Wa! Look at all the blinking fireflies.
One, two, three. One, two, three. Oh, I love counting. Don't you, Debo?
Hey, get back here, you silly.
What you got there, Debo?
>> H I wonder why do fireflies light up?

Maybe it's a counting game. 1 2 3 1 2 3 Whoops.
>> Hey, it's me, Blippy. I was wondering why do fireflies light up?
>> Hey, I'm Felicia. And if there's one thing you got to know about us fireflies, it's that we are all about that blink.
>> One, two, three. One, two, three.
>> You again.
Just try and catch me this time.
>> Evo, >> I like your style, Debo.
Ready? 1 2 3.
>> When fireflies blink, it's because they like another firefly style. And with style like that, I just can't stop.
Everybody stop.
>> Oh no.
>> Not today, Froggy boy.
>> Felicia saves the day.
>> Works every time. Fireflies also light up when there is danger around.
>> Oh, like a warning signal to predators to stay away.
>> Yep.
Nope. Not my style.
Not bad, but nah. Hey, Blippy, will you help me find a firefly with a blinking style like mine?
>> You mean like a counting game?
>> Yeah. Do you remember my flash pattern?
One, two, three. One, two, three.
>> That's it.
>> We found your match.
>> Now that's my style.
>> What a great adventure. And I got the answer to my question. Why do fireflies light up? Fireflies light up to warn predators to stay away. and to help them find other fireflies with the same blinking style. Upload answer.

It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Flippy Wonders.
Wow, that looks great, Flippy.
>> Yeah.
>> Now, all that's left to do is make the horn sound like a bruntus.
Brontosus brown.
>> Let's sound it out.
>> Bronto s brontosaurus.
>> Awesome. Stupendous perfection.
Oh, wait. I don't think this book has a section on dinosaur sounds.
>> H I wonder where can we find more books about dinosaurs.
>> Oh, I know. Let's try the library.
>> Great idea, Babel.
>> What?
>> The Bronto mobile is ready for adventure.
All right.
>> Yeah, books.
Sorry.
Whoa.
>> Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Tabs.
>> Hi, I'm Katie the Caterpillar. Here for any of your library needs.
And I'm Babel. Oh my. Oh my. A whole section of balloon animals. I love books so much.
>> Hey Katie, can you help us find the dinosaur books? Of course I can help.
Wait for me. I want to come, too.
>> Oh no.
>> Flippy wa.
YIKES.
>> WELCOME TO THE TRAVEL BOOK SECTION.
FISH.
>> Oh no, Katie.
>> Thanks, Flippy. Look, we've reached the fiction section.
>> Fiction means the stories are make believe.
>> Look out.
>> Wa!
>> How to ride a bike? Where is How to ride a library card? And there's nonfiction.
>> Non-fiction means the stories are real.
>> Over there are books about magic and wild animals and fire trucks.
Dinosaurs to the left.
Whoa.
A whole section on dinosaurs.
Sorry.
Hey Tabs, can you help me carry these please?
Dinosaurs from A to Z. The biggest roar and more. My friend the triceratops.
>> Hey Babel, do you think I have too many books about dinosaurs?
>> You could never have too many books.
>> Excellent choices.
>> Thanks for your help, Katie. And I got the answer to my question. Where can I find more books about dinosaurs?
At the library.
Yeah. Upload answer tabs.

Whoops.
Excuse me.
>> That was a big burp, Flippy.
>> H I wonder why do people burp?
>> I can tell you, but it's more fun to show you. Off to the nearest mouth.
>> All right, I'm going to need frog legs.
Frog legs confirmed.
>> Shrinking down, the Flippy Mobile is ready for adventure.
Open wide.
This He's chewing way too fast.
LOOK AT ALL THE AIR he's swallowing.
>> Wa! Well, that was fun. Tibo, you can open your eyes now. I think it's over.
>> Here we go again. Yeah.
Wo!
I'm going to need monkey arms.
>> Monkey arms. Punk arms.
Wo! Wa!
>> What's that? It's >> called the esophagus. We all have them.
It's a long tube that connects the throat to the stomach.
>> Woo!
