[00:00:17]This is Britney Budgeting with the Ginger and I'm super duper excited you are here with me today. I am super excited for savings today cuz we're starting our new debt binder.

[00:00:30]I am so so so excited to start this binder. I've been collecting challenges for it for about a month now and I'm so excited. You guys have made me some beautiful beautiful challenges and I have purchased some. So I'm more than excited to show everything off and if you have created a challenge let me know. I've tried really hard to make sure that I got all of them but I could have missed one. So let me know.

[00:01:00]Let me know. What I'm talking about is my rainbow themed debt binder and all of this sparked from some happy mail that I got from Courtney at the Millennial Saver and I have one of her challenges in the binder ready to go.

[00:01:16]So let's get on into it but before we get into that beautiful binder, we are going to play Save-opoly and the question of the day is can I stay out of jail?

[00:01:31]I don't know. I don't have extra Save-opoly money today. I only have my standard 30 which is what I normally play with.

[00:01:40]So I have no minis or tinies or anything. I have changed up the way I'm playing a little bit. If you see all these red squigglies I am starting to cross out short line short line. Where's Petunia? I need Petunia the pig.

[00:01:55]Um oh, I put her on her nose.

[00:01:58]I am starting to mark spaces off for the simple fact that if I don't, I fear that I will never get this finished, especially because at least once a week I end up in jail.

[00:02:09]So, let's go ahead and get right on into the save-a-palooza savings. I'm so, so, so excited.

[00:02:19]So, I'm going to scoot this over cuz I always forget that I need to bring in the binder cards.

[00:02:55]And it looks like I'm going to move Petunia for just a second. We still need to do a $7 spot on Boardwalk. So, we're going to go ahead and color that $7 in.

[00:03:13]And I am going to try to make change as I go so I don't have to do it afterward just because Oh, y'all I'm bulk filming. As you know, I'm out of town.

[00:03:25]So, I'm going to put those two fives back and take a 10. I am currently in Madison, Wisconsin. I love it there. I love, love, love Madison. It's one of my favorite places. So, I'm happy to be there. I don't want it to seem like I'm not, but that just means I'm bulk filming for y'all. So, you still get a video from me.

[00:04:22]Okay. And then the roll and save also goes in here. So, it says, "Choose your dice and save the amount rolled." So, let's just roll the D6.

[00:04:32]Okay. I don't even know if we have to worry about going to jail this week, you guys, because I don't think we're going to make it that far.

[00:04:40]We'll see. All right. So, I put that in and let's keep going.

[00:04:45]One. That is Reading Ro- Railroad, which I believe we are done. Yes. So, now I'm going to put a dollar in our final dollar and then cross this off. So, what I mean by final dollar is before I started crossing off spots on the board, if I would land if I landed on them and they were already finished, I would save a dollar.

[00:05:08]Obviously, I've decided to stop doing that because I'm marking spots off, but that's what I meant.

[00:05:18]Five. So, we're going to skip this one and go 1 2 3 4 and 5. And that's Electric Company and I'm pretty sure we have one more spot on Electric Company that needs to be done. Let me get this money put back in here.

[00:07:33]And I have been playing this for a very long time. At least like November, December. I can't remember the exact date. I'd have to go back and look in my videos. Um but we've been playing this a while and this entire bad boy is going to debt.

[00:07:51]So, I can't wait to see what it saves us and I will play it again at some point because it's simply amazing. Genius game. Genius, genius, genius. So, I'm going to set the happy planner. Oh, actually, we need this for our first few challenges. So, I have $150 today to start off our new debt binder and I think I have a pretty decent amount of change, but we'll see.

[00:08:23]So, this that has my name on it in this beautiful rainbow pastel colors is from Punky with Punky Pennies. She sent it to us uh a couple people in the community in some smile mail and I punched holes in it and put it in here. So, it still has the scratcher side.

[00:08:41]And we will um work on that at some point. And then I laminated Becca's IOUs. This was in uh this was her April membership mail. So, I have those. I need like some I have a um a unicorn sticker from Becky that I need to put in here, but I need like some more rainbow decor.

[00:09:05]And then these beautiful envelopes are made by me and they are inspired by the challenges that I got from Courtney at The Millennial Saver. These are available on my coffee. Each one has a different quote, a different image and I just I fell in love with these images and here we are now with a rainbow binder because all because of some happy mail we got from Courtney. So, I love it. I love it. I'm so excited to be in here and saving money to go toward debt. So, first up, I need to flip to the front of this. I think that's where I put these.

[00:09:42]We have a couple of challenges that are going to be in the Happy Planner.

[00:09:48]First up, we have this one and it is from Lisa with the Happy Mailbox Co.

[00:09:53]And it's funny because in my last debt video, I finished Don's puzzle piece challenge where we were um it saved over $600 for um puzzle pieces. And here I am back with another one to save for debt. So, um you roll a D6 and color each piece and add that amount to the envelope. So, red is one through purple is six in ROYGBIV order.

[00:10:25]Love it. I love it so much. So, let's see.

[00:10:28]D6. Let's see what we're going to do.

[00:10:31]That is three. So, three is yellow. So, this first piece here will be a yellow. Now, I just have to decide what kind of markers I want to use. I think because they have um the little notches, I'm going to use my Crayola Click. No, no, no. These are the Zebra Click Arts.

[00:10:53]And these pieces aren't so huge that it'll take me forever.

[00:10:59]Don's challenge I did with color pencils and I did enjoy that. It turned out really pretty.

[00:11:05]And of course, I colored it in rainbow cuz I've been doing that for forever.

[00:11:08]When I don't know what a color scheme to use, my go-to is just color in in >> [clears throat] >> rainbow order.

[00:11:17]Okay, so $3 coming in here for that piece. One, two, and three. And then we will go again.

[00:11:31]And that's five and five is blue.

[00:11:35]So, let's do Oh, let's do Come on. Come on. It's stuck.

[00:11:45]I have two different blue markers and I want to use the one that has the good tip.

[00:11:51]So, we will color this puzzle piece blue and we will start this challenge with $8.

[00:12:01]I tried to do a good combination in here of like 8 and 1/2 by 11 challenges, which is is what this is and then some scratchers, so the whole thing wasn't scratchers. So, if you know of any really good challenges, uh they don't have to have a rainbow on them. They can just be like colorful challenges.

[00:12:41]All right, and then next up, this is a challenge I found on Etsy. It is from KC, um the letter K, the letter C, saves.

[00:12:52]And it's called rainbow cloud cloud No.

[00:12:56]Rainbow cloud unicorn.

[00:13:00]So, we have to roll It says roll three times with five dice.

[00:13:06]Oh, I need two more.

[00:13:08]Let's get out our Ariels. We'll use all eight dice.

[00:13:13]Uh-oh, I'm missing an Ariel. Oh, no. No, no, no. It's right here. Okay.

[00:13:18]Okay.

[00:13:20]Roll three times with five dice to roll a four, five, and six. The four must come first, then the five, and then the six. If you roll all three on If you roll all three in one roll, lucky you. You cannot earn the cloud until you have earned the rainbow, and you cannot earn the unicorn until you have earned the cloud. So, you've got to go in order.

[00:13:45]So, you've got to do the rainbow, and then the cloud, and then the unicorn.

[00:13:52]The remaining two dice will add up how much money you will save. Complete this in three rolls.

[00:13:59]If you do not complete the rainbow, cloud, and unicorn, you must save five.

[00:32:21]I think usually I do 12 challenges in my debt binder, but there were only 10 of these girl images, so I only did 10 challenges instead of 12.
