When a registered RFID card is scanned, the system instantly verifies the user, records the attendance, logs the entry or exit time, and prevents duplicate attendance. All the data is stored locally and can also be synced to Google Sheets for real-time access from anywhere. The system also provides attendance analytics, downloadable reports, and a simple web dashboard to monitor users and records.
