A vexatious litigant is a person who repeatedly files unmeritorious motions, pleadings, and papers with the court, which are harassing, frivolous, and extremely burdensome to the court system. Courts can designate such individuals as vexatious litigants and impose restrictions on their ability to file new materials or litigation without first obtaining leave from the chief judge. This designation requires the court to provide reasonable notice and opportunity to respond, create an adequate record of specific cases and reasons, make substantive findings about the frivolous and harassing nature of the litigant's actions, and ensure the restrictive order is narrowly drawn to protect constitutional rights.

Short Stream: Blandino Ruled a Vexatious Litigant (Again)Added:
Hey.
Number three.
Hello. Hello everybody. It is Arty of Art's Corporate Fiction. How you guys doing? Happy Thursday. Hope you guys have been doing well. Um, as you can see, my walls are still barren. Um, but we are this time, I swear, are going to be putting up those acoustic panels behind me. It'll look really nice. I promise. And then I'll be able to put in a decent amount of lighting so that you guys can ruin my stream whenever you want. Uh, so, welcome everybody. We're going to be talking a little bit about Blandino. Um, in case you haven't figured it out, about four, was it four or five?
Four days ago, I think he was the order came down and he is officially been labeled a vexacious uh litigant for the Las Vegas Municipal Court.
I think uh I'm not sure. I think it's depart uh I think it only applies to department six.
Um let's see.
Anyway, we all heard that. We all heard they had the hearing. We saw it on um uh back then. But yeah, it's it's official.
I mean, I I I don't think any of us are here are surprised. So, we're going to go through the the the order um a little bit and then uh watch a couple of courtroom videos to to finish it up. Tomorrow, I really do think I'll be able to stream and I will be streaming. It's just that I have a lot of I have a lot of errands to run tomorrow. So, yeah.
Let me go here.
All right.
Hey, what's up Uh, the lane driver, thank you for the 999 super chat. Rest in peace, Kyle Bush. Kyle Bush passed away. Damn. RIP.
I was going to say he's I thought he was still like what he'd be maybe what in the 40s or 50s now? That's That's young.
41. Oh, he's my age. Wow.
Man, rep uh Aring Rod, thank you for the 60 months, man. A look uh in Discord for robot tantrum on Southwest Air. Hey, holy [ __ ] checked into the hospital today and died at 5:30 Eastern. Wow.
Okay.
And where is that?
All right, let's go.
This matter having come before the court on May 6, Kim Blanino having notice of said hearing uh appearing in proper person. The court having read the considerative of the papers filed by Blandino and having heard and carefully considered the demeanor of presentation, Kim Glend of Kim of Kim Blandino, the oral statements made by Kim Blandino and with the intent of deciding the petition to declare Kim Bllandino of exacious litigant filed by Hans Jessup, the court administrator of Las Vegas court on March 16, 2026. The court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law related to whether Kim uh Kim is a vacations litigant. Uh Blandito filed repeatedly files unmeritorious motions, pleadings, and other papers with this case in case 26-5437.
Blandino Blandino's filings are repetitive and appear to be filed merely for the purposes of harassment after avail evaluation of numerous submissions in this case and in case and in case 26-5437 which were separately evaluated. The car has determined that the submissions whether motion petition or other type of submissions are harassing, frivolous and extremely burdensome to the court. Uh and it is going to the history of the case. He was cited uh for simple battery that occurred in the regional justice center on January 8th, 226. On February 26, um 26, the Las Vegas city attorney's office issues a notice notice of dismissal without prejudice pursuant to NRS 174.085 five and voluntarily voluntarily dismissed without prejudice case. Um the case number since the case against him was dismissed. Bllandino has filed nine motions and or notices totaling around 249 pages.
Uh see exhibit two. So this order is 700 oh you can't see it. Um but this is page two of 756 m. Uh, so this is only 19.
The actual, uh, opinion in order is 19 pages.
Uh, what are my plans for the holiday?
Um, the uh, well, that's kind of up in the air. I'm probably I'm going I'm going to be skimming through it, Uncle Dan. I'm not going to go through the whole shebang. Uh, for sure. Um, as far as my plans, I think I do want to try and have a cookout for Memorial Day.
Um, but I don't know if if I'm ready. Uh, the house is ready because obviously the the living room is pretty much done. Um, the studio will be uh largely done after this weekend.
I've put in new lights upstairs. I do have patio furniture, but I don't have like a grill, but my parents said that they could bring in a portable grill um and take care of that. Uh and uh Omega, you're always invited, man.
Everybody's invited if they can. You're invited to the cookout.
Uh but I don't have like a lot. I mean, I could have enough there because I had I at least have some shade. to have a parasol uh to cover the uh the the the table. So that's at least there. Um so I guess theoretically I could have I could have a cookout there, but I'm still looking for a grill.
Yeah.
Okay. He filed a So Blandino filed an emergency open to reopen the case, which normally defendants don't want to do.
You realize I'm only two and a half hours south of you, right? I mean, yes.
Even you, Seline. You and my parents will get along fine. Uh I mean, the if that if that's not if uh if two and a half hours isn't stopping you, um yeah, come on in.
He filed an emergency or uh order to vacate emergency motion to vacate the order by judge Gadani as void.
And then he waited on the first floor of the courthouse to attempt to personally serve the undersign but the motion repeatedly requests from requested front desk st. Oh wait the undersign. Oh this is is this deani?
Oh, we go all the all the way to the end.
Oh, it is. Oh, wait. And this this is only 13 pages. What the hell am I saying? This is 13 pages.
Hey, father. How you doing?
I do have a cooler and I really And it's a really awesome cooler. It's like a It's a retro uh Coca-Cola themed like all metal or mostly uh uh somewhat metal cooler. It's really nice.
Uh okay. All right. Back to the back to the order. Okay. Stop.
The motion was denied by minute order on the same legal basis as the prior motion. It was probably dismissed.
Defile on 12. So March 2nd, March 9th, and now we're March 12th. And again, they filed a new emergency petition uh to declare that Judge Judani is disqualified.
It was also denied on the same uh basis as before on March 19th.
He filed another emergency motion to arrange another judge to hear the matter as judge is repeatedly violating violating the law regarding disqualification and is oppressing Kim under NRS197.2.
Uh oh, and also abusing Kim Blania, who's a protected older person.
And and wait, did he did he actually put an exclamation point in his in his motion?
All right, that's a that's certainly a choice.
Uh God calls on me to see that you were removed from the bench for these violations. All right.
um Messiah complex.
Uh on March 31st, he files another one for the transcripts at no cost because he's in form of Paparus Paparis.
Who was it? Well, both me and the other person in Discord were like, "This guy is now filing titling his motions like uh manga are being titled. It's only if you're a weeb that you'd understand it."
Long story short, the uh titles and mangas are basically in giant paragraphs uh outlining the the premise, story, and plot of the entire novel in one go. Oh, and this guy just wrote an entire paragraph as the title of his motion.
Uh, on March 19th, this uh same day or excuse me, on March 19 prior, petition was filed to declare Blandino a vexation litigant.
From February 10th, 2026 until present day, Bllandino has come to the Las Vegas Municipal Court one to three times per week. Uh during each visit, he remains at the courthouse anywhere from 10 minutes to 7 hours. Bro, get a hobby.
What?
Why?
While at the courthouse, Blendino typically spends a significant time at the front counter um due to him um wanting to approach the front counters despite it not being uh his turn to do so. He interrupts other patrons. Uh he when it's his turn, he directs staff on how to handle his case, which ultimately results in confusion and requiring the need for a supervisor.
Uh during these encounters, Kim Blanito has repeatedly asked personal questions of the staff member that is assisting him. Um ladder has led to being uncomfortable, harassed.
Um it is risen to such a degree that a marshall is now assigned to escort Bllandino while he is in the area near and around the front counter.
Yeah. Uh he also tries to do things that some would argue would be the un um unlicensed practice to uh un unlicensed practice of law by uh coaching defendants and potentially direct uh guiding them on on on their basically on their case or even helping them right mo motions.
He bloo frequently visits each of the six uh Las Vegas courtrooms.
He he's been physically printed uh present in this unders science courtroom for the extended periods of time.
He takes notes sharing personal information.
Additionally, Kim Blanito constantly gets up to uh to attempt to speak to the marshall while court is in session, deferring his attention from his job. He also attempts to speak to the public attorney assigned to the department, defendants, and other individuals located in the courtroom and enters and exits the courtroom repeatedly while court is in session. That's a very, very, very annoying thing. Um, take it from me and my experience. Even if you're not saying anything, uh, even if it's not you using your phone, if you're constantly opening and closing the door while course in session, it's going to aggravate start aggravating people, and I'm not even talking about the judge.
The court acknowledges and respects that the courthouse and the courtrooms located are within our public forum, AR.
The court welcomes individuals to observe court whether or not they have an active case in the Las Vegas Municipal Court. True. As and nobody I think disputes that. However, an individual's presence within the Las Vegas mun municipal court is predicated on the presumption that said presence is not disruptive to proceedings harassing, intimidating, or inclus inclusive of the unlawful practice of law. The behavior of Blandino has proven to be each of those things.
He's uh the eighth district. I was wonder forgot what the what the other district was. He's been previously deemed a vexacious litigant under the eighth district.
Um it was fi based on findings that were similar if not identical to the behavior outlined above.
On January 8th, Dub Jacob Reynolds issued an ordercluding BL news presence on the 11th floor of the Phoenix building.
I think that's a typo.
Is it Phoenix PH O Nix?
Oh well, it happens. Uh, restrictions were put in place to him contacting staff by home. email waiting in the hospital to speak to them while going to the restroom.
I repeatedly tried to speak to Judge Reynolds inside and outside the courtroom. Hey Lisa, on April 6, Blendo filed the first motion to disqualify Judge Girardani in the instant case which was set for hearing in front of Judge Bert Brown.
Then that motion mentions uh Kim Blend Kim Bllandino mentions the undersign's child, the name of Underside's husband, and the details of his job.
Kim Blanito says, quote, Kim's religious beliefs and insights indicates Jodani is neglecting her duty and duties as a mother and wife because of rule 2.1.
End quote.
