In the continental United States, 100% of feral unmanaged honeybee hives are Africanized (killer bees), which are highly aggressive and dangerous; European honeybees are not endangered and are primarily used for commercial agriculture, so any feral honeybee colony encountered should be assumed to be Africanized and requires professional removal rather than DIY attempts.

Hassle in a HeadboardAdded:
Killer B Nation, we're going to need a straight blade ho. Have you got one anywhere? I >> got one in my pocket.
>> All right, cool. Cuz I don't think that Anthony is that excited about saving this headboard.
Yeah, you heard me right.
Saving the headboard. No, we're not going to save the headboard. Bees.
Killer bees in a headboard. What in the heck for a good night's sleep? Really? I mean, good grief. Killer Bee Nation. I'm Reed Booth. Killer bee guy. We are back live in the hive in beautiful Coochis County. I just got to show you guys this sky. The the weird thing about this sky is it's the end of May. All right. There shouldn't be a cloud in the sky. It should be 105° and miserable hot working up to the monsoons in another month. I don't know what the hell's going on, but check this out. This is like the most beautiful sky in the country. Look at this, guys. Just incredible, huh? Look at this. I mean, I like them fluffy clouds, you guys. And it did rain last night. And oh, there's the shed of doom.
Killer bee nation. Yes, indeed. Oh, we're live in the hive. Thank you so much for coming with us again. Sandless shenanigans. My god, we have a huge one in one of our favorite little Douglas suburbs. I can't believe Douglas has a suburb a Pleville. So, we have a big old hive in a wall in Purleville and we have to uh go rescue Purleville. Yes, Purleville is a little I don't know part of Douglas, I guess. And it's right on the border. Very Hispanic and uh wonderful families. I just love Purleville and uh very small, very tight-knit community and it's part of Douglas, but it's uh I love it. Anyway, I'm standing here in the shed of doom by the headboard from hell. Oh, that was good. We didn't make a name for it that bad, huh? Full of killer bees. I'm going to show you guys right now, actually.
So, yeah, our buddy Anthony who owns this ranch called and he said, "You're going to clean this out. Get it all, you know, >> get Yeah, I guess that they just got And anyway, I guess Well, you know what?
Yeah. You want to start dragging [ __ ] on?
>> Oh, yes you do. Oh, yes you do. All right, killer. Be nice. So, see this headboard thing laying here? Well, they're coming and going on the back end of it. All right. You see where the 360 is pointing? Yeah. So, we're going to have we Okay, you guys love this [ __ ] We are going to move this stuff out of here. And by that, I mean, hos. So, that we can >> This was new. How old is this?
>> I have no idea.
>> Okay. I think, you know, he just noticed it, but there's a huge difference usually between when they noticed it and how old the hive is, you know.
>> And so, we're kind of glad that it's not underneath the floor.
>> That's the headboard.
>> Yep. But if you want to move some of that other crap out of the way, maybe we got a This is a tumble weed. An actual tumble weed on a diet. Look at this one here. Huh. Not a very big tumble weed, that's for damn sure. Do they know you're here?
>> Not yet.
>> Good. So, this is this is it going to be a whole thing of their ones until their fives.
>> You know, that's what it's been.
>> Yeah.
>> You got some cable that wants to trip you up.
>> I'm going to pull this out.
>> Yeah. Pull it on out. We'll see what's going on with it. God only knows Killer.
Be nice.
>> Okay.
>> Not being gentle at all.
>> No, you are not. Look at this shenanigan. Well, there they are. Okay.
Woo. I would say spray adhesive.
>> Yeah. Ha. All right. They know we're here. What do you guys think? Do they know we're here? Look at this. We have no idea how long they've been here. But man, this 360 is going to be awesome.
Huh? Awesome from hell. I don't know, guys. We're going to have to Okay, we are going to spray adhesive it cuz we don't want any cows or horses to get damaged and all that. Shake that up good. It's all stringy right now. So, we're just going to knock down a shitload of them and then tear it up and see what's in there. Good lord. I'm going to set the 360 down and man the freight he's there while you kind of tear it up a little bit. Huh?
>> Yeah.
>> Hold on. Killer B Nation. Here we go.
All right. So, Ocean's going to raise hell with them.
>> Oh, they are. Wow.
>> They like you.
>> Me.
>> And a comb.
>> Yep.
>> And Oh, yeah. Way up in there.
So, they are Is that Is that straight blade going to work?
All right. Wow.
>> To a point, >> right?
>> [ __ ] >> Yeah, they're not very nice.
