[00:48:58]>> Saying four sentences in the whole movie.

[00:49:00]>> Literally kill the people.

[00:49:07]>> So what do you guys think about this movie?

[00:49:09]>> I mean it kind of was all I don't know how to feel about this. I see they were trying to make like a purpose to each scene to lead us to the moments, but at one point you lost me. I'm not going to lie.

[00:49:19]>> I'll say this movie did not surprise me at all. Like it was very predictable every time something was about to happen. I kind of already knew what was going to happen.

[00:49:31]>> Yeah.

[00:49:31]>> And so that is kind of like >> not a good thing for a movie to be >> Yeah. be predictable. It's It's not It wasn't very like like there was no oh my god moment for me where I was just like I didn't know >> when he talked. No, that was interesting but it wasn't like >> it wasn't what >> you know. I can't believe they did that.

[00:49:54]>> I never thought we would find a cure watching all these stuff. You know what I mean? I never thought that was going to be a thing. I thought this was like end of humanity. They're have to rebuild eventually. Eventually like where we're going to kill all the infected maybe like eventually like hundreds of years later. Maybe if if some of us even survived that to be quite honest, you know, I I just didn't think there was going to be a cure >> and they did it. And hopefully there's some notes in that bunker. Hopefully Samson said something to somebody and the word spreads.

[00:50:18]>> I think he remembers.

[00:50:19]>> Yeah, >> because like he he wasn't he didn't he had told him his name, but he didn't tell him his name after he gave him the drugs for psychosis. So I think he remembered a lot of their conversations when he was just tripping.

[00:50:31]>> Yeah. So he does understand it which like he does understand their point and he was listening to him >> which so like next movie >> if he seems like he's like fully cured he his plan would be to find people because he heard Dr. tell it's morphine plus psychotic antiscychotic drugs.

[00:50:49]>> So if that's a solution then it will come on Samson a responsibility to take that information somewhere.

[00:50:56]>> I [clears throat] mean it also makes sense cuz like they the original source of to cure was like the like a monkey type of um oh my god what's it called when animals get angry?

[00:51:09]>> Oh I rabies rabies.

[00:51:11]>> Okay. Yeah, >> like >> anger and like seeing I guess that was also interesting that you we found out that Samson was seeing >> other people as zombies.

[00:51:23]>> Yeah, that's like >> that had never been like kind of given to us. But it makes sense for Doctor to say like, "Oh, you also end up killing children." Like, why would you do that?

[00:51:33]Because they weren't really harmful to you. There must be something weird going on. Which is >> if the next movie ends up curing everybody. I guess the trilogy made sense.

[00:51:45]>> Yeah.

[00:51:46]>> Right. Like I'm hoping that's the way we are going about.

[00:51:49]>> Maybe Samson finds some kind of like navy army base >> because there was I do remember this in the first movie when they're going they're in this like tunnels and something. Yeah. And then this this other group of people who were on a boat >> that was in other area that's not infected. I think there is some area the people having asylum that's bigger than the island.

[00:52:13]>> Um I feel like remember that from the first the 28 years later >> when they like in the beginning they were like >> they came.

[00:52:20]>> Yeah.

[00:52:21]>> The military man there was a guy from [ __ ] Sweden or something.

[00:52:26]>> Yeah. Yeah. From another country, right?

[00:52:28]Like Swedish NATO patrols like Yeah. So that was like a whole other area. So if um he is able to go there.

[00:52:38]>> Yeah. But >> yeah. So if Samson can go find this NATO then they will be able to like find like be able to they will have doctors hopefully who will be able to create the solution.

[00:52:49]>> This one was fun.

[00:52:50]>> I think yeah.

[00:52:51]>> Yeah. The predict it's the predictability of it I feel like made it a fun ride. There were points where I'm like why is he dancing this? It's just two dudes dancing naked half the movie.

[00:53:00]>> Yeah. But I think they did a good job explaining at least some things to us. I think there was like a lot of answers to some stuff and the tripping us. Yeah, them tripping out. That was hilarious.

[00:53:11]You know, whatever. It was fun addition to the movie. I like that we met Kelly and she was kind of like against the whole idea of like Jimmy and all that.

[00:53:18]Kelly was a good addition. I Yeah, I want to see Kelly and Spike and see what they do. Honestly, >> she was Yeah.

[00:53:23]>> Well, but Kelly also was like super into Satanism.

[00:53:29]No, like she like was sold onto this religion 100%. She just didn't think that Jimmy was the right prophet.