Esophagus. That's a fun word. Esopus.
Whoa. He's coughing up a storm.
>> Oh yeah. These are ideal conditions for a big old burp. Move away.
>> OH NO.
>> Hang on to your seats, everybody.
>> Wa! So cool.
>> Careful. The bubbles delicate and could explode at any moment.
>> Just kidding. Daddy B. Wee.
Yeah.
>> The bubble is all the extra air that this guy swallowed. It's like a trampoline.
>> Wo.
>> Uh-oh. Too much bouncing. It's going to blow.
>> The air bubble is rising up the esophagus and toward the mouth.
Whoa, excuse me.
>> Oh yeah, experiment complete.
>> That was so fun. And I got the answer to my question. Why do people burp? People burp when they swallow too much air and it builds up inside the esophagus. The body gets rid of the air by burping.
Upload answer. Debo.
I think it's time to dance. Boom cha cha boom cha cha boom.
>> Let's boom cha cha with Boom.
>> Boom cha cha boom cha cha boom.
Wow, that bee sure seems busy. And so does that one. And that one, too.
They're all so busy. Well, except that one.
Those bees are busy making honey. H I wonder how do bees make honey? Yes.
Let's go into the beehive. I'm going to need wings and the excavator arm.
>> Wings excavator arm confirmed.
>> Activate Flippy station.
The Blippy Mobile is ready for adventure. Now we just need to make like a bee and be tinier. Shrinking down.
You're right, Tabs. The bee's tongue is in the flower. Hey, it's me, Blippy.
This is Tabs. I was wondering how you make honey.
>> Hey, Blippy. I'm Bejon. Honey, huh? This is the place to be. So, I'm using my tongue to drink in this sweet nectar.
It's how we bees start to make honey.
Okay, time to buzz into the beehive.
Follow me. Spoiler, lots of bees working. It's like a honey factory in there.
>> Bean, are they all chewing nectar?
>> Sure are.
Got to chew. That's what we do. Chewing makes it thicker. Can't have runny honey.
I rhymed again.
>> And after you chew, then you have honey.
>> No, no, there's more to show. We chew, then we swallow. Ah, the next state in our bellies becomes honey. Then we put it in the honeycomb.
>> The honeycomb?
>> Yep. We store the honey in the honeycomb.
>> Maybe I can taste some honey.
>> What is that?
>> Oh dear.
>> This may look funny, but flapping our wings is how we make thicker honey. It's a bee thing. Whoa. Yes, Tabs. I have the answer to my question. How do bees make honey? They get nectar from flowers, chew it, store it in their stomachs, then put the honey in a honeycomb and flap their wings over it. Upload answer tabs.
Bye, Bejan. Thanks for being you.
>> Bye.
Woohoo! Yeah!
Activate Flippy Station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Flippy wonders.
Okay, Babel. I spy with my little I something that starts with J.
>> Plenty of sea creatures start with J.
Jackfish, jellyfish, even jewelish.
Not now, Tabs. I'm looking for a jellyfish.
Oh, it's jellyfish.
>> Okay, Tabs, your turn. I spy a dolphin. Listen, she's trying to communicate with us.
>> H I wonder how dolphins communicate.
Follow. Pursue. Chase.
>> Here we come, little dolphin.
>> Ooh.
>> Wo. It's so murky.
>> It's murky and hard to see because of all the sand floating in the water.
>> Look out.
>> Wa!
>> Uh-oh. Hey there, Blippy.
>> Oh, hey, Larry. This is Babel and Tabs.
Sorry we bonked into you.
>> That's all right. It's all this sand floating around. Well, I'm off to get my teeth cleaned. See you later.
>> Bye-bye.
>> How can the dolphin see in this murky water?
>> Think.
Oh, I know. The dolphin is using echol location. Echo what?
>> Echol location. It's how some animals like dolphins and bats see objects by reflecting sound off them.
>> Oh yeah, I'm going to need echol location.
>> Echolocation confirmed.
>> Incredible. Amazing. Awesome. We should try making clicks like the dolphin.
Look, the sound waves from the clicks are bouncing off the objects and coming back to us with information about how far and how big the objects are.
