And so strategic cognitive spac spaciousness is the ability to create enough mental room between a stimulus and a response so that you can think.

So you can think, assess, and choose instead of automatically reacting automatically. Yes. And good morning, Lor Tora Toya. And I literally said, oh, that's the other thing that I said. And so as a result, basic phonics takes me a minute to get cuz I will and I'm not dyslexic. It literally is an issue that I inherited from my amazing mother. And so it's that part. So la to just like I have to say laa. Nola had to spell it to me phonetically. She won't be here today cuz she's taking her son enroll in college. I thought my airpods weren't connected is what I said. I was working on that. Exactly. So everybody thought it was their sound. It was actually the old lady that pushed mute and forgot to unmute the microphone. Okay. So everybody's here. We can all hear me.
And now we are talking about strategic cognitive spaciousness. So in simple terms, it's having enough space in your brain to think before you act. Having enough space. Nola and I had a very lengthy conversation yesterday and now it's mandatory that she does 10 significant seconds of silence and say, "Let me gather my thoughts." Cuz she will start an argument and then say she's not arguing and then come back with a wellthoughtout piece of information. So yesterday I said June 1st, all that [ __ ] is done. is real leadership and nothing else. Communicate effectively. Go get your strategy. Go get your gather your thoughts and come back. But this right here, this saying what comes up comes out. Ain't got time for that. You and your mental illnesses, y'all go work that out and you come back with what you actually want to say. So, it's having enough space in your brain to think before you act. Most people are not struggling because they lack intelligence. Intelligence is what you're born with anyway. They are struggling because their brain is overcrowded. Lacy has minimized her laundry baskets from 5:00 to 2. Now, she has a strategy in place and it works.
And uh Ela sent me a video yesterday of she watched Eliminate the Clutter, she showed me her son outside pruning the the bushes outside with no problem because these strategies work because I'm giving myself credit for the work that I've done. So, you got too many notifications. One of the I think it's level two neural reps because people are level one, two, three, and four. Nola and Regina are at five. It says clear out your notifications. It clear out your closing browsers is what it says.
You have too many notifications. At one point when Nola was in homeschool or somewhere, she had like 50 tabs open on her her uh Google Chrome. I said, "That's crazy. I can't I don't have that many tabs. I don't even want to know that much [ __ ] that I got 12 tabs open."
I mean, the most I have on my phone is like six cuz of what I need to go in to do Google Chrome. But too many opinions.
That's what was up here for me. Too many unfinished tasks. Not me. Uh, but y'all resembled that remark. Um, and too many emotional reactions and that's what people have. And that's what you experienced on the Tik Tok live today when that person thought they were coming for me and they didn't understand that that's not going to work anymore.
That dog don't hunt. Those opportunity that 1800 troll Dr. Donna line is disconnected.
It's too many emotional reactions. And I was telling all of that. I'm like, this is taking up cortical real estate. And I'm reacting cuz I was programmed to react like that when I actually don't give a [ __ ] I actually don't care what people call me. Just don't call me late for dinner. No, that's some southern stuff. I don't because I don't have to answer to whatever you call me. If you decide to not use doc, Dr. D, or Dr. Donna, you're not talking to me. That's what I signed up for. Dr. Donna Louise Thomas Rogers. Hm. I heard my name.
That's what I heard. So, you can say whatever you want. You can call me boo.
You can call me the n-word, black [ __ ] all of that. I ain't responding cuz that's not my name. Those are not the names that I'm accustomed to hearing.
So, I'm not responding to a system that says based upon how you look, this is who you is. Y'all created that. I wasn't in those meetings. The meetings that I'm in, the meetings that I'm having are applied neuroscience, operational neuroscience, the theory of personal accountability, and the sevenfold principles of real leadership. I'm in all those meetings. I'm running those [ __ ] meetings. But the rest of this [ __ ] this emotional [ __ ] for what?
If you understood what it was doing to your brain neurologically, you would stop. One of the level three neural reps is research what happens when you exit a toxic environment. And you will be like, how? I ain't never entering another toxic environment, let alone an exit strategy. I'mma work on an enter strategy. So, I will not be in systems that do not bode best for my brain. I don't care who made the system. If that's the system that I need to be in, then that's some [ __ ] I don't need.
