In domestic violence cases, police must carefully evaluate evidence from all parties, as both partners may have contributed to the conflict; this video demonstrates how a woman's claim that her boyfriend 'threw her over the banister' was investigated, revealing she was the primary physical aggressor who initiated the violence by throwing bottles at him, while he had a prior domestic violence warrant for strangulation, leading to her arrest for domestic violence and highlighting the importance of evidence-based investigation in domestic violence cases.

She SNAPPED Over Mexican Food… Then Cops Found His SecretAdded:
punched me in my face, tried to kick me down the stairs multiple times, threw me over the banister, slapped me, all all of it. All of all the above. Did she just say he threw her over the banister?
Now, does anybody watching this think that this female got thrown down a flight of stairs? Abusive girlfriend snaps because he wouldn't take her to a restaurant. Now, I seen the thumbnail and I'm gonna try to get through this video without being cancelled. Y'all pray for me.
>> Why would this woman attack her boyfriend just because he wouldn't take her to a Mexican restaurant?
>> It looked like she could have missed a couple of meals. [ __ ] Damn it. Already, man.
>> How you doing, sir?
>> Who else is here with you? Her.
>> Where's she at? Where? Hey, Myers.
>> Yeah.
Come around.
>> 45.
>> Yeah, 45. I finally got both parties here.
>> Don't you hate when they call the police and somebody come out holding a damn baby? I done told y'all this before.
She's trying to throw psychological triggers. I'm a mother. I'm a caregiver.
Feel sorry for me. She's probably alleging whatever crime he committed was committed against her with the baby in her hand. anything to vilify him more than what he probably did. Let's just finish the video. Talk to you real quick.
>> How you doing, sir? Good.
>> What's your name?
>> Antonio.
>> Antonio, how are you?
>> What happened, Antonio?
>> She's mad cuz I didn't take her to a Mexican restaurant. Try to go take a nap. I work third shift. I tried to go take a nap cuz I just took her to an appointment at 1:45. She come upstairs following me. Mad about that. Cussing me out all in my face. Me warning her, laughing her off. She threw a bottle at me at my head when I was turning to the back.
>> I'm listening to him and her in the background. I don't know if y'all can hear both. She said he tried to kick me down the steps. He slapped me. It sound like they was fighting.
>> And then u I threw it back at her. Then she threw it back. Then she threw a bottle of love.
>> So she threw a bottle.
>> Yeah. Where she hit you?
>> Like was like right here. So I'm in the back.
>> I was sitting on the bed like this on my phone or something.
>> He beat my ass cuz I threw a bottle at him. That's it. That's all. That's all it is to it. He going to say I'm antagonizing him.
>> Cuz I threw a lotion bottle at him.
>> That's not antagonizing in your book.
She said he going to say I'm antagonizing him because I threw a bottle of lotion at him. As if that's not antagonizing him. Okay. Okay. I see what we're dealing with. I got it.
>> Okay. Um, you say beat your ass. What do you What do you mean?
>> Punch me in my face. Try to kick me down the stairs multiple times, threw me over the banister, slap me, f all All of it.
All of All the above.
>> Did she just say he threw her over the banister? Did she just say he threw me over the banister? Y'all pray for me.
Y'all pray for me. They This Look, they not making this easy. Do you happen to have any injuries?
>> I don't know.
>> Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I don't want this I don't want this to be misconcred. Okay, someone would love to take this and be like Supreme is making fun of domestic violence. I am not making fun of domestic violence at all. As a matter of fact, if you are in a relationship where you are being abused, whether you are the man being beat by the woman or the woman being beat by the man, I think you need to press charges, file a restraining order, and never mess with this person again.
There ain't no doovers. There ain't no I'm sorry. There ain't no coming back.
What I'm laughing at is the idea of him throwing her anywhere as if she could be physically tossed.
>> I can hear her bad as punch multiple times.
>> Boy hurts. My head hurt. My back hurt.
>> Would you like a pair of masks to come take a look at you?
>> No.
>> So, he threw me over the banister. He punched me in the head multiple times. I don't know if I have any injuries and I don't want to be seen by the paramedics.
