However, the wife alleged continuous harassment, physical assault, and unlawful demands for additional dowy from her husband and his family. The court found that the family court had improperly assumed that an external family disagreement over the minor sisters Muklava was the unilateral cause of the marital dispute between the parties. Instead, it ruled that the wife's departure from the matrimonial home was due to the profound duress she faced, rendering cohabitation impossible.
