Disorderly behavior in public spaces, such as fast food restaurants, can lead to serious legal consequences including arrest and charges for disorderly conduct, battery, and obstructing law enforcement, even when the underlying issue is a minor customer service dispute.

There's witnesses. If you can't figure it out, someone else will.

>> Yeah, we will.
>> I can see by her black eye that someone else wasn't having all her bad behavior.
But she didn't learn her lesson. It would suck to be trapped in a mind like that.

>> I'm at uh Taco Bell.
>> Do you know what city?

>> Okay. Okay.
>> I don't trust my family. I don't want my family in my head. I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself.
>> Okay.
>> And I want to reiterate there's no other option. Okay. Well, we don't have an attorney.
>> We don't have to get family involved.
It's just me and you.
>> This is the tone in my voice and I'm sorry if some people don't understand me.
>> It's okay. I just want to keep the volume down.
>> I'm starving.
>> Okay. You can >> I have nowhere to go.
>> That's what we're trying to figure out.

>> Okay. Alyssa, do you have any children that you take care of?
>> None of your concerns.
>> I just want to make sure that they're okay. That's my main concern.
>> Really? Cuz I have it written on file that you weren't even willing to do the well check. Now, as I said one thing at a time, mother mama's happy if no one's happy. Okay.
>> May I have something else to eat cuz I'm starving and my brain isn't working.
>> We'll work on >> After all of her outbursts, they still gave her one last chance to leave. But her arrogant ego wouldn't allow anyone to tell her what to do. So, she quickly made a stupid mistake.
>> HELP ME.
>> I'M SCARED.
>> HELP.
>> LISTEN, WE'RE trying to help you, but you're not letting us help you. You have to leave.
>> That's great. I'm going to wait.
>> Nope. You have to leave.
>> That's great.
>> Okay. Okay, this is the last time I'm telling you to leave or we're detaining you in handcuffs. Leave. Leave the property. Leave the parking lot.
>> Leave Taco Bell >> right now.
Oh, Alyssa.
>> Jesus Christ. Are you kidding me?

