It's where AI is cleaning up that foreign accent so you can understand what they are saying. Communication is key, isn't it? If you are talking to somebody and you can't really understand what they are saying, it's not a great experience, right? No, it's not. It really, really, really isn't. Now, the downside to this, of course, is local job losses. And this is nothing new, where companies hire foreign workers for pennies on the dollar. And in this case, they hire them and then use AI to clean up that thick foreign accent.
