This video presents a critical analysis of corporate ethics in retail, using the case of Shaun Egan, a 29-year Morrisons employee sacked for confronting a shoplifter, to argue that businesses are prioritizing legal and financial concerns over protecting their staff and upholding moral responsibility. The speaker contends that this reflects a broader societal breakdown where doing the right thing is increasingly discouraged, and calls for collective action through boycotts and government intervention to restore ethical standards in the workplace.

😡TOTAL DISGRACE….WHY THE HELL ARE EMPOYERA DOING THIS..SOCIETY IS SCREWED💥Added:
So question for you. What the hell is wrong with our supermarkets and the people running our supermarkets? And is that more widely a reflection of what's wrong with our society?
So previously it was Waitrose, now it's Morrisons. Morrisons have sacked a worker who has worked for them for 29 years, I believe it is.
The man's name is Shaun Egan.
He joined there I think when he was 17 years of age. And why was he sacked? He was sacked for confronting and having a scuffle with a shoplifter.
So he saw a man shoplifting in the shop, confronted him, tried to stop him leaving. It turned into a bit of a scuffle. The guy spat at him and it got physical.
And as a result of that, Morrisons have decided to sack their worker.
He joined them at 17. He's been there for 29 years.
Now just purely from a personal point of view, anyone ever spits at me or spits on me, they're getting They're properly getting it.
It's the most disgusting thing you can do to someone.
But leaving that to one side, are we now saying that workers in all businesses should make no attempt whatsoever to stop theft?
So somebody walks into an office and picks up the photocopier and starts strolling out of it. Is that allowed? Or a printer?
Or a laptop?
Or a computer screen? Is that fine?
Or is it just supermarkets that sanction it?
What about Harrods? Can you walk into Harrods and pick up a crate of expensive wine and just stroll out of it and nobody's allowed to stop you?
Where are the boundaries here? Where's the demarcation lines? Why are supermarkets particularly seemingly so intent on sacking their loyal staff for doing what only 5 years about go would have been considered the right thing for doing their job?
How is that right? How is that possible?
We see video after video after video now of these little scrotes walking into convenience stores, convenience shops, mini supermarkets and major supermarkets loading up, filling a bag, filling a trolley and just feeling like they can stroll out.
And apparently now confronting them is not only the wrong thing to do, it gets you sacked.
What a [ __ ] joke.
So Morrisons need to be outed, named and shamed. They will claim, "Oh well, the worker contravened our policies. We have a stated policy that they should not get confrontational with shoplifters. We should just call the police on them."
"That's our policy. He contravened the policy. Therefore, he's got to go."
What happened to common sense? What happened to morals? What happened to doing the right thing?
What's the point of employing a security guard at any store if they can't do anything? If all they can say is, "Excuse me, would you mind stopping? No?
Okay, off you go then."
What's the [ __ ] point of that?
It's absolutely ridiculous and more widely, that is now the society we've got as well.
Don't step in.
Don't intervene.
Don't help people out. See someone getting mugged? Look the other way. See someone getting abused on the tube?
Don't speak up.
Have a little gang of little 14-year-old scrotes terrorizing a high street? Don't give them a clip round the ear.
And then you wonder why society's falling apart.
Businesses, not just supermarkets, but businesses are now more worried about their insurance issues, about the financial aspects, about potentially getting counter-sued by some little bastard who's a shoplifter than they are about protecting their own staff.
So if you're watching anyone from Morrisons, you're 100% in the wrong. If you shop at Morrisons, stop. Don't go there this week.
I would invite the entire country, don't do your shopping at Morrisons this week.
Hit them in the pocket. Show them why they're wrong. They'll soon change their policies when they start losing hundreds of thousands of pounds.
This is the way to change society. Hit businesses in their pockets. Tesco announced their profits last week and it was well over 2 billion quid. They're making a fortune.
They can afford it. They can afford the insurance. They can afford the extra security. They can afford to intervene.
They're just lazy bastards.
It's up to us to stop them doing it. So give your full support to Mr. Shaun Egan.
Give Morrisons a kick in the pants.
Don't do your shopping there. Make them very aware why you're not doing your shopping there. And let's get back to a situation where people can do the right thing. People can step in.
If somebody spits at you, you can take action. If somebody's nicking stuff from your shop, you can take action.
And the government should issue an edict that workers, shop owners, business owners are allowed to step in.
They are allowed to use reasonable force and no action will be taken against them, ever.
That will soon stop things, but they won't because we're a nation of cowards run by cowards, led by cowards.