>> Hey, there's the dolphin. We found her.
>> Wait, come back. I didn't get to say hello.
>> That's it. The dolphin is using a signature whistle to tell you her name.
Try mimicking her signature whistle to call her back.
>> All right, she understood me. Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Tabs and Babel.
I think she wants to know your signature whistle so she can say your name in her language. H how about Wow, what an amazing underwater adventure.
And I got the answer to my question. How do dolphins communicate? Dolphins communicate with their signature whistles and chirps. And they can also use clicks to navigate and tell what's ahead. Upload answer tabs.
>> Yes, precisely correct.
>> Woohoo.
Wa.
Woo.
Wo! Tabs! That bouncy castle is out of this world.
Hm. I wonder what would it be like to bounce on the moon.
>> Great idea, Tabs. We can go to the moon and find out. I'm going to need a rocket booster, excavator arm, and frog legs.
>> Jets, excavator arm, frog legs confirmed. Okay, let's go explore.
The Blippy mobile is ready to blast off for adventure.
And there's the moon. Yeah.
Okay, time to land. Hey, that tickles.
Who are you? My name's Rocky the moon rock because uh I'm a rock.
>> Hey Rocky, it's me, Blippy, and this is Tabs. We're here to find out what it's like to bounce on the moon. H I never tried it myself being a rock. But let me see if I can just get up. All right, then. Let's bounce.
J. I'm glad as a feather up here. I never knew I could have been having so much fun.
Woohoo. It's amazing that we're staying up here this long. Why does it take so long to float down? Because of gravity.
It's the invisible force that keeps your moon boots on the ground. It pulls things back down.
But but but there's way less gravity around the moon than on Earth because the moon is so much smaller. That's why we float for so long. I have the answer to my question. What would it be like to bounce on the moon?
It's so fun and the bounces are really big because there's less gravity on the moon than there is on Earth. Upload answer tabs.
We feel like we're floating, but gravity is slowly pulling us back down. Cha cha cha cha cha cha cha cha.
Thanks for the greatest time that I, Rocky the moon rock, ever had.
Bye, Rocky. Keep on bouncing, Blippy.
Wa!
Activate Blippy station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Blippy.
Wo wo.
That one's blue.
That one is red. Tabs. Oh, and that one is green.
H. I wonder why are fireworks different colors?
Great idea, Tabs. Let's go investigate.
I'm going to need helicopter blades and a grabber arm.
>> Helicopter blades. Grabber arm confirmed.
>> Activate Flippy station.
Shrinking down.
The Flippy Mobile is ready for adventure.
>> Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Never get too close to fireworks. Be safe. Give them some space.
>> Okay.
Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Taz.
We were just wondering how fireworks get their colors.
>> Hi, I'm Penny. I'll spin you a tail all about it.
First, you have to know that fireworks are little rockets filled with black powder which burns fat and sends the fireworks as high as 1,000 ft into THE AIR.
>> WA! That's pretty high.
>> Good idea, Tabs. Let's get a better look at the fireworks in the sky. Will you join me in the Blippy Mobile, Penny?
>> Sure.
WA!
GREAT BRIGHT.
>> Even in the air, remember to stay safe and give them space.
>> So colorful.
>> Packed into the top of the firework are metal salts called stars. Just like different foods have different flavors when you eat them, different metal salts burn different colors when you ignite them.
>> Watch out. HERE COMES ANOTHER ONE. TABS.
>> TIBS, are you okay?
>> I told you. Stay safe and give them space.
We should get down to the ground or we'll all miss the big ending.
>> You're right. Let's go.
>> Here it comes. The grand finale.
>> Wa! Look at that.
>> What an amazing show. And now I have the answer to my question. Why are fireworks different colors? Fireworks are different colors because of the different metal salts they burn. Upload answer tabs.
>> Bye, Penny.
>> Bye, Flippy. Always stay colorful.
>> Activate Flippy station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Flippy Wonders.
Land ho.
Hide our treasure. First mate Debo.
>> I love playing pirates.
>> Me too.
>> What is it, Debo?
Whoa.
Wow. It's a treasure map.
>> H I wonder how do you find buried treasure?
>> I can help.