Bladito goes on to quote a verse from the Bible and states, "Dani needs to resign being a judge and take care of her children and make more babies or adopt if that is not possible or fulfill a role that God set for her and not be neglectful."
Plato also states, Kim points out that the Holy Spirit prompts Kim to write this. He I just realiz he's talking in third person.
And Kim can see how God's purpose in the series of events that brought this wrongful charge of battery. Then a sidewalk walker who wrongfully disqualified himself and then brought to Gon's court so that Kim could plead for Gian's children and potential children.
What the Okay. I feel like I feel like everybody in this channel knows that I'm I'm very very very hesitant to draw any ism in in an an actual unironic sense.
But I mean, come on. How how am I not supposed to uh uh draw a conclusion based on based on just this uh quotation? I mean, we can go watch we can go read the actual full thing just in case there's some context we're missing. But exhibit 11, I'll uh I'll bookmark that.
On April 20th, 2026, Judge Bur Brown denied Bllandino's motion to disqualified.
As such, Blandino was reminded that the petition to declare him a fixious litigate would go forward on May 6th.
Uh, Uh emergency notice to Judge Bert Brown and Judge Yodi that Kim Blendino has prepared a complaint to the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline ready uh ready for submission against Yodani and is attached at exhibit A and that Kim must do everything in Kim's power to see that Judge Yodani is suspended without pay by the NJD NCJ JD and removed from office for doing the same type of thing as Judge Erica Balu and proceeding further in case 26-5437 against Kim filed on April 20th 26 in the instant case. That is the that is the motion title. What the hell within Kim Blendino states in his second motion to disqualify uh Kim asked uh to issue a citation and make an arrest of Giodani for the repeated criminal violations. Kim is preparing a motion to the NCJD for to ask for suspension. Kim makes himself a available to see to seek resolve of the issues with Jodani and for her to stipulate stipulate to violations of the code and then present these negotiations to NCJD to see if the negotiations would be success acceptable. Th this is there's there's like a lot of personality disorders going on here. um like beyond beyond narcissistic personality disorder, we're we're talking like main character syndrome, which is probably a subset of of um of NPD, a messiah complex. I don't know. I don't know.
Or I say maybe I should say hero complex.
Okay. So, in Jordan versus State Department of Motor Vehicles, the Nevada Supreme Court adopted a four-factor analysis a court must use when declaring a a litigant fixious. Specifically, the four-factor analysis is one, the litigant must be provided reasonable notice and an opportunity to respond cause hearing. Two, an adequate record illustrating specific cases, documents, and reasons in support of a vexacious litigant classification must be created.
Three, substantive findings as to frivolous and harassing nature of the litigant's actions must be made. And four, the restrictive order must be narrowly drawn so as to protect the litigant's constitutional rights. Fair.
The Nevada Supreme Court noted the purpose of its four-step approach was to curb flagrant abuse of the judicial pro process while ensuring litigance rights access right of access to the courts because vexation litigant order orders restrict this right they must be based on an adequate justification supported in the record and narrowly terror to address the specific abuse. True. Um you have a that's what that's what's in the uh the first amendment. you have a constitutional right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
Labeling somebody um a vexacious litigant and limiting access is a c is a uh is a curtailment of that right. So it needs to be very narrowly tailored um or else it will not stand up to constitutional scrutiny.
Uh goddess thank you for the super chat.
Download super chat. I haven't I'm surprised that Blandino has accused all judges with felony treason. I mean I he probably has to be perfectly honest.
Blino has been provided reasonable reasonable notice and opportunity to respond.
Is hereby ordered that all pending motions in his uh battery case uh are denied as it was properly dismissed.
It is hereby ordered that all pending motions filed by Kim Blendo on against matter of denied. It is hereby ordered the Las Vegas Municipal Court that that in uh Las Vegas Municipal Court, Landino may not file any new materials in any case as a proper person without first obtaining leave of the chief judge of the Las Vegas Municipal Court. It is hereby ordered that in Las Vegas Municipal Court, Kim Blanino may not file any new litigation as a proper person without first obtaining leave of the judge of chief judge of the Las Vegas Municipal Court.
It is further ordered that if Blandino believes he has a meritorious claim or action that he wishes to file in Las Vegas Municipal Court, he may obtain permission by the chief judge pursuant to the following procedure. All communication must be in writing and contain appropriate content. He may submit in writing through mail through this address or by email at this email address. Anything blah blah blah blah blah blah.
The chief judge uh of the Las Vegas Municipal Court or the design will review the submission. If he if the judge or the designate determines that it's non-frivolous, uh the submission will will be provided to the court front counter clerks for filing upon remote submission of any applicable applicable filing fee by Blandino. Any submission submitted to the Vegas court that is ultimately scheduled for hearing in any department of the court will only be scheduled for virtual virtual appearance unless otherwise approved by the chief judge of the court.
Dear uh I want to see the footnote. Uh the court right realizes that this is a unique requirement. However, courts across uh courts across the country have adopted virtual appearance as an alternative to physical appearance. In 2021, the court created a commission to study best practices for virtual advocacy. On 2023, uh document was filed which resulted in the recommendations blah blah blah blah blah d. Yeah, it's basically long story. It's basically to keep Blendino out of the courthouse physically.
So eat it.
So this is the dismissal.
This is the his various filings.
Uh what was the exhibit three? It was exhibit 11 where this guy decided to uh talk about um this uh Jani's family and children.
This is exhibit 10.
Hey, happy birthday, Deadpool.
Happy birthday, kiddo.
Oh god.
Okay.
Motion to disqualify the judge.
God also called the creator or Elohim.
Elohim being uh both singular and plural like the word sheep, fish or deer created the universe around 6,000 years ago. So, I mean, I'm not shocked that he's a young earth creationist.
Uh, he created light and spaceime in 5 days. And on the sixth, God made man called Adam.
Uh, so he made a uh a creation created out of man, a companion called Eve, who was his helpmate, not playboy sex mate. Weird.
I don't know why we're getting a um a recitation of Genesis in this court filing, but um I'm sorry.
him is the 140th great grandson of Noah.
What?
Yeah. Okay. I uh Yeah, we're definitely looking at a Messiah complex here.
Oh my god.
And every human on earth is descended from Noah. All land-based life stands from the animals that went on to the ark.
He was join uh born in Mal M. Oh my m Mstrom. Oh my god, I can't speak. Mstrom Malmstrom air base in Montana in 1955.
uh in 1993 in part from seeing a modern day Ahab and Jezebel modern day Ahab and Jezebel elected to their joint presidency.
[laughter] He's referring to the Clintons.
[laughter] He relinquishes US citizenship because of the Clintons. What the Bro, was it really it it can't have been that bad? I mean, I was like a child in the '9s. Was it that bad to like relinquish a US citizenship?
He relinquishes uship, became a citizen, the subject of Elohim's kingdom of Israel.
Uh, I mean, uh, Omega, who among us doesn't blame Obama for the state we're in? I mean, come on.
Uh uh Cam became part of what is known as the great commission.
Um okay. Uh yeah. Messiah complex. I am bound by God to file this motion against people.
Kim Kim was also called by God to investigate judicial corruption in the eth judicial district. He became a volunteer unpaid investigator.
[ __ ] with or for the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline.
In this god-given role, Kim obtained letters of caution from the NCJD against former district judge Rob Bear and former district court judge Douglas Harnen, now justice of the Supreme Court. Kim is also investigative journalist. Oh, I bet he is. And is part of the the new media with a YouTube channel and ex formerly Twitter. Kim has in in fact has made a meteor quest before this court. Oh. Oh, no. No, no, no, no.
Uh Kim has been retaliated against for decades because of exercising your rights that are guaranteed on the Constitution of the United States. But all right, but if you're you're relinquishing your citizenship, but but I mean non-citizens still have constitutional rights. I I shouldn't I shouldn't be saying that they because they do.
Um, the complaining witness is an unbalanced woman that has resentment towards Kim and has been looking for an opportunity to vindictively willfully retaliate against Kim. My god, dude.
[laughter] [laughter] Oh my goodness. Uh, thank you Kira.
Thank you for the 499 super chat is [laughter] delusional.
As stated above, uh, Kim was before Judge Walker on February 10, 2026.
Uh, at the hearing before uh, Walker in which the electronic media was recording, Walker announced that he would be disqualifying himself to the Walker fact that Walker some many years ago prosecuted Kim as a city attorney under the standard Nevada rules of judicial conduct. That's I mean that's prop that's appropriate I would say. So I think that I think that's an appropriate uh basis for a judge to um disqualify themselves if they as a prosecutor prosecuted Kim on uh something that I I now remember all of this.
Goddess, thank you for the $5 super chat.
Whose brother is on a mission from God? Yeah.
Hodot super chat for $5. Thank you, sir.
A bit curious. VL status means they have to review his stuff first. What is stopping him from filing a mountain of BS to keep being bacious?
Um, then the uh restrictions can be more severe.
Uh, I would say I think they it I would say it'd be valid if the court were to make another decision with supporting evidence that because Blandino has continued to um flood the court and the email inbox with his with frivolous motions, the court is saying that for a period of time they are not going to respond uh uh they're not going to bother reviewing any of his cases for like 6 months or something.
I think that or at least or maybe even a year. I'd say that's fair until he stops with the [ __ ] Bill Jansen Blind has much experience in disqualification law. Well, yeah, you file it [ __ ] Uh Kim told Jodani uh when it was applied for Geodani that appearing specially not generally which is a sovereign citizen trope. He refused to allow Kim to make a complete record.
Uh Kim ran the proceeding in violation of Nevada Revised Code and Jodani even refused to even look at the file because of her bias and deep-seated antagonism. If Jodani had had looked at the file, she would have been she's seen that the court has no jurisdiction in this matter. Yeah. Tran deepseated antagonism and bias. Yeah.
Oh, really? Yeah. Jani's the biased one.
I would not allow her to see.
This type of delusion is prophesized in the Bible. And then shall and then shall that wicked be revealed whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming. Even him whose coming is after the working of s working of Satan with all power and uh signs and lying wonders and with all the deceivableness and unrighteousness in them that perish because they receive not the love of the truth that they may be that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie that they all might be damned who believe not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Second theologians chapter 2:es 8-12 blah blah blah blah blah.
