The mind is naturally obsessive and operates largely subconsciously (approximately 95%), meaning most of our thoughts and reactions are automatic responses rather than conscious decisions; overthinking and worst-case scenario thinking are natural brain functions similar to how a lion reacts to a gazelle, and recognizing this helps us observe our thoughts without reacting to them as personal failures.

YOUR FUTURE SELF IS BEGGING YOU TO LISTEN TO THIS!
Added:Your thoughts are lying to you.
The mind is obsessive by nature, and if you don't know this in time, it can lead you down a path that you don't want to follow.
All too often, we let life dictate what we think about or how we end up feeling in any given moment.
Sometimes you feel bad about it, though, because you feel like that's who you are.
That's your personality. [music] That's how you were made.
You start calling yourself an over-thinker or worrier.
And honestly, that's not even true.
You are none of those things.
Your body has just gotten used to [music] doing it a certain way for so long.
We think that we are in control of our life.
>> [music] >> We think like we make decisions every day about whether to go left or right or up or down.
And consciously, [music] we make those decisions, but it's not true.
If our life is 95% of our subconscious, then most of the day we aren't actively creating [music] anything new at all.
The reason that you were attracted to this video in the first place >> [music] >> isn't a coincidence, either.
It happened because your soul, your inner being, the observer [music] of reality behind all your worries and anxiety and doubt, it wants you to remember this.
It wants you to remember that you are inhabiting this body, but you are not this body.
Realize now that you are in a biological robot, so to speak.
So, your over-thinking, your brain looping worst-case scenarios are just what brains do.
>> [music] >> Just as a lion reacts to a gazelle running away from it and begins chase it.
Your brain reacts to the outside world as threats as well, even if [music] there is none.
So, when you get the overthinking happening in your mind, and it begins to play tricks on you, >> [music] >> remember this, my friend.
Sit with it without reacting [music] as much, and just observe, and feel the crappy feeling, and see the crappy thoughts, and realize it has nothing to do with you as a person, >> [music] >> or you will failing in some way.
It's just the body doing what it does.
But, you're alive, so it doesn't matter.
And since you're alive, if you can hit that [music] like button, if you'd be so kind, and comment down below, I'm in the eye of the storm. And if you need help staying in this frequency, we studied hundreds of sudden [music] winners and put it into an 80-hour program that literally forces your subconscious to accept your win in life.
