Prophet Muhammad gave him a title that history would never forget, Sayfullah, the sword of Allah. Yet, after surviving countless battles, he did not die as a martyr. He died peacefully in bed. He said, "I fought seeking martyrdom, yet here I am, dying like an old camel. May the eyes of cowards never sleep." Today, his name still echoes as one of history's greatest military commanders.