Uh bias quotations on disqualification I assume get to the airport. I know. So laid patience. I wanted to get through this uh get through some of this cuz I wait I was wanting to see uh just the kind of things that this guy actually said to said about a judge in an actual court filing.
More Bible verses.
Oh, there. Oh, here it is. Oh, god. Here it is. Uh, an AI query indicates that Judge Gordani has at least one child, a son, and Kim's religious belief since insight indicates that Jerani is ne neglecting her duty and duties as a mother and wife because of rule 2.1 uh to some or greater degree. Only Gardani knows the extent of her neglect for her trial or children and for that matter neglecting the importance of her marriage as a court system. No, Kim must speak and write as the Holy Spirit gives Kim to gives Kim to speak and write.
Kim need Janati needs to resign being a judge and take care of her children and make more babies or adopt if that's not possible. to fulfill a role that God set for her and not be neglectful of any of her children. Kim's ex-wife did not work outside the home as raising children is not a job that should be contracted out.
Takes raising and protecting of children very seriously. Holy [laughter] my god.
Oh man.
Oh the isms. The isms is too much. This guy's straight out of like [ __ ] 1950s. No wonder uh he doesn't have custody.
Kim praise a dear honey will see that being a full-time wife and mother is the most fulfilling role and that it would be so beneficial to all that she reside to fulfill this motion portfol point of the collision between judge and caretaker mothers Valerie Vega and the discipline imposed on her.
Valerie Vega was disciplined for not putting her daughter second to her judicial duties.
That during the course of the retrial of case number AC uh described here in you recessed court in the early afternoon on approximately six occasions specifically honor about November 29th, December 1th, December 6th to December 8th uh December 13th 15th of 2010. You did so to enable you to attend your high school daughter.
Suck [ __ ] My parents I think they went to one when I was like a child child. They went to one hodunk like basketball game. I don't think they even went to any of my soccer games.
What are you talking about?
And that makes my mom a a bad mother cuz she didn't see me wipe out and play like an idiot on the field. Are you Are you okay?
Oh, he goes to another one. It's central from Groc. He of course he uses Groc AI.
The Nevada superior judge Abby Silver resigned in uh 2022 to take care to care for her husband who was diagnosed with ALS.
At the time of her resignation announcement, she cited unforesee Okay.
it. What is he trying to prove that SHE RESIGNED TO TAKE care of her?
What?
Oh.
Oh my god. This was an admiral and no admirable and noble. Had silver stayed on the bench, it would have been in conflicted with the code.
Kim points out that the Holy Spirit prompts Kim to write this. Should the Holy Spirit be capitalized? Uh Kim can now see God's purpose in a series of events. Yeah.
Delusions of grandeur.
Now he's talking directly to uh Judge Gardani.
then brought Jude to Giodani's court so that Kim could plead for Giodani's children and potential children hero complex.
You, Geodonni, must resign your official office as soon as possible. Take care of your loved ones.
Judge Andreas Tobias committed suicide because she rejected COD's prompting committed a crime only one wrong short of murder. That being What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? I'm sorry. I I shouldn't be cursed, but what the [ __ ] is wrong with you?
What possesses you to say these things?
It Kim saw Debiasin at the omelet house after attorney Bill Terry had left her defense had left her defense of NCJD char uh charges and tried to talk sense to Debas and yet she closed her ear. God had choreographed this meeting before Tobias and committed suicide.
Both Judge Tobias and Judge Michelle Lev have had trouble with their children and Morgro Morg.
So, uh, Tobias and Levit face public scrutiny and controversies involving their daughter's alleged connections to prostitution.
Here's a breakdown. Melanie Andreas, uh, her teenage daughter Sarah, then 16, began frequently and briefly working at a hip-hop clothing store, which Tobias alleged was a front for an unlicensed club involving underage drinking, drugs, and prostitution.
Bison claimed a pip named Shane Valentine attempted to recruit her daughter into his ring. She reported this to the Las Vegas uh reported this to police but felt they were unresponsive or corrupt. This led to Bison to personally investigate including staking out locations threatening Valentine electing interfering in related cases uh eg a 2016 double homicide at top notch where Valentine was a person of interest.
Okay. So, a judge personally involving themselves in a criminal matter, yes, that's going to get you um in hot water with the ethics. Even though it can be understandable from an outsider's perspective why she wanted to do it if she really genuinely believed that this place was a front. I understand that righteous indignation um to to to go outside the bounds of your to go outside but you know but you can't do that period end of and you and doing that and involving yourself in a in a criminal case that's going to get you in trouble. Um there's no doubt.
Yeah. Accusing her of abusing judicial prestige, allowing family interests to influence her conduct and improper involvement in investigations.
Uh Tobias was went public in 2018, alleging pimps targeted daughters of judges and law enforcement. She resigned in 2021 to settle the ethics probe avoiding a full hearing and died by suicide in 2020.
Wait, so she died two years? So she she unalized herself two years after uh residing.
Okay. I I really hate this person, Glendino. I mean, now for Michelle Levit, uh was also reportedly involved with the same pimp.
uh and a reports described her as part of Valentine's uh stable including her testifying to DV cases involving Valentine. This connection was raised in the 2018 2019 case criminal case Marlon Brown trial where Levit presided with defense attorneys alleging bias due to their daughter's ties to Valentine who knew Brown and related domestic um violence incident. Levit later recused herself from from a related matter citing appearance of impropriety. Levit and her family including brother denied or called the allegations blatantly false and defamatory. No formal judicial discipline resulted directly from the daughter's issues though Levit had a prior 2015 public um public reprim reprimand for unrelated conduct. Both cases over overlapped around the top-notch Valentine ring with Tobias, publicly referencing Levit's daughter in interviews and police memos, warning that pimps started the judge's kids.
These were high-profile Las Vegas stories involving sex trafficking concerns, but also led to significant backlash against the judge for how they handled or publicized family matters.
So, I'm not saying this is testimony or testifying. I'm not I'm I'm not uh obviously AI is going to AI no matter if it's Grock chat GBT cla or anything like that.
I'm going to rely on this as a descriptor of the events surrounding that. It could be wrong.
Oh, as always, always double check it.
So, long story short, Tobias resigned um to uh uh to close out the ethics probe and nothing came of it um of Levit's um issues.
The verifi is uh not neglect her children and the god-given role she has been given. It is much better to resign now and do the most important job as a full-time wife and mother. Please do not end up with trouble and weward children. It's soul.
Oh, of course. Of course. So, it's it's the fact that Tobias and Levit were working as judges. That's why their daughters uh uh turned to prostitution.
Awesome. Yeah. True based horse.
Okay, we're done. All right. Yeah, he's a sexist [ __ ] I'm going I'm just going to say it outright. He's a sexist [ __ ] and you should never ever ever um step foot in courtroom. He is actually a [ __ ] human being.
He's an actual actual [ __ ] human being who of course wraps himself around um the Bible to justify his [ __ ] behavior.
Uh uh Bleno uh states that he's at least 70 years old or older. I think he said that.
That's the only person that I have to get money from to be able to get out of here.
>> Heath Brundage, >> correct?
>> Okay. This is state of Kansas versus Heath Aaron Brundage. Case number 2026 CR 169. Mr. Brundage appears from the Butler County Detention Facility Zoom location. I think it's right. Uh is poorly structured.

>> Take your word on that.
>> The first one was >> I'll defer to your um I'll defer to your expertise, father.
>> The police brutality.
>> Okay. We're not going to talk about the the facts or the merits of the case too much today, Mr. Brundage. But I am curious, Mr. Baka. two criminal trespass charges apparently involving the same property.
What what happened here or allegedly happened here?
>> Yes, your honor. Um I can inform the court that the alleged victims are family members. Uh, in a read through, uh, law enforcement was requested to contact a Bobby Lee Brundage, uh, makes, uh, excuse me, May 16th. Uh, and it was at that time that she had informed that the defendant, um, >> my bad, >> had criminal trespass on her property on May 16th. And then it appears that uh another occurrence happened again May 17th after he was told and Miss uh Bobby Brundage had completed uh a request to have him trespass from the property um on May 15th. So, uh, just to summarize my terrible putting together of things, apparently she made the request for no trespass on the 15th and both occurrences occurred on the 16th and then again on the 17th.
>> Okay. So, law enforcement instructed him not to return to this property and then allegedly he came back twice. Is that right?
>> Do they have proof?
>> I'm double checking, your honor. Um, >> who supposedly informed him he wasn't welcome on the property is what I wanted to know.
brief moment, your honor.
>> I mean, that's what's bad about these boilerplate charges that just throw a whole laundry list of possible things that might have happened in the charge without specifying exactly what he did or supposedly did.
>> Yes, >> I am just trying to see. Uh >> I think it's relevant to the issue of bond for sure. So that's why I'm asking.
>> Your honor, it's I'm reading the affidavit. There is a paragraph where law enforcement said uh that Heath Aaron Brundage was located um and when he was arrested, but I don't see any information on whether law enforcement had informed him uh against the trespass on the property at any time prior before.
>> I was arrested on a road behind my parents house.
>> All right.
>> Nowhere near really my parents house.
Goodund 150 100 yards away.
prosecutor's office generally.
>> Oh, I know what we're going to watch after this and I think it's going to be a good one.
It's a It's the one we're going to watch is is definitely going to be a pallet cleanser. I promise.
>> Is going to do a relatively thorough review of the facts of a case before they file charges. Mr. Brundage. So, with this court, I'm going to presuppose that a learned prosecutor had some >> grounds for probable cause to file these charges. Doesn't mean that you're going to be found legally guilty of them, but only that there uh may be some charges before the court that have to be dealt with. Um, Mr. Bundage, under the circumstances, I'm going to enter a plea of not guilty here.
>> We're going to set another court date for you.
Uh, >> excuse me. We'll get to that. Can you afford to hire a lawyer to represent you on this?
>> May I represent myself?
>> Well, you have a right to do so. I recommend against it, but you want to represent yourself on this.
>> Okay.
>> I'm not sure. I need some time to think about it.
>> All right.