X is where the treasure is buried.
>> So cool. But how do we get to the X?
>> First, we need to figure out where we are. Do you see anything you recognize from the map?
>> Hey, that elephant-shaped rock looks just like the one on the map.
>> Now we see those dashes. According to the map scale, each dash is equal to one step.
>> H, there's five dashes, so that's five steps, >> right? And according to my compass watch, we need to walk five steps north, which is this way.
>> 1 2 3 4 5.
>> The map says we need to climb up the tree. How are we going to do that?
Look, a rope ladder.
Nice work, first mate Debo.
Treasure, here we come.
Wa! A secret door. But how do we open it?
H. This hopscotch grid is on the map.
I've got it. Blippy, try hopping only on the blue squares.
>> All right, we did it. Let's go.
X marks the spot.
Woohoo! We found the treasure and I got the answer to my question. How do you find buried treasure? To find buried treasure, you need a map and to follow the directions written on it to find the X. Upload answer, Debo.
>> Let's see what's inside.
The great big book of curiosity.
>> Wa! What a curious kind of treasure, >> HUH?
>> YAY!
Who were they?
Let's go find out.
>> Activate Blippy station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Blippy.
Wow. I love our cool Flippy mobile.
You're right, Debo. Our car does have amazing things. Hm. I wonder what were the first cars like.
Good idea. We can go way back in time to see one of the first cars. I'm going to need helicopter blades.
>> Helicopter blades confirmed.
>> Activate flippy station.
Going back in time.
The Blippy mobile is ready for adventure. We just traveled back over 100 years. I wonder whose house this is.
>> It's mine.
My name is Blippy. Yours? Hey, it's me, Blippy. Wait, are you my great grandpa?
I think I am. Come here, future blippy great grandson.
Grandpa, we're here to find out what the first cars were like. Good timing. I'm about to take my first ever automobile for a drive. Hot dog. Isn't this a be really cool?
So, how does it start? This crank will make sparks that help start the engine.
The engine started. Yeah. It looks like your car can only fit two people. And no seat belts. H.
>> Seat belts keep you safe. Hot dog. Seat belts. Okay, let's go to the top of that hill.
We made it. Knew we would. Now down we go.
>> Oh no, Debo.
Whoa.
Woah.
Woah.
Woah. Does the car have any brakes? It sure does.
That was really cool.
Hot dog. And I have the answer to my question. What were the first cars like?
You had to turn a crank to start it.
Cars only had two seats. And you pull the hand lever for the brakes. Upload answer dbo.
Bye, great grandpa Blippy. Happy and safe driving.
Activate Blippy station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Blippy.
WO.
AH, more junk.
Oh. Oh, look. A shark's tooth. Wa, Debo, there sure are a lot.
Hm. I wonder how many teeth does a shark have.
Great idea, Debo. We can go into the ocean and find out. I'm going to need duck feet, a grabber arm, and a propeller.
>> Duck feet. Grabber arm propeller confirmed.
>> Activate Flippy station.
Shrinking down.
The Blippy Mobile is ready for adventure.
Whoa.
>> Oh, hi there. I'm Dr. Paula the Pilot Fish. I'm a shark dentist.
>> Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Debo.
We're here to learn how many teeth a shark has.
>> Well, you swam it to the right corner of the ocean. I'm about to visit my friend and patient, Larry.
>> Hello. I think I have a loose tooth.
>> We'll find out. We pilot fish help keep the shark's mouth clean in exchange for protection from fish who might chase us.
Wow, what a great friendship.
>> Whoa, someone called a tooth fairy.
>> Let's take a look. Open wide, Larry.
>> Nothing to worry about. Come on in. The water's fine. As you can see, there is not just one row of teeth. There's row after row after row. Go ahead and close now, buddy.
Maybe keep your mouth open just a little bit, Larry.
Wo! Another tooth on the loose.
>> That's why Larry's got all these rows of teeth. They're waiting in line for when the front teeth fall out and need to be replaced. Happens all the time.
>> That's kind of like us humans when we're kids. Let's count. 1 2 3 56 57 58 >> I sure wish sharks could floss.
213.
That sure is a lot of teeth to take care of.
