This incident exposes the fatal flaw in performative activism, where a fundamental misunderstanding of constitutional rights is used to justify reckless and violent behavior. Ultimately, no amount of legal posturing can shield an individual from the severe consequences of endangering public safety.

FRAUDITOR GETS SHOT BY THE POLICE - FACING 32 YEARS IN PRISONAdded:
What's up everybody? Well, it happened and I'm not really surprised. But before we get into the video, I just want to say a couple things. First of all, thank you to Peter Coventry for sending me the information on this video. I appreciate it. If you guys have any tips on frauditors or stories you want me to cover, send it to me by email fraud [email protected]. Second of all, I just want to say that I am not happy that this frauditor got shot. It's not a good thing, but it's not a surprising thing considering the way that he did his frauding. This is Lewis Johnson. This is someone that I interviewed in the past and I thought he was a very wellspoken young man, although he was extremely misguided and what he does is these second amendment fraud. And yesterday he shot someone and he got shot by the police. Without further ado, let's get started.
>> Good morning. Morning. I'm Denver Police Chief Ron Thomas here to provide an initial update on an officer involved shooting that occurred uh right around 2:00 in the morning uh on 16th Street between California and Stout Streets. Uh what I understand at this time is there was a shooting. Officers responded to a shooting call uh just before 2:00 that occurred at 16th in California. Officers arrived on scene very quickly and were pointed to the direction of travel of a suspect who uh was uh going midblock between 16 or between uh Stout and California on 16th Street. Uh the officers pursued that individual into the vestibule of an apartment complex midb block on 16th Street. um as they confronted that individual and challenged him who uh they identified that he had a gun. He did not drop that gun uh put the officers in a position where they felt that they were endangered. They ultimately discharged their duty handguns uh several times. It was two officers that uh engaged in the shooting at that time. Uh the individual was struck numerous times uh with gunfire. Uh they immediately then began to provide uh first aid to that individual uh until an ambulance could arrive and take him to the hospital where I believe he is in stable condition at this time. Uh we have now initiated our officer involved shooting protocol uh in which uh officers from our uh Denver Police homicide unit and investigators from the state patrol and CBI will be conducting a joint investigation collecting evidence. Uh and that investigation will ultimately be turned over to the district attorney for their review. Uh this investigation will be conducted under the oversight of the independent monitor.
>> Chief, do you know the condition of the sus or the victim from the initial shooting?
>> Uh yes, good question. So uh the initial victim of the first shooting was also contacted uh as officers arrived on scene and I believe he is in stable condition as well.
All right. So, we have The People versus Lewis A. Johnson, and he got charged with assault with a deadly weapon, first-degree assault. So, here it says in the early morning hours, 24year-old Lewis Antonio Johnson was arrested following a reported shooting outside Jamba at 16th in California. Johnson is known for running the YouTube channel Real Constipational Upholders where he has documented open carry and police interactions. He has also been seen collaborating with local agitator Rican Benson who frequently films police encounters in the Metro Denver area.
Currently, Johnson faces a charge of firstdegree assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the incident. Now, this charge is about as serious as it can get. First-degree assault with a deadly weapon in Colorado is a severe violent crime generally classified as a class 3 felony because it often involves the use of a weapon to cause serious bodily injury. It is treated as a crime of violence which triggers mandatory prison sentences. So the prison sentence is 10 to 32 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections. And then there's mandatory parole, there's fines, and there's the crime of violence enhancement. So, if a deadly weapon is used, which in this case he had a rifle, the sentence is mandatory and judges have limited discretion. So, he really doesn't want to be found guilty of this because he's going to go away for a very long time. Now, let's break down the incident a little bit because obviously we don't have the footage. So, we are going to have to kind of recreate it in our minds just based on the information we got. He gets into an argument with another citizen, shoots the guy. So, we don't know what that was about or how it started. We know that he is always armed with his pistol and he loves to take his rifle for walks. So, after he shot the guy, he leaves the scene and then the police find him in the lobby of a building. Now, at this point, he has been involved in a shooting. So, what he has to do as a responsible gun owner is to relinquish his weapon temporarily while the police do their investigation.
They detain him and then they find out if it was self-defense or not. But this crazy ass [ __ ] decides that he doesn't want to give up his gun even though he was just involved in a shooting. So, they don't take a chance and they blast him. He is so lucky that he's still alive because it could have went very differently. Now, I know a lot of you guys aren't familiar with this guy because he's not covered extensively on the anti- fraudtor channels. So, I just wanted to show you a couple clips just to give you guys some additional context. Let's take a look at the first clip >> and hang. We have the timer the timer ready. Okay. All right. Very good. You ready to go?