>> Is a child involved in any of this?
>> No.
>> Okay.
>> Can we step in somewhere with some more light so we can take a look at some of your injuries to see >> what happened? How did you get that on there? trying to push her off me and [ __ ] She's scratching me up.
I had seen her, but you see it. She like hit me in my eye right here.
>> So, so basically she got mad at you because she skipped an appointment at >> No, no, I took her to the appointment after appointment. She wanted me to take her to a Mexican restaurant, >> but you didn't want to.
>> I was trying to go to sleep. I got a headache.
>> You were on bed. You were on bed in bed.
>> Yeah.
>> She was >> I was naked. That's why I just got >> Okay. Okay. And then you said she basically got mad at you. The first thing that happened was she threw the bottle at you.
>> Yes.
>> And then you threw it back. She threw it back at you.
>> Then threw a lotion bottle. Was a different bottle.
>> Did you actually make contact with her when you threw the bottle at her?
>> No. I think I missed.
>> Missed? Okay. Right here.
>> Punch me in my face. Punch me. Yes.
Punch me in my head. Punch me everywhere. Kick me.
>> Where else was Where else was he punching you at?
>> In my face.
>> Okay. He said but everywhere.
>> In my face. In my head. Kicking me.
slapping me. I don't know what else you want me to say.
>> Just in just in the head.
>> She getting an attitude in my face. I don't know what else you want me to say.
He's doing his investigation trying to see what the extent of your injuries are. She got a damn attitude. Listen y'all.
>> Where else is he punching you at?
>> In my face.
>> Okay. You said >> in my face, >> but everywhere.
>> In my face. In my head. Kicking me, slapping me. I don't know what else you want me to say.
>> Just in just in the head.
Yes.
>> Okay. Nowhere else. Did he hit you or kick you or anything like that?
>> Kick me in my back, in my stomach, everywhere.
>> Okay. Are you able to show me this? Cuz I'm just The reason why I'm asking you >> push me over the banister. Banister broke. I fell over my back.
>> I mean, I don't think I'll have any bruises right now, but they'll definitely come later.
>> I don't think I have any bruises right now. I did see that little divot on her back right here. Now, I can't tell what that is. I don't know if that's a bruise or a cut or an abrasion or what, but in all honesty, I think we have a case of a woman trying to weaponize the police against her boyfriend. They probably did get to fight and this looks like the type of couple that fights and [ __ ] but she is 100% adding [ __ ] to this to get him sent to jail and kept in jail. In my past life, I've known dirt bags like this. They start a situation. They antagonize the man, bait him into doing something he shouldn't do, and when he does, she amplifies it by adding all types of extras to it. This is a horribly abusive and toxic relationship.
But they think it's normal. I bet you a million dollars to a bucket of [ __ ] This is the type of couple that says, "Oh, that's just love." You know, couples that love each other, we going to get into it from time to time. That's just a part of it. No, ladies and gentlemen, it is not a part of it. And if there are any young people listening, this [ __ ] is not normal. This is abnormal. You're not supposed to fight with your significant other. You're not supposed to be hitting and punching and kicking and throwing your significant other over banisters and [ __ ] even though he ain't threw this [ __ ] nowhere. Y'all get what I'm saying?
>> What would you like to >> What is it to do?
>> Well, uh, is this your child together?
>> Yeah.
>> And you guys live together?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Um, all right. What? Let me ask you, what story is he going to give? Can you give a similar story?
>> The same thing. I I threw two bottles at I threw a bottle at him and he beat me up.
>> So after that, tell me again how the physical what happened.
>> That's how it started. And then it just developed from there. She threw the bottle back and forth and [ __ ] And then uh she threw the lotion bottle.
So you pushed her right after she threw the lotion bottle at you.
>> Yeah, that's when I stood up.
>> I mean, >> what happened after you touched her?
>> We definitely start fighting.
>> Tell me.
>> I mean, I'm not going to lie about it. I mean, [ __ ] >> What kind of fighting are you talking about?