>> You're right. There can be as many as 300 teeth in a shark's mouth at any given time. And get this. Through his whole life, Larry here can grow and lose as many as 50,000 teeth.
>> That's a huge number.
>> All done, Larry.
>> Woohoo.
Bless you. And I got the answer to my question. How many teeth does a shark have? Sharks have several rows of teeth.
Can have as many as 300 teeth at one time and 50,000 over the course of their lives. Upload answer. Debo. Thanks for teaching us all about teeth, Dr. Paula.
>> Bye, Blippy. Don't forget the boss.
>> Activate Flippy station.

Racey to the ball pit. Okay, Blippy.
Huddle ball activate.
Wa! Silly somersault.
Wa!
That was totally awesome, Debo.
Is that a puppy? I love puppies.
Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Debo and Blue. What's your name?
Lily. What a cute name.
>> Great idea, Lily. Lippy, Lily wants you to throw the ball for us.
>> Okay, Lily and Blue, are you ready?
>> Yes. Yes. Yes.
>> Go fetch.
Look at how fast Lily's tail is wagging.
Hm. I wonder why do dogs wag their tails.
>> Uh-oh. I think Debo's broken.
>> Oh no, Lily's probably scared. Debo, try giving her a treat.
Now hold out your paw so she can sniff you and know you're a friend.
>> Yeah, Lily. All better.
>> Do you want me to throw the ball again?
>> She's so excited.
>> Ready, go. Fetch.
Oh, she's so happy. Too hard, Blue.
>> Oh no. Is Debo okay?
Debo, you're all better. Hugs.
>> Not so hard, Blue.
S.
Good girl, Lily.
Good girl.
>> She's so cute.
Hugs.
>> Be gentle, Blue.
>> Oh, yes. Right.
>> Look at how fast her tail is wagging.
>> Yeah. Dogs wag their tails as a way of showing emotion like fear or excitement.
Just like my antennas glow different colors for all my different feelings.
>> I got the answer to my question. Why do dogs wag their tails? Dogs wag their tails to show emotions like fear or excitement. Upload answer.
Good girl, Lily. Good girl.
Wa! Bouncy sand dune and even bouncier.
Wow, what an amazing sand castle. Wave incoming. Oh no. Looks like that castle was no match for that wave. Huh. I wonder. Can I build a sand castle that doesn't get washed away?
Yeah, you're right, Tabs. There is only one way to find out. I need to build a sand castle of my own. I'm going to need the excavator arm and spider legs.
>> Excavator arm. Spider legs confirmed.
>> Activate Flippy station.
The Blippy Mobile is ready for action.
Let's go make a sand castle that won't get washed away. Now we need to make ourselves sand castle size. Shrinking down.
Feel that cool ocean breeze. Tabs.
Whoa.
Hi there. I'm Krabby the crab. Pleasure to meet you.
Cracky. I don't know my own strength.
>> Hi Krabby. It's me, Blippy, and this is my Blippy mobile.
>> I love it. So, you out taking a fun ride?
>> Actually, Krabby, I'm here because I'm curious if I can build a sand castle that won't get washed away.
>> You came to the right, Crab. I'm a planner, digger, and a builder. I can help you, Blippy.
>> Great. So, the first thing we're going to do is build a moat. That's a fancy word for a hole. You see, the water goes into the hole and doesn't wash away what's behind it. So, let's dig dig dig dig dig.
>> Wow, what a hole. Now, let's build a sand castle.
>> You're right, Tabs. We are going to need a shovel. Finished.
Success.
>> You already built it, Krabby.
>> And our moat is perfect. The moat's the hole we dug all around the sand castle.
>> Great moat. And best sand castle ever.
Wave incoming.
The moat worked, Krabby. This means I think I have the answer to my question.
Can I build a sand castle that doesn't get washed away? I can by making a hole around it to catch the water. Upload answer tabs.
Thanks, Krabby. See you later, Flippy.
Keep on digging.
Activate Flippy station.

>> Oh, yeah. Look out for my ultimate cartwheel. Here I come.
>> Watch out.
>> Whoa.
Whoa. Wa. A secret clearing.
