Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a triple receptor agonist peptide that binds to insulin-related, metabolic, and neuronal receptors, achieving 30-40% body weight loss compared to 20% with dual receptor peptides, while maintaining metabolism and primarily reducing body fat rather than lean muscle mass.

This Triple Action Peptide is BETTER than Anything before It!Added:
Peptides have taken the world by storm with claims that they might be a savior against obesity, chronic illnesses, and more. Now, a new peptide is on the horizon with multiple studies indicating they could be the most effective of them all, re-revolutionizing peptide science and health as a whole through a unique dual mechanism that really is breathtaking. The first study to characterize its effect was this one.
The peptide initially called the extremely easy to remember LY3437943.
LY if you don't mind me abbreviating which looks like this is molecularly designed to bind three different receptors on our cells which will become critically important later as you'll see. The peptide binds to the insulin related receptor increasing insulin release and thereby allowing blood sugar to be reduced quickly. And it also binds a receptor involved in metabolism. And finally, it binds receptors involved in reducing the want for food found on neurons which are braid cells. Now to really show you how exceptional this peptide is, we can compare it against the current king. Here the black line is the control condition. And here we're measuring body weight. So the lower the lines go, the more effective the peptide is on the main metric of interest, weight and fat loss. The blue line is the dual receptor peptide that is at the time of this recording the top peptide and it binds two of the three receptors and the red line is our new peptide LY which also binds the metabolism altering receptor. Clearly there's a notable improvement in weight loss. But let's sit here for a second because I need you to internalize this. The dual peptide, the current leader, drops body weight by about 20%, which is a massive reduction.
And the new kid on the block, try an even 30 or 40% cratering of body weight. Imagine weighing 150 kg and taking one peptide and ending up in doubledigit body weight. you understand what kind of life-changing result that would cause?
I'll return to this because I know one of the critical questions will end up being, is that level of weight loss healthy? Is it all fat? Well, we we will return to that. For now, just know that this LY3437943 peptide is massively more effective than the current peptide class and causes 30 to 40% weight loss using a triple action. Now, what is it about this additional receptor binding that leads to these absolutely breathtaking advantages? For that, we can lean on another experiment that at first glance makes no sense. In this experiment using animals they are fed a normal diet or they are placed on a calorierestricted diet. Then another group is placed on the exact same calorierestricted diet.
Let me repeat that. The exact same. So no differences in calorie restriction but they were also given the LY peptide.
Here are the results. The black is the normal diet and the green is the calorier restricted and the red is the exact same calorie restriction plus the miracle peptide. Same calories. Have I said that enough now? Yet we see huge differences in body weight loss. How is that happening? Here is the answer here.
Instead of measuring weight, we're measuring calorie expenditure, otherwise stated metabolism. Notice how the LY peptide condition does not experience the same huge reduction in metabolism that the calorierestricted group does.
In fact, it remains on par with no calorie restriction. How unbelievable is that? So, less calories consumed but perfectly maintained metabolism, a dual mechanism leading to mass weight loss, all at the hands of a single peptide.
Now, here's the kicker. a pleasant kick to the groin, if such a thing exists.
Maybe in some circles, but let's not go there. I've been calling this peptide LY3437943, which is what it was called 4 years ago.
But guess what? A lot of human evidence has come out since then, and it's a lot more approachable than these animal mechanistic studies that we've been going over. Before I tentalize you further, give me a moment to mention that I'm covering more on the different receptors of the body and the impact that the structure of this peptide has on these receptors, as well as the impact on destructive visceral fat, the benefits to liver health and insulin resistance. all in my extended video which includes a written analysis, a one paragraph summary of the main points as all my analyses do across 100 plus analyses that I've done and release weekly for my premium research platform called the Physionic Insiders. You also get a private podcast, live sessions with me, a private email list where I send all of my ad free analyses each week, and so much more. If you're interested in a complete education, then check out the Physionic Insiders using the link in the description. Like I said, a lot of human evidence with much more on the horizon as we approach the release of this peptide into the world.
Like here, we are again measuring body weight using different doses of this peptide now in humans with the darker blue being the higher doses. And sure enough, we see similar results. Maybe not quite 30% weight loss, but this is also over a shorter relative time period. So 48 weeks, but I can tell you that in other data that 30% mark was just about achieved. So you may or may not recognize this name. If you don't, then welcome to the next king of peptides, retatride, previously known as LY 3437943.
These studies are phase 1 and phase 2 clinical trials. So, of course, we need bigger trials, and we're getting them, but we're no longer at the infancy of this peptide's existence, which is incredibly exciting. Still, 20 and 30% of body weight loss leads to the questions like, is this stuff safe?
Well, there's almost always going to be some people that experience side effects. The side effects are roughly on par based on the current data with other peptides in the same family. the other GLP-1 receptor agnus i.e i.e. semaglutide. The side effects themselves tend to be mostly gastrointestinal issues and any serious side effects are very rare and are not any greater prevalence than placebo, meaning that it's unlikely the peptide caused them.
Still, this leads to another issue, the actual huge weight loss. What is that weight loss made of? Returning to this initial study, weight loss was certainly a large part body fat as seen here. But there were also losses of lean mass shown in the red condition there. And since we don't have muscle specific data from retatride yet, we can lean on the previous leader tears, which in some analyses measure muscle specifically and did show some muscle loss. However, interestingly, there was no additional muscle loss at higher doses of the peptide. But I'll point this out, too.
Notice how the lean mass loss was equivalent between the simple calorie restriction and the calorie restriction plus the peptide. So, we're not seeing additional lean mass loss, of which muscle is a major component. And yet, we're still getting all the additional benefits, greater overall weight loss, fat loss, and the maintenance of metabolism. In the end, as with the general calorierestricted diet to maintain valuable muscle mass, exercise, especially resistance training, should probably be paired with the peptide. The reality is that this peptide is going to wipe the floor with the current other ones. It has massive effects that absolutely evviscerate body fat. Assuming that these data continue to be repeated in other studies, retride is going to reign supreme ruler of the universe >> or at least fat loss peptides and overall health. Anyway, I have more videos that may pique your interest right here. Thanks for tuning in. I really hope I blew your mind with the sheer magnitude of the effect. It's unreal. I'll catch you in the next one.
See you.
