Some Maryland sheriffs sue state over immigration legislation

One of them, the Community Trust Act, which stops law enforcement from holding someone for ICE without a warrant, except for felony crimes and sex offenders. Across the state, have pushed back on the legislation, now filing a class action lawsuit. WJZ spoke to Carroll County Sheriff Jim Dewey said our concerns from some law enforcement officers.
