] Because I can guarantee you most of us only see the exoteric interpretation, not the real meaning. Many people are following the darkness believing that they are with the light. Maybe that's why so much of the modern world feels backwards.
Things that would have shocked previous generations are now celebrated.
Traditions that held societies together are mocked and discarded. Vice is marketed as a virtue. Weakness is mistaken for strength. And people are encouraged to question everything except the very forces shaping the culture around them. If the principle is inversion, then suddenly a lot of what's happening today starts to make a lot more sense. The focus of worship for the mysteries was the sun also known as ball or Osiris Rob the light or Lucenberg.
Lucifer was the angel of light. He was the smartest angel in heaven. He had the most knowledge.
He fell flung down to the earth. The master of the world. The legend of the mystery schools is that a star vanished from the sky. It was called the morning star.
Morning star of Lucifer. How art thou fallen from heaven, oh Lucifer, son of the morning star. That is the first UFO sight in the history of the world.
Osiris was represented by the sun.
That's a quote from Albert Pike. How hard thou fallen from heaven, oh Lucifer? Isaiah 14 verse 12. It is claimed that after Lucifer fell from heaven, he brought with him the power of thinking as a gift for mankind. Quote from Fred Giddings from his book symbolism. Most of the greatest minds that ever lived on this earth were initiated into the society of mysteries by secret and sometimes dangerous rights. Some of which were very cruel. Some of the most famous were known as Osiris, Isis, Savius, Civil, Elasis and B. Plato is one of those initiates and he describes some of the mysteries and his own initiation in his writings.
Plato's initiation encompassed three days in the tomb at the great pyramid during which time he died symbolically was reborn and was given secrets that he was to preserve. Plato's writings are full of information on the mysteries.
Hall referred to Mason state in his book secret teachings of all ages that quote the illumin of antiquity entered its portals as men. They came forth as gods unquote. The ancient Egyptian word for pyramid was put which meant glorious light. Mr. Paul also says, quote, "The pyramids, the great temples of initiation," unquote. Pyramids, ladies and gentlemen, were never too they were the temples of initiation of the worship of those. According to many, the great pyramids were built to commemorate and observe a supernova explosion that occurred in the year 4,000 BC. Dr. Anthony Huich, 1974 Nobel Prize winner in physics, discovered a rhythmic series of radio pulses, which he proved were emissions from a star that had exploded around 4,000 BC. And listen to this. The Freemasons may begin their calendar from AL, which is in the year of light on found by adding 4,000 to the modern year. That's 1990 + 4,000 = 5,598.
You can take that out. You can find these dates on the cornerstones of buildings where the cornerstones labor in a masonic ceremony. You will find them on most buildings in Great Britain.
Some of the greatest minds in history, including Plato, wrote about initiation, hidden knowledge, and sacred learning connected to ancient civilizations. And if the pyramids were nothing more than giant graves, why have so many secret orders, mystery schools, and esoteric traditions spent centuries treating them as symbols of enlightenment and transformation? Even today, traces of that fascination remain. Masonic cornerstones on historic buildings often carry dates marked al anolus, the year of light, a calendar system that adds 4,000 years to the conventional date.
You'll find these inscriptions on older buildings throughout Britain, Europe, and the United States. Maybe it's nothing, but it's hard to ignore how often the same symbols, the same stories, and the same references to ancient wisdom keep appearing around the very institutions that help shape the modern world. The Council of Foreign Relations Handbook of 1936 provides the following details concerning the organizations established by Freemasons.
On May the 30th, 1919, several leading members of the delegations to the Paris Peace Conference met at the Hotel Majesty. And that's where Operation Majesty 12 comes from. The deception that is trying to convince you, the aliens are here. In Paris, they discussed setting up an international group which would advise their respective governments on international affairs. The US was represented by General Casper H. Bliss, Chief of Staff, United States Army, Colonel Edward M.
House, Whitney H. Shepard, Dr. James T.
Shotwell, and Professor Archal Culage.