That's how I see that. That's why I left my corporate job. That's why I left the church. That's why I left helping nonprofits because that [ __ ] is neurologically tasking. Why would you do that to your brain? Miss Darlene would never. So all of this emotional reactivity is not coming from a high functioning prefrontal cortex. It's coming from a disregulated lyic system with some oscified moves on top of it.
So why would you knowingly engage in it?
Be a thermostat, not a thermometer. I'm not saying those things are not going to occur. I'm saying I will be a thermostat while those things are occurring. I set the temperature. I don't take it. At no point will somebody in the future be able to come to my live, disrupt it, and then feel like they've won.
It's not going to happen. You experience real leadership. That is what you are going to do. Nola and I watched the Marva Collins story my second time, her first time. And the thing that I took away is I'm going to be me.
I didn't sign up for this. And for every student who wants to learn how their brain functions, I'm here for y'all. I ain't here for the rest of the world. If the rest of the world wants to stay disregulated, they can. But I am not allowing that to take up quarter co real estate in my brain. I got too much other work to do to change the human dynamic that we currently find ourselves in. You got too much Oscar. Too much Oscar trying to become the CEO of attention.
That's the problem with 5.9 billion adults. Too many Oscars trying to run [ __ ] Oscar is an employee. Oscar is not a leader. And Oscar ain't in charge of [ __ ] but notifications, reconnaissance, and saying, "This has value. Let me pass this on."
So, strategic cognitive spaciousness is when Miss Darlene has enough room to lead.
Has enough room to actually lead.
enough room to do her job. That's what I'm demanding on my lives, on my [ __ ] Enough room to give y'all what y'all need so we can all be bad [ __ ] So, what happens neurologically? Miss Darlene is the executive director and she helps us think, plan, organize, delay reactions, and make decisions. So, when Miss Darlene has space, you respond intentionally. I did it last week on a TikTok. I opened up the comments and I said, "Before you comment, dot dot dot."
And what did they say after me asking them two questions? I had time to think.
I had time to think because everybody deserves time to think with your brain.
Strengthen Miss Darling by stopping to actually think and then respond versus react. And so when she is overloaded, you react impulsively. We have 5.9 billion adults reacting impulsively because Miss Darling doesn't have strategic cognitive spaciousness.
She does not have room to think. It's [ __ ] chaos everywhere and she is trying to make a decision. Ain't no room to think. If you ain't got no room to think, [ __ ] going to always go left. So Amy and LA, the Omen twins, they scan for threats, stress, conflict, and emotional triggers. And when cognitive space shrinks, Amy and LA become louder.
Everything starts feeling urgent. And I've said this, if everything is urgent, then nothing is urgent. If everything is important, then nothing is important.
You become numb. And that's why by the time you start doing this work and you get to level four and you need to start registering what your insulin is doing every day, you're like, "Well, [ __ ] I I can't feel nothing. My insula, what the hell am I I'm supposed to be feeling something right now?" Yeah, that's the insulin's job to give you body signals that let you know something is taking place. And if something is always taking place, then the insulin is disregulated.
And if something is taking place and you can't feel anything, the insula is disregulated. So the insula is sending you notifications when things are taking place for you to say, "Oh, wait a minute. Haha. Wait a minute. Is that grilling? I'm hungry, man.
What time did I go to bed? Is that my brain cooling itself? No. I'm sleepy.
Let me go get a nap." That's the insulin's job is to let you know things are taking place. But it can't do that if everything is emotional. Denise and Nola both Nola was 300 days in her self-care challenge before the insula started actually registering actual notifications. That's a long time and it and Denise is in her 50s and not feeling anything.
So, Uncle Vinnie is the brake pedal.
Uncle Vinnie helps determine is this danger or is this discomfort and without cognitive space, Uncle Vinnie cannot do his job effectively either. So he can't decide if this is good or this is bad.
And if it gets real bad, he turns into Cody Skater dude. If you ever ran into a skateboarder, they don't give a [ __ ] Anything goes.
Oscar is constantly asking what feels good. That's how you end up fat. That's how you end up on cornhub. That's how you end up gambling. That's how you end up addiction happens in the orbital frontal cortex cuz it feels good until it don't. what feels comfortable and what gives me immediate relief.
That's how you find yourself doing dumb [ __ ] and regretting all of it. And without spaciousness, Oscar starts making decisions that belong to Miss Darlene.
That's why we find ourselves waking up to the world that we currently live in.
Immed everything is immediate.