>> We fought like she >> No, we ain't fight you. Put your hands on you behind ass.
>> Now, she done called him a [ __ ] two times. And she ain't just showing up for the police. This is how she acts normally and he accepts it. See, we often hear about women having low self-esteem and staying in abusive relationships, but you very rarely hear about the men with low self-esteem who stay in abusive relationships. I don't know any man that has anything going with any type of self-esteem that would stay in a relationship like this. Simple as that. And somebody's going to be like, "Maybe he's staying for the kid."
Man, [ __ ] that. I would never be in a relationship like this. I'll even put myself on child support. As a matter of fact, I'll leave file for joint custody and pay child support until I get custody or joint custody.
>> I'm sorry. She was yelling so I couldn't hear you.
>> So after you >> guys started fighting. Tell me >> how'd that occur? What kind of fighting are we talking about?
>> It like literally slaps and everything like scratches.
>> She's scratching you.
>> Yeah, I'm pushing her. She scratched me and then she I uh pulled her like she got them long ass burn she got I pulled her over. I pulled her over. She fell on the floor. I'm walking away. Go downstairs to the middle floor. Follow me downstairs. I go back upstairs.
Follow me over there. I go downstairs >> and wherever they live is ghetto as hell. Three things jumped out at me in the last couple of seconds. I heard the police sirens in the background. You can hear police sirens anywhere though.
Supreme. I don't hear him in my neighborhood. Second, anybody that's got a damn grill on their front porch is ghetto as hell. And last but not least, this dirty ass siding lets me know that they don't take pride in their house or the appearance of their house. Ghetto.
>> Again, she ripped my drawers off. They all twirl up in the house. Like literally antagonizing me, following me all over the house. I went in the basement. She yelling down there, following me back upstairs. And I just told her like, "Just call the police.
Just call the police." Like cuz I already have a warrant like for this.
>> You have a warrant already. Is it active?
>> Yes.
>> All right. Well, just because what you said, I will put you on.
>> This man said, "Oh, yep. Yeah, you're good. I appreciate you. My bad."
>> Pranking position.
>> Is this reference like a like how long how old is this warrant? like March or something. Okay. Like, >> oh, so his warrant is in March. This is April right here. She knew about the warrant when she called. Dude, why you didn't handle the warrant? If I know I got a warrant, I'm going to go take care of that [ __ ] if I got to go turn myself in, get my lawyer bond out. Why you just own the street with a damn warrant?
>> One of our first fights.
>> Gotcha. There's no protection on place, right?
>> I don't know. I mean, I didn't really know until like I found out because somebody told me.
>> Okay. Somebody told you.
>> Oh, we'll investigate. We'll investigate this warrant. Um, put some shoes on.
>> Where's your shoes at?
>> Huh?
>> This is a whole bunch of shoes right there by the door.
>> He's saying he's got a DV one already.
So, he's 13 for now.
>> Oh, >> a DV one is domestic violence. I'm assuming it's against her. So, this is a fight and [ __ ] couple. Oh, yeah. It don't get no more toxic than that.
I was mad because I cook for him every day. I clean up after him. I do everything he asked me to do and he couldn't even give me no food.
It's not even about the food. It's about the principal.
>> Oh my god. Black people in principal.
Ninjas get on my nerve talking about some damn principal.
>> Uh so you guys are arguing and at some point in time you throw two baby bottles at them. Mhm.
>> Okay. This was upstairs. Yes.
>> Okay. And then uh what happened after you threw the two baby bottles?
>> He punched me.
>> Okay.
>> I was just I just literally took my clothes off to go to bed. I literally only got my drugs on.
>> Okay.
>> She come up there yelling and [ __ ] >> I basically just laughed her off and made her more mad. I guess she just sitting there antagonized me. I'm ignoring her. She threw the drink bottle that I just had got like I just bought the drink. She threw it at me like back of my head.
tried to restrain myself, so I just threw it back at her. She threw it again and then she threw a different bottle of the lotion bottle and then uh yeah, then I got up then like you know >> before we go any further just because of you having this warrant and just because >> uh >> where we're at right now, I will read your Miranda.