Great Britain was unofficially represented by Lord Robert Cecil, Lionel Curtis, Lord Eustus Percy, and Harold Temperly. It was decided at this meeting to call the POS organization the Institute of International Affairs. At a meeting on June 5th, 1919, the planners decided the best of separate organizations cooperating with each other. Consequently, they organized the Council on Foreign Relations headquarters in New York and a sister organization, the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London, also known as the Chattam House Study Group, to advise the British government, a subsidiary organization, the Institute of Pacific Relations, was set up to deal exclusively with farran affairs. Other organizations were set up in Paris and Hamburg. The Hamburg branch being called the Institute for Austri Politic and the Paris branch being known as the Centerude.
The politic rang I'm not good at French so I hope you understand that Baron Edund the Rothschild of France n dominated the Paris peace conference and each of the founders of the royal institute ended up being men who met Rothschild's approval the same was true of the council on foreign relations which was not officially formed until 29th July 1921 came from JP Morgan Bernard Khan Jacob ship Paul Warberg and John D Rockefeller amongst others and this was the same crowd involved in forming of the Federal Reserve. The council's original board of directors which included Isaiah Bowman, Arch Paul Kulage, John W. Davis, Norman H. Davis, Steven Dugan, Auto William Shepard, Whitney Shepardman, and Paul Warberg in the center of power was the Knights of Gold Circle in Cincinnati because I found that they passed their membership in these organizations down from father and son and they intermarried to keep power within their families. This is called Oliver. Now, one of the great initiation rights of Freemasonry is the story of Hy and the story goes the master mason building the temple of Solomon which is all allegory. It doesn't mean anything about the real temple of Solomon. They deal in symbols.
The temple of Solomon is the temple of the sun. The knights of the temple are the temple builders.
The temple is the body of man which they strive to make perfect. And when man has reached the perfect state, he will be known as number 666.
That's what all this new age godly is all about. Took me years to discover this. I thought I was never going to do it.
I finally did.
>> Maybe Bill Cooper got everything right.
Maybe he got some things wrong. But after spending time with his work, one thing became impossible for me to ignore. The world is often far more complex than the version we're given. If you've made it this far, you've already done something most people never do.
You've stopped long enough to question, to look deeper, to follow an idea all the way to the end instead of dismissing it after the first uncomfortable thought. Whether you agree with everything you've heard or not, I hope this presentation leaves you with the same thing it left me with, a desire to keep asking questions. Because once you begin to see the patterns, it's very difficult to stop noticing them. Thank you for watching. They're building their world under our noses.
And because they're generally right to call us cattle to use their brains, unfortunately, they're getting away.
>> Imagine Bill Cooper's story unfolding like an ancient epic, but brought right into our digital age. For thousands of years, there existed networks of influential people. Think of them as a hidden web of power woven through empires, banks, governments, and religions. They didn't always rule openly. Instead, they operated through layers, a small inner circle at the very top making the big moves with broader groups below who carried out plans without always knowing the full picture.
They use symbols. everyone could see.
For example, pyramids were eyes on important buildings and especially money. But only insiders truly understood. They built loyalty through shared secrets, rituals of belonging, and the powerful human need to feel part of something exclusive and important.
Oaths and initiations turned outsiders into committed insiders who would protect the structure. Knowledge was split. The public got the simple story on the deeper truths stayed hidden over generations. They infiltrated key institutions, finance, military, politics. So their influence shaped the world quietly like roots growing under a force floor. Their long game wasn't about one person winning today. It was about guiding the entire systems toward outcomes that kept power concentrated at the top. This structure was incredibly resilient because it adapted.
When new technologies or ideas threatened the old order, the network didn't fight them head on. They studied them, shaped them, and often absorbed them, turning potential disruptors into tools that extended their reach. Fast forward to the internet era and the birth of blockchain and distributed ledger technology with DT. Suddenly, a radical new idea emerged. What if money and records didn't need central gatekeepers? What if transactions could be transparent, verifiable by anyone, and run by networks of computers instead of trusted institutions? In theory, this was like handing everyone a public map of the entire financial forest. No more hidden roots or secret paths. It promised to flatten old pyramids of control. No single group could easily dominate if the rules were enforced by code and spread across thousands of participants.