Everything exists and we can't think straight. There is no cognitive space, no spaciousness. It doesn't exist and it's definitely not there for strategies. So memory might stores experiences and when your brain is overloaded, learning decreases.
You said what doc? I said when your brain is overloaded, learning decreases, reflection decreases. Ain't no DMN self-reflecting and self-correcting and recall. You got CRS can't remember [ __ ] Memory mic works better when the environment is calmer and less crowded.
That's why two of the principles of leadership are eliminate distractions and get organized and stay organized.
and eliminate clutter. That right there is how you ensure this got space minimalism up in this [ __ ] Now, I'mma go back to learning decreases because Jared and Ala have asked, "How you doing all this? I got spaciousness up here. That's why I have the ability to learn and put that [ __ ] in my memory bank, my dog on hippo campus memory library." And then this becomes semantic and I can pull it back out. So if you find yourself not being able to learn, Jared, you getting ready to go back to school. Desmond, if you're on here, you're in school. Your learning is decreasing cuz you ain't got no space for nothing.
Where is going to go? Where where is it going to go?
If you got all this other honey buns and all this other stuff in your head, all this immediate gratific all these random Tik Tok videos that are useless and everything else, where's the learning going to happen at? Where is it going to take place? That's why you got to remove it. That's why you can't have any clutter. That's why you can't have unaccountable people in your life. And I know I've done a lot, but I've been under neurological constraints from everybody else. I can only imagine how the back half of 2026 is going to go now that I have put my foot down and kept it down and I'm saying it's real leadership for life gang gang represent and I'm not paying attention to none of that [ __ ] I can only imagine how much more space I'm about to get up here. How much more cortical real estate? And then the habit homie automates the behavior.
And so when your brain is crowded, the habit homie, this is what's happening to you, Jared, defaults to old routines.
And when your brain is spacious, you have a better chance of installing new routines. That's why prunate and cultivate are so important. And you're doing phenomenal, Jared. But your Oscar as a man immediately, give it to me now.
Give it to me now. Give it to me now.
Give it to me now. That's why it's so hard for men to change because Oscar is running. You guys are visual. So I see it and I want it. Consequences be damn.
The message don't never get to Miss Darling. Never. And then you like I wasn't trying to do that. I wasn't trying to eat that. I wasn't trying to watch that. I wasn't trying to be at the strip club again. I wasn't trying to drink that. I wasn't trying.
All you can do is keep strengthening Miss Darlane and at some point she is going to be stronger than Oscar and then all the rest of that is gonna go away and you going to be like, "Yeah, I remember Oscar be trying to talk me in that shit." No, no, no. Miss Darling got it going on now. She got him in full check. We good. We good. We can make this deal happen. We can do this. No problem. So everything is about regulating first of all letting Oscar know he ain't the CEO of [ __ ] and regulating Amy and LA and now strengthening Miss Darling that's every day you do a new erup every day you read every day you have to do more for Miss Darlene and less for Oscar that's how this works she needs everything she need every every piece of fruit every water every book everything you need to be doing all day long is strengthening Miss Darlene and making Oscar's ass weak as hell. It's not just eating. It's what you're watching. It's what you're thinking is what you're doing all day long is either strengthening him or strengthening her.
So that's the only way you going to get new routines in. So you're asking me and I go back to Elia Laasa and you saying that and it's because my Miss Darlene my prefrontal cortex is strong as hell. I would not be able to do everything that I do if I had a weak brain. There's no way. I have extremely high functioning brain in order to make these things happen. So what most adults why most adults lack strategic cognitive spaciousness because they fill every available gap.
I told y'all our house we used to have rugs and everything and that's Wow. No, I'm just not realizing that the spaciousness in our house is a reflection of the spaciousness in our brain.
Damn message.
So you fill every gap. We go in people's houses and they got [ __ ] everywhere. On the walls, on the floor, they got every every entry table, chops, keys, and [ __ ] all just everywhere. I'm like, it's a this ain't it ain't room for nothing.
You ask them a question, they ain't going to be able to answer. I'm like, I know why you can't answer. I see why.
I'm dizzy up in this [ __ ] We standing in the closet trying to hand me the I need the electric screwdriver. I can't Okay, I'mma turn left. You turn right. I got to go get out the door.
So, examples, driving with constant noise. Got to have a radio on. Got to have on NPR. Got to have on something, some type of sound.
Eating while scrolling. Nola, you do that. Eating while scrolling.
Watching TV while texting. When I had a TV, I would do that. Listening without listening.