>> Yeah.
>> Um >> yes, I threw it at him first. He threw it at me back. I threw it at him again and he punched me in my face.
>> Okay.
>> I have these rights in mind. You want to keep talking about what happened?
>> Okay.
>> So, in this incident, >> just basically >> So, you said upstairs you um were naked on the bed. That's when she threw the bottle at you or then you sat up cuz she was arguing and then you sat up.
>> No, no. I was sitting down on my phone like literally about to be laying down and [ __ ] tag me and [ __ ] She threw the bottle.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I threw back but like I barely hit her like it it slid right past her shoulder or whatever. Like probably hit her on the shoulder. She threw another bottle. I knew it. Then she threw the lotion cuz I already knew where it was.
She threw the lotion. It was like a little eco lotion.
>> Y'all hear that? He said I already knew where it was going. I told y'all they do this all the time. They fight. This is normal to them.
>> She threw that one. That's why I stood up like I could feel like I was getting locked up. It's only so much a [ __ ] could take. So I sat there and I pushed. She when I pushed her, she was grabbing on me. That's why I got the car on my >> So you pushed her?
>> I'm sorry.
>> Like a shove >> cuz No, this after she threw the bottles and >> Okay, >> man. He talking about it's only so much you can take. But he's still there fighting. Do you know what I would do if my wife threw a bottle at me? I would be single supreme. Okay. So, he's kicking you. He's punching you. Anywhere else on your body other than your face and your neck?
>> He was kicking me all over my body. He tried to kick me down the stairs.
>> Okay. What do you mean by he tried to kick you? I >> mean, I was coming up the stairs. He was standing on the landing. He kicked me twice. Three times.
>> Okay. Where did he kick you at?
>> In my stomach, in my chest.
>> Okay. Do you have any injuries?
>> No.
>> Okay.
>> Of course not.
>> And then did you hit him at all?
>> I mean, I tried to, but I mean, he's a grown ass man. What can I really do?
>> What do you mean by you tried to?
>> I tried to punch him back. I tried I hit him a couple times.
>> Okay.
>> I know she's scratching you and you guys are slapping each other like you are slapping her.
>> She I'm not going to lie.
>> And then she Well, she was slapping you.
>> Yeah, it was back and forth.
Did >> you speak to him at all?
>> I did not.
>> I did not. No. Um I didn't see any injuries from what she said. Alls I see is this banister broken upstairs and she's got a little white mark on the back side.
>> Okay.
>> It looks like she ran up against it.
>> Okay. Um I'm going to talk to him real quick.
>> Okay.
Where she at?
>> All right. Your warrant's good.
>> What's his name?
>> Antonio.
>> He asked for one his handcuffs to be loosened. Um >> he has a valid warrant for DB >> strangulation.
>> Strangulation. So he wants to >> I mean >> it's ours.
>> So the car first and then >> come back.
>> I'm going to I was going to have him sit down in the car.
>> That's fine. I'll put him in the car and then I'll talk to you.
>> Strangulation. So back in March he done strangled this female and here it is April and they still chilling, hanging out together. Now they fighting because he wouldn't take her to Mexican. I wonder how long is this pattern going to go on with these two. Yeah, let me look as soon as I find him real quick.
>> He's been cool.
>> Have seat right here. Um, what actually >> you said what?
>> Yeah, let me talk to him real quick.
>> So then who hit who?
>> Huh?
>> Who hit who?
>> Like physically?
>> Yeah.
>> I pushed I shoved her then she slapped me. I slapped her.
>> Then I left went downstairs. I got after she came down there. We started fighting again. went upstairs. She followed me up there. Basically just antagonizing.
>> Okay. And these scratches on your face are from her.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. And then where else were you injured?
>> Which arm?
>> Both of them.
>> Both of them. You mind turning that way and I can take a look.
>> Antonio, you soing stupid. If you would have just left like I asked you to.
>> All right. Step out of the car.
All right. So, face that way for me. I'm going to take these off of you when I do. That's your uh your kid, right?
Yeah.
>> All right. Why don't you take the kid?
