Or like a PDF file if they send you an email. Usually they do that. Like the app does? Or Or the insurance company will send you a PDF file in an email with your insurance ID cards that look just like that. Okay.
Um do you have a Florida driver's license? I don't. Okay. Why didn't you get one?
I just don't really know what I'm doing yet. I decide for sure I think in October and then if I'm staying I was going to get a new one. Okay. So if anybody engages in employment in the state of Florida, you need to have a Florida driver's license. Oh, really?
And it is a criminal offense. So I do have to read you your Miranda rights, okay? So just listen real quick, all right? You have You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to hire an attorney and have him or her present with you before and during any questioning.
If you can't afford to hire an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you at no cost to you. You understand those rights? Okay.
So you need to have the Florida state driver's license if you're engaging in employment or have kids in school. It's within 30 days. Okay. Okay? Okay.

So, you reported that crash about 4 months ago. You said that someone struck you. You took a picture of their license plate over the course of the investigation and that vehicle was not involved in any sort of crash.
So, we put marked it down for a potential fraud. You told me you didn't do any sort of insurance claim or anything, right? So, it doesn't amount to insurance fraud. However, it's false statements on a crash, which is a misdemeanor. What do you mean false statements? You told me that someone else struck your car over the course of the investigation. Nobody else struck the vehicle.

So, I was just driving and then someone hit me and they kept going, so I got a picture of their license plate and then I called and I showed them a picture of the license plate. They looked it up and then they went to their house and they said that they weren't involved in it.
And so, then they pretty much said that I made it up.
Okay. That was me. I did that investigation. That car wasn't involved in any sort of crash. You told me you were sure that that was the vehicle.
Yeah, that's the picture I got of the license plate.

Yeah, so no insurance, Brooke. She didn't say she made a claim, but still false statements. So, it's not something I'm going to do an NTA for.
She said She said She didn't want that. She reported it as a crash. This is like back in April.
Uh-huh. And said somebody hit her and took a picture of the license plate. We said, "Are you sure this is the person that hit you?"
She's like, "Yeah, 100% positive this is the person that hit me." Went out and found the vehicle and there was not a scratch on it anywhere.
Yeah, so I I think she maybe like hit a gate or something somewhere hit somebody else's car and then reported that someone hit her.
But then she's also been driving on an Idaho license since she insured it and made it in Italy for like 4 months too.
That's criminal, too.

You got to get a new license.
So at least the license. The license is what's the issue.
And obviously the the expired tags, yep.
So I'm just curious, why why is the license like so important besides the expired tags?
Florida wants you to have a Florida driver's license when you have children in school, um have a job in the state of Florida, or if you declare Florida your permanent residence. Any of those three. So you're not a permanent resident, obviously. You still claim to live in Idaho. But since you have a job here, they want you to have a Florida driver's license because they consider you living here if you work here.