But here's where the story gets interesting and the old patterns reappear.
Not every DT was built the same. Some were designed from day one with built-in points of concentration, large pre-created supplies of tokens handed to a few founders or foundations. Companies steering development and features optimized for speed and institutional use rather than pure peer-to-peer rebellion. Enter XRP and XLM as prime examples of this modern chapter. Picture XRP and XLM as two specialized digital highways built for moving value across borders incredibly fast and cheaply.
Exactly the kind of infrastructure the old financial networks would want if they were updating their systems for the digital age. Instead of starting with nothing and letting miners create tokens gradually like the most decentralized projects there are out there, these ledgers launched with huge fixed supplies already created a 100 billion each. Big chunks went straight to the companies and foundations behind them.
For example, Ripple or XRP, Stellar Development Foundation or XLM. This created natural quote unquote choke points at the top. Those entities control large reserves, release them strategically, and hold significant sway over direction and liquidity. It's like the old pyramid broad base of users and transactions at the bottom with concentrated influence higher up. These projects weren't positioned as pure rebels against the system. They were engineered for interoperability and compliance with existing players, fast settlement, built-in tools for exchanges, and designs that appeal to banks and big institutions. Over time, they have formed partnerships and gained approvals that look a lot like modern gateways or initiations into the bigger network. regatory nods, integrations with legacy payment rails and roles in moving massive volumes of money. Think of the quadrillion dollar scale of global crossber payments and the trillions in daily trading/ settlement at places like the DTCC.
XRP and XLM are being highlighted as efficient bridges. There's even things like Canton and many others when it comes to DTCC. But sometimes this all happens alongside or complimentary through the traditional systems, the true traditional systems and even future central bank digital currencies whether we like those or not. And while we're not fans necessarily of the concept of a CBDC, keep in mind that insiders from old networks like former Swift experts, well, they have publicly noted how these assets can find niche roles.
And of course, next to governmentbacked money, acquisitions and treasury strategies show plans to use them for corporate treasury flows and settlement quote unquote plumbing.
So the story that you heard from Bill Cooper, how he eloquently elaborated into it, this isn't random.
No, not at all. It's the ancient pattern adapting. The network sees a powerful new tool, in this case, distributed ledger technologies, studies its potential to disrupt, then guides versions of it that preserve control points, token concentration for influence, institutional focus for adoption, and interoperability so the old roots can connect seamlessly to the new digital branches. What looks decentralized on the surface, for example, your public ledgers with open participation would be able to still have layered influence from the top much like the old structures used layers of members and symbols. What's the compelling part? Well, it's the evolution that could bring real efficiency.
cheaper, faster global money movement that benefits everyone. But it also raises the question that the old story always has asked. Who ultimately steers the ship? And when power is concentrated, who would be the new shiny new tech? To ground this narrative in real current documentation shared publicly, I'm going to highlight our brother in the space once again, and that is the one and only Smoke. Smoke, who if you're not aware of who he is, if you're new to my channel, he focuses on decoding elite publications and text shifts. I'm going to give you key examples from his posts that illustrate the integration patterns that are described. For one, there's this post that's coming up here that documents XRP and XLM targeting the massive crossber payments market. We're talking quadrillions in value, quadrillions with a Q with both projects having strengths in improving these flows alongside traditional systems. If anything, let's pull that up or you can see it firsthand. As we jump into his post, he points out this and it's profound. XRP and XLM are targeting the quadrillion dollar crossber payments market combining quote swift recorded values with alternative messaging systems and cryptoreated payments in attempt to provide comprehensive coverage suggests that the global market for crossber payments approached one quadrillion dollars in 2024.
Ripple and Stellar both focus on improving crossber payments and have their own strengths. This is documented.
