[music] >> Similar in America, if I'm not mistaken, everybody was more or less a member of a church. [music] In the '50s, we have the so-called Wirtschaftswunder, the economical miracle, where Germany just grew, the economy just grew. And everybody was pretty much a cultural Christian, at least. The churches were very strong, and the churches were seen in the young republic as something that [music] kind of keeps the state in check. So, that kind of helps against this whole Nazi idea.