>> I just don't want necessarily that time to be sitting in the jail while you think about it. That's all. I I I should be alert, right?
>> Well, we'll talk about that. Mr. Baka, what are the states recommendation regarding inappropriate viol?
>> Well, judge, while there's not a criminal history much to speak of, we do have two separate occasions. Uh while they are allegations at this point, based on that, the state is fine with a 1500 cash or shy bond. However, we are requesting GPS monitoring uh and a no contact order with that property. I am homeless and do not have a job and been trying to get a job for a at least two and a half three months, sir.
>> Sir.
>> Okay. So, if I release you on an O bond, you'd be homeless and just out on the streets.
>> I would be homeless, but I would be back in court. I guarantee you that.
>> If you look at my history, I have missed very few, very, very few. I would be back in court.
I'll have them write down the court date and I will put it in my pocket and make sure I'm here.
>> I'm not a runner.
>> We'll set bond in this case at $750.
Cash or professional shy required.
>> I don't have anybody that's going to sign for me, sir.
>> Well, that's not my problem. I >> think under the circumstances, uh, we've got two.
>> Why not put the GPS on me?
>> And do you have the financial resources to pay for a GPS system? I'm I've got no job, no home right now. I'm trying to do good. I'm trying to get back into society. Ever since I got out and I've I've been on parole, which I passed with flying colors, I've been trying to do a good job to get back into society. It's just not working out for me right now.
>> There will be a specific no contact restriction between Mr. Brundage and the uh individuals involved who live on the property at 6963 Southwest 62nd Terrace, Augusta, Kansas. a property.
Mr. Bundage, I know.
>> Can I get my stuff out of their car? Out of my car? It's my car.
>> You can't go on the property or be around that property as a condition of your >> Can I have somebody go get some stuff out of my car? My phone's in there. My medication's in there. My >> the owners allow it. If the owners allow it, >> huh?
>> If the owners allow it? Yes. And And the contact is peaceful and non-h harassing.
>> Yes. The contact will be peaceful.
>> You can't do it. But you can't do it.
>> Okay.
>> Judge, what was the amount on that bond again? $750.
>> Okay. Thank you.
>> Again, cash or professional sure.
>> I was never offered a phone call or anything.
>> Under the circumstances, um the court is going to appoint a lawyer to represent Mr. Brundage. I think his uh at least at this juncture >> mental faculties.
>> Um Mr. Brundage, you can elect at your next court appearance to represent yourself if you so desire, but I think you need to have an attorney in place to represent your interest on this >> for railroading. Um, I'll give you an expedited misdemeanor docket appearance June 5 at 1:30.
>> So, am I stuck in here?
>> Well, you can make bond.
>> They haven't even given me a phone call, sir.
I've been denied a phone call for over 24 hours.
>> And the hell >> What phone call did you want to make?
>> Well, I did call my mom.
>> Okay. Okay, cuz that's the only person that I have to get money from to be able to get out of >> under current circumstances. You have a no contact and no communication restriction. So, you can't call your mom.
>> Okay.
>> It's not going to help.
>> Again, is June 5, 1:30 p.m. Judge Lee's court.
>> I'm just going to bend over and open it up >> by Zoom.
>> Uh, so Darren Patterson's appointed.
>> We've got our court date set on June 5.
$750 cash or professional shy bond with a no contact, no communication uh order in place regarding the alleged victims and that property.
>> All right, Mr. Baka, anything else that you believe we need to address currently?
>> Nothing from the state, your honor.
>> Very well, >> Baka.
>> Then the Heath Brundage, >> his name is Mr. Baka >> will currently be in recess at this time. We'll move on to another case on the docket. I think that concludes the jail cases.
Okay.
>> All right. We're going to watch this and have some fun.
the cop.
>> Yeah, there's a cop, by the way.
When a sergeant spots a group of bikers performing stunts on a busy road, he initiates a traffic stop, but he doesn't realize they have no intention of cooperating. Especially one teen who will do anything to flaunt his stunts right in front of them.
Come on. Come on.
[screaming] It begins around 6:42 p.m. on March 12th, 2024 in the Port Orange area of Usujah County, Florida, where a sergeant observes three sport bikes popping wheelies and riding on their rear tires.
But as he initiates a traffic stop, he has no idea the pursuit is about to stretch across counties, and that one teen biker in particular has no intention of stopping.
>> They're continuing north.
I have no idea I'm back here. So, I'm just going to watch for a little bit.
>> I copy. Just advise you.
>> So, the three bikes come to a stop at a traffic signal and the sergeant notes down two license plates while the third, a black bike, has no tag.
>> There we go.
I'm just watching three motorcycles that were reckless on Dunlop and doing wheelies and one of them's got a tag on it. Will run. He went 12F from uh the beach unit last week. So, I was just trying to see if I can get it on.
>> Okay.
>> The plate on a gray bike reading will run. Will run. The plate. The plate.
[laughter] >> I love that they kept the I love they kept the voice actors uh bit in there.
Uh, Presley, thank you for the sub.
Appreciate you. I bet there must >> on a gray bike reading will run stands out because the sergeant recognizes it as the same vehicle that had fled from deputies during bike week held just one week earlier from March 1st to 10th.
>> Just went through the line.
>> The teen riding that bike is 19-year-old Ashton. And just like before, he has no intention of stopping. already setting his plane in motion the moment he realizes the sergeant is following them.
>> Can you confirm the spelling of that tag for that run plate?
>> Yeah, it looks like it's w i l ru n, but I'm not even sure it's a legit plate. It may just be a uh plate that he made.
I copy cuz that plate comes back on the black Chevy twodoor. It's expired.
>> I think I got an opportunity to go for stuff like here at ISB.
>> We could go both ways. We can take 415 there or we can take this way there.
>> Yeah, there's a cop by the way.
>> Copy coming through your way. Yeah, hang on a second.
>> But Ashton and another biker quickly sense the sergeant's intentions and take off before we can stop them, leaving the third rider behind.
What idiot laughing, goofing off. Let's go.
What consequences? What consequences?
Turn your bike off.
All right. The will run guy is he's down on them. I've got one of them though.
Driver's license, registration, insurance card.
>> What did I do?
>> I watched you do a wheelie on Dunlot with her on the back. You cut right down and another car and I have the dash cam for if you want it.
>> I got him.
Who's the guy you're riding next to?
>> I don't know them. We're We I met up with them randomly. We're going to go to the gas station.
>> Which gas station?
>> Huh?
>> Just confirming you're >> Yeah, I'm I'm code four. I've got one stop. Uh the Will Run guy and the other guy took off eastbound. Supposedly they're all headed towards the bies, but there's no time now.
>> I don't know them. I I apologize.
>> Where's your registration at?
>> Um Oh, I'm not legal.
I I was being dumb.
>> Yeah, you were being dumb.
>> Yeah, you're being stupid. What are you going to do when she dies? Cuz you go too far and she falls off the back.
official.
>> That's like a $1,200 ticket. So, >> I'll got on him is riding a wheelie, but the will run.
>> I came that close to grabbing. So, he's doing a wheelie >> with her on the back.
>> Oh, yeah. How old are you?
>> Huh?
>> How old are you?
>> 14.
>> But for Ashton, simply escaping the police isn't enough. He wants to show them how hard it will be to catch him.
And he turns back to put on a show.
>> I hope that going back around.
Hell no. Got me up >> mocking.
I pulled in the I just pulled in the wall wall real quick. Just pass. I see you passing. I saw you. I saw you. I'm catching up. I'm catching up.
I'm catching up. I saw you.
>> Oh, they are right there.
>> 107. The other Come on. Come on.
They're back eastbound doing wheelies down ISB As the off-duty lieutenant decides to take off after Ashton and his companion, the sergeant decides to stay back to gather as much information as he can from the third rider, hoping to learn where the group might be headed and where they can find Ashton.
>> You know, he'll be back. Oh, I'm going to go yoke him off that bike. I was hoping that I can hold him down.
>> I'm trying to get air one over here.
>> Are you good with him?
>> Oh, yeah. I'm fine.
>> Yeah.
>> I'm just going to write I'm going to stroke him a wheelie ticket.
>> Oh, I would 100%. I have a horror 66 with her on the back. Kidding me.
>> But once isn't enough, and Ashton decides to return to rub his escape skills in the face of the police.
>> Long. He's going to kind of come at us.
Look at him. Look at him.
Came back again to try to talk us a little bit more.
Shut up. Damn.
>> That's hilarious.
>> And they're both now westbound.
I think they might get on about 95.
One's a black crotch rocket, no tag visible. The other one's a silver one.
Uh, both wearing black helmets.
>> So, listen, man. No [ __ ] You know this guy? No, I I promise you. So, I went and got gas at uh some some like Circle K or something. Some circle pay over on Port Orange um off US1. I don't know about those two guys showed up and they were going to red and I don't I don't do that. I have my tag up. I I'm loser. I don't do all that stuff. That's bad.
>> This is a citation for riding a wheelie.
Okay.
>> 30 days to take care of it or they will suspend your driver's license. That's your key back.
You need to understand something, young man. That was extremely dumb.
>> I know.
>> Okay. Especially with her on the back.
>> You want to go out and yourself, go ride your bike into a tree. But when you have somebody on the back, it's a whole different story. Is there anybody can lessen this at all?
>> There's no way I'm going to lessen this.
Okay.
So, you need to knock it off. Next time it may not be as nice.
Okay.
>> Yeah. Thank you, sir.
>> Yep.
>> The sergeant finds out that the group was headed to a convenience [music] store in Daytona Beach. As more units are alerted about Ashton and his companion, several deputies join the chase. But they don't yet realize that despite their best efforts, this pursuit is far from over.
>> I'll be following for these two motorcycles. And I do not have a radio with me.
>> Yes, sir.
>> So, I wrote this kind of ticket. I'm working my way up to you. I'm going to come up soon in case they decide to spin back around down here and taunt us some more.
>> I should have taken the one out at the light, but I didn't want to crash my car. So, >> I I wouldn't have wanted to crash my car either. But >> yeah, >> that wouldn't have gone well with me being off duty.
>> Who am I kidding?
>> All right, I'm heading up that way.
