[00:00:05]Hello guys, welcome to zero to hero and yes we are going to discuss about the price action of ICP in this video but the main topic will be cloud engines and how you can now deploy your own cloud engine on the internet computer not only governments like Pakistan but also you as a business owner perhaps and this functionality is now alive on the internet computer. On top of that, we are going to discuss about money metrics, latest news, and much much more based on data, charts, metrics, and indicators. So, stay tuned and let's dig deep into the rabbit hole. Okie dokie, guys. Welcome back to the channel. So, internetcomputer or has been reshaped sovereign frontier cloud scaling AI that built. [00:01:27]Move your cloud across underlying compute infrastructure without interrupting your applications. Guys, this is the future for ICP. It's the main narrative for ICP. So many people and once again I get comments the TVL of ICP is low DICP was not built for DI guys. So if the TVL of ICP is zero, but the compute narrative increases exponentially for ICP, the cycle burn rate increases, nobody cares about TVL. TVL is something for obsolete blockchains. TVL is a failed or rather I'm sorry, DeFi is a failed narrative in crypto even though it will have some merit in the future only on certain blockchains because of the security. But overall, if you take a look at DeFi, it's a completely failed narrative. You have a bunch of token ledgers. So only the token is on chain.

[00:02:21]Storage and computation are not on chain. They're running DeFi. So you need to have a lot of money in an ecosystem.

[00:02:30]Money that is not secure that is subject to exploits, hacks, and basically loss of funds, which we have seen in April of this year. the highest amount of exploits, scams and issues with with loss of funds in cryptos since since genesis of the crypto space in the last decade. So this is a huge problem and this is why defy as a narrative has completely totally failed. Defi on ICP is a different pair of shoes.

[00:03:00]Interoperability on ICP is much much higher compared to other chains because of onchain because of not off-chain components. no bridges. So, it's possible. It's cheap. It's secure. But it's not the main narrative. It's not the main point. So, if the TVL is still low, I don't care. This is a okay for now. In the future, I believe this will increase as well. This is the main narrative for us now. Governments and sovereign enterprises that will deploy a lot of data on the ICP blockchain. And this is happening once again in real time. They're working on this. Now if we go back here what more we can see. So it's not only about cloud engines it's also about cafe AI cafe AI that has been offered to Pakistan. So this is um going to be very useful in schools universities for Pakistan but not only in many other places. ICP Ninja a platform for developers to build their applications. Great to see. And then of course you see more details here about ICP. Now the cool stuff here is that you have also articles about ICP. Uh you have some platforms and what is currently going on? What are the main narratives? So uh institutions building on the sovereign by default stack. So you have the Pakistan digital authority.

[00:04:22]You have the whole UNDP program with the United Nations that continues running and that will bring new clients to the internet computer and then you have also their connection in the greatest greater Zuri area and in general in Switzerland and this is something they're currently still working on Dominic Williams being in the Swiss parliament since 2023 discussing with government and institutions on a subgovernment level with municipalities the municipality of Lugano for example and many other cities in Switzerland in order to increase usage and adoption of the internet computer universities at Eidsuri and much much more. So this is happening also in real time as we talk here now also uh Pakistan moves towards sovereign AI. You have many uh news coverage for ICP relevant news coverage Arab news and much much more. Uh so overall I would say that as you may see there is a huge huge improvement for ICP compared to two three years ago when I first invested and when ICP was at much lower market capitalization now let's check what is happening with the price 17% up in the last 24 hours so people are getting excited anymore this displays here the sentiment for ICP is currently greed volatility and momentum are high a community survey is only 10% of the algorithm here. So um of the equation I'm sorry. So in this case um not really applicable because there are no votes.

[00:06:00]So I can vote here in real time. As you may see this will update in a second.

[00:06:04]However, this is not going to have a big impact because it's me one person and here in the previous survey I had already 500 people that voted. So overall um this is going to be live very soon um on Hero. So you will be able to vote as well and check the stats in real time. And I have a fear and greed indicator also for hero itself and many other services that I'm going to show you now because we need to check uh this things alive. So charts for the internet computer when this loads I'm going to show you what is currently uh going on.

[00:06:41]So ICP as you may see pumping against uh the USDT pair. So if we um enlarge this and go to full screen, you will see once again that we had this mega spike in November of last year when ICP started pumping due to the liquidity flowing to AI projects but also to projects that are working on decentralized uh cloud narrative like Filecoin for example. So overall this is just perhaps the start as I did show you uh here in the previous panels for the fear and greed index the volume has 3xed already. So this is the sign that there is more liquidity and that institutions are currently pouring money which doesn't mean spot uh interest basically interest on the spot market by a lot of new retail investors which is what ICP needs and also large institutions on spot as an investment for the long term different from short-term speculation that we have seen here. And now if we continue with uh the charts for ICP. So I want to show you also something else uh macro. Let's quickly check what's uh the total tree doing here. And the total so uh total uh tree currently if we take a look at the whole trend you will see that it has been dropping for quite some time after this move. So an A B C to the upside. Then we had a correction and then this still looks like a very corrective move by the total tree. This is an impulsive move. Look at this move.

