In criminal justice systems, plea deals often result in sentences that may not fully reflect the severity of crimes, particularly when multiple individuals are involved in a criminal enterprise. The case of Young Dolph's death illustrates how the first person to commit a violent act (Cornelius Smith) received a 20-year sentence, while other individuals who may have been more directly responsible or involved in the planning could potentially receive different outcomes. This highlights the complexity of achieving complete justice in cases involving organized crime, where multiple parties may be involved and evidence distribution can affect sentencing outcomes.

Final suspect in Young Dolph de@th case gets 20-year sentence. WtfAñadido:
Okay, y'all. Word on the street is Young Doll's case is closed at this particular time. And they're saying that the last person that had something to do with what happened to him was just sentenced to 20 years, y'all. They just gave him his sentence. Yeah, y'all. We about to talk about this. Hello and welcome to my channel. Please like, share, and subscribe if you like this video. And thank you all so much for watching. Thank you, thank you, thank you to my day ones, twos, threes, and fours. Thank you so very much. I appreciate you all. And welcome, welcome, welcome. This video is for entertainment and educational purposes only, so everything is alleged, some is not. And the fair accuse is in my description box, y'all. So, let's get to it, y'all. Let's get to it. This is pathetic, y'all. And I still feel in my heart of hearts that it's not over. And I'm going to tell y'all this. Even if it is over in the court system, God gets the last word, y'all. God gets the last laugh. Okay, y'all. And I'mma tell you this, that's a lot of people out here that got off in the court and the streets got up with them later.
Okay, y'all. Um, I feel like there is no time limit on a get back for Young Dolph and there are going to be getbacks for him for years to come. This is how I feel about this situation.
This is how I feel. Everybody been sending me this and saying that this ain't right, this ain't this, this ain't that. There are so many regular everyday mo that's not even celebrities that go through the same thing. Everybody in the hood know that this person is wrong and doing whatever they doing and this and that that and this and they go to court and they get away with stuff each and every time.
But then the streets get up with them and their mom and them running around here crying and stuff like that when they know what they their kids out here doing. Yeah, y'all. Um I don't I don't have no feelings when it comes to them.
You know, I felt like this was going to happen anyway. Look at all of the people that were attached to um corrupt corrupted people.
Look at Yo Gotti them inner circle. He has a lawyer that is like their best friend.
One thing about having a lawyer in your back pocket, they going to tell you how to get off.
They're going to tell you what you need to do to get yourself out of a situation. And this is why I feel in my heart of hearts, and I'm going say allegedly, that this played a major role in them taking Big Chuck out, y'all. And I don't know why people listening to that thing that, you know, um, what's his name? I forgot his name, but the guy that got out of jail that was helping put the play together and all of that stuff, trying to get these guys to give him a cut out of it. He walked away from the whole situation when he was telling them what to do. Not only was he telling them what to do, but he was telling them how much that he wanted out of their money after they got paid for the hit.
And he's running around here free talking stuff. He just came out.
Somebody sent me a video of him talking about um he said that Hernandez, that's what I'm talking about. Hernandez went around and telling people that the reason why Dolph got taken out is because of Straight Drop spat in Big Jook's face and all of this other stuff.
This guy is pushing a narrative. My personal opinion and he is trying his best to get, you know, people from believing that God had anything to do with this. Big Jook wasn't chasing Dolph around from city to city, state to state, and sending the minions at him.
That wasn't Big Jook, y'all. And we all know this. We know it.
But this is what they want us to believe. This is what they want to push, y'all. Bunch of bull crap. Bunch of bull crap. Did y'all hear about Funny just got broke off in the prison? Oh yeah, y'all. He got knots and black eyes. all kind of stuff. He in there getting broke off too. He's connected to, you know, King Vun and a little dirt limb situation.
It is It ain't no time limit on the get back, y'all. I'm just saying out here when when you dealing with the streets, it's not. It really isn't. Um, yes, Cara Smith, the person who ran up on the window first.
As far as the images that we saw, we saw two guys run up on the window, right?
The first person that ran up on the window was Cornelius Smith, y'all. He was the one that got up close and personal.
First one to start powing.
Okay. According to what they showed us and he did a plea deal, told on everybody else and they gave him 20 years.