>> Good evening, city. Good evening, council members. My name is Luis Antonio Johnson on behalf of we the people. I am a law-abiding citizen who actively exercises my constitutional rights. My father served in the United States Army Special Forces living by the motto de oppresso liber to free the oppressed.
That belief was instilled inside of me and is a part of the reason that I stand firm in exercising my rights.
Freedoms that were fought for should not be treated as privileges. Since October of 2023, I have faced multiple retaliatory charges simply for open carrying, which is my legal right. I filed complaints about police misconduct, but they were ignored for over a year. The delay in handling my complaints along with the lack of accountability is why I choose to post the videos of police wrongdoing.
When I exposed that misconduct in the video, Ed Der, the professional standard sergeant, threatened to sue me due to the backlash the department was receiving. The irony is that I've actually helped in the apprehension. So, I remember when I talked to Lewis and he was very, very proud of his family's military record. his dad was in the military and I think he mentioned a couple other family members and I asked him well why don't you join because you know he loves guns obviously he really likes his guns and there's nothing wrong with that why don't you join the military and then you'll be able to use them against the enemy right now for some reason I don't know what it is he decided not to step in the footsteps of his father he did not join the military and he's doing his own thing in the streets of Colorado instead and look where it led him. This guy was obviously itching to shoot a gun at people. And honestly, it was just a time bomb waiting to happen. So, I'm not surprised it happened and I'm just glad that no one got seriously injured. Now, when he heals and while he is waiting for his trial where he is facing decades of prison, I wonder if he's going to keep frauding because I don't think he'll stop. I don't think this guy knows anything else but frauding >> of criminals in Englewood. I am a good citizen. I simply choose to exercise my rights in a way that may be uncommon but is entirely legal.
From my understanding, everyone on the council and in the police department has swore an oath to the constitution which explicitly protects my right to keep and bear arms. Proverbs 28:16 states, "A ruler who lacks understanding is a cruel oppressor, but who hates unjust gain will prolong his days." So my question is simple. Will the council demand accountability from the police or will they continue allowing this blatant retaliation to go unchecked? Thank you.
>> Thank you, Mr. Johnson. And let me see if do we have any questions for Mr. Johnson?
>> Seeing none, thank you for your time.
Or >> Mr. Johnson.
>> Oh, we have a question for you, Mr. Johnson, if you wouldn't mind coming back to the mic.
>> Could you leave your contact information with the clerk for me, please? Thank you.
Thank you. All right, moving on to our second speaker, Rean Benson. I want to show you one last clip of Lewis Johnson where he was stalking this police officer, basically just hounding him down for absolutely no reason than to make a shitty YouTube video. And he ended up getting arrested for harassment or stalking. And he was found guilty of this as well. Take a look at this.
>> University Police, what's going on?
>> Nothing much. I called you. That officer was driving down and seemed like >> Okay. So, you followed an officer all the way from Englewood to here?
>> I did.
>> Okay. You have a driver's license, registration, insurance.
>> May I ask what's the reason for pulling me over?
>> Well, because they called us that you were following him and he's concerned about what's going on here and we got to figure out what's going on. So, I need you to identify yourself to me.
>> Okay. Did I break the law? I need your registration, insurance, and driver's license.
>> You must have reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime to pull me over.
>> Sir, I'm not going to debate this with you. I have reasonable right now.
>> If you just give me any single crime that I've committed or you think that I'm about to commit or am committing, then I would s You're following a police officer all the way from Inglewood.
>> It's a suspicious incident. I have probable cause to stop you right now and contact you. I need your driver's license, registration, or insurance. Can I request your supervisor, sir?
>> Huh?
>> Can I request your supervisor, sir? I just called in to report a drive uh a police officer driving erratic and now you want my >> three Lincoln one.
>> Why do you want my ID? I I called in the crime for him.
>> Okay. I need to identify who you are and who I'm talking to.
>> Why? You don't have reasonable or artful suspicion of a crime. I have not committed any crimes. I'm not going to provide any ID and I'm letting you know right now >> that you are violating my rights by stopping me and I will see.
>> Hang tight.
Really?
>> Is it?
>> Yeah.
>> 911 info.
>> Yeah.
>> So, here he's playing the victim, saying that they're more energized because it's him. But you're constantly harassing them, following them, creating situations. So obviously they're going to feel some type of way. I mean they're human after all. So they did not charge him for anything that he did not commit.
He did commit the crime of harassment.
That's what they charged him with and then he was found guilty. So there was no retaliation here.
>> Did uh officer uh tell you the case number?