Calm down. Listen. Stop. Stop. Stop.
Stop. Stop.
STOP.
>> I'm not. Look. Nobody is going to hurt you.
>> Can you put him in the front?
>> She going to throw something.
>> Alissa, you're going to get tagged if you keep >> my grandpa.
Alysa.
>> What's her name?
>> You better rethink.
>> Alysa.
>> Get her away from you.
>> Listen. Please stop.
thinking on costume.
>> Alyssa, stop.
>> STOP, SWEETHEART.
>> You okay? Stop.
>> Okay. Right there.
>> Okay.
>> Alyssa was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer. Lesson learned. Appreciate and respect the people who have just helped you. A little gratitude and cooperation in moments of stress can prevent misunderstandings from turning into serious trouble. After the video was posted online, it attracted hundreds of thousands of views and a large number of comments. Here are some of the opinions.
The woman who gave her water and took her here was very kind, but she could have been badly hurt by this woman.
People working in fast food don't deserve to have to listen to this BS. If I was the Taco Bell manager on duty, I would have been pissed at the cops. Holy crap, did they think she was going to comply after the first 10 minutes of insanity. What do you think about this woman? Share your thoughts in the comments. At least she only used verbal insults toward the staff. But the next couple was even more unhinged as they resorted to extreme violence.
>> Girl, >> let me off my woman.
>> You ain't he lying, man.
>> You ain't seen me AS NOBODY, MAN. THAT'S WHY THEY AIN'T GOT no money AND WE WON'T WE WON'T vote for anything.
>> On December 23rd, 2023, police were called to a Domino's Pizza in Delwood, Missouri after a customer dispute escalated out of control. But what they didn't realize was that the customer couple was extremely dangerous and unpredictable.
>> Jump me. They came out or whatever and they jumped on me because I asked for a refund. I've been waiting for six days and I came up here and I ASKED HIM, "WHERE is my money?" because she just hung up on me when I called.
>> She told me to get >> Nobody a lady that just left who was eyewitness. She called, right? Talking about an order from last Thursday. I told her if it was from last Thursday, right? I cannot look up my order from last Thursday. I got to give you the number for the customer service. She overtalked me blah blah blah blah blah.
I did disconnect the call. I'm going have to sign while you already told you I can't go all the way back next week. I told you the problem. I told you the solution. what I can do for you. She pulled up early. So she get out the car at the window and said she swings on me.
So you damn right. I'm going to I'm going to swing back. You guys anybody in here? She at the window. The man came in here. Reach his arm in here at me first.
So that's when I told them, "Y'all got me [ __ ] up or whatever." Cuz the man got out the car first with his phone. So y'all can't hear me. Y'all can't hear us cuz y'all got the music. First off, nobody never said we can hear y'all. The [ __ ] was mad because I said I can't go all the way back to next last Thursday to get your order for you. This the lady right here who think the whole thing actually.
>> I'm sorry. I came back because she said my um license plate number on there. I didn't want any issues because I just came up here to pick up a pizza. But this is >> Do you know who was the instigator?
>> They got video of it.
>> She was the instigator. That's why I started recording it because the first when they ran out there, my kids are in the car and they were in here and she came in here towards them with it. They told my kids to get out of here and all I see is my kids running into the car petrified because this lady is getting out her car about to fight this lady over her husband. I mean whoever the guy is had already reached through the window on me before this even happened.
The guy had already reached the window only.
>> The scene was very tense and the employees were all in a panic. However, it wasn't until they met that customer that the police clearly saw the aggression.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Okay. And it's clear what it says on the receipt.
>> You know what's clear? The video.
>> Here it is right here. Yes. And what did it say?
>> It shows you assaulted her.