>> You're right, Tabs and Debo. This does look like a perfect spot for a playground. H I wonder what would it be like to build the ultimate Blippy playground?
>> Great question. Let's design it and build it.
>> All right. First, we need a big play structure.
>> Maybe it can look like a rocket.
>> That's a great idea, Ma.
>> It's going to need lots of shade.
>> Looking great, Debo and Tabs.
H. Next, we'll need a zipline.
Yeah. And a musical bridge.
Yeah.
>> Wow.
We definitely need a slide.
All right.
>> B.
Yeah.
>> Uh-oh. Blippy, looks like a storm is brewing. 5 minutes until rain.
>> Oh no, we better hurry. How about a racetrack?
>> 4 minutes into rain.
>> We definitely need a stage.
No.
>> 3 minutes until rain. We definitely need a splash pool.
>> 2 minutes into rain and we definitely need a ball pit.
>> Wow.
>> Yikes. One minute to rain. Take cover, everyone.
>> Wa!
We did it! Y! I'm Captain Blippy. Let's set sail for the open seas.
>> Y I I Captain, let's go.
Yeah.
H. Something is missing.
That's it.

Hm. I wonder what makes a monster truck special.
Good idea. We can catch up with that monster truck and find out. I'm going to need monster truck wheels.
>> Monster truck wheels confirmed.
>> Activate Flippy station.
Debo.

>> Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Debo.
You really crushed that car.
>> Hi, Blippy. I'm Megan.
>> So, Megan, we're here to find out what makes a monster truck special.
>> Cool. Well, I think the best way to answer your question is to show you what I do.
>> Great.
>> You see, I'm a monster truck with big, tall, monster tires. I'm 13 ft tall.
>> Wow.
>> Let's do this.
>> All right.
Crush.
>> We can't bounce as high as you, Megan.
And oh boy, we're almost tipping over.
>> Well, I have heavy duty suspension with your special springs so I can bounce way up and down and not tumble over. I use them when I race and have competitions.
>> Cool. Oh wo wo >> yeah. Welcome aboard, Flippy. Buckle up.
It's time to dominate the obstacle course.
>> Wo!
>> Wo!
>> Wow! This is awesome.
How can you turn and zigzag so fast? I have something called four-wheel steering. So, I can turn all four wheels at once instead of just two wheels like a lot of regular trucks.
>> Us monster trucks are built for short, high powered force of speed.
Yeah.
>> I nailed that, >> Megan. That was amazing.
And I have the answer to my question.
What makes a monster truck special?
Monster trucks are a special kind of truck with big tires, heavy duty suspension, and fourwheel steering.
Upload answer.
Bye, Megan. It was so cool to ride with you.

HEY, it's me, Blippy, and this is Debo.
Oh, hi. I'm Wave the Worm, and I la love singing. Everybody join in.
I wish I could find another worm I could sing with. Well, I'd ask you, but you're not worms. But hey, enough about me.
What can I do for you?
>> We were wondering why worms come up from underground when it rains.
>> There are three reasons. Follow me. Me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me. Worm dive.
Yeah.
Sh.
It sounds like something's digging down.
It's getting closer.
>> Don't worry, that's just the raindrops hitting the ground above and sending vibrations down. But to us worms, it sounds like a predator trying to dig down and get us. So that's one reason we go topside. Wa!
What?
You better >> wave. Hello la.
>> You're right, Debo. That does look like fun.
Reason number two. WHEN IT RAINS, WE WORMS can move around on THE GROUND MUCH FASTER.
>> That's right, Debo. Wave did say there are three reasons why worms come out in the rain. What's the third reason? Wave.
>> Third reason?
>> Um, >> oh, that's right. Number three, to find a friend.
>> I love the rain. I love the rain, too.
We love the rain.
>> Wave. You found a friend who loves to sing just like you. And now I have the answer to my question. Why do worms come out in the rain? Worms come out in the rain because the raindrop vibrations sound like predators. They can travel more quickly when it's wet. And to find a special friend, upload answer, Debo.
>> Goodbye, Flippy. Goodbye, Debo. La.
>> Bye-bye, Wave. Thanks for all your help.
