But at present the CBI team has brought here the paperwork, files etc. So is he being interrogated inside here? And if Girbala Singh does not cooperate or support them in this interrogation, then CBI can take her from here to its office and in that case her arrest will definitely be considered certain. But till now no such statement has been issued by the CBI regarding the arrest.

What kind of conditions were there and all the things, the way CBI had recreated the entire house a day before. Scientific evidence was collected there. But now here the CBI arrived late at night because his anticipatory bail was rejected by the High Court. So since then the CBI team could have reached here anytime and that is why the atmosphere created here regarding his arrest can be seen here.

[00:01:42]I will show you the side of the house. There is silence inside the house. But only the CBI team has reached here. There are four to five officers, including a woman DSP, who is the investigating officer in this entire case.

[00:01:51]So overall, till now when we have asked her whether she has come to serve the notice or she will be interrogated, no response has come from her side. But the procedure followed by CBI is such that the notice can be served.

[00:02:14]Arunima what is the procedure the Madhya Pradesh High Court has cancelled the bail of Giribala Singh the CBI team is there. What can we expect will she be taken into custody?

[00:02:24]See Ordinarily, the defense would have wanted to move the Supreme Court to have a further hearing asking for some interview relief. But today Eid is being celebrated across the country. So that option was not available to them but to quickly seek the Supreme Court's intelligence in this matter. And CBI has lost no time. Late last evening around 12:30 midnight the High Court uploaded its order on its website. The order was late available and this morning the CBI team is there at Giribala Singh residence. So a start contrast from what we were seeing as far as Bhopal SIT was concerned. The Bhopal SIT was serving notice after notice and only telling the media that she is not appearing on what can be anticipatory bail. But CBI as soon as that anticipatory bail has been cancelled is there at her residence. The indication that we are hearing is that CBI would want to interrogate Giribala in custody. They have already got custody of Samarth Singh Giribala's son and Trisha Sharma's husband. So, a joint interrogation to understand exactly what happened when Trisha killed herself and when she, you know, in the circumstances in which her body was found. We don't know yet because there are various charges being made of suicide and homicide. So, CBI team has reached there and we have to, of course, see whether the questioning will take place at the residence and whether she will be taken into custody for questioning.
