This video demonstrates the process of repairing a damaged vehicle chassis and panels through panel beating techniques, including using heat to make metal pliable, applying pressure with extension bars and presses to straighten bent chassis sections, welding repairs with proper temperature settings, and testing the vehicle's functionality after repairs to ensure everything is properly aligned and operational.

>> Cheers. Thank you. Well done, brother.

That's a bonus. That's a bonus.

Would you believe Scrapper actually touched the wall? Well, didn't touch the wall.
Touch the tires. Managed to punch all this section in. Cooking like antique.
You see there? We're about an inch out on the door frame. God damn. Scraper was a bit hungry that night, but our boot line's come back. And then we've got Uncle here showing me how to use >> What's up? What is up, YouTube? Faro.
>> Oh, turn off a lava lava.
uh so this is your spreader. So this spread >> your uh >> you see that guys.
>> So what we're going to do is actually put this against the chassis and chassis cuz we have bent the chassis a little bit.
>> Just a little bit. So you got I got some extension bars for you. We'll shove that in there. Lock it in.
>> And one over here.
>> Put the press up there and spread old auntie's legs apart like no tomorrow.
>> And then hopefully the crease is gone. W Oh man. Well, thank you to Uncle Jesse.
Now we can get this thing back in action. Back to how it was and send it again into the wall.
>> This guy always pushing this fell.
>> Not my fault. When it went tubbed, it just grips, bro. It's pretty fast.
>> Don't know any other way. It's either full throttle or foot off.
>> Yeah. No brakes. No brakes.
>> Oh, fuck. Well, we've got the damn thing hooked up. Only one way to find out if it's going to move or not is push the button and try it. Sissy, do you want to try and crank it up and see what it does? I'll tell you when to stop. Let's go a little bit at a time. Go up.
Let's have a look on the back is curling me softly.
Moment of truth.
She wasn't liking that one.
God damn. She's pushing a bit too much on this side instead of this side. So, we'll figure another way. We'll be back.
Well, it's been a mission trying to get this pulled back out. We're not too far.
We're not too far. But yeah, I thought why not strap it to the trailer. Let's drop those. Still see there's a little bit of a kink over here in the corner.
Just a little bit. Over there is all pretty much good. That side. Perfect.
Mint air as like auntie up. One wing one. So now I'll try and see what happens if I give it a bit of a push and tighten the straps too.
Hope for the best. Oh, we heard something. Push.
Just making sure.
Yeah, I can see that side pushing. Now, this side here has come out a little bit. A little bit. I'll pull the rope a bit tighter.
Hopefully, this doesn't snap.
Which it feels like it is going to snap.
Suck my bum.
And yeah. All right. probably give it a few taps with a hammer and see what happens. Each shower, >> we end up knocking this bottom corner.
So, we end up pulling the chassis a little bit. It did move just in the rear here a little bit to the uh passenger side. So, we end up ripping it back out and then um end up getting the door to close properly. Very nice. Very good.
Wow. Wow. Wow.
So yeah, the rear panels looking bit better than what it did. Straightened all the light back up the boot.
Oh yeah, nice and flush. I like I like long time. Yeah. And this side here still mints. Lucky though. Lucky car.
Still nice and straight. Still nice and straight. Is that what you want? So now we're just moving on to the spoiler.
Just going to tidy this up. Don't have my blow torch on me, but we got a blow lighter. Blow mah on. I'm just going to heat this up and then slowly knock it back without cracking it anymore.
Oh, we managed to get a bit of it out.
Just got a little bit more to go. Wiwa and then I can um basically square it up and then fix this piece for that and then she's good to go. W I'm just happy she's back to straight. God damn, that was scary.
scratch yours already. She's stiff.
>> That is nice.
>> Looking good.
>> What are we Wee, Jiggy. What are we doing, mate?
>> I got to see where I can weld this template down there. Down there somewhere. You know what I mean, mate?
She take you're it.
>> Take your push on a big daddy. Push on.
>> Push on a big daddy.
Get it.
Wait, can you turn that bloody welder up to three and three?
>> Turn it up to three and three.
>> Three and three.
Six.
That's better.
Oh, yes. Bit dirty.
We just finished doing a quite a bit of repairs.
As you can see, scrap is finally getting back to its original cell. Was a bit, but not that bad. Don't worry, I'll put up the video. We'll put it up there for you guys to have a look. I was having too much fun. Literally too much when I was out there swinging. I didn't realize how fast this thing can move. But I love speed. Speed is my middle name.
But yeah, man. It goes really well. I just like getting out there swinging. No brakes as much as you can. Only use the brakes if you need to um you know slow down, get close corners or tight spaces.
But yeah, everything's coming together quite well. I managed to try and panel beat all this crap out. Just try and do all steel work. This was all smashed in all this whole section.
>> Just pull this bumper off and basically just Yeah. Have a check over. Give a little bit more welding. Clean it up.
And we're on.
What a bloody mess.
Well, I've already just tag weld this shit on. So now I can clean it up and then bolt everything on and make sure everything's straight.
All right. Auntie's welds are all tidied up. We were one more time.
Just primer it so it won't rust while it's sitting. Still got to do a bit more work.
Thank you paint my rims.
Wow.
Hey, it's a bit dainty, but I'm not worried about that. I'm not the one going to be uh painting the car.
I've had enough of painting. I'm not even a panel beater, but I try to panel it myself. Everything's all straight again, I believe. All straight house.
The door. Nice. All straight. Very nice.
That's what I want. But yeah, I think I'm going to cut the pipes down as well.
These are too long. I'll cut them down about here. Wa.
So then we can ride the wall without smashing the pipes. As you can see, they poke out quite a bit. But yeah, at least everything's back together. We're getting there slowly. All back on the ground. Boot opens nicely.
Got to give this all a nice paint job in there, too. But they will do that next time. Like I always say, keep following for more cook like auntie fe shower.