20 years, y'all. And it's it's just about five of them is about gone almost now.
Ain't that something? Ain't that something? You can go and run up on somebody with a machine weapon in broad daylight.
Could have took other people out there that worked there.
Take somebody's life and get 20 years. They gave R. Kelly more than that. And all of them women still alive. I'm just saying y'all. I know people that's locked up for selling street pharmacy stuff for more time than that. This man took somebody's life.
Y'all took somebody's son, somebody's father, somebody's brother. This is what they did. Somebody that was helping a community in every which way, shape, or form.
And a lot of important people in Memphis got together to help get these people off and just sent off, okay, the knuckleheads and stuff and put everything on them.
Big J should have left town. He should have known and he did know something was wrong because y'all saw that Big Jook was he was he was letting it out the cats out the bag that people was treating him different and this and that and that and this. When you got lawyers in your ear and you going to their parties and they coming to your parties and this and that and that that and this. You think they wasn't going to school your hottie on how to get off on this crime? Your brother is kneede in the streets. You can put it on him and you can get off.
How important is he to you?
And a lot of people feel like that is exactly why Big Jook was taken out y'all. That's exactly why. So, Ko Canilia Smith, the propel man who admitted to taking out Young Dolph and claimed Big Jook paid for the hit, was sentenced to 20 years after the plea deal.
After the plea deal.
And I still feel like he's telling some truth, but he ain't telling all of it.
I still feel like the money came from somebody else other than Big J. if Big J was the one that told him that that they were going to pay for it. He was just used as the middleman because this is what they do. They use middle people to go do their dirt for them. Just like they had, you know, the female that came forth on Jay-Z and P Diddy. Jay-Z wasn't coming to her mama's doctor's office appointments and Jay-Z wasn't going to the gas station harassing, you know, the daddy and this and that. They sent people out to do that just so they could keep the other people hands clean.
Boy, oh boy. Oh boy. This is a hot hot mess, y'all. And they had everything down to a teal what they was going to say and who was they going to put in there. And this is why so many people was taken out because they knew things.
They knew that it went bigger up than Juk. And I think that this is why so many people passed away on Big Jukdam's side because they felt like they were gonna tell.
Look how these other ones start singing.
But I still feel like they were saying only so much.
I feel like they knew that Yoatti had something to do with it. But they did.
They wasn't going to say Yoatti's name.
They were going they were told to put it on Big Jook and that's what they did.
That's what they did. And it didn't matter that they didn't get paid and all of that stuff. They just they scary. A lot of these guys are scary, too, y'all.
They feeling like, you know, your guy can touch them in the prison, get somebody to come at them and this and that and that that I just told you. Look at Vanie just got broke off and he's a snake. Word on the street. I don't know him, but I'm going to say allegedly, but from what we hearing about Honey, oh my god. a serious snake running around here arguing for people and and acting as if that he cared about, you know, King Vun, making King Vun think that he had his back and all the while he was stealing from King Vun right on the street.
Who takes money from somebody and then go and pay for that person to pass away for somebody to take that person out with their own money, y'all. So Otavani, he getting exactly what he deserve.
According to what I've heard, this is a hot mess out here. And if y'all think that yo, you know, Yo Gotti and all these other people going to get away with the stuff that they doing, think again. Think again. Smith receives a 20year sentence. The final defendant in the demise of Memphis legend. The final. They made sure they put that up there, y'all. G to try to make it look like the case is closed.
That's not what I heard.
That's not what I heard, y'all. And I'm going to tell y'all this. I do believe it could possibly be they saying that the case is closed for people to let their guards down.
But this is still ongoing.
Ain't no way in the world it can't be.
Everybody that came at Dolph each and every time that he got pow powed, they were connected to Yo Gotti. y'all working for him or something in some type of way. Each and every last one of them.
Boy, oh boy. Oh boy. This is crazy. He pleaded guilty to secondderee demise on Friday. Smith admitted to his role in the 2021 powing at Makita's Cookies.
They still trying to support them by throwing their name out there for franchising. Okay, y'all. I told y'all when Dolph got taken out, they were seeming like that they were pumping up Makita's cookies more than they was talking about this man's passing. It was all about, you know, pumping their their business up.
