With clear evidence that the suspect left without paying, the officers now move to restrain her. However, she won't make it easy. Cuz you're under arrest.
>> Stop looking.

>> No.
>> Nope. No, you're not.
>> Not. Don't resist. Then you'll catch a bad charge instead of just a shoplift.

>> Don't resist. I'm telling you, it's the last thing you want to do.
>> Don't resist.
>> Why are you touching me?
>> Cuz you're under arrest.
>> You're going to do this the hard way.
You're going to find >> You're arresting me when I have a receipt. And you won't let me find >> We know you don't have a receipt.

>> It's the only thing that she has.
>> I'll throw it in the bag.
It all ends with Candy being charged with shoplifting, obstruction, and resisting arrest. Moreover, she was also held accountable for an outstanding warrant out of Paripony. She stole thousands and thought she got away. Then police knocked on her door. In this next case, officers head to a residence on September 1st, 2025, looking for a woman wanted for stealing thousands in merchandise from Meyer. Here's how the encounter unfolded.
>> Hello.
>> Hello.
>> Looking to speak to Shalice.
>> This is her.
>> Is your Shalice?
>> Yes.
>> Hey, can you just step out? We're just looking to talk to you about an incident that occurred.
>> Hello. Oh, let me call you back. Hold on one second.
>> All right. What's going on? How you doing?
>> How are you?
>> Good. All right. So, I don't know if you know, we're from Bloomingdale. Okay.
They're a parlor. All right. They're just assisting us. All right.
>> Um, can you like tell me your whereabouts early August? Were you in Bloomingdale at all?
>> Bloomingdale >> and Meyer?
>> No.
>> No, not at all.
>> No.
>> Okay. So, I'm going to be straight up with you. Okay. I cut straight to >> Can you come in? Cuz I don't really want my neighbors in my business.
>> Come in.
I'm coming.
>> No weapons in the house or anything.
>> No. Go in the kitchen.
>> A lady, go in your room. You want to talk to the room, please?
>> Okay.
>> No one else inside the house has kids.
>> No, just my kids.
>> Okay.
So, there's been some allegations saying that you stole some groceries from my Okay. Approximately $420 worth of groceries. All right. And there's actually like video footage of it you just walking straight out with just a car f. Okay. Like I reviewed the whole thing. It's possibly identified as you. Okay. That's why I'm just trying to have a talk with you about like maybe what happened that day, you know, like what's going on cuz then there's another day where you and Roly Meadows Meyer did the same thing. All right. So, if you can kind of shed some light on what's going on, you can really appreciate it, you know.
>> Oh, no. That wasn't that wasn't me. What where the footage at?
>> The footage?
>> Yeah, >> it's back at the station and admire.
All right.
Everything's already been entered in the system. There's a clear photo of you in it.
You know what I'm saying? She's cooperating at the moment and the officer gives her a chance to explain, but it's up to her if she takes that chance.
>> That's I'm just trying to get your side of the story. All right.
>> I'm just trying to see if it I don't think it would me cuz >> Okay.
>> I just want to see. So, what are you saying? So, I'm going to jail.
>> Yeah. I'm going to have to take you back to the station. Okay. And then we'll figure everything out there. That's why I'm I'm being courtesy right now and not putting you in handcuffs cuz do we have any where for the kids right now to go?
>> No.
>> Do you don't have like a father, grandparents, nothing?
>> No.
>> Okay. All right.
Do you guys have something for that kind of stuff?
>> Um, >> I believe we can take them back. Let me ask you.
>> You just said you're not going to put me in handcuffs though.
>> Not right now. I'm giving you the courtesy right now. Okay. I'm telling you, you are going to go back to the station. Okay. So, we can figure everything out.
>> What do you mean not right now? What does that mean?
>> Because you're in front of your kids, okay? And I don't want to do that in front of your kids.
You know what I'm saying?
So, >> hold on. Let me make a phone call. If you can figure out a situation for your kids right now so that they don't have to hold on to them, that would be greatly appreciated.
All right. So, why don't we do that right now?
>> What' you say?
>> Can you figure out a situation for your kids? Otherwise, they're going to have to hold on to them >> or even we're going to hang tight right here.
Okay. Cuz I I don't know what else inside the house.
>> Ain't nothing in the house.
>> Okay. You're going to hang tight right here.
>> I've got to make a phone call.
>> Yeah, make a phone call. You can make it right here. Right here.
>> I'm not going nowhere. I'm not going nowhere. I promise you. There's no way to go. Okay.
>> So, here's the deal. Here's the deal.
You're going in handcuffs now. Okay.
Because you're trying to move around.
Okay. So, >> I was going to come behind your back.
>> On your back, >> sir. I was going to make hand behind your back.
>> Can I make >> Put your hand behind your back.
>> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
>> Put your hand behind your back. Do not resist.