Reacting before thinking. My amazing progyny is working on that. Solving tomorrow's problems today. For all the Christians, go ahead and read Matthew 6 2 20 through33.
Do not worry about tomorrow. Today has its own worries. You going to clothe the lilies of the field. How much more is it going to do for you? Do not worry about what you going to eat or drink. that part. The brain never gets a chance to organize itself.
Never ever does the brain get space to organize itself.
So, how do you create strategic cognitive spaciousness?
Stop adding inputs. Before adding more information, ask, "Have I used what I already know?" If you got a brain full of fun facts, dump that [ __ ] the [ __ ] is a fun fact going to do for you? So, a principle of real leadership that will help you stop adding input is stay focused. The main thing is the main thing. Eliminate distractions and get and stay organized. At no point should your life be disorganized. At no point for the amount of work that I do and Noah does and we do together, our house should be [ __ ] up. It should be junky.
We should be eating off paper plates because every dish in the house is dirty as hell and it is immaculate. You hear I mean especially now that the carpet has been clean inside and out. We got y'all saw the back of Nola's vehicle. Bridget and Jared was like, "Damn, that's the most organized work vehicle I didn't ever." And it still looks like that to this day. Everything goes exactly back.
So if you don't get organized, this ain't going to get organized. So if you're saying, "How can Dr. Donna do much so much stuff?" You're like, "Yeah, she got she got she focused as hell. She got a lot of lot of lot of stuff is happening up here." So, it it can't have I got neuro clarity and you can too. Build deliberate pauses. Not every question needs an immediate answer. And that's why I got so many posters on my desk cuz I got it out of my head and I'm going to get back to it and I'm going to use it at some point in the future. or yesterday I got probably about 15 of them in the trash now because I've used them or decided that they aren't useful.
Not every text needs an immediate response and not every emotion needs immediate action and in order to do that you need the principles of real leadership. Think positive. The biggest thing that you can do when you are coming across your own Oscar or anybody else's is be objective.
Be objective and be a thermostat not a thermometer. So, I'm not about to take all this on because I wasn't in that meeting. And then you're gonna handle conflict when it occurs. We had a conflict last night and after Nola realized that this was all this procity and stuff wasn't necessary and then she had her 10 significant seconds of silence and came back, she had a strategy. And the strategy is I'mma think before I speak. I'm going to use 10 seconds of silence before I do anything because the 10 seconds of silence is to bring Miss Darlene online.
And notice none of these say react immediately. Miss Darlene needs time to think. Always. Always. Now, if you're driving, Amy and LA are going to say car and then you keep it moving. That's their job.
That's their job.
The more pauses I do, the more Darling gets activated. Jared, I don't even know why they literally told me to the that this had to be viewed. The more pauses I do, the more Darling gets activated.
Okay. Okay. I didn't think it was the next day until I saw you were live.

So, the deliberate pause is what you need. And if you don't have that pause, Oscar or Amy and LA are running [ __ ] and that's when it always goes left. Create whites space. I took all those clocks and mirrors and pictures and [ __ ] off the wall and just looked at the wall. We have textured walls. Let's just look at the textured walls and that's it. It isn't necessary.
So you can have examples. 5 minutes without your phone, 20 minutes without your phone. There is a neural rep that says go without your phone for a whole hour. Sitting quietly after work, walking without your earbuds, looking out the window. I look out my window and I literally said I could do a whole TV show on Dr. Donna's window. How much it go outside? They say it goes down in DM.
It goes down outside my window. You'd be surprised. There's a gentleman who goes walking every day. He's European American. And I look at him and decide what I'm about to put on based upon what he got on. So if he got on a hoodie, a hat, and gloves, and and his long jacket, and his pants, I say we ain't going outside. It's cold as hell.
Do we have any appointments today? Cuz it's cold. He got He got on his whole layer of stuff. We don't have enough coats. If that's what he got on, if he got on his t-shirt and some shorts and his hat or no hat that I know what cuz sometimes you got to go do the African-American weather and go put your finger outside to see your hand. But if I can see him first, I'm like, I know what I need to be putting on, jacket or not. So, you're going to give yourself time to process. White space is good.