He shared this not that long ago or 16th, 2026. More importantly, you need to see it. Sometimes seeing is believing as we see here from the document specifically points out some of this and literally mentions Ripple and Stellar focusing on improving crossber payments highlighted in yellow underlined in red.
This citation comes from Gupta back in 2020. But again, please realize there's other citations that you're more than willing or able to look up yourself, you know, from Callahan in 2021. And you see that basically crossber payments projected to surpass 35 trillion by 2022. And again, while we're in 2026, some people say, could we extend this to literally the quadrillions moving forward? That is something that you need to draw your own conclusion in that regard. But even in the same page you have citations from Kraken. Okay, their exchange. So you jump back into this. I want to point out this as well. Let's highlight this the bottom part. Very important that we do this right here.
You see that basically speaking. We then estimate a gravity model to analyze how economic ties and gravity factors shape global crossber payments. Additionally, we assess the evolving nature of crossber payments in the context of rising uncertainty and risk. Throughout our analysis, we explore payment patterns by currency and transaction size and distinguish between two different message types, financial institution related payments such as message type 202 and the one that we all pay attention to and that is ISO 222 equivalents. And of course the non-financial customer initiated payments which is message type 103 and again ISO 222 equivalents. The bottom part is very important for me to highlight and as you see here smoke did the same by combining swift recorded values with alternative messaging systems and cryptoreated payments. We will have an attempt to provide comprehensive coverage which would suggest that the global market for crossber payments would approach one quadrillion dollar. Now it says 2024 and some people say well that didn't quite happen but with clarity I think a lot of these things would happen. I did a recent collaboration with the Coin Vault that I'm part of as well as Scott of Long View Compute and Krux and we discussed how when you look into Swift, well, it seems like they are a giant order book. Now, by definition, if you were to Google that, it wouldn't say that. But we know that when it comes to central bank money, well, one central bank can move more in one day than Bitcoin can move in a single year. So when we get clarity, real true clarity, would we see the real utility of some of these things taking off? Again, XRP for ondemand liquidity, XLM for some of its use case, drawing our own conclusion when it comes to some of those things.
Taking more into this, let's jump back to this.
So basically I said to myself when we look at the integrations like Ripple with Fed now is complimentary to blockchain payments and treasury strategies using for example XRP and even ROUSD with explicit swift connections. Well I found out some more documents that I thought we would share here and in the process of doing so let's reference that once again.
I shared this in the past but I want you guys to see it again. It's Ripple. It's the handshake with Fed. Now, some people will point out that no, it's only one key player. Well, I do recognize projects like Metallicus. I recognize projects obviously like Stellar, your strongholds, anything that's really tied into the Fed now payment system. But more importantly, there's even like things like Hideera, but we will still put some focus of course on Ripple with XRP.
As we see here, this is all documented in regard to seeing how Fed Now and the RTP. Again, if you're new to it all, realtime payments is going to be complimentary to blockchain based payments. As we pull this up, you're going to see specifically speaking that guess what? This is brand new. More importantly, this is from Smoke literally yesterday. In this update, you need to see it firsthand for yourself to have a broader understanding of why we do these types of deep dives. For one, it's understanding that seeing sometimes is believing and we see in the Ripple documentation from docs.ripple.com that you have basically this and it's using the United States of America uh the USABA for real-time payments with the Fed now and of course with the automating automated clearing house. Now, a lot of people have pointed out that the clearing house would be replaced moving forward in the future, but until it is, we have to have that true bridge to the legacy systems. And as you see here, you see the RTP, you see, for example, 5 million per transaction. And you see, for example, Fed Now, two United States dollars, 500,000 per transaction, of course, the AC, even the reference to US Fed wire. Just because that's an old system, keep in mind, we have to reference the old systems. They are legacy systems. Some people say that these things are going to be going away.
Hey, I recognize that could be, but we need to bridge those systems in the meantime to take it to web 3 and of course enter into the fourth industrial revolution. As I take you back to this, I want to give you another example once again from smoke. Here's another one.