I can make the phone. I can call for the kids.
>> Can I call for the kids?
>> You will.
With two kids inside the house, the officers take a moment to figure out who can step in while the suspect is being processed at the station. For now, they're keeping things calm. As long as she does the same, >> sir, I was just looking to put on my shoes.
>> That's all I was going to do.
>> Can I see my phone?
We're going to figure this out together cuz I really don't want them to be taking the kids. Okay.
>> But I don't want my kids to see. That's all I'm trying to do.
>> I know. I know. I was trying to give you that courtesy, but you want to move around.
>> I was going to go put on my other shoe.
>> Okay. So, let's figure out a situation for your kids.
>> Can you hand me my airplane, please?
Right. It's right there on the floor.
>> Which chair is this?
>> This one.
>> Okay.
>> I got it.
>> Can you reach?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. I guess the police they um saying cuz they saw we coming out of Meyers with a car full of groceries in August.
So they going to take me to to the to Myers to see what's going on. I'm going to Myers.
>> No, we're going to go back to Bloomingdale station.
>> To where?
>> Bloomingdale PD.
>> Huh?
>> Yeah. Yeah. Me.
>> Shalice.
I don't know, but you have you have like a friend that can watch your kids.
>> I know. I know.
>> I know. Um, >> is there a friend that can watch your kids?
>> They say they need somebody to get the kids right now.
>> Well, let me tell you. I got to call and try to get somebody to get the kids. I can't right now. I can't worry about that.
I don't want them. No.
I don't know who could come get these. I don't know nobody out here.
>> I'm calling my son now.
>> Thank you.
>> Called your son.
>> He's 15.
>> Okay.
>> He just went outside.
>> Okay.
And >> I just missed you last month. You uh when did you move out of your Shamberg apartment?
>> Which one? You said you you had a Shamberg apartment, right?
>> And from what they find, she's been avoiding these warrants for a while.
>> I tried contacting you there.
>> I've been trying to get a hold of you for a while.
>> Shberg.
>> Mhm.
>> I've been I ain't been there. Stayed there in a while.
>> I got you.
>> Wow. What's going on in Shamburgg?
>> Nothing. That's where your registered address is.
>> Oh.
How's it going, man?
>> Yeah.
>> Um uh I don't know. I don't know. I just stay here with the kids. I'm trying to >> No, I'm about to call her now. But you going to have to come out here and take them over, though. That's all I got to say. They got they got letting me call and stuff. They good. So, they told me they got to take me to the station and see what's going on.
All right.
Are we good?
>> He told me to call my mom to let her know cuz he going to take him over with her. Okay.
>> But I I got to call my mom and let her know.
>> Hey, Mom. How you doing?
>> I'm okay. Um uh I'm in a situation right now and the police got me in handcuffs.
They going to take me to jail cuz they said they saw me stealing some at Meyers a month ago.
>> Something to put him on, please. I'll let you have that.
>> It's a 10-minute ride.
>> It is. Please just give me something to put in my mouth.
>> It's on the back.
>> It's cool.
>> Yeah. Tell Elijah to help you with Taiwan.
>> That's his book bag.
>> Just give me the receipt. I don't need the water. All right. I don't see.
Okay, I'll grab your phone for you.
>> Uh, do you need like a wallet or anything? ID?
>> Uh, I don't think so. No, it should be good.
>> With everything settled, officers proceed with a search before loading her into the patrol car.
>> What is it?
>> No, something you want me to get out.
What is it?
>> Do I have to take it out?
>> No. It's >> money.
>> I think I got money. I don't know.
>> Oh, you found it.
>> It's money. You have money.
>> I think so. My >> Okay. We have I mean that's fine. As long as it's just money, it's something we can take out back to the station. And we have more female officers. All right.
>> Okay.
It's >> good.
>> Perfect. All right. Sh. You said you want to make one more phone call to your kid.
>> Yeah. Okay, that's it. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Oh, so I can't make no more calls at the station.
>> At the station, you can. Unless you want to save this one at the station. That's fine.
I'll wait till we get to >> I'll just hold on to your phone. Okay.
>> Thank you.
>> Yep. You can get in now.
Hey, uh can you go on the other side and just hand me the uh seat belt?
>> All right, guys. Appreciate it.
>> Yeah, no problem. Not not to look messy or anything, but >> as good as it could be.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. Thanks. See you guys. Do >> you have a card by chance? Just saying you >> I don't. Let me give you >> just saying you guys assisted me.
>> By the end of it, she was booked and charged with felony theft. Officers were already watching when this shoplifter made a move. This next case takes us to a Walmart after loss prevention spotted a woman concealing merchandise. When the officers arrive, she's still on the move. Here's what happens next.

Moments later, a female officer arrives to handle her pat down.