Okay.
>> They letting them go. Okay. What the hell?
>> They letting him go.
>> All right. Antonio here is going to take uh the baby for you. Okay.
>> For what?
>> He's going to take the baby.
>> For what?
>> Will you please hand over the baby now?
>> No.
>> Yes.
>> No.
>> Yes.
>> What? Why?
>> Because I've asked you to take over the baby.
Why?
>> I don't see you just went to him and told him that >> he's scared of her. Do y'all see this [ __ ] She done called him a [ __ ] and everything. She just looked at him and said, "Why?" With that deep ass aggressive masculine ass tone and he said, "I don't know. He just told me to.
I don't know what I don't know, man.
>> My son needs to eat."
>> Jesus Christ.
All right, go ahead and stand up for me >> now. Get your ass up and let's go to jail, >> ma'am. Stand up.
>> Hell, he should go to jail, too.
>> Turn around.
>> Okay, >> if he got a warm for domestic violence, his ass should go to jail, too. [ __ ] it.
I don't have no sympathy for neither one of these some [ __ ] Send them both to jail. Give the baby to somebody that ain't going to raise them around this [ __ ] where the baby's going to grow up and think it's normal.
>> Just relax.
>> Why is he not going to jail?
>> I'll explain that in a second.
>> One second.
>> I want to know.
>> Yes, you're going to jail. I know you missed your Mexican food, but now you going to have a Mexican female fixing your palino cheese sandwiches. It ain't the same, but you can close your eyes and make a wish.
>> All right.
>> It's on your grandma's phone.
>> Watch your step. I don't even have no shoes on. Grab your shoes in a second.
>> Going this car right here.
See?
>> Well, based on her story, based on your story, she's the >> primary physical aggressor.
>> Sounds like she began the warrant.
>> You don't have a warrant.
>> I don't just told you that.
>> You had a warrant. I promise you.
>> All right.
>> He wanted to take Let me sit.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Okay. So, he doesn't have a warrant.
Dude, I don't know what the hell is going on here on this video.
>> We took your word.
>> Have you held in line?
>> Are you having a warrant? That's why we put you in handcuffs in the first place.
We confirmed you don't have a warrant.
>> Oh, okay. Stay right there.
I guess rightly he punched me in my face, kicked me, throw me a >> You threw something at him, right?
>> No [ __ ] >> Okay, so you admitted you threw something at him multiple times and that you were hitting him back.
>> Okay, >> now does anybody watching this think that this female got thrown down a flight of stairs? Let me hear it in the comments.
>> I said I hit him back with I couldn't even do much. I couldn't even do much.
>> Put the shoes on.
>> How am I supposed to put my shoes on with no hands? You can ask for assistance.
>> So you beat my ass and I go to jail.
>> Over at the Valley Library.
>> What is this? Can you move that?
>> The seat belt.
>> This is her phone.
>> Okay.
>> All right, Antonio. I I you know we're men here and we got to admit when we up there was a [ __ ] up. You do have that warrant. All right.
>> Um so we got to get that taken care of.
Um you want to put the baby in one of the carriers so we can we're going to put you in handcuffs. We're going to set you down right here. Okay. Just so nothing silly happens.
>> Okay. They pissing me off. They said we messed up. You do have a warrant. I don't know what city this is in, but these police is not on point.
You been You've been cool. Nope, you're good. Go and just put them together like you're praying, man.
>> Good.
>> All right, man. Want to go out here into the uh the vehicle? Okay.
>> Just take a seat. You need one.
>> And then I'll get you back up right there.
>> I mean, I did say if he had a DV warrant, send his ass to jail. So, hey, you know, Lord's will be done.
The woman was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
>> Oh, that's it. What about him? I want to know what happened. I like these body cam videos, man, but sometimes I be want to know what happened. I'm nosy as hell.
Ladies and gentlemen of the Supreme Court jury, let me hear your verdicts in the comments. Do you think this baby has a chance growing up with two abusers who [ __ ] and fight and act like this [ __ ] is normal? Do you think he punched and kicked her all over her body like she said?