[00:08:22]Explosive move to the upside for the whole crypto sector without Ethereum and Bitcoin. Well, this is still looking very very um corrective for me at least.

[00:08:33]Now, if we move on to something else, I want to show you uh Bitcoin. Why I'm showing you Bitcoin? Because here I have my indicators. So uh if we uh go to the Bitcoin indicator volume two uh I'm going to show you not the Bitcoin dominance but I want to show you the performance of various altcoins uh versus Bitcoin. And by the way all of these charts and all of these apps that I have built throughout the years are currently on the new hero website which is going to be available very soon to the public. So you will be able to check all these stats for yourself. This is free for everyone. and I have built this for the community. Now, um performance against Bitcoin in the last 24 hours.

[00:09:16]ICP is heavily outperforming Bitcoin.

[00:09:19]Toncoin is also heavily out outperforming Bitcoin. The rest here not so much. Filecoin is not in this indicator. This is the top 20. If we go to the version one, we can check Filecoin as well. Last week, you will see Tongcoin up 55% against Bitcoin, which is very, very significant. ICP is up. The majority of the crypto market large projects are down still against Bitcoin. Let's see last 30 days. ICP is now positive against Bitcoin. Continuing the trend really. I will show you uh the chart in a second. Continuing the trend uh for a bitcoin for ICP. Actually, we can check the chart here and one year ICP is still bleeding like the vast majority of the market. now down 30%, not anymore 60 plus% like it was the case last year. So I see some improvement for ICP. Uh we can check here ICP and see if I have ICP against Bitcoin. Here I do have very good to see. So let's en enlarge this chart. So here you will really see that um this has been a down move. But if we zoom out here from really October, we didn't move. We are still at the same point more or less. So ICP has stopped bleeding against Bitcoin since Octoberish, which is very good to see. Okay, we had here a big pump and then uh down simply because here we had more than a billion dollars in daily volume for SCP, which is simply unrealistic at this point in time. This needs to slowly increase over time due to real usage due to real interest from institutions from retail investors not simply large institutions throwing a lot of money waiting for retail to join here and then taking this out but that's not the case only for ICP you can see this in multiple projects and this is out of the um basically control of the divinity foundation or of anyone really here they can do whatever they want because ICP is listed on exchanges is listed that um on multiple exchanges and also derivative markets play a big role. So perhaps here you don't need to pour really a billion dollars. You can pour $50 million with a bunch of leverage in the futures market and you can cause this huge candle and then here you start dumping and you make a lot of profit. And this is why I did mention regulation is needed in crypto because of leverage. It's needed because of this bad actors that are constantly doing this. But overall what I'm focusing is technology for the long term. Now uh other charts here that I wanted to show you the financial statement of course is out is updated once a month with monthly, quarterly and yearly data. So currently ICP I did mention already in terms of monthly earnings had the best month since Genesis really and in terms of expenses as well. However, still revenue is low and should increase over time. Um, here we have uh more stuff like Coin Hero.

[00:12:27]So, I will show you quickly uh Coin Hero here. Um, what I want to show you really is the top gainers for the day. ICP is seventh place out of the 100 cryptocurrencies that I'm tracking here with uh Coin Hero. Uh overall good to see but you will see as well filecoin is also doing exactly the same thing as it was the case in November. So uh keep that in mind and be safe. This is why I don't trade with leverage. This is why I trade only spot. Uh very quickly we have seen uh the market cap the I still I'm still tracking. Actually I could show you this on uh hero as well. So the market cap really um for for ICP is still somewhere in this box and I'm still tracking undervaluation for ICP. I have been investing here and I have been investing here. Here that was a good decision. I did not sell here which perhaps in hindsight you could say is a bad decision but for me still is not because I still believe ICP will be at a much higher market capitalization in the future and because ICP is much better than it was here. So I'm very happy to continue holding here my ICP and look forward for the future. Uh very quickly uh the dashboard actually we are going to check this a little bit later because there is nothing so meaningful that I want to show you here on IC terminal. I want to show you yesterday we have burned more than 15.5k ICP. Very good to see I did mention yesterday also the ratio for ICP that is still um nowhere near where it should be. 20x for ICP in reality should be much lower than 10x.

[00:14:04]We have closed last year with a 13x. So we need to drop under 13x or rather under 10x really as soon as possible and then see how we will end this year. With mission 70 this is going to be possible simply because uh expenses are going to drop by 40% by default straight away. Uh now what I wanted to still show you here my profile on social media and there were uh some things that uh Dominic Williams have posted yesterday. Uh I have posted a lot of stuff. So you can see here my analysis that I show you yesterday as well. Um so 20.22x currently we need to drop under 10x ASAP which I believe is going to happen in the following weeks or rather months uh with mission 70. Now SEP onchain cloud will ultimately be better uh for DeFi than than traditional chains. And this is what Dominic Williams has mentioned.

[00:14:58]So please bear with us. A lot of things are being updated at once on shortest path for speed websites etc. Some ask whether ICP Frontier Cloud focus means no more DeFi. Actually the opposite. We think onchain cloud will ultimately be better for defi than traditional chains which is already case the case now ICP in terms of defi is better than other chains but is not so used and it doesn't have so much hype currently the main point is to attract more usage with um the cloud narrative and once this is happening once IP starts having traction once you see the price action of ICP increasing many people will understand the value proposition ition because they will start doing their own research because they will have an incentive.