>> I assaulted her when she was the one who ran up on me. Not to mention, she was the one who came out of the store bothering me.
>> I just watched the video.
>> Uh-huh.
>> You totally instigate the thing you see.
>> I instigated it. So, what was happening when we were right here at the window?
>> Only video I see is right here.
>> Oh, so all you see is right here. But even though I was at the window, I came up and I asked for my money back. She was the one who was getting an attitude.
Why would she be out here and allow me to do that if she wasn't the one who was instigating it? She was the one who WALKED AROUND AND WALKED up on me. Are you kidding me?
>> So why is she out of the store walking up on me? If she's not instigating it, you tell me that. So I got my fist up cuz I'm ready to defend myself. Are you kidding?
>> Huh? And then did you see THE OTHER GIRL JUMP IN IT AND hit me and kick me and [ __ ] Did you see that? YEAH.
>> SO, YOU TELLING ME THEY CAN ASSAULT ME OR RUN up on me? Come out of THE STORE AND RUN UP ON ME AND THEY'RE NOT in the room. Let's go get our We didn't start nothing.
>> Okay.
>> Come on.
Cuz y'all ain't going to do [ __ ] >> We could arrest you both.
>> Oh, come on then. I'M READY TO GO. Take me >> cuz you two assaulted her.
>> OH, THAT'S A TOUCH.
>> THAT DUDE WAS HITTING HIM out here.
>> I didn't touch nobody.
>> YOU KIDDING ME? NO. COME ON. LET'S GO.
Let's go. WE DON'T NEED a touch nobody, man. The one that came up on me, I said, "Man, I don't get handled it ourselves.
Let's go."
>> LET'S GO AHEAD. YOU do what you need to do.
>> So, you see me as somebody.
>> Come on.
>> I saw you help her.
>> I help her get up and I push the girl.
>> Let me off my woman.
>> You ain't he lying, man.
>> You ain't SEE ME NOBODY, MAN.
>> THAT'S WHY I AIN'T GOT NO MONEY.
>> We won't vote for any.
I didn't actually see YOU HIT THAT.
>> OKAY. SO, IF I GET AN ASSAULT TO HER, why didn't they call the police?
>> I GET OFF THE GROUND. YOU >> WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL THE POLICE? IF I WAS ASSAULT, YOU [ __ ] I HELP MY GIRL GET OFF THE GROUND.
>> IF I WAS ASSAULTING THEM, WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL THE POLICE?
>> WHAT STARTED as a complaint about the order quickly revealed something deeper.
The couple's anger wasn't just about a refund. It also seemed like a warning sign of danger.
>> With arrest and I ain't put my hands on nobody.
>> Thank you. Thank you.
>> That ain't cool, man. came out. I just HAD MY STORE AND ASSAULTED ME.
>> CAME OUT OF THE STORE AND SO IT'S OKAY FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND BE AGGRESSIVE.
>> THAT'S WHAT YOU TELLING ME?
>> CUZ I ASKED my money back, THE MONEY I PAID FOR AING pizza cuz they up and I ask for my money back AND THEY GET AN ATTITUDE with me AND THAT [ __ ] COMES OUT THE STORE AND SAYS, "I'MMA BEAT YOUR ASS."
>> SO I PULL UP AND I'M LIKE, "BRING IT, [ __ ] CUZ I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO THREATEN ME AND GIVE ME MY [ __ ] money. Are you kidding?
>> I don't understand more than one, man.
They jumped on them, MAN. I DON'T KNOW.
>> ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ALL I'VE BEEN DOING WAS SITTING HERE WAITING ON THEM TO BE PROFESSIONAL and give me my money back.
But that's okay. These [ __ ] started more than they can handle.
Thank you.
>> My girl, that's not listen. We ain't got nothing else to say. We've been waiting on you. Stop. Stop.
>> Go. Stop, baby. Stop.
>> Have a good evening.
>> Talk to the man, man.
>> Let's go. We going to handle this ourselves.
>> What time they closed?
>> What time they closed? Come on.
>> You [ __ ] on me and y'all ain't get in this car.
Come on and get in the car.
>> We can take care of these [ __ ] ourselves.
>> Got what?
>> I got Okay, let's stop.
>> You ain't got to do [ __ ] CUZ I AIN'T got no love, so I ain't worried about you.
>> Police arrived and separated everyone.
No arrests were made, but the woman said, "We're going to handle this ourselves." And her boyfriend, Yuri Hall, ominously asked, "What time do they close?" These words sounded ordinary until a few hours later when dispatch received this 911 call.
911. Location of your emergency.
>> Somebody got shot in my um in my workplace.
>> One person or how many?
>> Two people.
>> Two people.