And this one is good. Shout out to our research myself, Rue Black. Give Rue a follow over at Black Rue. We did we have done some deep dives in the past on how Quant network is literally the master key for Fireblocks. So we see fireblocks.com here is the citation.
What role will Fednow and RTP play in this next era of digital banking says specifically here we see FedNow and RTP as complimentary to blockchain based payments. Banks can use them for real-time settlement inside the United States while using tokenized deposits or stable coins for crossber settlement.
Treasury optimization and 247 operations. Now, I'll state this and I'm not going to dodge the FUD. That is something I don't do. I know that a lot of people are referencing a lot of other researchers stating that XRP has a key integral problem and that is basically how it's not just XRP that's being used when it comes to crossber payments that we're just using stable coins like RLUSD.
I understand that complaint. Keep in mind that existing clarity puts emphasis on stable coins and the issuance we needed to have things like RLUSD. Ripple recognized that. But moving forward with true clarity, you better believe that when it comes to that, I'm betting on that the central banks would put in their orders and if anything in bulk for things like XRP. Do more of your own research on why that's a big thing moving forward. Again, I've stated this numerous times. the Bank of Indonesia years ago, met up with who? Well, believe it or not, Cigar Sabarha and Cigar originally worked with Ripple. He then pitched the whole thing of XRP's use case to the Bank of Indonesia.
Again, the central bank of Indonesia.
They all understood the use case of XRP.
They were very impressed in it. Again, this is from real documents. I need to probably cite this in the future and maybe I'll do that with Smoke or somebody else. But nonetheless, they realized the use case and they said to themselves, "We love the use case. We can't hold XRP on our balance sheets."
Guess what's the only thing that they can hold on their balance sheets currently speaking? It is things like your RLUSD. So, moving forward with real clarity, would that change? And for me, I'm betting on that change. Are you why highlight Fireblocks? Cigar Sabah went where he went to Fireblocks. And it is what it is. As we move further into this, let's take you over to this part as well. And that is to cite some other key things here that we should basically get into. And that is this right here.
Because only 23 hours ago, you see that the Federal Reserve as is shown here.
Like it says, want to learn about the Fed now service but don't know where to start? Watch now. Well, if anything, there's so much here and I would encourage you guys to actually look at some of this. But basically speaking, I just gonna highlight some key things here. Like it says ready.
>> With the Fed now, >> we see here that with the Fed now service, it has kind of like this ready set go. And it's again the visuals. The visuals show you some things here in regard to the master accounts, the correspondent uh accounts, but more importantly, it's the sender and service providers. Think about the integral role that something like XRP would play in this. Think about Stellar. Think about Hideera. Think about your again even things like your Metallicuses and whatnot. But again, it's to identify products and services you might build and offer. What about the ones that are already tried and tested? What about the ones that people literally refer to as the dino coins? Call them dino, call them whatever you want, but these particular technologies are a big deal moving forward because they have been tried and tested. And more importantly, it's not necessarily having the very best tech out there. It's understanding who you're partnered with. Okay? So, if you were to watch this whole thing, and I want to encourage it right here, they have the solution types. And it's important to basically highlight this because when you understand that Ripple or Stellar and some of these other ones have solutions, they're tied into the core banking platforms and the correspondent bankers with their banks and corporate credit unions. Well, guess what? A lot of things here tie into what we just discussed, okay? And even of course with some of these other things because the government services you see credit unions obviously we know about uh Metallicus and basically some of their integrations with uh a lot of things like for example Teos right um there's other great examples we also have even from Hideera in their ecosystem you have like things like bank social okay so I definitely wanted to at least tie that in to here I believe that was the last part that was there but nonetheless you're welcome to watch that I just kind of gave you a on it. What I want to do now is I want to jump back a little bit more into outlining some other things here. So, for one, please keep in mind that when we talk about this specifically speaking, let's give you another example of the DTCC because the DTCC, whether people realize it or not, is in fact advancing tokenization initiatives with context on trillions in daily value and hundreds of millions of transactions potentially moving to infrastructure like XRP and of course XLM. As I pull that up, I want you to see a firsthand account of literally what I'm talking about here. the site smoke. Again, for one, this point out some things on how a lot of this is documented because as we see here from the DTCC, sometimes, as the saying goes, seeing is believing. We see as we blow this up, the findings, and I'm so glad there's people like Smoke who take the liberty to highlight this. right here from the National Securities Clearing Corporation, the NSCC, we see that on April 9th, the NSCC achieved a new peak value of 5.55 trillion, a 6.4% increase at that time from the previous peak of 5.22 trillion on December 20th, 2024. Additionally, the NSCC reached a new peak volume of 545 million in transactions on April 7th, a 33% increase from the previous peak of 409 million transactions during the meme stock event that happened all the way back in January 27th, 2021.
