Then, I write my fixed expenses. [music] $2,100 for my apartment, $85 for internet, $190 for electricity, then water, Netflix, [music] gym membership, and my car insurance. All together, that's $2,745.

[00:00:22][music] Unfortunately, next are the debts. Still paying my car lease for $420, $315 towards my credit [music] card, and $120 for a small business loan. Now, we move to my variable expenses. Groceries, eating out, shopping for new clothes and makeup, $650 for business expenses like office supplies and listing fees, and then $230 for hair and nails. Lastly, we can add up our savings. $600 going to my retirement account, $800 set aside for emergencies, and $350 for my company trip to the United States. [music] Once everything is planned, I take the remaining balance and deposit into my savings account. As you can see, I've managed to take control of my finances when I once thought it was impossible.
