I.C.E. Agent Appears In Court For Minneapolis ShootingAñadido:
An ICE agent accused of shooting a Venezuelan immigrant earlier this year in Minneapolis is being held without bond in Texas.
Uh Christian Castro was taken into custody in Harlingen over the weekend and made his first court appearance on Saturday. He faces four counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and one count of falsely recording reporting a crime. Castro reportedly shot Julio Sosa Salas in January during Operation Metro Surge and he'll remain in Texas until an extradition hearing back to Minneapolis is scheduled.