Finish what you start. Every unfinished task occupies mental real estate, cortical real estate. Every time you said, "I'mma do this," and you didn't, is sitting in your brain every time. And the brain keeps tracking all those open loops. So, in order to close those open loops, you got to finish what you start. Do it now because procrastination is the enemy. And hold yourself personally accountable. And I'mma throw in keep your word. If you said you was going to do it, do it. And if you not update everybody, well, you know, I don't have time to do that and I don't have time to do that. I don't have time to do that. [ __ ] Say, I don't have a cortical real estate to do that. And see how that makes you feel. Well, I don't have the cortical real estate to do that cuz I'm storing a bunch of [ __ ] from 1997.
Mhm. Yeah. Bunch of stuff I didn't finish. That was 29 years ago. Let that [ __ ] go. Let that [ __ ] go. Reduce decision fatigue. And Sarah asked me about decision fatigue.
And I explained to her decision fatigue is the result of cognitive overload and not having strategies for everything that you do. And that's what I also told Elisa yesterday is I said I have strategies for everything that I do.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have 145,375 social media posts and counting because I have a strategy for it. So that is the problem is that when it was time in the beginning before you started something you had and this is a very technical term a dumbass plan and then you executed that dumb ass plan and as a result you don't know what went left and so now you just bum fuzzle like [ __ ] I don't know but that's why you have a a sap a strategic ass plan because you bring Miss Darlene uncle Vinnie everybody to the dog on neurological meeting and now if something doesn't go correctly you go back and look at the strategy and say we just need to update the strategy. But being strategic, i.e. having strategic cognitive spaciousness requires high functionality in your brain. So instead, you consistently keep making dumb ass plan after dumb ass plan and dumb dumb ass decision after dumbass decision and all that [ __ ] is sitting up here. And so when I say I got 145,374 posts on social media, your brain go, how how you got that? I'm over here trying to figure out how to put on clothes this morning. And it's because you ain't got no neurological space. You have no space. You have no systems. And that's why it's not going well for you. But the good news is you have micro gio cells.
And guess what they do? prune all the [ __ ] you don't need and repair the neurons that you actually do need. But in order to access them, your ass got to go to sleep at night and hit three to four rim cycles. So now you're not getting enough sleep and now you got more problems because now you're exhausted and you not getting a brainwash every night. That's not happening for you. Ain't working at the brainwash. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Sleep and sleep. Ah, see those neurons cleaning.
Hey, get your brain washed today. You ain't That's not happening to you at all. And do you wake up the next day and do it again and wake up the next day and do it again and wake up the next day and do it again? And now you are mentally exhausted.
Mentally exhausted every day. You need a brainwash and all those micro glyoles the astro dice are gonna shrink. Cerebral spinal fluid is gonna push everything out and whatever you learn for the day is going to get put up in the hippoc campus memory library and you going to be good. You going to have all this semantic memory and all this [ __ ] you know how to do.
That's not going to work cuz you're not even doing a brain dump before you go to sleep. So you taking all that [ __ ] and everybody else [ __ ] and everybody else's year after year after year, day after day after day. And that's why when I say I do something, it sounds like, man, how you doing that? You must be doing something. You must do you got two brains? Did they ever give you an MRI?

So how to keep strategic cognitive spaciousness.

You could even text yourself because you got enough characters. You do a brain dump whenever your brain is crowded, unless you driving. Don't do that. But other than that, no little be out appointments.
Change log, brain dump, cuz you're clearing your head so that cortisol can't faster. The goal is to be able to use Miss Darlene your entire time that you awake. Your whole prefrontal cortex.

There's never not a time when you're not using your prefrontal cortex, cerebral cortex, the whole thing. There's never, it's not like, oh my god, I need to rest. Even when you resting, you still got to be strategic about your nap. If you taking a nap in the middle of the day, you got to set an alarm. You got to say, am I taking an in room nap or a rim nap? How long am I going to be sleep? So that requires strategy. Then you even when you relaxing, well, where am I going to relax? I'm getting ready to go get my spa pedicure at 9:00. Going to turn the chair on the massage chair while my feet are being done and I'm going to relax. I still had to be strategic. I still had to make the appointment. I still got to go. Still got to pick my same color 107 and call it a day. Like I said, y'all sneaky. Dr. Donna, she got a manila folder for all of us. My brain responds. I do not. If I do, there's no proof cuz it's up here.
