[00:00:00]I helped out friends that were like dealing with suicidal thoughts or dealing with feeling like horrible.

[00:00:08]And they don't have a way to really like express themselves or express their pain and the way they deal with that is, you know, self-harm. And with all the like coverage in the news of like war and tragedies and oh, this person died and this person was killed and this person is dying. And a lot of people are like, there's so much bigger things and bigger deals in the world that my problem's not important, but it still is.

[00:00:34]I think if you there's always going to be something more important or less important. But everything is important and I think it's really really important that you focus on your mental health.

[00:00:44]Which is something I think everybody needs to like learn how to do.