Okay. Can I have you stand over here?
Stand over here.
>> Two women were shot behind the building.
Cameron Carter in the abdomen. Shaniah Brock in the hand, hip, and thigh. Both were rushed to the hospital as officers investigated. Watch out.

>> My daddy's on the bag or anything.
>> Not right now.
One bullet destroyed Brock's pinky despite their injuries. Both victims were eventually able to tell investigators exactly what happened. The shooter had approached them while they were on a break behind the store.
Moments later, he pulled out a handgun and fired about five shots.
which is a good thing.
>> Hold on. Hold on. Hold up. I got Everybody else get transport. Get those on the front.
>> Well, there's two shellcases right here.
>> All right. I need to get hers.
>> Unless you want to start an IV. I was going to get two going.

>> Hall was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm. In January 2026, he was sentenced to two life terms, plus an additional 3 years, totaling 33 years in prison with no possibility of release until the age of 88. Lesson learned. Even seemingly small disputes like an argument over an order can turn dangerous if emotions get out of control. Don't risk your life over just a fast food meal. Once the video went viral, viewers quickly flooded the comment section with their opinions. A pizza. He lost 33 years of his life for a woman and a pizza. What an idiot. It's crazy how the cops didn't take her threat seriously the first time. Love the male co-orker who helped to stop the bleeding of one of the victims. Even the paramedic told him he did a good job.
What do you think about this case? Let's take a COMMENT BELOW.
WHAT ARE YOU? I AM TRYING TO go to the vamps out here. They told me there was an emergency.
>> Who told you?
>> On April 27th, 2025 in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, police were called to a Subway restaurant after a woman refused to leave the restroom. When they arrived, they found Karen sitting on the toilet.