>> 773 is coming up to Technology Boulevard right now. He's turning up. He's coming up to LPJ right now. Center >> lane nice and smooth. Heading up to the red light at 95 and LPJ.
>> While units desperately hit the gas to catch up with the lieutenant already in pursuit of Ashton, the teen appears more thrilled by the chase than anything else, weaving dangerously through traffic at high speeds and putting the lives of others on the road at risk.
Heat.
Heat.
like, "Come, come here. Come here." And I'm like, "Fuck no.
You think we're really going to copy?"
I knew it, too. I'm like, "Bro, there's a cop.
Nobody.
>> Yeah, might as well.
>> I said might as well.
>> Yeah, >> as Ashton and the other biker stop at a gas station, the lieutenant quickly catches up and attempts to block the black bike with his vehicle, but once again, Ashton and his friend managed to flee, only making the situation worse.
Moving southbound from the 268 on 95 and we haven't passed the motorcycles yet.
So they likely did get off that LBJ.
They're at lucky. One's fleeing out of the parking lot, one's looping back around in the parking lot. If I can get some additional units. I still got Will run in the parking lot.
If I can get additional unit here, we can get him off this bike.
>> We're getting ready to get off right now. Off the air. We're behind him coming up to the light and he is getting on 95 northbound. I'm sorry, southbound air. Check the farms area. He's probably going to get off right there. Tamoga Farms and 92.
>> I play Forza >> sport bike with >> I uh Eldest. I used to be real uh I used to actually really like uh racing games.
Uh like I really enjoyed uh Gran Turismo and a bunch of other like less well-known games uh back in the day. Um but not anymore. Um I really don't have uh I've because I've gotten older, don't have much time, I have had to narrow my my genres as it were.
>> Red wheels. He's got a black hoodie on with white markings on the back and a black hood or I'm sorry, a black helmet.
And they got a GoPro camera on something. Hello.
>> Sorry, I'm in the middle of trying to chase a motorcycle while I'm texting you.
>> Hey, just so you're aware, we have a 12F going up and down 95. It's going back down towards south. Just so you're aware.
>> Yeah, they got they notified us on the radio. Okay.
>> Out there. Just hopefully air can get up so I can track.
>> All right. That's I appreciate you, man.
Thank you.
>> Yeah.
>> Bye.
>> Oh, the camera. No, he's down there.
He's way down there.
>> Way down where?
>> Like, no. Straight like where that semi-truck was. I just seen his little figure.
>> You know, at face value, it seems like this would have to be a big deal, but these guys escalated it into something more.
>> If they would if they would have just stopped, >> we'll just make it worse for themselves.
>> Yeah.
[clears throat] >> Play stupid games, you win.
>> Yeah. Nobody uh Yeah, Hitchbot. Uh just to be sure, uh nobody is going to be turned into red paint in this. I if if somebody actually did, I wouldn't I wouldn't bother showing that. Um I wouldn't show it on stream.
>> Stupid prizes.
>> But despite their best efforts, Ashton continues to evade them at high speeds and all of the deputies eventually lose sight of him.
>> He might turn on airport road. So if you fly towards airport and pioneer and towards smoke forums might be able to intercept them.
>> But the units are not about to give up.
And soon a Valuia County Sheriff's officer helicopter air1 locates Ashton on I4 driving recklessly and running multiple red lights.
>> Should have a GoPro on his head and the bike is a like concrete gray flat.
>> Yeah, GoPro on the head. Looks like he's got some red writing on the back of that uh hoodie.
Red wheels, >> where you at now, on >> uh past. Let's see. We're passing the runway coming up on Riddle.
>> Okay, that ISB.
Yeah, you're running the red light through ISB. He's going to be westbound ISB.
>> Ocean 30's got eyes on still westbound.
>> Okay, he's at ISB.
Yeah, he's running the red light through ISB. He's going to be uh westbound ISB, >> westbound Hagen Terrace. He's uh going between vehicles, running red lights.
>> As most responding deputies lose sight of Ashton, Air1 continues to track his every move, guiding units on the ground to his location. But even with constant eyes on him, deputies know the only way to catch him is if he stops somewhere. a possibility that for now seems almost non-existent.
>> Well, Air1's got him. So, damn. I thought we were going to get to come around and and >> Okay, he's about half mile from William.
I'm sorry.
>> He's right at Williamson now. Williamson ISP still westbound.
>> Yep. Keep eyes there. He's going to run out of gas at some point. The speeds he's been running, he didn't get fuel, so he's going to stop somewhere.
>> Doing about 130 and uh he's pulling away from us.
>> 130. Hey, just do your best everyone.
He's probably going to get off somewhere and try to get gas. He's hoping if he gets far enough we nobody will know where he's at.
>> Yeah. Well, the camera reaches a lot farther. So, we're we're doing our best here.
>> God damn. Every light >> or can I go over line just in case he bails over there?
>> Okay. He's turning westbound Walnut Crest run. By this point, Ashton has already entered Semino County, and authorities in Valuja County alert Sanford police officers to be on the lookout. With multiple units now joining the chase, they begin to close in, waiting for Ashton to stop, but he knows they're after him and still has one last trick up his sleeve.
>> Yeah, he doesn't know where he's going.
He's in a He's making a Uturn.
>> Proceed authorized and neither stop negative. Not at this time.
>> All right. All right. He's driving into the woods. Uh, Walnut Ridge Street, Willow Bay Ridge Street.
>> Yeah, if you want to go ahead and get them up.
>> Alert to Air1.
>> Alert. Go ahead.
>> Yeah, we are going to a fire. We can head over there now. What was the last street you guys are at?
>> 301 Willow Bay Ridge Street. He's in the woods right off the road.
Yeah, bike's in the trees. I got the heat from the bike, but uh it's pretty thick. I haven't got anybody leave the bike yet. He might still be with it.
>> All right, he's back out. Stand by.
>> He might have dumped something off in the woods.
>> Yeah, we'll come back there if we have to, but we're going to Wilson Bay Court now.
North on Wilson Bay. He has no idea where he's going.
As Semino Countyy's helicopters take over, tracking Ashton's movements, Sanford officers don't yet realize they're closer than ever to catching his ass as soon as he makes an unexpected stop.
>> Visual on the bike. It's still eastbound seminal towards uh towards HCA at French. Just ran the light at French going westbound 46. All right, he's at 711. He's probably out of gas. Copy.
All right. Black hoodie. Getting back on the bike. Tan pants, black helmet, white.
>> So, he just ran again.
>> Bike, whitish gray bike.
Coming back out. He's in the left turn lane. 600 and French or sorry, French.
Making a left on first.
>> All right. 1933 95.
>> All right. Somebody just tried to step out with him. Stop it. Second in Oak.
>> Get off the bike. Get off the bike. Turn off the bike and get off the >> I'm just a kid. I'm just a kid, guys.
Before I was laughing and mocking and taunting you, but now I'm just a kid.
>> Turn off the bike and get off the bike.
>> Just a kid.
>> Get off the bike.
>> I'm cooperating. I'm just a kid.
>> Two units making contact. One at gunpoint.
>> Just a kid.
>> Get off the bike.
>> JUST THE KID. I GIVE UP.
>> DOWN.
>> I give up. I'm just a kid.
>> You messed up, bro.
>> I'm just a kid.
>> I'm messed up. I don't care.
>> I'm just a kid.
>> Doesn't matter, bro. You're playing big boy games.
>> Playing stupid games, man.
>> You're done, bro.
>> No, bro. You're going to run.
>> You're going to call your mom.
>> No, we ain't doing none of that.
>> That's cute.
>> That's cute.
>> Will run. Look at that.
>> Look at that. Which one I'm going to say about that?
>> Don't get caught.
>> And you got a GoPro. We're going to take that as evidence.
>> Alert. They got one secure.
>> Stand them up. Come on. Hurry. Put your legs in.
>> Was that fun?
>> No, not really.
>> Just a kid.
>> I'm just a kid. I'm just a kid.
>> Put your life. You almost got hit several times.
>> I know.
>> Now you everything worse. Now you're going to jail in multiple counties.
Multiple felonies. Now your bar.
>> Thank god you were still saving that.
>> Yeah, I was trying to like wave a cop.
>> Oh, we should have done that. That would have been a good idea.
>> Would you run out of gas?
>> Yeah, I was trying to wave to that cop like hey >> what about when you were in Orman Beach.
>> Which one? When you left >> automatic suspension, >> sir. Same address. Feel good from my mom and dad as well.
>> Has your mom seen this bike before?
>> What did she say about the tag?
>> What was that?
>> What' she say about the tag?
>> I don't know if you'd ever seen it or not. So, >> that's what this recording.
>> Yeah, he was recording.
>> Yeah, I took it off so we could submit it for evidence.
>> He knew he was when he looked up and started seeing.
>> Yeah.
>> What was your game plan, dude?
>> Up the road. I didn't know what to do.
>> I told you find you kill someone. That's what you did.
>> Or yourself inside of me.
>> Yeah.
>> Your eyes probably got about that big too when you went through that stop sign.
>> Call from Johnny Paul Correction. You're an adult.
>> He's 19. You're an adult, buddy.
You guys got anything easier for you guys? No, man. You're fine. My part's done.
>> With Ashton finally in custody, he tries to convince officers that none of his actions were intentional, but they aren't buying it. And by the time his mother arrives, all Ashton can think about is his future and getting out on bail the same night.
>> Just got off work.
I did concrete restoration on Bside.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> And you're a hardworking kid. What What is it with you guys running all the time? I didn't want to.
>> Why do you think it's cool? You obviously think it's cool. I got to be honest with you, dude. You know what happens when you guys pull over? I go, "Thank you for pulling over. Here's your warning."
>> Bingo.
>> Here's what I usually do. But you guys, what you did?
>> Oh, yeah. We don't There's no uh There's nothing nice to say about that, man.
>> Um Ashton the >> fleer.
>> Yeah.
>> Family members. Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> I guess we just want to know what's going on. Can I?
>> Yeah. Like, >> how old is he?
>> 19.
>> 19. All right. What do you want to know?
>> What's happening?
