This video illustrates how Congress exercises its constitutional authority to limit presidential war powers through legislative action, even when such measures may not become law. The segment shows bipartisan congressional pressure on the White House regarding the Iran war, with lawmakers voting to restrict presidential military authority and questioning administration officials on immigration policy and security concerns. This demonstrates the ongoing tension between executive and legislative branches in matters of national security and foreign policy.

Whether this president listens or he just does what he said, he doesn't care.
