[00:00:05]We're also going to do it a little bit different today because I don't want to overextend myself since I uh uh didn't give myself a full 24 hours between workouts.

[00:00:16]So, I need to make sure that I'm doing all right. It's going to be um an hour on the stationary bike followed by 20 minutes of boxing afterwards.

[00:00:29]assuming I have that amount of time. I should, but um yeah, that'll be what we're going to do. Anyways, uh welcome to my workout stream. See how a guy with disabilities still manages to get his exercise in. Spoiler alert, we just go a little bit easier.

[00:00:55]I say this mantra in every workout stream because for the majority of you, I'm only going to have one pass with you. So, I might as well get the most important part out of the way in every workout stream.

[00:02:21]If YouTube were working properly, I'd consistently have between 20 to 40 people in my live streams, but YouTube screwing me over.
