Leaked law enforcement documents showed FBI agents tracking the group's acts of vandalism and extremist activity for months leading up to a major incident in 2022. The FBI actively assisted local authorities in Idaho when 31 Patriot Front members were arrested in a U-Haul in Kurden, Idaho, carrying riot gear and operational documents to disrupt a pride event. Organizations like Unicorn Riot have published over 400 gigs of videos and photos which exposed the identities, occupations, and home addresses of numerous Patriot Front members. Outsiders have infiltrated their ranks, took photos, recorded conversations, and leaked their identities online, exposing several members, resulting in the loss of their jobs. Patriot Front members hold a wide variety of occupations: civil engineer, electricians assistant, real estate agent, military personnel, ex-marine, Department of Homeland Security, and IT workers. The group proclaims to prohibit active law enforcement and government postal workers from joining.