>> All right. Well, I guess he he ran from Flaggler, then he ran from >> God. All right. Get ready for mom. It's probably going to aggravate you a little bit more. I'm sorry.
>> County Sheriff's Office. Then he ran from Semol. Then he ran from Sanford PD.
So, he's got multiple fleeing looting charges. Okay.
>> So, multiple felonies. So, he's gonna be booked at Johnny Pulk and he'll have a bond and stuff like that, but probably not because he'll have a bond for us, then he'll get extra to then he'll probably get extra to Flagler County, >> right?
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Um, and for the for the bike, can I just stay with the bike?
>> No coming in.
>> Okay. Um, do you know where it's being towed?
>> Uh, I don't have that information, but I >> place it has to be told.
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> Using a commission felony.
Well, I mean, did he know he was >> I guess he knew cuz he had he's got wheel on the back of his license plate.
He had >> that was a joke for Mike.
>> Yeah, I got it. But >> but I mean like but was he like aware or did you guys like corner?
>> He was well aware. Yes, >> cuz I mean when he's riding and he has his helmet, I know he doesn't >> that that's no excuse. He was well aware that we were behind.
>> Where where are you taking him right now?
>> Uh to Johnny Pulk. It's uh 100 I think it's 225 ER correctional fields facility in the city of Sanford.
>> Johnny Pulk.
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> Okay. And then what what happens from there? Like what do I need to do?
>> Uh like I said, I believe he'll he'll have a bond for uh Stanford, but then um some has charges on him and Vala also has charges on him. So I'm pretty sure he'll have to there will be a hold in place. So you can pay the bond for us, but then >> he'll also have the bond for Seminal and he'll also have the bond for Luca as well.
>> What?
>> Um I think I think she's talking to dad because we thought we can get your bike and have dad cuz he's motorcycle license so he can get it but they they won't let us take it. Like Daisy said she'll stay with it while I go get dad, but they said that they have to have it. So, we have to like get it out.
>> A lot of this going on right now.
>> I think I have I think I have your boss's phone number in my phone, right?
>> I can potentially get bailed out tonight.
>> Tonight?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, okay. Then I'll just stay. We'll go there.
>> But that bond is >> I'm pretty sure that you're going to have a hold for Valuchia County as well.
So, but we'll we'll see what's going to happen.
>> I I'm just stay I'll just stay there.
Baby, I know you can barely hear me right now, but just know I love you a lot and I'll see you here soon.
>> I love you, too. Just be safe.
>> I will. Please wait for me.
>> I will do >> now is you have charges here because you entered our county and you have charges out of because it started in their county.
>> Okay.
>> So, it's pretty much you have double the charges and their county has their own process. Our county has its own process.
>> Are you like going to school for anything? I was finally good at school >> for what?
>> Either firefighter or line.
>> Firefighter.
>> We've been going and looking at and talking to a counselor at like the Daytona State College program.
>> Yeah. I don't know how firefighters going to go cuz the thing about firefighter like first responder jobs, they want to see your history and the time in between. So, I would say it would probably take at least like 5 years or so before they feel like you're you've changed like your past.
>> Are you the officer that I put my hands up to and they said I give up?
>> Yeah. Well, first you were asking me what happens if I give up and you started kind of circling me.
>> I didn't really want to fully stop yet.
I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to get tackled down to the ground.
>> Yeah. Well, you still got tackled down to the ground. So, >> I don't know why my hands up. Well, it's cuz the motorcycle. That's why I was like, "Turn off the bike." The motorcycle was still on. You still had full capability to try to drive away.
>> You'll be surprised if they go through.
>> Yeah.
>> Yesterday we had a guy in a stolen car that I tried to stop and he sped through downtown.
>> I circled around this guy. I'm like, I'm giving up. I don't know what to do.
Scared.
>> Yeah. And you had multiple chances to stop because we're like all in different corners and you passed all of us going at high rate of speed.
>> Want to be back here. I don't want to be a bad kid and ruin my future.
A >> hell.
>> Yeah. The thing about this also is it's never a good idea to run because we have incar video, helicopter video.
So, it's one of those things where there's so much evidence that you were clearly running that's like the best option was to just stop in the first place. Ashton can regret his actions all he wants, but once the Valuja County sergeant arrives on the scene, he has questions of his own, and he's not going to go easy on him.
>> Remember me?
>> First, what's your name, man?
>> My name is >> Okay. So, I'm the guy that tried to grab you tonight.
>> Okay.
>> And you took off from me.
>> Okay.
>> Why'd you run, man?
>> I was scared when you hopped down and tried grabbing me.
>> Scared.
>> You saw me though in a complete uniform, big star on my chest. Y'all knew I was a cop because y'all saw me at Beville Road and were pointing me out.
>> Yeah.
>> Why?
>> So, we were trying to be all fine and drive legally and then you hopped out trying to grab me and then I got scared and didn't know what to do.
>> Okay. This is the second time you've run though in the past week. You ran from another deputy about a week ago during bike week. Remember that one?
>> Yeah.
>> Stop. Listen, man. They got it all on camera.
>> Understand? You you ran last week from a deputy on that bike with the tag will run because he ran that tag before he even tried to stop you and then you took off from him. I think it was over the Dunlton Bridge. Remember that?
>> I'm not too sure on that.
>> You got all kinds of problems, man. How old are you?
>> I'm 19, sir.
>> You're 19 and and in in a matter of an hour, you've chocked up five felony charges in Valuchia County and a couple over here in Semino County. I mean, who is the guy that >> WTF?
>> I don't know his name.
>> Where did you meet him at?
>> At the gas station. Just driving around.
>> Which guy do you think I'm talking about?
>> Wolf got black bikes, so I'm not too sure.
>> Okay.
Listen, you're in a you're in a position to help yourself right now, but lying about who the other guy is isn't going to help you out of this.
>> Oh, I know.
>> Okay. So, helping yourself right now is being 100% honest and not bullying me.
And I am I'm being honest.
>> So the guy with the girl on the back of the bike, where did you meet him at?
>> At a gas station.
>> Okay. How about the other guy the on the other black crotch rocket?
>> Also at a gas station.
>> What gas station?
>> Not can't remember anymore.
>> You have no idea what gas station you were at. No, >> I've been through a lot of gas stations.
So >> you Where'd you start your night out at?
Where do you live?
>> My house.
>> Where's that?
>> Avenue.
>> Where'd you go after that?
>> And we went to Waw Wa.
>> Which Waw Wa? the one in New Simra. And that's where we all met.
>> So that's the gas station you met this guy at, the Wawa on 44.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Okay.
And >> I just seen them all there and they were like just started riding from there.
>> And which way did you go from there?
>> To be honest, I can't remember.
>> Okay. So, let me ask this question. When you were so scared that you took off from me, why'd you come back and start doing circles in the intersection taunting us?
>> Because the person I was with told me like, "Go back. Let's see if we can help the other out."
>> So this guy you don't even know. You're so scared. This guy that you don't even know tells you, "Hey, let's go back here and taunt the cops. See if this other guy can get free." And you decide to go along with that idea.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> See, that's where I'm going to call [ __ ] >> I wasn't thinking, sir. That's where I'm gonna call [ __ ] Now, I think you know exactly who this other dude is that's telling you how to go up here and the cops.
>> I don't, officer. I just didn't know what to do. I'm a kid riding with a couple bikers.
>> You're a kid. You're 19.
>> Now you're a kid that's going to jail.
>> Base.
>> Who are these uh ladies that are here with you?
>> My mom and sister.
>> How did they know to come over here?
>> Uh they probably tracked me on my phone wondering why I'm over here. andated.
>> When we got to ISB, I got out of my truck to try and stop him and he fled.
>> I was able to snag one of the guys though that was with him that was also doing a wheelie.
>> So, while I was writing him a ticket, your son and another motorcyclist that was with him decided to ride back from wherever they had fled to into the intersection of Williamson and International Speedway Boulevard, doing circles in the intersection, taunting us to come chase them. Okay.
He then fled again.
>> It just doesn't sound like him, but I mean I saw on video.
>> Okay. Then when another deputy tried to stop him because they located him at Bies in the parking lot, he fled from that lieutenant and eventually the helicopter got on top of him and he decided to drive over I4 at over 130 mph >> blowing through red lights.
>> Blowing through red lights in and out of traffic. Um, and lo and behold, he ends up over here where >> I4 >> I4 he >> but there's not red lights.
>> Okay, let's stop. But you're just saying >> he's running red lights all night.
>> She's trying so desperate to try and poke holes wherever she can.
>> This is an enabler. Um, I mean, it was obvious from the very first interaction she's an enabler.
>> Basically, he fle You know where the speedway is?
>> Yes. Once he got to the speedway, he just started gunning it and he was blowing through all the red lights and once he got, you know, if you take speedway towards this direction, it merges on to I4. Then he got on I4 and he did basically what the max speed of the bike was because he was out running our helicopter. But they got elevation, so they were able to keep everything in video and keep a surprise of where he was at. So that's the deal.
>> Yeah. So he gets over here and I guess at some point they get him pinned in and he's now riding circles around the officers over here >> like a smartass.
>> Okay. But do you do you think he was just scared and trying?
>> Oh my god. Really, lady? Really?
>> No, I think he's stupid.
>> Because I don't.
>> No, I think he's stupid.
>> Live here. You know, he doesn't come back and do wheelies.
>> He's fleeing the police. You're trying to make excuses for him. He's being stupid tonight. He's lucky he didn't kill himself or somebody else.
>> Drew, >> I agree with that. If this is what happened, I I agree.
>> If this is what it's all on video, >> I don't I don't >> He recorded it. He's been videoing it with his damn GoPros >> been going around. I I believe that he was probably scared and just wanted to >> So he was so scared that he decided to do circles in the middle of International Speedway Boulevard taunting us to come chase him.
>> Question, ma'am. Why do you think he has a tag on his vehicle that says Will run?
>> It's a joke.
>> Okay. And you you've been a driver and a motorist for quite some time, right? You know, you're not supposed to have any other tag other than what's registered on your vehicle. This isn't a joke. And I will tell you, for people like him, It's a culture.
>> This is what they do. They post on YouTube of running >> from the car.