And I was like, they act like Makita is cooking them is more important than Dolph's life.
They still talk about them when they have an anniversary and all of that stuff. that now that that this happened at their store, how can Dolph be and pow pow in their store be the best thing that happened to them?
Ask yourself that question, y'all. They were swimming in debt. I mean, swimming in debt. They couldn't get out of debt to save their life.
And Dolph gets poured up in your store.
And now y'all open up other stores, fixed up the other one, got money, money, money, money, money.
And the crazy part about this is Dolph's family member let them name cookies after Dolph. It was crazy. I would have sued the crap out of them.
That's why a lot of people don't they be sad and Dolph's family too because are you serious?
And then they were doing business with Big Jook them after Dolph was taken out.
They started hanging out with them and doing parties and stuff and connected to Big Jim, hanging out with doing events with them at the smoke shop and all. I said, "Are you serious?"
And Dolph's baby mama, she was supporting the cookie shop as well.
That's why a lot of people still sad at this whole situation, y'all. They are.
Bear said that while his testimony helped prosecutors, many feel the deal for the admitted hitter fall short of true justice. A lot of people feel like this was some [ __ ] y'all. 20 years, which really is 15 because this happened what, five years ago, y'all.
This is crazy, y'all. You done took somebody's life and you was the first one that jumped out the car.
This is crazy.
This is crazy. I I couldn't believe it when I heard it, but I at the same time I said it's to be expected and they had the nerves to put this up, y'all. Case closed.
Really?
Really, y'all?
Memphis dropped the ball on this one, y'all. They dropped the ball. They covered up and all kind of stuff. They really wanted Dolph out the way. And a lot of people feel like it's because they wanted that territory that he had got all of that them properties on and they were saying that they were trying to, you know, rebuild in the areas that he had bought and put, you know, had homes there and stuff like that. and they wanted him out the way by any means. This is what a lot of people feel like and they used their little minions to do it because look at uh Black Youngster how close he is with judges and all of this stuff in Memphis.
In Memphis, y'all boy oh boy oh boy.
This is crazy. Case closed. They got the nerve to put this up. I said, "Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy." And I know Dolph um Dolph family got to feel stupid right now. They got they got to feel stupid. Even the baby mama got to feel stupid right now cuz do y'all remember her saying that they let um Cornel not Cornelius, they let um Hernandez out and they said that oh yeah, y'all remember Miss Miss Mia? She came forward and was like um you know that she she was basically let the cat out the bag that they let um you know Hernandez out so that they can catch bigger fishes and she was saying that it was going to be some more arrest coming. This is what she jumped on social media and said well her I just have to talk about it a little bit y'all. You say you want complete justice for Dolph, but at the same time, you are running around here with the people that helped set him up allegedly.
You're supporting the people that help allegedly set him up, but you want you want justice. Did you really want justice? I'm starting to wonder people in our family or a baby mama get paid off for real. For real. I'm starting to wonder because you let out the man that helped put the play together.
You let out the man thinking that he going to tell on everybody else and he got out and played y'all or did he?
Was this all y'all playing together?
cuz we know about all the cheating that Dolph was doing and that people was highly upset about the cheating that Dolph was doing. Okay y'all, this just did not play itself out right at all. And the police has let this guy out and everything and the you know the courts and all this stuff let Hernandez get out for what?
Why? He made the case 10 times worse for them to even get justice for the people that really played a part in it. So, what was the purpose of letting him out, y'all? What was the purpose? It makes no sense, but that's what they did.
And y'all let me know in the comment section what y'all think about his family now that let Hernandez out and Hernandez played them.
Do y'all think he played them or think he was a part of they play all to all of them was in this together for people to get off on taking Dolph out? Y'all let me know in the comments section. Rest in peace to Young Dolph.
And believe it or not, I do believe he's still going to get justice. You know, I was hearing a lot of stuff about a lot of things and that other people was snitching celebrities. So, I just don't feel like this is over. I don't. But even if that part is over, the streets ain't going to let this rest. People still riding for Dolph and they gonna ride to him till they can't rat no more.
But anyway, y'all let me know what y'all think about this in the comments section. Please like, share, subscribe if you like this video and thank you all so much for watching. Peace.