[00:15:46]Price price is everything within this limited bubble called crypto. This is why it's a very limited space on social media. The vast majority so there are people that have 50k followers here and that have 10x less interactions than me.

[00:16:03]My follower count here 5.5k I sometimes have 20 plus views. I sometimes have 70k plus views on my posts here. So I get a lot of traction for how many followers I have which is genuine following. These people that follow me are not bots. It's genuine following. But many people in crypto have maybe 150k followers but in reality their following is one to twok because they're all bots. There is an army of bots. This is social media in crypto in web three. It's a fake it's a fake world with fake narratives really. So if the price action increases everyone the crowd which is not so many people as presented that's my point all these crowd starts looking at ICP and then they start doing their own research about ICP and then they have this hallelujah moment in this in which they say yeah but it makes sense from the start then the price is already much higher than now we're talking about probably five plus billion dollars or even 10 plus billion dollars. There is a lot of hype, there is a lot of momentum, people are getting excited, then they figure out okay D5 on ICP exists and then they have an incentive when there is a lot of liquidity to start running DeFi which will succeed because there will not be exploits as on Solana and on Ethereum simply because it's more secure it's on chain overall the amount of exploits will be much much lower 90 plus percent times lower than on Salana and Ethereum. Actually, there shouldn't be any exploits whatsoever because you're running everything in canister smart contracts. So, this is much much much powerful. Not to mention that never ever an exploit cannot happen. It always can, but the chances of this happening are hundreds of times lower than on other blockchains and multiple times lower than on Amazon Web Services because of the infrastructure.

[00:18:01]It's harder to crack it. If you really would want to hack it with all your forces, with all your might, it would take a lot of time and a lot of effort and probably it wouldn't make financially sense. But perhaps over many, many attempts, you could probably make it. It never happened, but everything can happen for the first time. But I don't think it's cost- effective to do that. This is why they will still exploit, hack Solana, Ethereum, Amazon Web Services and those sorts of things because it's easier for them. This is not easier and it will get harder over time. More canister smart contracts equals harder to hack. If I hold data of my customers in thousands of canisters, you need to crack every single one individually. It's hard. It doesn't make sense currently. And this is a matter of infrastructure. And this is why ICP will long-term win and provide tailored solutions to institutions to governments that need this service as soon as possible. I did mention yesterday already the Emirates.

[00:19:01]I think this is likely or rather I think this is plausible and possible in the future. Not only uh the Emirates, the whole Gulf area is something that is interesting for for ICP at the moment because they're currently under fire.

[00:19:17]They're currently they currently have to do something. They cannot rely anymore on Amazon Web Services. They don't want to rely anymore on Amazon Web Services.

[00:19:25]Europe doesn't want to rely anymore on Amazon Web Services. And 70% of the cloud is US cloud that they cannot control. As they mentioned the the Swiss parliament, they they cannot make sure that your data is not going to go to the US and that someone is going to use it. They're mentioning this publicly. So this is public information on ICP that's not the case. The value proposition is different. So once again this became a rant and it wasn't supposed to be. It was supposed to be a very short video.

[00:19:55]Um focus on the big picture. Uh hero is live guys. So uh fetching data from canister smart contracts onchain. You will be able to buy articles and blogs.

[00:20:07]a new economy fully on chain which wasn't possible three years ago, two years ago for for non-technical folks.

[00:20:14]This wasn't possible. This was built guys paying 29 bucks per month a monthly subscription. And by the way, I built multiple applications, not just that. I can build many more with those credits if you know how to use them properly.

[00:20:29]And if you know how to use claude to integrate with with this and build something very very meaningful for 29 bucks guys and this wasn't possible in the past and currently you can monetize your services as a small business as an entrepreneur for example store blog and many other things that I will add. This is not the end. I have many other plans, many other services to add far more meaningful big picture because of real clients that that I have. But this is something I will mention in the future.

[00:21:01]But the point is that as a small business, as an entrepreneur, you have a lot of benefits. First, low cost. You can build a website. You can build even a more complex website, no problem at 20 bucks per month. Very good. What you can do more, you can incentivize people to buy slashinvest slash participate like I do with cashbacks in crypto on ICP security of your data, low cost, high speed and basically a system which is fair for everyone which is very good to see. Overall this model didn't exist so far because the incentives weren't there. It was too expensive to to build on on the internet computer from scratch because you need to to pay a developer.

[00:21:47]You know, if you were a non nontechnical folk, if you are a developer, that's a different pair of shoes. You could do it yourself. And we have seen already platforms like Open Chat exist that charge you for for using them over time if you want a gold subscription or rather a diamond. But that that was one of of not so many with this service is going to be possible at a much larger scale not only for you as a retail but also for small businesses entrepreneurs and cloud engines are for big enterprises and for government. So we have now something for everyone which we didn't have before. Overall guys stay tuned for what is currently happening uh with hero for what is currently happening with ICP.