[00:53:36]>> I think >> so for her to then like in be like, "Oh, okay. Moving on."

[00:53:40]>> I mean, she's in a cult.

[00:53:42]>> Like she's a vulnerable population.

[00:53:45]She's like essentially very young who got recruited into cult and who knows how many people he had asked to scan like she had probably her father people to a death match. she survived. So like >> she is a she is at a point where like she will kill at >> a matter notice and she was given that hope that like there's old Nick who's father of and then obviously when the old Nick was like he needs to be crucified she's like all right I got this because I just got into seance essentially >> I think she was so into because like every other option she was telling spike when he tried to escape there was no good there's nothing better out there >> I understand all that what I was trying to say is that it was weird to me that when it all fell apart, like her faith fell apart in front of her and she was just like, >> "All right, well, >> take the wig off. Let's go somewhere else." It was a bit I don't know.

[00:54:39]>> I mean, for the purpose of the movie, I understand why it was done this way.

[00:54:42]>> Yeah. Yeah. Which I mean, yeah, they were hinting at her getting to the the end of it. Like she's like, you know, hey, what if he's full of [ __ ] >> Yeah.

[00:54:50]>> I will say that the doctor Sam Doctor and Samson were my favorite part of the movie.

[00:54:55]>> Oh, for sure. Jimmy's could I could do without them.

[00:54:58]>> Yeah, the skinny and they weren't even there. And like the pregnant lady, we never revisited that.

[00:55:03]>> Maybe in the future.

[00:55:04]>> Maybe in the next movie she >> I mean she got away.

[00:55:08]>> She got away. Like I don't I don't know.

[00:55:09]It's just like an open thread.

[00:55:11]>> Oh, that pregnant movie. Oh, I thought you meant like the zombie pregnant lady.

I Jimmy part the thing that kind of wor not worries me just like it throws me out of this movie he obviously was going through some mental health issues he was hearing things you know like that's what's forcing him to do it >> daddy issues >> and daddy issues and maybe like he had this insane things that he wanted to do but he was asking other people to do it other like essentially kids to do it >> and they were okay doing it and it just makes me think like as a humanity, are we are we just okay at that point with that many people? Um like yeah, we in a cult, but I just feel like >> no, >> skating somebody for so long alive like there are multiple times where you can just be like I can't unless like I guess he killed somebody who couldn't do it. I I just don't want to believe in apocalyptic world we as a human beings will be doing this [ __ ] >> Yeah. Right.

[00:56:19]>> That's the part that bothers me. And same with watching Walking Dead. Like I don't want to be living apocalyp is [ __ ] >> It's like it's like survival because the Kelly was the name Kelly. She said that I was I was somewhere else. There's no there's no better like than everywhere.

[00:56:38]>> Yeah. So, >> no, I get that. I mean, it's it is surviving for sure, but like just I feel like skitting people, we can we can there's other ways to survive and just >> I feel like we don't our mind shouldn't be dead.

[00:57:21]>> I mean, yeah, with a warm shower, if you have a warm shower, like I don't know.

[00:57:25]>> I don't know. Um >> yeah, let's >> I am curious about the third movie hoping that the cure becomes a thing.

[00:57:32]>> Um especially now that we have touched it. Hopefully there's more than one person thinking this because like we said we know the source like it was like the rabies thing.

[00:57:43]>> And it's so it affects mood. It affects like >> vision. It seems like it's not that too hard of a cure. It's not a whole new thing. It just a solution of two things.

[00:57:55]It shouldn't have been this hard to find.

[00:57:56]>> And they brought NATO in. So obviously they haven't found a cure.

[00:57:59]>> They brought Adris Ela.

[00:58:01]>> It spread so fast though. Like no doctors would have had a >> Yeah.

[00:58:04]>> A hospital wouldn't stand a [ __ ] chance against you.

[00:58:07]>> Yeah. Yeah.

[00:58:07]>> It's trying to throw up in your mouth.

[00:58:09]>> Yeah.

[00:58:10]>> Mhm. Mhm.

[00:58:11]>> Yeah. That's true.

[00:58:12]>> That one dude in the first movie, one drop of blood got in his eye. Like >> Yeah, that's true. There hasn't been like >> But I mean we say that we also had Idris Ela and a whole army in last movie who were trying to like you know solve [laughter] solve a area to bring people.

[00:58:28]So we do have time with doctors to figure something out. In the end of that movie, they took the helicopter back over Europe and there was like news that like because of it now there's like viruses in >> they should never let them go to Europe initially [laughter] contain that [ __ ] >> everywhere.
