Dr. Kevin Reese presents three essential thoughts worth focusing on in life: (1) Solving problems using your mind as a practical tool for daily tasks; (2) Visualizing your future self's success by creating mental movies of desired outcomes like financial abundance, health, and relationships, which helps manifest these goals; (3) Staying present by catching your inner child's chatter and returning to the present moment, which requires mindfulness training. These three thoughts represent the productive use of the mind, the power of visualization for success, and the importance of present-moment awareness for mental clarity.

The ONLY Three Thoughts That Are Worth ItAñadido:
There's only three things to think about in your entire life. There's only three.
There's nothing else.
Why would you want to think of anything else?
Okay, number one is obvious. Solving problems. Okay, your mind is a tool and you need to solve problems. You need to change a flat tire. You need to pay a bill. You need to put together this dresser that you bought on Amazon. You're solving problems. You're using your mind as a tool to accomplish things.
It could be math.
It could be you're writing a letter.
Yeah, this is the productive part of our mind. Nothing wrong with it.
The adult if you will, right? I teach you this in the purple book. There's an adult and there's a child inside of your mind.
When you're solving a problem or being productive, it's typically the adult.
Now, the number two thing that you should be thinking about is your future self.
That's right. Success.
If you're sitting there, say in the back of the car, someone else is driving, and you're daydreaming about your favorite sports team.
Well, that's a waste of time. If you're sitting there and you're daydreaming about the meeting you have next Thursday and all the things that could go wrong, well, that's a waste of time, too. And this is your inner child, by the way, yakking.
It's better to think about your future self having success because it will make it come to life.
So, if you're sitting in the back of a car and you're going to daydream, you might as well see yourself and feel yourself having a certain amount of money in your bank.
You're better off seeing and feeling being healthy, running in the park and feeling great and being like, "Yay, I can run. I can jump. I can play. Life is great." You're better off seeing and feeling yourself in a beautiful relationship with your spouse cuddled up on you, kissing you on your cheek. telling you that they love you.
This is success.
Your money, your health, your relationships. This is success. Dream about it.
Feel it because this helps make it come to life.
If you're building a shed, then visualize the end result. Visualize the shed is done and you're sitting there and you're looking at it and you're like, "Wow, this is great. I can't believe I just built this shed."
Visualize your success so that you can become your future self.
Now, I teach you this in my purple book, which is a very important book to read.
It's my favorite book that I've written.
And you can create mental movies in your spare time. Write down scenarios or scenes of you having success.
And then you practice you practice seeing the movie in your head.
So, if you want to make more money, visualize your accountant calling you and being like, "Hey, congratulations, man. You you quadrupled your money this year.
Wow. What are you going to do with it?
You're going to go on vacation. You're going to buy a new car. Wow, that's amazing." And then visualize it and feel it. Feel what it would be like to actually get that phone call from your accountant.
It doesn't have to be a long movie, 15 seconds, maybe 30 seconds.
Keep practicing it. The more you practice it, the more you can keep bringing up the movies.
Same thing with relationships.
Same thing with your health. You want to heal your body. We teach this in my method of headtotoe healing in my membership. We teach our members how to do this. Visualize your health being amazing.
Especially while you're practicing headtotoe healing, right? You're doing the nutrition, you're doing the postural alignment therapy, you're doing what you're supposed to do, and you're visualizing it. Oh, it's a recipe for success.
Okay. So, what's number three? Well, number three is kind of a trick because it's not a thought.
Number three is staying present.
Now, it's very hard to do. You can't really do it on demand because your inner child is always going to be going.
It's always going to be chatting.
The computer in your skull is spitting out data. The algorithm's going.
And so what you need to do is catch yourself.
Catch your inner child babbling.
And then you stop it by saying, "Thank you. Thanks for that."
And then come back to present.
And feel the spaciousness of your mind.
Feel the nothingness.
Because the more empty your mind is, the more God in his divine universe can pour into you.
All this programming is it's all learned behavior that the computer has picked up over the years.
Ideally, you would want to stay present every minute of every day.
In ancient times, that's called enlightenment.
But it's not possible without work.
It's not possible without serious mindfulness training.
So, I meet my people where they're at. I teach my members very simply do one of these three things. Either solve a problem.
Visualize success or do your best to stay present.
And you can also stay present with a mantra, with a saying, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You can train your mind to just keep saying thank you.
That will help you stay present because your inner child has something to chomp on. It's not going to go left, right.
It's not going to blab cuz thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, or I love you, love you, love you.
And that's it. Those are the only three things that you're worthy of thinking.
If you're sitting there and having negative thoughts, well, I already taught you in my green book. Those are what I call Michael Myers thoughts.
There's Michael Myers thoughts and there's Santa Claus thoughts. Santa Claus thoughts would be visualizing the success.
It's not real, but you're using your mind as a tool.
The real reality is nothingness.
If only the inner child would just shut up. But it takes time, takes work. You have to nurture your inner child. You have to work with it. That's what I teach my members to do. So, just something to think about.
Food for thought.
Just giving you something.
I'll talk to you soon.