>> Activate Blippy Station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about. Blippy.
Wa! Look at all those adorable penguins.
Look at them sliding on their bellies and waddling around. Wow, I think those penguins are flying. Wait a minute.
Those aren't penguins.
You're right, Debo. I don't see any penguins flying. H I wonder, can penguins fly? I'm going to need duck feet and flippers.
>> Duck feet flippers confirmed.
>> Activate flippy station.
Shrinking down.
The Blippy mobile is ready for adventure.
>> Gang way.
Wa!
Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Debo.
We were wondering, can penguins fly?
>> Hi, Blippy. I'm Pepper. I really want to fly. I just need to find the elusive shimmer stripe iceberg.
>> The shimmer stripe iceberg?
>> Yeah, it's the biggest iceberg around.
Once I find it, I think I'll finally be able to fly. Come on, let's go.
I prefer toboggoning over waddling. It's much faster.
>> All right.
>> Here we go.
Ice slide detour. I'm going to catch some serious air. Watch this.
>> Whoop!
>> Pepper.
>> Almost got it. We just need to find the shimmerst stripe iceberg. Then I really should be able to fly.
>> Let's do it.
>> Yay.
>> Wo.
>> Not this one.
>> No shimmer stripes here.
>> Wo.
>> Woohoo.
>> Where could it be?
>> Wa. It's the shimmer stripe iceberg.
Yeah.
>> Woohoo. Here we go.
>> WHOA. COME ON, DEBO.
YEAH.
>> All right. Are you ready to catch some serious air?
>> We were born ready. Woo!
>> Yeah.
Yeah.
>> Wa!
>> Whoa! Hey, dudes.
Uhoh.
>> Wa wa wa.
>> Did you see that? I guess it's not the same as flying, but we did catch some serious air.
>> Pepper, you're soaring.
>> I am.
You're right. I can really soar underwater. Wo!
>> And I got the answer to my question.
Penguins can't fly, but they're great swimmers. They also have flippers instead of wings, which help them swim through the water. Upload answer.
>> I'm going to go catch some serious waves now. Bye, dudes.
>> Bye, Pepper.
Activate Blippy station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Blippy.
Driving at night is so much fun. And we have the streets all to ourselves.
Whoa. What was that?
It's pretty late for animals to be out.
You're right, Debo. That's definitely an animal. H I wonder why do some animals come out at night? I'm going to need a grabber arm.
>> Grabber arm confirmed. Activate Flippy Station.
Shrinking down.
The Blippy Mobile is ready for adventure. Let's go find that nighttime animal.
>> Oh, >> hi. My name IS RITA THE RACCOON. What's yours? Hey, it's me, Blippy, and that's Debo. We were wondering why some animals, like you are, are out at night.
>> See, I'm nocturnal. That means that everything you like to do in the daytime, I like to do at night time.
>> So cool.
>> Hey, do you think this thing can help me find some food?
>> Of course. I think the Blippy Mobile could do almost anything.
Look at her go. Debo, follow that raccoon.
Woo!
Come on, keep up.
>> Rita, you aren't supposed to use the bluffing mobile without permission.
That's stealing.
>> Sorry. Us raccoons will do almost anything for food.
>> I'm freezing, Rita. It's so cold at night. Aren't you cold, too?
>> Me? No way. I've got this big fur coat that helps me keep nice and warm all night.
>> I wish I had a big coat or something to keep me warm.
>> Wa! Look out!
>> It's okay, Flippy. Look.
>> Thanks, Rita.
>> That's another great thing about being nocturnal. A lot of the animals that want to chase me are asleep. I like it better with less unfriendly predators around.
>> Something smells good. Let's go >> to the Blippy Mobile. This time I'll drive.
>> That's it. In there.
>> That looks complicated, Rita. How are you going to open it?
>> No problem. Raccoons are great problem solvers as long as there's food involved.
>> Jackpot.
With less animals around, I don't have to share all of this great food.
What an amazing adventure. And I got the answer to my question. Why do some animals come out at night? Some animals like to come out at night because there is less competition for food. There are fewer predators and people around. And because it's cooler at night, upload answer.