>> It was clear from the start it was going to be anything but a routine trespassing. It is unfortunate that the woman was in a state of panic and misunderstood the situation, but the officer here is not a social worker.
You don't need my information. I will hit you because you are not so threatening me.

>> Those aren't your cars. I am not going with you. I am not going with you.
Help!
Help! Help!
>> Come on, let's go!
>> It was clear the cops here were not playing around. The officer's tone here would make most people comply, but it didn't seem to phase her one bit.
>> Threatening to hit me and then cocking your fist in your head.
>> All right.
>> Can you look that way for me? I'm going to put your seatelt on. Okay.
All right, Jessica, do you have any medical conditions?
>> Yeah.
>> What are your medical conditions?
>> Diabetes, and that's why I need some water.
>> What would water do for diabetes?
>> Mouth. My kidneys. I have I have kidney failure.
>> Are you on medication for that stuff?
>> Yes. And you can you >> you can clearly see I need something to drink. Well, that's probably be because of the menus.
>> No, it's because I'm diabetic.
>> All right, I'm going to close this.
Okay.
>> So, I just need you to take a deep breath in and then see your lips are on the straw and blow nice and steady out.
Two years ago. Okay.
>> I did not use two hours ago. Did >> you use something else 2 hours ago?
>> I didn't use anything. I will take a test right now.
>> Okay.
>> How do you know I did 2 hours ago?
>> Your behavior is very consistent with >> your hallucinations. And >> what hallucinations? I didn't >> saying that saying that there was some sort of shooting going. You said there was some sort of shooting going on and people told you to to hide in the bathroom and nobody >> working at the counter >> and I'm telling you she said that she said nothing to you, >> but you went in the bathroom and she's trying to close the store and came came to knock on the door and you weren't answering.
>> I was in the bathroom for a half an hour.
>> Why?
>> Because God need can I just breathe for a second?
>> Sure. I'm going to let you calm down for just a second. Okay.
>> The time for cooperation had passed. She was headed to jail and she had no one to blame but herself. All she had to do was follow a simple set of instructions and she was now going to pay the price.
>> Reach across you and get your seat belt off. Okay.
>> All right. And then I need you to slide your feet out. Step out. I'm going to grab under your arm and escort you to the bench over here.
Once we get over to the bench, I'm going to do one more uh search of you and then you're going to have a seat until the deputies come out and they'll search you and then we'll get you inside. Okay. You don't have anything else on your concealed inside of you, do you?
>> No.
>> Okay.
>> I'm pregnant, too. Did you notice that when you wrestled me to the ground?
>> I didn't. Why is this the first time you're telling me that?
>> Because I couldn't tell you because I was too busy freaking out taking you away. So, you'll take a pregnancy test here to prove that you're pregnant.
>> I will.
>> I'm asking you. They're going to ask you to take one.
>> Yeah, that's >> okay.
>> Can I please have some water?
>> You have a shirt on underneath your >> Yes. Can I please? I am diabetic.
>> I understand, but we don't have any water. They'll have to get it for you.
>> This is the jail. You have water?
>> Yep. As soon as they're able to get it, >> but you're an officer, so you can go in there and get some water. Once the deputies open it works for Ashkosh Police Department Ashkosh Police Department has arrested me and brought me right in there before.
>> Yeah, this is this is the procedures that they have. So just wait. They're going to come out here and they'll do the same thing I just did. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Police proceeded with the booking process at the county jail. She was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and making threats of battery. Lesson learned. When the restaurant staff no longer wants you there, you should leave before the police are called. Once the footage hit the internet, it spread rapidly, drawing massive attention and generating a flood of public reactions. Here are some of the reactions. She's barefoot in the bathroom. Oh god. Oh god. Oh god. I'm sick of women saying, "I'm pregnant.
Lady, you're in your 50s. Get out of here." Trying to stay overnight in a public restroom is a level of desperation I hope I never face. What do you think about this case? Please comment. But when it comes to the level of aggression and absurdity, that woman cannot possibly compare to the next customer who truly deserves the crown.
>> Let me tell you, my hands in the air.
Call this McDonald boss today. I am hungry. If they're going to give me McDonald, get me a McDonald.
>> Get me a Mac chicken. They don't know how to treat a customer. So, they getting fired today or I'm getting my Mac chicken.
>> I'm trying to understand you right now.
On March 10th, 2024 police were dispatched to a McDonald's in response to reports of an unruly customer. When they arrived, they realized that the person who called 911 was not telling the truth.
>> How long has he been in here?
>> He's been in here since probably about I want to say about 7:30, 8:00.
>> Yeah, >> that was when he told me to call the cops, but I didn't know where to send I didn't know where to send him. He kept telling me to call the cops and he looked at me and said, "Bitch, you're going to lose your job. All three of you."
>> Okay.
>> And like I said, he said he was going to rob us, >> but my GM told me to lock the doors when you guys got here. So, I just got to lock that one. I just didn't know. I didn't want to get Yeah. Can you go lock that for me, Martin? And he did. He walked up on the floor a few times.
>> Yeah. He walked behind the couch back there.
>> Yeah. He picked up our phone and called you guys >> and then I had my phone. I had the phone in the back listening to him like I'm scared.
>> They literally walked behind the counter and got the phone off >> and told him we couldn't have it. We weren't we don't let the the public use our phone.
>> So he actually called 911 on that on your phone.
>> Yeah, he called 911 on the phone. It wasn't me. And then I had talked to the the dispatch >> and told him what was going on. It was all him.
>> Okay. Well, he'll be banned from here obviously and he's probably going to end up going to the hospital cuz he's talking all kinds of nonsense. I don't know what to do.
>> Like I said, I thought I I smelled like liquor and beer on him and that's the only thing I could think of.
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> The customer claimed that his friend had been in a serious accident to get the McDonald's staff to call 911, but in reality, this was just an excuse to cause a disturbance and demand food. He hardly lets the officers get two words in customer >> hand now. Officer, we need to talk.
>> What's going on?
>> My friend got in an accident, right?
>> Okay.
>> And and it was bad, >> right?
>> And I I was I was down here trying to eat. So I'm down there waiting for them to come come get me, but they got an accident. So I told the worker to, "Please, can you please call 911? Is it on a video? Everything recorded, right?"
>> Yeah.
>> Record this. All right, guys. Listen to this. This McDonald down here, I came here with >> You need a ride is what you're saying.
>> No, I don't need a ride.
>> Then what do you >> You guys need to listen. What happened?
These people over here acting at they working at the McDonald's. They getting fired today. I'm calling them boss and everything. They don't know how to treat a customer. They don't know how to cut treat. But I told them to call 911. It's emergency. NC say, "Okay, NC didn't call 911." Sometime it's emergency. What did you need them then to call 9114?
>> To be you guys to be here with me >> for >> what you need.
>> What reason?
>> Call officer Menzo 105.
>> Call officer men right now.
>> He's not here.
>> What's your badge number? Everything >> call FBI everything here. CI everything, bro. My hands is in the air.
>> You're staying right now.
>> I don't have gun. Nothing. Everything on recording.
>> Everything on recording. I'm about to go live. Hold on. This is serious down here, bro. This is very serious down here, bro. Are you very serious? It's emergency.
>> What do you mean?
>> My hands in the ear. My hands in the ear.
>> My hands in the ear. Let me tell you. My hands in the air. Please. Call this McDonald boss today. I am hungry. If they're going to give me McDonald, >> get me a Macdonald.
>> Get me a Mac chicken.
>> They don't know how to treat a customer.
So, they getting fired today or I'm getting my Mac chicken.
>> I'm trying right now, >> bro. Let's go. Give me a Mac chicken.
That's all I can. Give me my order. I I want my food, bro.
>> Is your food on the table right there?
Yes, >> it's on the table right here.

