[00:00:58]I'm going to tell you what it is about today. I have been dropping hints from the other day and even this morning.

[00:01:07]I was on a live where I was showing what I was having for my breakfast, which was a very healthy breakfast. And it was made up of eggs and spinach. And I also had a chia pudding with some soy milk and some blueberries. And not only that, guys, I have been sugar free for some months now.

[00:01:31]I have lost around 20 lb.

[00:01:34]And you know, people is already telling me that they noticed a difference in my body. It's showing in my face and my neck area. You can be the judge for that if you should go back on my other lives or videos.

[00:01:52]You You're not going to see a big difference right now, but yes, the difference is in the scale.

[00:03:11]And I have been following doctor's orders and some orders from some nutritionist to lose some more weight for my upcoming procedure or before I have my procedure done.

[00:03:29]And I'm following. But you know what they tell me? That slow is better. So, I am now working on 1 lb to 2 lb per week.

[00:03:39]And of course, big up big up big up to my daughter, Haley, who is helping me along my journey. Of course, my two older daughters, they play a role too in Mommy's life where they will ensure that Mommy has the food that she needs, the proper food. And my youngest, she prepares them for me. Sometimes she likes to say, "Mommy, no, you're not coming in the kitchen.

[00:05:22]But Indian people don't come with a big hm down there, you know?

[00:05:31]So, from I was going in in in primary school up to high school, some people would say flat booty.

[00:05:43]Indian or girls are flat, you know what?

[00:05:48]Flat like roti because Indians do eat a lot of roti, too. So, they like to describe down there as flat like a roti.

[00:05:58]And it's something that's always weighing on me and say, "Whoa, when I grow up, I'm going to do something to make it bigger."

[00:06:10]I don't just I'm not just learning about BBLs.

[00:06:14]I've known about it.

[00:06:17]I've known that it originated in Brazil.

[00:06:20]And hence the name Brazilian butt lift.

[00:06:25]I also learned that it is the cheapest country or most economical country or most affordable country to go and get one.

[00:07:28]Any restaurant I walk in and I see that on the menu, I am running like I'm fleeing for my life.

[00:07:52]And I'm going to go um like a week before surgery date and go experience Cancun.

[00:08:02]Because guess what? After surgery, I might feel sorry for myself based on the researches that I've done, not what people is saying.

[00:08:15]But I'm starting to feel nervous now that I'm talking about this part again.

[00:08:20]But like I said, I've made up my mind.

[00:08:24]Because after losing certain amount of weight, I want to be looking like that down there, too.

[00:08:30]I want to be looking hm all hot on the beach because I am really living again, you know? Yes, man.

[00:08:38]I'm in my early 50s now.

[00:08:43]And that does not make me old. Not at all.

[00:08:47]So, guess what?

[00:08:49]Back to what I was saying.

[00:08:52]After the surgery, the recovery, the healing process. Hey.

[00:08:58]Not going to be so pretty.

[00:09:54]A lot of people say they can't sleep on their back, but I am used to sleeping on my back and especially my right side, not so much the left side. So, I wouldn't have a problem with the side, but the tummy Mhm. But, guess what? I'm going to have to do it.

[00:10:12]If you want good in Jamaica, if you want good, they always say, "You nose have to run."

[00:10:22]So, I made up my mind.

[00:10:25]And you know, I have to I'm I'm going to have to wear special undergarments. Yeah. To ensure that the shape will come together properly.

[00:10:49]And of course, you know, in spite of the how painful the healing process might be, the pain can be moderate or severe. I still have to move around a little. Walking and so is definitely going to be crucial or important.