>> Hey, where did that uh tag on your bike come from?
>> That tag I ordered it.
>> You ordered it? Where did you order it from?
>> Amazon.
>> Amazon. And then you put the Will Run on it. It comes with the like little letters you put on it.
>> It just comes like it >> comes like that. Where's your regular tag?
>> Probably at my house.
>> So why do you have that tag on there and not your regular tag? Do you do you think that's kind of funny that you put a tag on your bike that says we'll run and then you run from the police?
>> I just seen a clip on Instagram that had the same thing, so I thought it' be funny.
>> I see that. So, let me ask this question. So, all those GoPros that you have on on you that we're going to get a search warrant for and go through all the video on them. How many times have you run from the police on those videos?
>> Probably none.
>> None. You're sure about that? Cuz I know for >> All right. She has been so ridiculously blingy.
Like the instant I get home from work, if I um if I like sit on the couch or lay down on the couch, she immediately jumps on uh jumps on my my stomach and wants to lay there and chill. As soon as when I start getting ready for bed, she's immediately going on the bed and wanting to cuddle up. Every during the night, I could feel her coming in and cuddling up. Um, sitting laying next to me. She is a clingy clingy girl.
It's okay. See, see how she like Okay, baby. All right. You want to get down? All right. There you go. All right. Matter of fact, you ran a week ago from one of our other deputies.
>> That bike with you on it.
>> There there should be note on there.
>> Okay.
>> Tonight would be the only night that be like that.
>> Okay.
>> Given that Ashton committed the crimes across Valuia and Seinal counties. He was charged with felony fleeing attempting to elude x times 5.
Attempting fleeing eluding at high speed times [music] two. Over-the-line fleeing attempting to elude x times three.
Possession of a counterfeited license plate. Over-theline possession of counterfeit license plate. Counterfeit motor vehicle. What the What does over the line possession mean? I don't know.

Eventually, he was found guilty of four counts of fleeing, attempting to elude, [music] and counterfeit motor vehicle registration. The remaining charges were dismissed. Ultimately, he was sentenced to 6 months in jail, 48 months probation, 2 years driver's license revocation, and community.
>> All right, you know what? That's a beast. I I I legit I'll take that. 6 months in jail, 12 2436, 4 years of probation, 2 years without a license, uh, and community service >> service.
I think that's very, very acceptable.
[clears throat] All right. I This one uh is from Midwest Safety. It released today. I have not seen it yet. So >> on March 13th, 2025 in Norwich, Connecticut, a trooper spots a black Subaru Legacy missing its front license plate and failing to maintain its lane.
After running the vehicle's back plate, troopers realize this same woman fled from them just a week prior and >> initiate a traffic stop.

>> That's why I pulled you over.
>> Maintain my lane. No, I didn't.
>> Open the door, please.
>> Why do I have to open my door?
>> I got a uh I got a lockout kit. That's not a big deal. I'll explain more once you cooperate with me >> because I went over a lane.
>> I'll explain more once you cooperate with me, >> sir.
>> I assume it's one of those uh doohickeys that go into the um into in between uh this side to to like I guess unhook the latch. Is that I think that's what I'm thinking of, right?

Hitchbot, I I can't believe I don't know how she had enough room uh to turn like that.
>> On 97 prior to 1995, >> she's off 19. All right, she's getting off 199.
>> Taking a left northbound.
>> Yeah, I know, right? If this was ice, she would have had uh you know 15 mag dumps on her. This is in Connecticut.

>> Lease owner. Lease. I heard lease.
>> Oh, you and the lease owner.
>> Lease owner. Yeah.
>> How much do it cost to for the pump?
>> Average 5 to $6,000. Definitely.
>> But up to 10, you think?
>> Yeah. Just Okay. unconfirmed.
>> So, the I think they're the reason they're asking is um uh to add in additional charges cuz if it's damaged property above uh probably above $5,000, that's going to be that's going to be a uh an elevated charge, I guess.
>> Yeah, I saw a car take a left at 97 and some person on the highway pointed.

>> HEY, DICK. OH MY GOD. I HAVEN'T HEARD THAT ONE IN A long time. Mark that on your bingo bingo boxes. He's doing his job right >> a lot of bags.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> She ingested 15 bags of >> 15 bags of fent.
>> How much fentanyl was in each bag? Gram or >> Oh, boy. Technically, that's pretty good lethal amount of fentanyl you uh ingested about right now. As little as two milligrams of fent can be fatal. Oh my god.
>> Okay.
>> I need to wake up.

This is a disaster, dude. We got to Let's just put this flat. Come on. Ball your fist and go like this.
>> It's not pretty easy.
>> I mean, it's like Go like this. Can you do that?
>> Do you see how you have my arms cranked?
>> I'm just trying to do this and it's coming out like >> want you here any longer than I need you here.
>> I trust me, I don't want to be here any longer than I need you. All right. Can you move your feet over that way so we got more space over here?

>> Jackson.
>> Jackson.
>> Jackson. What?
>> I can't breathe.
>> We're going to get that helmet off in just a second. We got to stabilize your neck first. That's really important.
Okay. So, in the meantime, I just need you to take a couple deep breaths for me.
I'm pointing you to the suspect.

>> I >> So, what'd you see?
>> I saw her pull up and she whipped it down the culde-sac real quick and I'm like, "Okay, maybe it's just someone going down there and then I didn't think anything of it." Well, then I saw her out here pacing and I looked and I looked at her. I said, "Holy [ __ ] >> was there anybody else with her?"
>> She was by herself and that's definitely her that I walked back up with green shirt >> cuz she started to walk this way and she was on her phone. She took off right back. Get me?
>> Yeah. Midwest soccer dads are the true heroes. I mean, Bear, I'll get my walk.
>> All right.
>> So, should I go to his house to make sure he wasn't with her?
>> He wasn't, but I'll get photos of the truck.

>> The motorcycle hit your car?
>> Yeah. Yeah. It got pushed into the dip.
>> Okay. So, you're involved in this truck.
>> Yeah. Yeah. We've got her. Did you see all this, too?
>> That's 100% her. I didn't see her truck in there, but >> my partner's going to grab a statement from me. I got to run her back up to the street. My partner will be right back up with you. Okay.
>> Hey, so here's the deal. Okay. I >> By the way, my brother's baby is doing fine. He's very adorable, very cute.

>> Suspect you're under the influence of alcohol based upon the odor, your reaction, and everything you were talking to me. Learn your words. Okay.
Your eyes are dilated. It's a clear sign you're under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Okay. Do you want to do any field sobriety test with us?
>> Jesus.
>> Yes.
>> You do?
>> Like thousand yard stare.
>> All right. You want to step out for him?
>> Can you call my husband >> after everything's done? I'm not calling him right now.
>> All right, I'm gonna take these off, but if you run on me, we're gonna have issues. Okay. What's up with all these marks on your arm?
>> What marks?
>> All these from the airbag.

>> Okay.
>> Hyundai right here is a nurse that stopped to give aid. This guy was looking left to see about turning in traffic turning to go eastbound. The motorcycle went right past him. He was still looking left and then he just saw it come flying back. I'm going to start getting witness statements for all of them.
>> You have anything on? You going to poke me, stick me, or hurt me while we're doing this?
>> Okay. Yeah. Go ahead and turn around back at the window. Just going to pass you down. Make sure you got nothing on you.
>> Can my husband take his vehicle?
>> Nope. We're towing it.
>> Well, no.
>> It's the commission of a crime, lady.
Are you serious?
>> All right. Everyone that I told had to stay. I'm going to be bringing you over one at a time to give me a statement as to what you saw or didn't see. After you do that, you can leave.
>> All right. Go ahead and kick this foot up.
>> Don't kick my feet.
>> Don't kick you?
>> Yeah.
>> I'm going to kick you.
>> Can I do anything for you to kick me?
Did I kick you?
>> Yeah, you did. Relax.
>> Okay, relax. Turn around. Turn around for me. All right. I'm going to run you through some tests. All right.
>> I'm going to put my pen out. You got to look at the tip and the tip only. Okay.
>> How much did you have to drink today?
>> Two drinks.
>> Two drinks. What time did you start drinking at?
>> 4:00.
>> 4:00. Where were we drinking at?
>> Buffalo Wildlings.
>> Buffalo Wild Wings. Okay. Were they two small glasses? Big glasses?
>> Wild. It's always two. It's always two.
Uh, I don't know where this actually is.
Um, does it say Hang on. I'm going to go all the way to the beginning and see if it says uh No, it actually doesn't say at the beginning where this took place.
>> Okay. What' you drink? Beer.
>> Yeah.
>> Drink your choice. What type of beer?
>> Uh a beer. And then >> Selene, just so you know, um again, spoiler alert, uh this lady does actually serve jail time for this.
>> Uh a shot of vodka.
>> What size? That big two.
>> I'll tell you how long it is uh after it's over. So, it's 4:00 and a shot of what again? I'm sorry.
>> A shot of vodka. I didn't I didn't say what of. Did you hear me?
>> Or prison time, I should say.
>> I was asking you what.
>> I said a shot of, right? A shot of vodka.
>> Okay, that's what I was asking.
>> Double short.
>> Double short >> or a double. And then a shot of yingling or a tall. [laughter] >> A shot of wingling. Yingling. Huh?
So, two tall yinglings and double shot.
>> I said, did I say two talls?
>> I'm clarifying. I'm asking you.
>> No. Did I say two tall?
>> Lower your voice.
>> Let's just go through the test.
>> All right. Go ahead and put your feet together. Heels together, toes together, arms onto your side.
>> Uh, sir, I'm going to get you first. And actually, I can take you as well if you want. Here, I've written your name and all the information up top. So, I need you to do is write what you saw and what you did.
>> Okay.
>> Print your current address and sign where it says signature of witness. Can you do that for me?
>> Mhm.
>> All right. Follow my pen with your eyes and your eyes only.
>> Hey Brad.
>> I know you're trying to test for you test for >> my balance and I'm not >> horizontal gaze and I stagnus.
>> Yeah, I get it. I'm a medical student. I know it. Okay. So, you know exactly what I'm [ __ ] >> You know exactly. And I know I've I've approved that while you're doing this. I haven't failed this.
