Sri M effectively strips away the commercialized fantasy of spiritual "goals" by defining liberation as a rigorous internal deconstruction rather than a destination. This talk serves as a sobering reminder that true stillness requires the individual to stop seeking and start dismantling their own mental constructs.

Roadmap to Moksha | Sri M | Dubai 2026Added:
any tissue omant.
Okay. Now the subject which uh I was not consulted but which was given to me yesterday out of the blue.
Blue was uh now what I forgot >> a road map to mo terrific subject except that there is no road map to mo there is no road map I'll explain to you first of all we have to define moka All great saints have not succeeded in defining moxa.
They might have we might have said they attain moka but they have not uttered a word right.
Plus when you say road map something has to be somewhere could be a Google map. Okay.
And I'm sitting here and it is there in Abu Dhabi or Dallas or Saja somewhere and I'm moving towards it. I want to go there.
So I need a map. This is called a road map.
What happens if what we seek or let's say moka is right here? How do we go there? What is the road?
Look, if I want to reach you there, I need a road.
What if it is here? Which is the road?
How do I go there?
I just think about it. We'll have an interactive session. Don't worry.
Is it possible to move towards something which is already here?
Serious question.
Okay. Here let me quote an upanishad famous well-known upanishad called the Ishaishad nothing to do with the Isha foundation 2,000 years old. Okay. Isaash.
Now it's a beautiful beginning of the And so it's a kind of a question unfortunately because even great teachers have begun to say now that you don't need Sanskrit you need only so people don't know any Sanskrit. So let me explain beautiful language.
That mean this whole thing is totally permeated by sorry by the supreme being the supreme per everything here.
here.
Not there where you have to go but right here.
world right we all know jagat jagat jagat the jagat word is derived from jagatyang which means that which moves so that supreme reality which we seek and which we call moka and so on in quotes per everything here in everything that moves that means think about it why is the boy called jagat because it is always moving jagatya.
Do we need any uh proof for that? That it is moving.
We all know that it's moving. The earth is moving.
Solar system is moving.
I am moving. You are moving.
The is moving from a war zone to a peace zone since 2 days and it could be again a war zone in any part of the world. Not here. Some people get worried if I say this. Oh, I think war is coming in.
Eight emails my husband is there. Save him.
Everything is moving.
There is nothing. The only changeless thing on earth is change.
It's always changing and what is changing? Moving. Movement.
We are people, human beings. I'm including myself, not are people who like to freeze what is moving. Impossible to freeze. Which is why we are so fond of pictures. We want to freeze a moment.
Why? Because it goes off.
Right?
How do we keep our memories, photographs? Why? Because we want to freeze. But actually nothing stays.
Everything moves.
Everything is moving.
So it is.
So this constant movement. And then this next sentence is therefore let go and rejoice.
So they're not talking about the gas that is produced in the tummy.
You may rejoice by letting go, but others won't rejoice.
Let go and rejoice. You cannot stop this movement.
This movement cannot be stopped by anybody, God or humans.
Even happens and next world comes back again.
Nobody can stop it. And when Maha Praa happens, what happens? Even Brahma, Vishnu are gone.
And then they're coming. So they also cannot stop it. So this is a constant movement. And we are trying to freeze something and say this is moxy. I want this. Is this possible? I'm speaking the truth with you because I know you for so long. It's about time you wake up and see the truth. Till now I have been misguiding you.
Not misguiding.
When a child needs a toy you have to give a toy otherwise it won't stop crying.
But the reality when the child grows up one has to provide at least a hint.
So is it possible in this vast movement to find stillness because okay so as I said if the truth is there and I'm here I have to move if it is here where I am sitting or where you are sitting where do I move I don't move so the process is entirely upside down. Reverse. Stop movement.
Stop reaching out.
Let go and rejoice.
Which means try not to freeze your ideas even about moka which you would have read in 100 books.
This is moka.
I I don't know how many of you attended yogaista in the kumbla.
Yeah. So we were trying to push this point.
Is there a special place where moxa is or is it everywhere? Because you and I since our minds are moving we are everywhere.
Suppose our minds stop moving.
We are in our true essence and that is moka because you have finally attained the capacity not to be dependent on movement to be still.
That stillness is the beginning of understanding the reality.
You may call it moka, kalya, shanka or uh another word for it nirana whatever you want to call it. It can start beginning to happen only when you see what I discussed just now and try to be still and not jump here to there. There is nowhere to go.
Where you go is also here.
I'm speaking to you from my heart because I think all these years I know you all intimately and this is why I'm saying because if you go to the essence of what I'm saying you don't have to come for any satssung or workshop. It's over.
I'm saying this because I think you would have matured enough to understand what is being said.
And this is the seeker that I like best.
Not who keeps sending me emails that this is happening that please help me.
