Effective leaders take ownership of problems and situations, solve issues through strategic thinking, and inspire their teams, rather than complaining or transferring stress onto others; a good leader is accountable, admits fault when necessary, and can lead effectively in both good and challenging circumstances.

Unscripted: Good Leaders take OWNERSHIP🤔Hinzugefügt:
Hi everyone and welcome welcome to unscripted. Now today I am going to be speaking about leadership. So welcome to a dose of common sense. Welcome to a zone of reasoning and knowledge. So class is now in session. Now a leader who constantly complains is not a good leader. A leader who complains non-stop is not fit for that position.
Now leaders should take ownership of problems.
Leaders should take ownership of situations and leaders should strive to find strategies, methods to solve a problem because solving problems is simply a part of leadership.
Now, as someone who is involved in leadership, I can tell you that this is a very stressful position to be in. And if the leader does not take ownership, the leader would be transferring that stress onto the rest of the team. And what would result is a team that is not motivated, a team that would not work, a team that does not feel appreciated because things are not being solved. So a leader should be able to solve problems, inspire the team, motivate the team. Now the leader should be brave enough to take the bull by the horns.
A real leader, a strong leader would be able to spring into action in any situation. So complaining should not be part of a leader's vocabulary.
Even if the tasks might seem very hard to accomplish, the leader would have to strategize, the leader would have to find methods. And this applies on the job.
This applies in politics.
And we see a lot of leaders these days complaining nonstop.
These people should not be elected. The leader's vocabulary should be about problem solving. The leader's vocabulary should be about finding simple solutions, simple techniques to solve problems that are complex.
So yes, people may complain to try to score some points. People may complain to make the other side look bad, but this is not good for leadership.
Remember a good leader takes ownership.
A good good leader is not afraid to come out and say I am at fault. I will take blame for what happened. I would do better next time. A good leader should show the team a better way. A good leader should be able to lead when things are good and lead when things are bad. It is just that simple. So, thank you for watching. I hope that you are doing okay. Remember to keep on following me and don't forget that my live will start on Saturday.
It will be a substantive live, no nonsense.
It would not be name calling or bashing.
It would not be an effort to make anybody look bad. It would be reality simple. It would be easy to understand what I am saying. So once again, thank you and have a blessed blessed one.