>> Goodbye, Blippy. I'm off to greener dumpsters.
>> Bye-bye, Rita.
Activate Blippy station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about Blippy.
Ready, Debo?
3 2 1 YEAH, it's not quite what I envisioned.
I wish I could make a few changes.
Oh, yeah. I can use an eraser. H I wonder how does an eraser work.
Great idea, Debo. We'll shrink down and get a closer look. I'm going to need a grabber arm and helicopter blades.
Grabber arm. Helicopter blades confirmed.
>> Activate Flippy station.
Shrinking down.
The Blippy mobile is ready for adventure.
H. Even up close, it sure does need some changes.
>> Maybe I can help. I am the amazing Bernie.
>> Hey, it's me, Blippy, and this is Debo.
We're here to learn how an eraser works.
Well, you came to the right eraser because I can make anything disappear.
Even pencil markings. That's amazing.
>> Come see. It's the best show in town.
The tip of a pencil is made of graphite.
And when you rub it on paper, it leaves a mark.
>> Cool.
>> Let's take a closer look through a magnifying glass.
Scrap pie gets left behind on the paper because it actually sticks to the paper.
>> Wa wa.
>> Oh no.
I got it. Phew. That was close.
>> Sorry about that.
>> Whoa.
Hey Ernie, can you erase this graphite mark?
>> Oh, what a great idea. I will make that mark disappear by erasing it.
When an eraser like me rubs against the paper, it creates friction and heat.
Awesome. The heat makes the eraser stickier than the paper. So, the graphite comes loose from the paper and sticks to the eraser instead. Friction also causes the eraser to disintegrate or fall apart. See the small bits coming off? You've got a few on you.
>> Oh, they're cute. Rub the eraser on the paper enough. And boy oh boy, the graphite comes off. Taa. My disappearing act. That's amazing. Was it magic?
>> No, it's science.
Cool. And I got the answer to my question. How does an eraser work?
Erasers work by using friction to make them stickier than paper, so the graphite on the paper clings to the eraser. Upload answer depot.
Thanks for the magic show, Ernie. Now it's time for us to disappear.
>> Goodbye, Blippy. It was magic to meet you.
>> Activate Blippy Station.
It's time. Get up and shout. I wonder what we'll learn about flippy wonders.
Fun in the sun, here we come.
Good idea, Tabs. I should put some sunscreen on first.
Oh no, I can't find it. H I wonder why do I have to wear sunscreen?
Oh no. Is it really that important? What are we going to do?
No.
>> Seenor super sunscreen to the rescue.
>> Woohoo.
>> Hola amigos. That means hello friends.
>> Hey, it's me Blippy and this is Tabs.
>> Here Blippy, hold out your hands.
>> Okay. Even though sunlight is good for you, we need to make sure you're protected.
Perfecto.
>> All right, now we can finally have some fun in the sun.
>> Uh-oh.
>> Hey there, Boom.
>> Flippy, you can't go play yet. You missed the spot.
>> Huh? How can you tell?
>> Here, look through these special sunglasses I made. Wa!
Cool.
>> That's the sunscreen working to protect you. The sun gives off extra strong beams of light called ultraviolet rays.
Even though you can't see ultraviolet rays, too much can cause a sunburn.
>> What's this spot?
>> That's the spot you missed.
>> I hold out your hand, Bleepy.
>> All right.
Oh no, that person missed a spot too.
>> We must protect them with sunscreen >> to the Blippy mobile.
>> Go Blippy, go.
>> I'm going to need helicopter blades and the harness. Helicopter blades harness confirmed. Shrinking down.
The Flippy mobile is ready for adventure.
>> Save that sunbather from sunburn.
>> All right, Tabs. Let's protect some skin.
>> Senor Super Sunscreen to the rescue.
>> More to the right. Abs now left.
We did it.
Growing up, nice job, Bleepy.
>> Thanks for a super adventure, Senor Super Sunscreen. And I got the answer to my question. Why do I have to wear sunscreen? I have to wear sunscreen because it protects our skin from the ultraviolet light of the sun which can cause sunburn. Upload answer tabs.
>> Now, who's up for some fun in the sun?
Yeah.
