[00:00:08]So, today we'll discuss about surgical pathologies. It's a series of episodes in which we'll discuss all the pathologies in details. First of all, we'll discuss when actually we need surgery.

[00:00:24]So, there are three kinds of surgical pathologies. One is uh those pathologies which should be treated medically. Like you have any chronic disease, tuberculosis, typhoid, a second uh disease are when initially which can be managed uh by lifestyle changes or medicine, like anorectal disease, fissure, fistula, piles.

[00:00:53]Further, we need surgical intervention in these. And the third one are which concurrently need surgery. Like a gallbladder stones, hernia. So, these kind of disease need surgical intervention. Now, in second episode, we'll discuss about open, minimal invasive laparoscopic surgeries. Thank you.
