[00:01:32]So, give us an overview of Pakistan. How you see Pakistan? Sir, Pakistan is a country of four provinces and some federal territories.

And those those states also basically substantiate that. And commitment with by Taliban is a welcoming welcoming step and hopefully it will bear some positive results for Pakistan. Punjab has recently got a new act that is Punjab local government act. Yes, sir. Uh what is the between this act and the previous act?

[00:05:51]Sir, this act basically abolished the district councils. It has introduced district various district authorities regarding education, health, and tourism, and other sectors.

[00:06:02]Previously, there has There used to be a district council as well. And sir, it has basically abolished the ward system.

[00:06:09]Previously, sir, there was various wards in a union council. But now, the lowest tier is the union council itself. And sir, it has basically altered the population regarding various tiers of the local government. Secondly, sir, it has basically it has strengthened the role of provincial government in the local governance. Like the Chief Minister of Punjab now is empowered in a man in a lot of ways to make decisions regarding local government. The previous act did not say so. So, I think it has empowered the provincial government, particularly CM, and the role of Deputy Commissioner in the local government has also been increased. Now, I have read in the newspaper that this law is in conflict with the constitutional guarantees which have been given to the local government.

[00:07:19]>> Sir, the powers are not being devolved by the act. Some powers are being basically controlled by the district authorities which I mentioned. There will be different district authorities. For example, for education, for health, there will be a district authority, for tourism, for social welfare, there will be different district authorities. So, these district authorities will be basically empowered to make decisions on the behalf behalf of local government and so this is indirectly controlled by the secretary and the government itself.

[00:07:49]Under the rules of business of Punjab Yes, sir. what is the function of section officer which you are undertaking at the moment? Uh sir, section officer under the rule of business 2020 2011, section officer will do everything which uh secretary secretary ask him or has delegated to him. My last question, how do you see the future of artificial intelligence in Pakistan?

[00:08:26]Sir, the future of artificial intelligence in Pakistan is very bright and we see there are more than 60 million 60% of the population is youth who know the use of mobile and technology. And yes, the artificial intelligence is a double double-edged sword and we need to be very cautious with it. We need to implement various legislation and regulatory framework so that the negative side of the artificial intelligence negated or reduced so that the positive positive impacts are increased like revolution in health sector, education sector.

[00:10:14]So police station is basically is headed by a SHO and so it is there for crime and crime and control and whenever a crime is committed and it it is their responsibility under the police order 2002 to register an FIR and give us speedy justice to the aggrieved and provide the accused to the court court of justice within 24 hours.

We should basically have a based on GRE for example, so that we can screen out a better candidate so that and sir regarding psychological test, I think sir it should be more comprehensive.

[00:12:23]What are the chances of success of President Trump's uh Gaza plan?

[00:12:32]Sir, just it depends on multiple factors.

[00:12:36]First is sir Israel itself. Sir, we see we have a huge Israeli lobby in the USA government as well, who is basically major funder of it. And it depends on how negotiation is done by Donald Trump in itself. And sir, it's a welcoming step. At least something has been done and ceasefire has been created and the world is basically engaged in Gaza more than more than anywhere else. And sir, I think Donald Trump will because he's a populist leader and he he cares about his images image as as well and he will do a lot for basically maintaining the peace and trying to keep this ceasefire deal on its foot.