>> Okay. Do you have any other questions for me?
>> Yes. I want to ask again why why I was put over.
>> Go ahead. Well, we believe that based on the officers that you were >> so we had to investigate that public servant. How would how would you do that?
>> Well, if you read the statute, it doesn't say that public servants can't be stopped.
>> But we do have a first amendment right and it's also in the Colorado Revised Statute that we have the right to police.
>> Absolutely.
>> So, how do you do that without them?
>> You can't chase one.
>> I I didn't chase. I followed them because of his erratic behaviors and his speed. Okay. Well, like I said, we have to investigate it.
>> Do you agree with that part?
>> No.
>> Okay.
>> Absolutely not. I should have never been stopped and I believe this is a violation of the rights.
>> Okay.
>> So, am I free to go? Am I being detained still? No.
>> You want the case report number?
>> The bottom left number 25. You can read that, right?
>> You're free to go.
>> And um can I get your business card?
>> I gave it to you.
>> Can I get the other officers on the scene their business card to go?
>> Uh and also, >> which cards do you have? Uh, just yours and his.
>> Sure. I'll collect them for you.
>> And I'm not being detained. Correct.
>> Correct.
>> Okay.
>> I'm gonna take my seatelt off and I'm gonna get out.
>> Sure.
>> All right, guys.
>> All right. I appreciate it.
>> It's all good.
>> You guys rock. So, >> yeah.
>> Yeah. Thanks for helping.
>> You guys show up.
>> Aurora was giving us all the updates, so you guys showed up for >> Yeah. We were just trying to sit up here cuz this is all ours.
>> Yeah.
>> So, since they said you were coming here, then >> a Gotcha.
>> So, they're slammed as it is right now.
So, Yeah. [laughter] >> All right, guys. Have a good night. Be safe.
>> All right. Okay. If I get the business cards.
>> All right. Give me a sec.
>> All right. So, I'll keep you guys posted on this case, but before I let you guys go, I want to talk about the massive coping that the lens lickers and other frauditors are doing about James Freeman's arrests. This is what one of the lens licker had to say. Chad filled with unsympathetic keyboard warriors, probably cops and comp family members who beat their wives who wish the worst on James. Shame. How many of them are fathers? We who have dealt with children we love and care for know they can be difficult sometimes. James has done great work exposing the criminal cops terrorizing innocent people throughout the nation. He deserves support especially when the enemy public serpent cops have imprisoned him and thrown so many accusations at him. Free James now and [ __ ] the cops in courts as usual. I mean this level of coping is almost impressive. Let's break this down.
First, he's talking about us. We must be members of cops who beat up their family. Well, here's the news. James Freeman was arrested for domestic violence. He pushed his own daughter, his 16-year-old daughter. Tyrant Terminator Audit has been convicted of several counts of domestic battery. He is a serial woman beater. As Elmo was convicted of strangulating one of his girlfriend. Then you have James Madison Audit who was arrested last year after terrorizing his entire family, assaulting his wife and putting a gun in his own mouth in front of his children.
Like what is wrong with you, dude? What is wrong with you? You are fabricating all these lies while your side has a bunch of convicted woman beaters and now it's quite possible that James Freeman might become one of them. And then he's talking about fake accusations and he's being framed. It's on camera. The body cam will come out where he took the cops on a chase. It is possible that his family could have lied about something that happens. It's not possible that the cops made up the police chase. I mean, how stupid do you have to be? Then you have another Dipwind who says, "James is clearly being set up. You people are sick bootlickers. How do you set up a police chase? Like, what is wrong with you? [laughter] Oh my god. It's It's almost funny. These people are so sick in the head, man. Holy [ __ ] Then you have the sovereign citizen, Gavin Sim.
It looks like nothing. Police reports are filled with lies 100% of the time.
It has everything to do with auditing.
Police set up the scam, bait the warrior, leverage family against, create the chaos, and invent fabricated charges. When will people stop being stupid enough to believe the lies of organized crime? And on that point, I do agree with Gavin Sim. I wonder when people will stop being stupid enough to believe the organized criminals that are fraudtors. People are waking up. There are big channels that are exposing frauditors now and it's happening a lot more often. But there are still people like the two previous [ __ ] who are completely brainwashed and think that frauditors are warriors which is insane.
They are nothing of the sort. They are grifting criminals that terrorize the population and finally it's starting to all unravel. It's like dominoes. Once one fall, they all start to fall. You have this guy that just got handled by the cops is facing 32 years in prison.
James Freeman is facing decades in prison. Then you have the frauditors that got sued and are facing years in prison. It's all starting to come apart.
Anyways, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching.