Again, this is important to highlight because when you look into a lot of this, right, please keep in mind that when we cite some things, well, again, look at this. 100 100 million trades happen daily through the DTCC. And like it says here, soon to be on XRP and XLM. So, he's resharing what was posted from his own research, which is great. I can't blame him for doing that. But what you need to recognize is again why we cite so many things here. And when you realize that again you can just go back to here because in perspective like it says here we are talking about trillions of dollars moving daily and hundreds of millions of transactions. Keep in mind JP Morgan does literally 10 trillion a day. We also see here this provides context for the scale of capital and transaction volume that institutions will bring to public blockchain infrastructure such as XRP and XLM and the DTCC advances its tokenization initiatives. So that was really great to cite that as well. Something else I basically want to get into is to show you just a couple more examples on why this is big because some people are going to point out obviously things like bricks. So, let's cite that as well. As I pull that up, I want you guys to see firsthand what I'm talking about. And basically, let's jump into that as well.
So, as we see right here, if you're wondering about this whole thing about bricks, well, except direct access to the bricks payment platform through what? Standard Chartered. I shared this not that long ago here on Maxim's crypto, but I want to point out that Standard Chartered has integrated bricks pay into its digital payment platform.
And of course, this enables clients to make payments across BRICS countries.
Again, when we talk about control, you can't just have silos where we basically block out the other part of the world that we don't play nice with because we have seen how well that worked out.
Again, the war in Ukraine, again, we try to do the whole thing of putting sanctions on Russia and again, they're going to find other methods. Okay? And if anything, are we going to have dollar dominance with US dollar moving forward in light of trying to create sanctions to block them from the old systems?
Well, that old systems is Swiss systems and moving forward with blockchain and DT. The BRICS nations are totally going to do their own thing, but could their own thing be with obviously with some of the ledgers that we have the digital asset for like your XRPL, obviously XRP.
So what we have here is what it connects to and XRP operates on the public blockchain side. Bricks pay operates on the bricksbridge side. Now recently I shared some documents with you guys and I'll give you another video probably in a future where maybe I go a little bit more further with that or even break it down with Jesse Apex Crypto Insights where specifically you see an example of the bank for international settlements literally pointing out ondemand money and of course quote unquote ripple effects. And if anything, I'll try to maybe dig up that for end screen card.
No guarantees on it, but I'll try to find you that. Um, again, the same super connector that incorporated bricks pay also integrates into Ripple's network.
We'll finalize it with this because I don't want to make this video two hours long, but nonetheless, you do see here how this all comes together and it's important that I highlight this. So for blockchain infrastructure interoperability across the networks you clearly see standard chartered and of course you see for the public blockchains you see uh your BTC's your ethereums your salana but for CBC networks project embbridge you see obviously here uh this orchestration of how it all comes together because again standard charter is a super connector delivering institutional grade network agnostic digital asset solutions to their clients. Okay. Uh that's definitely worth highlighting as well.