Even I am part of this movement. What help can I give you? Tell me.
I can pretend but I don't like to pretend.
So I think you're all shocked.
Shocking is one of the techniques.
It's like giving an electric shock.
Suddenly some things go and only one reality remains.
The electricity in the same way.
So okay now let me shift to the greatest writer on the subject of what we generally call meditation.
the greatest teacher on the subject. In fact, his teachings are a complete dashana by itself called the yoga dashana.
Patangjali, not the guy selling medicines in Har. No, Patanjali, the great rishi who founded the yoga das.
Nobody even knows how he looked like.
Some people say he was half snake and half man. We don't know.
Now Patanjali while defining yoga please understand yoga need not necessarily mean only doing asas and which is good. I agree you can practice yoga asas and pranayam even if you don't have any belief system anybody can do it right and it does have it benefits there no question about that but I'm going to the inner core of what yoga is according to patanjali in the yoga sutras the yoga sutras is most important text which all schools follow and in the Bhagavat Gita every chapter is called a yoga not just one yoga. Of course, dyan yoga is discussed in the sixth chapter which is called abas yoga. But every chapter is called yoga starting with Arjunas sorrow to the ending 18th kmasa yoga.
Now this yoga therefore has been described by Patanjali the founder of the yoga system yoga dashana as yoga.
That means yoga is the stopping of the movement and the distractions which are caused by the movement of the mind.
This is the definition not my definition. I understand it but it is Patangjali's definition which means unless and until the movement of the mind. Now when you say mind what do we mean by the mind?
Can we conceive of a mind which doesn't have any thought?
Even if I say no, I am thoughtless now I'm thinking.
Some people come and say now I matured.
Why? See sir I am now in thoughtless state. I said who is saying this? Me. So your thought is already there. There is no thoughtlessness.
I am there. I am thought. I am thinking that I am motionless.
So when you say mind, we cannot think of a mind without some thought or the other. Even the thought that now I have no mind.
Right?
And it is this thought process which wraps us up and ties up in a chain.
This is the bondage. This thought constant occurrence of thought.
When Patanjali says, he means the stoppage of this movement of thought, this constant shattering which starts by the time we are conscious or young and continues till finally we die.
I don't know if it continues after that with the subtle body but at least here if this can be found somehow.
Sometimes it requires a shock to find it and it doesn't require many years. It can happen any minute.
The thought should go deep inside that this constant chain of movement has to go.
This reaching out has to end and everything should become silent. Not should become if it can become silent.
This is the essence.
When this happens then I cannot explain to you now what happens after that because it's like the runway which has been cleared and you're ready to take off.
If I describe to you what it is to take off then you'll imagining you're taking off based on my description. I don't want to do that.
Rest assured that if anyone has taken off from the tarmac, the life is completely different.
First you accept that there are ups and downs in this life in this world.
We also begin to see how we create images and stick to these images and are not ready to break them because the process of moka traditionally let's say is a process of not this not dismantling not adding it's simp almost like somebody trying to carve the image of a god from rock any god Krishna Shiva whatever does he add anything to the rock or does he remove what is not required and the biggest barrier which cannot be removed is this constant chain of thought when that is gone otherwise you can think one can think one is in moa because my thought is imagining I'm in moa But if one is in moia there is no one to imagine anything is gone. So where does it all start?
By dismantling the images that we have about ourselves and about the world.
About the world is difficult but we can start with ourselves. Right?
So the moment this begins then slowly what is not necessary is removed. This process in vdanta is called ni ni not this not this not this and finally when you cannot eliminate anymore what is left is the truth and believe me it's not an imagination is not your thought is the origin from where thought has come is beyond all this That the mind cannot conceive.
But the mind owes his existence to say the understand that you worship here. I'm not saying there as old as 2,000 years.
What happens is we all look for shortcuts.
And one of the shortcuts is to worship the guy who is teaching thinking I don't know Baba I have surrendered everything to you. You what have you surrendered?
You don't I don't want anything surrendered to me. I'm just saying what have you. When I was in Rajasthan in the olden days with Babai, one day like many people say, I committed the stupid mistake of telling him I have surrendered everything to you.
And there was a well close by, unused well. Babai said I said what? Why should I? You just now said you surrendered everything.
Surrender is not a joke.
Surrendering is the surrendering of the mind's process. Moving, moving, moving.
When you understand the mischief of this act of moving of the mind, when you truly understand it, then it becomes nobody can do anything about it. Plus, do not think that I can lead you to moa.
Each individual's responsibility is to move towards it. Nobody can lead you anywhere.
Well, as a uh peace of mind, you can hold on to the idea that oh, I will be let but you one has to individually each one understand the fact and move towards it. Nobody can do if I have done enough image bashing. Now I'm going to keep quiet and ask if you want to clarify any points which I have discussed.
