[00:00:00]This is a predominantly resistance band workout. We're going to do exercises where we're concentrating on one arm at a time, moving the hands in different directions, and feeling how the exercise is affecting all our muscles.

[00:00:16]I'll even be getting you balancing if you can. If you can't, don't worry, you'll be using a chair.

[00:00:22]It's really predominantly arm based, so we'll be using the resistance bands and trying to get the most out of them.

[00:00:30]Whether you are pulling up and down, whether you are circulating the arms, we'll concentrate on keeping the feet moving to make sure the blood pressure doesn't go too high, and we'll even be working on the legs as well. So, if you like the idea of that, come and join us.
