FOREIGN SECURITY MOB CONFRONT IRISH FARMERS ENTERING LAND

[00:00:00]Shocking scenes have emerged that I suppose you would say highlights absolutely everything that's wrong with Ireland today. In a short video clip, a group of foreign security guards, independent security firm headed up by an English handler, by the looks of things, were deployed yesterday to stop a group of Irish man men from entering onto a peep bog in leash. Now, a lot of debate is raging around this. Should the men have been there? Should they not?

[00:00:37]Setting that to the side, most of these, if not all of these security operatives were not displaying any form of identification or any registration numbers. And when Angardes arrived and were questioned about that, they seemed to turn a blind eye. This is coming off the back of shocking footage such as this.

[00:01:56]Many people have commentated and said this is what the IP pass centers are ultimately being filled up with to recruit operatives that will happily go toe-to-toe and stand against Irishmen whether it be in the city or whether it be in the town. Now I'm going to come back to this video uh but I want to address some of the points that have been raised about this particular spot.

[00:02:25]So the men that were trying to access this uh bog Gary Moore bog are saying that they have a legal right to do so.

[00:02:36]Another version of events is that uh a lady sold this piece of land as far back as 1981 to board Neimona and these men are trespassing on it. So those are the two different narratives that are flying around at the minute. I'm just showing you this just for uh context. Uh confrontation erupts at Gary Moore Bog over ownership dispute of the peep land.

[00:03:04]So a private security firm was used to block Liam Gorman from entering the 400 acre Larry Moore Bog and County leash.

[00:03:14]He's been challenging board Neimona uh for quite some time about this. To cut a long story short, last June uh it was uh decided that a permanent injunction should stop him from going onto the land after uh in 1981 purchase from his mother. So apparently his mother sold this back in 81. He wants back onto the land. Apparently the court has ruled that he's not allowed to do so. Hence the confrontation.

[00:03:41]So, uh, the justice, uh, Asheen Quinn deemed Gorman a trespasser for unauthorized Pete Milling and, uh, he's not happy about this, understandably.

[00:03:54]So, this led to the confrontation. Other people were down there last night. Uh, Philip Dwire was on the scene and I'm going to show you a clip from his live stream. Uh, I'll leave a link to that in the video or the description box underneath this video. Go on there and see the full thing. he was streaming there for 4 hours, but he confronts the guards about their lack of cooperation to identify who these men actually are.

[00:04:45]As one man said, are there any Irish men there? Apparently, there was one. The rest, as you can see, the guy in the green is an English man.

[00:05:01]This guy in the the baseball cap seems to be keeping his mouth shut.

[00:05:08]And as you can see, even without the sound off there, there's a very high level of aggression. They're not displaying any identification.

And by law, if you're working in private security, you have to wear identification with a registration number between your neck and your waist, can be on your arm, it can be on your chest, it can be something, but it has to be highly visible between your neck and your waist to identify you. So, as you can see, this guy has nothing at all. This guy has nothing. This guy's got his high viz gear on. Nothing.

They're they're sent there because they say that these Irish men are trans trespassing on the bog and they're blatantly in breach of the law by not having any identification whatsoever. And it's not just one or two of them. It's the vast majority of them.

And they know what the law is when it comes to I would at least you would think they would know what the law is when it comes to identification for security operatives, but they don't seem to want to know about it. They're happy to discuss it with these men, but when Philip questions them about it, the window goes up. Watch this.

[00:10:17]That's it in a nutshell. The guard's window goes up for the Irish man. it comes down for the Englishman or the foreign man. If this isn't just a short visual representation of everything that's wrong here at the minute, I I don't know what is, folks. And for those of you who want to know the law, by law, if you work in a licensed private security role in Ireland, such as a security guard, doorman, event security, or whatever, you must visibly wear your PSA license card at all times when on duty. At all times.

[00:10:56]And the PSA enforces strict rules for displaying your license. So, whoever this firm is, I don't know who they are.

[00:11:06]Many of these operatives have no identifying marks or numbers or photographic nothing.

[00:11:14]The card must be worn in your upper torso, above your stomach, and below your neck. You can't hang it on a belt or wear it on your waist. The front of the card with your photograph, your license number must be showing and clearly visible or on an armband providing the view is not obstructed.