It's up here. So, yes, brain dumps are your friend. Every time you get excitable, Bridget, brain dump right then and there. The grand is there. Tell her to do one, too. Baby, here go some pen and paper. Start writing down what's in your head. 5 minutes. Don't talk to granny and let's go ahead and get this done. You will be amazed at what's in your brain and then get out and then Miss Darlene is going to calm all that cortisol is going to go away and you going to be cool as the other side of the pillow again. The whole thing is to strengthen your prefrontal cortex and anything that's stopping that has to go away. And if you can't make it go away, you become a thermostat. Then you use the principles of real leadership. Swim upstream makes the impossible possible.
and uh uh persevere during times of adversity. And here's the one that Nola and I have been discovering. Not even discovering, but using lately. Carry only what you need.

Today you got to study for the final and the midterm and you got to make dinner and it's people coming over and all that. That's Miss Darlene's job to be strategic about all of that. But don't nobody want to do that part. Then you want her to do her part. That's like going to the gym and looking at people lift weights and then say, "Oh, I want muscles." and walk back out to your car and drive off. How she going to get stronger if you don't do [ __ ] to make her stronger? You know how you develop patience being in impatient environments? That's how you get patient. WHEN COGNITIVE FLEXIBILITY, that part I just want to be able to think. Well, then you going to have to create the space to think. So that means you got to prune a bunch of [ __ ] to be able to think. I just want to clear my head then do a [ __ ] brain dump. No, I just wanted to stop. who started it. Your Oscar talked you into that [ __ ] and now you want Oscar to help you out of the [ __ ] that he talked you into. That's never gonna work. It's never ever ever ever ever gonna work. You got to remove obstacles.

I am 150 days away from three years of putting up with this [ __ ] That's a long ass time strengthening Miss Darling. A long time of self-discovery to finally say, "Yeah, y'all [ __ ] don't work. Weakened Miss Darlene and strengthened Oscar when it was a Miss Darlene opportunity. An obstacle. I have been on Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube getting neural reps done. Three obstacles. This the best option until we get to the app. And the point is that you think that I don't have obstacles because I'm not crying about obstacles.
The [ __ ] B going to cry for when the principal is removing [ __ ] Remove them. Miss Darlene is getting stronger.
So some [ __ ] show up. You got to have a darling building day a lot to get to a level of spaciousness.

It's a beautiful thing where my attention goes. That's how I found a dog on Mara story because the only app on my tablet is YouTube. I'm watching free YouTube with ads and it showed up as a suggestion. I'm like, "Hey, I like Sis Lee Tyson. Let me see this movie.
What strengthened me?" Because that's not a question that you asking. And I think we going to start asking what strengthened me and what depleted me. Y'all can do a list of [ __ ] that depleted you. But what you what strengthened you? Cuz whatever depleted you is strengthening Oscar and Amy and LA. I need to turn that on. You caught me midmood spiraling and then I was like, "Oh my god, the FYP playing me like a fiddle." Yep. Playing you like a fiddle.
What depleted me? And then strategic people audit their attention. That's what I did. I literally stopped all screen time in August of last year. No more gospel music, no more crime shows or nothing. And I think I was till December before I started watching anything. It took me time to go to sleep cuz I used to listen to my tablet as I went to sleep. It took about a month to be able to go to sleep with no sound.
And I did it. And reactive people surrender to it. If you read news headlines and it ain't got your name, your people's name in it and it ain't directly impacting you and you let that [ __ ] impact you. You literally just took on neurological hijacking and that's what happened to you again. Hitchhiking.
That's what happened to you again, Lorenzo. That ain't got [ __ ] to do with you. That's somebody else's Oscar and somebody else's Oscar and you in the middle of it. Miss Darlene would never Miss Darlene would never be in that.
Never. So you maintain it. Strategic cognitive spaciousness is not a one-time achievement. It's a daily maintenance.

And over time, these responses become faster and more automatic.
I have decided that if you are going to be on social media, you going to be on my social media. I has reduced my social media postings to one or two posts a day. I'm about to up that some more because y'all are not watching the thing that's going to strengthen Miss Darlene.

What is this doing to my brain when you keep watching that? What the [ __ ] is it doing? I'm just going to have a good time. You didn't got mindated that you just roll and scroll through TikTok. Oh, I'm just damaging your brain and shrinking your hippocampus and reducing the strength of your dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex.
And then you want to sit around and start blaming other people. Who picking up your phone and scrolling every two minutes?
Who telling you to turn the TV on? Who who doing that to you? Who telling you to do all that [ __ ] And I'm saying if you going to watch it, walk away with something.