>> Okay. If you keep arguing with me, we're going to turn to the test and you're going to go as a refusal.
>> Okay. You need to cooperate with me.
>> Then I' I've passed this, right?
>> No, I'm not done. Let me go through these tests. Otherwise, I'm marking down the visual test.
>> Feet together, arms down to your side.
Don't move from this position till I tell you to do otherwise.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Mhm.
>> Yeah. While you're shaking, right? He's shaking. He's shaking. He's shaking though.
>> All right. Are you going to cooperate during this test?
>> I am going to cooperate.
>> Okay. One more.
>> You already done one test.
>> One more and you're refusing. Okay.
>> You already do one test with a shaking.
>> Friendly reminder.
Friendly reminder that this lady um nearly killed uh another uh nearly killed a motorcyclist and ran from the scene. Just friendly reminder.
So I can't shake his fold. Oh, thank you.
>> Is that what you said?
>> Is that what you said?
>> You just keep back. You're helping yourself with the camera footage.
>> Are we done?
>> Yep.
>> One more outburst.
>> So that officer said that if this guy is cold, >> he's going to shake. Thank you. Go ahead.
>> You just have to follow my pen.
>> Yeah, you got it.
>> Your eyes.
>> You got it. And I That's what I did in the first. Did I not do >> Done. Stop yelling at me.
Told you stop yelling at me.
>> Did I do that first test that you just did?
>> The test is not over.
>> Oh my god.
>> Did I stop? No. The test is not over.
Are you ready?
>> Yep.
>> Arms down to your side. Don't lean on my car.
>> You got it.
>> Wow. You're shaking. Right. While you're shaking, right?
>> No. I'm not doing this with you.
>> He was shaking. I will do it.
>> I promise at this point. Stop. He was shaking.
>> He was shaking.
>> You were shaking just like you're shaking right now. I can feel you.
>> Let's go.
>> Are you not going to admit to it?
>> My car. Get You better back up and get in my car.
>> We're back on me again. Get in a charge.
>> Ask worth for a shaking, right? You shed three times with my >> While the victim is taken to the nearest hospital in an ambulance still in critical condition. The suspect is brought to jail and is about to do a breath test to show what her blood alcohol level is.
>> Che.
>> All right. I'm going to say 21.
>> Your mouth. Show me the gum. Elizabeth, >> I just want it.
>> Okay. What's wrong?
>> I just want it. Lift your tongue up.
>> Tongue up to the roof of your mouth. Okay, >> I just want >> That's fine. You just wasted 30 more minutes of your time, not mine.
>> I am not under influence or alcohol or drugs.
>> Okay.
>> I smoked a blunt maybe 2 hours ago.
>> I am not influence with her chewing her gum.
>> What?
>> Oh, you spit it out [laughter] >> because I was chewing the same format.
Thank you. What?
>> Thank you. No, I saw you chewing gum.
Were you not chewing gum?
>> It doesn't matter gum. Shut up and sit down.
>> Okay, you don't run the show here.
I do. If you cooperate, you'll be out of here pretty quick. But the more you waste my time, the longer you're here and you're going to sit in Green County Jail until your husband can get you. I'm not playing games. You almost killed somebody on a motorcycle. I get you don't care.
>> No, I do care.
>> But that kid could be dead.
>> You think I don't care?
>> Clearly by your actions, you don't.
>> No, you do not give a [ __ ] You don't give a damn about who you injured. No, you don't care. So, stop. Let's just cooperate.
>> DON'T TELL ME I DON'T CARE.
>> OKAY.
>> ALL RIGHT. DON'T TELL ME I DON'T CARE.
>> YES, I DO.
>> Are you going to do the breath test?
>> Don't tell me I don't care. Yeah, I'll do I'm not refusing.
>> Perfect. So, you've had more than four OVIs within the last 10 years.
>> More than four in the last 10 years.
What the hell?
>> So, after we do this breath test, okay, it's going to be a felony. So, remember the whole gum thing? That was just to be able to take this test. So, I got to have your mouth empty for 30 minutes.
Okay. It's been over 30 minutes now since you told me in the Sally port that you had gum that you swallowed. All right. So, when you do this, you're going to breathe as hard as you can for as long as you can. I'm going to say keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. And when I say stop, that's when you can stop breathing. All right. Go ahead. Big breath.
>> Now, >> stop breathing.
>> Go through the thing.
>> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Harder.
Harder. Harder. Harder. Harder. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Harder. Harder. Harder.
As hard as you can. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Go. Go.
Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go.
Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go.
Go. Go. Go. Go.
>> [snorts] >> Keep going. It's not getting it all. Oh, there we go. I got it.
We got to do it twice so it averages your two. Go.
Blow. Blow. Blow. Take a big breath.
There you go. Oh, I got it. I got it. I got it. I got >> Now, don't do what that other lady did.
And we all know what we're talking about. You all know what I'm talking about.
>> You're good. You're good. You're good.
[laughter] >> You got into it.
All right. So, you've been totally cooperative with me. Okay, we got to do some paperwork. Okay. Unfort >> Oh, TELL US. COME ON. DON'T JUST WHISPER. GODDAMN. TELL US what it was.
>> You are going to jail tonight. Okay. I'm going to be cool and let you talk to your husband. Your breath sample 17.172.
All right. I was a little bit high.
>> Two. Okay. The limit is 0.
>> So that's more than twice the legal limit.
>> Eight. So, you are more than double the legal limit on a breath sample. Okay.
But go ahead and have a seat. I'll hand you your phone. You can talk to your husband.
>> Go ahead. Have a seat back in that same chair, please. Here's your phone. So, you're going to see a judge in the morning. They're only deciding if you're going to come back to court. Okay?
They're not there to punish you right now. They're there to make sure you come back to court. It's going to be through Fairborn Municipal Court, but you're going to Green County Jail.
>> All right. Green County How many green counties are there?
There's Green County, New York, Green County, Pennsylvania, Green County, Ohio, Green County, Virginia, Green County, Mississippi, Missouri.
Is it say Fairborn, Ohio?
It's uh Fairborn, Ohio in Green County.
All right.
The victim, Jackson, underwent emergency surgery at the hospital and needed to have a stint placed into his ruptured aorta, resulting in massive internal bleeding. Incredibly, he survived. He suffered two broken bones in his forearm, a broken fibula, also known as the calf bone, and he has no memory of the crash. The suspect, Elizabeth, was charged with felony aggravated vehicular assault, operating a vehicle under the influence, which is a felony due to this being her fifth DUI within the last 10 years. Felony hit and run, causing serious injury, and resisting arrest.
She is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. We're just tiny specks that will one day be forgotten. So, it doesn't matter what we did in the past.
>> What the hell am I watching? Mystery Science Theater >> or how we'll be remembered. The only thing that matters is right now. This moment. [music] this one spectacular moment we are sharing together right Sarin Sarin Sarin most people think Bojack Horseman is just a dark comedy but the reason it connected with so many people is because it understood consequence and there's a moment in season 3 where Bojack says it doesn't matter what we've done in the past [music] all that matters is right now seconds later Sarah Lynn dies and that's what this footage reminded me of because this woman's on her fifth OVI in 10 years you can actually watch her try to outrun accountability denying she drove, basically trying to blame it on her husband. Yeah, that's what marriage is made of. But honestly, around 13:28 in the video, she stops looking angry and starts looking tired. Like, deep down, she already knows this problem's been controlling her life for many years. That's the dangerous part about pretending consequences only exist tomorrow because eventually tomorrow shows up. That That was the weirdest thing. Okay, supposedly this is this is uh the motorcyclist. His uh tag on YouTube is Jackson Holloway. He says in the comment section, "Hello. I'm sure this will get lost in the overwhelming amount of comments, but hey, I'm Jackson. Just wanted to let y'all know that it has made my day seeing all these thoughts and prayers.
I'm doing great and living an otherwise normal life. Bless this nurse." She followed up to check on how I was doing after the hospital trip. I was in ICU for three days. some more info on Elizabeth uh on Elizabeth the uh the suspect. She was sentenced to seven years in prison around 2023 2024 but has since gotten into more trouble in prison, assault and drugs. Once again, once again, bless all of you for your kind thoughts. I a very lucky man and I hope this video can help bring awareness to motorcycle safety.
This incident unfortunately destroyed my love for riding, but maybe I'll be back on a bike again one day.
So, I'm I'm just Well, I'm glad that he's uh he's doing well, and I'm glad she's in prison. Uh I think according uh to somebody else in the comments who've looked up a record, uh she's in until 20 at at least 2032.
All right, it's way too late.
Uh, so I'm going to call it here, guys.
Um, I appreciate you guys watching. Um, I'm going to do my best to stream tomorrow. I don't think I I have any reason to not stream tomorrow. So, I will be doing that.
Um, and I hope you guys have a good rest uh rest of your night. Stay safe. I appreciate all the super chats, the subs. Um, God willing, I will be able to get the acoustic uh panels up and have uh all of the uh the lights and lighting up and running and all that jazz.
Uh it should be a lot of fun and it look it should look good. I'm actually genuinely looking at turning this into an actual studio. Um, because I do actually plan on having my brother uh come on in person here so we can we could both talk uh and do our thing on stream um and possibly bringing uh more people on to uh to have discussions in person. So, that involves me saving up for another another uh another condenser mic. should have it should be no shouldn't be a problem. Um and I'll just stick with a one camera. Doesn't need to be that fancy. U but yeah, all I just need is an extra um an extra mic and I should be good to go. Mic and an arm. Uh I am not going to have a guitar hanging on the wall. If anything, I should just I should probably have a a firearm there. Speaking of which, my dad has had my firearm since I moved from Jersey, and he hasn't given it back to me yet, and I haven't been to the range.
What do you want, baby? Oh, okay. Here's the baby. Oh, hi, baby. I know it's bedtime. I know. I know it's bedtime.
No, it's not a Glock. It's um Smith and Wesson uh M&P 9 M&P 9mm.
I know. It's bedtime. It's bedtime. All right, guys. You guys take care of yourselves. Have a good night. And I'll see you tomorrow. See you next time. All right.
Peace. There he is.
