[00:00:03]First-party fraud is a crime and absolutely nothing about it is friendly.

[00:00:07]Whilst that particular individual might benefit financially, it's banks, payment processors, merchants, and other consumers who actually are impacted economically by a proxy of somebody committing first-party fraud. So, if I had one immediate call to action from from the gate, it would be that please start to move away from the terminology of friendly fraud and think about first-party fraud as a risk in its own right.

[00:00:32]And that point's really, really important because first-party fraud is typically seen as that kind of friendly fraud risk or a component risk of other typologies of fraud.