Uh the other area I want to jump into is this right here. Okay. So from that same document you see on the next page. So we highlight that do you find interesting that it literally highlights China being the leading uh participant in efforts like project embridge now rebranded bricks bridge. Now again I know I used the Russian example earlier but do you find it interesting that also China the seed and bricks is listed here and of course it's it's expanding its crossber interbank payment system the sips to connect national banking systems that's also worth pointing out and as we get more into this to wrap it up here in just a moment uh we see on the next page basically this as well I think there's about roughly two more pages it says basically speaking that at The root core, this blows up a little bit more.
The root core of BRICS Pay is the new development bank, sometimes referred to as the BRICS bank, and is collectively owned by BRICS member countries where all financial transactions between bricks nations are processed. However, BRICS pay is not just restricted, and notice how it says not just restricted to bricks. The UK Standard Charter Bank has also integrated Bricks Pay into its digital payment platform to enable its customers to make payments to other BRICS countries. That's also worth pointing out. Okay. Uh the next page which is uh I think the last one. Yeah, it is. We also see here and as I would say the boillet mash is sticking it moment right here is the final connector because on page 44 of the banking the digital ecosystem. You see we bank the digital ecosystem. We are the super connector for interaction across ecosystem participants creating network effects as client participation scales.
And right there you see Ripple highlighted plain as day along with some of these other participants. And right there, boom, standard chartered. So standard chartered recognizes all these I should say and more importantly uh is chain agnostic apparently. So they're going to tap into what they need to tap into for the reasons of why they need to tap into that. Okay? Because it could be many other different things other than just crossber payments, right? as you see here with the traditional banking services and the digital asset solutions. So for you and everybody else, I just want you guys to know that for me, I think this is such a big deal.
And in conclusion, I just want to state this. Even we have had examples in the past of like former Swift insiders obviously Andre Castererman which we know that he's basically got he got things going on with XDC but even Andre Casterman a while back explicitly referenced XRP and XLM finding rules alongside governmentbacked currencies obviously those and the CBDC's with more importantly ISO compliance that enables that interoperability we also know that Ripple treasury has webinars and we said this before even smoke has as well where you have those webinars and BMY Melon reports outlining goals to move corporate money with XRP and acquisitions like obviously Hidden Road shout out to Francisco Dennis Lil he's covered a lot about that but again positioning XRP as part of traditional market plumbing again guys you're invested into the new plumbing right and to me that that's that's an exciting thing to be part of so when I share all these posts that consistently include clude documentation with screenshots and references to official reports and statements and diagrams showing obviously real world momentum of these DTS being woven into existing financial infrastructure at scale. Well, then I would encourage you to look into my video section, you know, go to my playlist, see what I've cited, see what people like Smoke has cited, see what my brother Jesse of Apex Crypto Insights has cited, see what Rub Black of at Black Rue Investing has cited, see what we've all cited. CryptoF9, all of us, we do research because we show you not just the old, but we also share with you the recent timeline for the full threads and visuals as they frequently label content that is documented with supporting links and of course those images that you saw.
Ladies and gentlemen, in conclusion, even with the story that I shared, whether it's from Bill Cooper or the other examples I gave you, for me, this shows you plain as day timeless patterns of influence that can evolve with technology and how blockchain offers genuine transparency and distribution.
And again, how there's projects like XRP and XLM demonstrate plain as day on how adaptation and strategic positioning keeps certain levers or in some cases switches of control relevant in the new landscape. And of course, we could throw in other things in there like our quants or Hyeras or XDC's, Metallicus, you name it. So that's an outline. So glad to cover it with you guys. Do me a solid if you happen to listen to the entire thing and simply type in this key person into the outline and that is Bill Cooper.
We've done some videos on that. Again, look more into it on or in the video section. I'll keep you guys any bit further. Do me a favor, like, comment, subscribe. If you're a huge fan of Maximus Crypto, use your hype points. It helps get the content out even further and to YouTube and it helps me grow. I really would appreciate it. May the Lord Jesus bless you all. I truly mean that.
I'll see you guys in the next video.
Over and out. Bye-bye.