>> Okay, we're going to get your stuff and we're going to get out of here. Okay, >> THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING FIRED TODAY.
I'm going live. I'm going live, bro. I'm going live. They are playing with with this. They can't play, bro. Call Call officer.
>> He's got 99 problems and McDonald's is number one from the way he's acting. He seems to be struggling with mental health issues and combined with his aggressive behavior, it creates a very tense situation.
>> You're a bad member. What's your name, bud? What's your name?
>> I'm John. I'm John. I'm John. I'm John King. I'm son of God, bro. I'm son of God, bro.
>> Don't talk to me, officer.

>> Hey, man. I'm homeless.
>> We're going to fix your cuffs.
>> Yeah.

Like I'm like, "Oh, you know what? Call 911. They going to help you." So she didn't call 911. I had to reach for the phone to call 911.

>> In the end, he was taken into custody by police and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Lesson learned. One should not exploit an emergency situation for personal gain as such actions can lead to serious legal consequences. After the footage was released online, many people shared their reactions and thoughts. These adults are the children who've never been disciplined, raised, and loved.
Normal society should not have to be exposed to this. Make mental health hospitals great again. He should have been cuffed within the first 90 seconds.
WTF? are their clownish cops doing?
While this man lost his temper over a simple chicken order, the next woman acted as if she owned the Subway restaurant.
>> The whole world going to blow this [ __ ] up World Trade Center never ever be alive. Give me a chance for your dumb deceitful way. Get the out of my face.
On July 15th, 2021 police were called to a Subway restaurant after reports of a woman behaving in a disruptive and outofcrol manner. But when cops arrived on the scene, nothing could have prepared them for how serious the situation was about to get.

These people know that you are the only woman.
Recognizing how urgent the situation had become, the officer quickly moved in to restrain her. But what she revealed next took the situation in a completely different direction.
>> Did you me sir?
You never NOT TO HAVE LOVE IN YOUR HEART.

>> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with felony obstruction. Lesson learned. Regardless of your emotional state, using violence against law enforcement is never an appropriate way to resolve a situation. Are you curious about what people think about this situation? Let's take a look. Born in 96. Damn, this young lady definitely needs some help. Too many walking around like this in cities across America.
Imagine you can't even control your brain. Your brain is just going haywire.
Mental illness is so sad. Those other customers at Subway don't realize how lucky they were to get the hell out of there that day. If there's one thing Karens are good at, it's showing us what not to do if we want to stay out of trouble. The next Taco Bell customer will show us that.
>> Did you get into an altercation with them?
>> Not to my awareness. No, >> not to your awareness.
>> No. Okay.
>> I did not touch any person.
>> Do you know that there's video cameras on the side of this building?
>> I don't care. I did not touch it. On November 18th, 2023, police were called to a Taco Bell after a woman was reported to be behaving in a disorderly manner. However, what should have been an open and shock case rapidly spiraled out of control when the woman unleashed her inner Karen.

>> Which which car is it?

>> What is she wearing?

>> Okay. I don't know. I cry. Okay. Basically, we've been here for a long time trying to get a taco. I got a little upset. I went up to the front and talked to the kids. It's like, why is it taking so long to get a taco?
That's all.
>> She says she's a major in the Air Force.
What she meant to say is she is a major pain in the Air Force. As if she is better than anyone else because of military service.

>> I would like to see some time of anything that said I pushed someone. I didn't touch anyone.
>> Okay. It was quickly becoming clear here that the cops were dealing with a textbook Karen. She checked all the boxes. She was demanding and rude and thought she was calling the shots. But as she was about to find out, this woman's delusions were not reality. Oh, >> go talk to my husband.
>> No, I'm about to put you in handcuffs because you have to identify yourself because you're suspected of committing a crime. So, this is the last chance I'm going to ask you to get your driver's license. Look how silly this is.