Oh, you still got to tear the >> Yeah.
>> I wonder if you tip it over and tear the other side. It looks like fabric entirely on the other side.
>> That's a good point.
>> Yeah, maybe that would be easier. There you go. Now we got it. Here we go, guys.
Oh, little more than we thought.
>> Oh, shoot.
>> Okay, they've been there a while.
All right, we're going to spray our non-toxic spray adhesive. Knock down a few guards.
>> Tricks.
>> Woo. These guys are mean, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Holy cow. Killer be a Nation. Woo. You get stung again.
>> No.
>> Good.
>> I'm going to go get a bin, I guess.
>> A bin? Yeah. Let's go get a be in then.
Wow. Look at this killer bee. We just never know, do we? My god. Killer Nation. We love you guys. My god. Thank you so much for staying with us in our shenanigans. All right. What's going on here with this YouTube [ __ ] Misbehaving as of late, guys. Wow. Mean old things, huh? Yeah, they're they're vicious. All right. Now, this is where they were. All right. So, going to show you that they're going to come back here and wonder what happened to their home. And this looks like it. See? But it's not yet, right? So there's nothing in there, but that looks just like the their home was, but now we got it out here. So they're very landmark oriented. And so they're going to You know what we got to do with YouTube?
>> What?
>> [ __ ] with it again.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Yeah. Take a look and see what you think.
>> [ __ ] with YouTube.
>> [ __ ] with YouTube.
>> What do you think?
>> You know what I'd say? Just leave it.
>> Okay. I mean, >> what it comes down to is we don't have the signal to support it.
>> Oh, okay. All right. Well, we are remote remotely.
>> Oh, >> all right. Well, more killer bees. I mean, we got at least two, three, four more jobs lined up today. I mean, so two weeks ago, Saturday, it was kind of mayhem uh for 7 weeks and then it stopped. And now, well, it kind of looks like it's ramping up again. I mean, this is definitely a a five right now. It's I can tell it's calming down. Oh, you got brood already.
>> All right. All right, brood already. The brood awakening.
>> Brood.
>> Look at this. Huh?
>> Wow.
>> Brood.
>> Oh my god. Look at this.
>> Wow. All brood, you guys.
>> Brood.
>> Yep. They're just laying eggs. Endless eggs.
>> Wow.
>> Oh, that there you go. You got nectar there.
>> Y.
>> And another piece of uh shenanigan land.
>> Yeah.
>> Wow.
>> Yep.
>> Wow. So, if you guys have a VR headset, the 360s are really ridiculously cool on this.
Wow.
>> All right.
>> Throw these in the other bin.
>> Yep. Throw them in the other in the brood bin. You got a brood bin, right?
>> I do. I do at this point.
>> Awesome. And I guess bring uh the uh pythine.
>> All right. Well, I'm going to grab a spree adhesive and knock down some more of these little monsters.
Uh, so some of them are quick. You know, some of the removals we get in, we get it done. We're on a ranch. We don't want a little lolly gag. The one we just did where there were two hives, check that out. Um, we're in the middle of nowhere and so we didn't we don't care. Better that we show people this is not a DIY channel. Do not try this [ __ ] at home.
All right? Just don't. I've been doing it for 35 37 38 Jesus God. I don't even know how many years. Anyway, they uh Wow. I see a a building in the distance that the roof is half caved in. And you know what I think when I see that? If you do, I think killer bees because there's a hive in there. All right. So, um yeah, don't try this at home. We made quick work of this cuz we're on a ranch and you know, Anthony wants to get back to work and we got to make it safe for the chickens and everything. But it was very much a done deal. Very much straightforward. We're going to knock down a bunch of remnants and then like I was saying, they're going to land back in here because this is their front door. Now, this shed is hotter than hell. Especially in the afternoon, it's going to be hot and they will die off over Oh, probably even this afternoon.
They might even ball up and hang under here. You just never know when what they're going to do or where. That's the problem. You don't know what they're going to do. I don't know what the hell they're going to do. Nobody knows what they're going to do. We may as well leave that out here to cook, huh?
>> Oh, yeah.
>> The host is coating it with the undercoating, of course. And uh pretty much a done deal, guys.
>> Pretty much a done deal. I guess that's a headboard for like an old twin bed. I don't really know.
But this will prevent bees from coming back. And then when Anthony sees no activity back here, he can come and dispose of this or clean the shed out or whatever the hell he wants to do. So, quick work. Made it safe. Of course, as you know, if we can, we will monkey around with them a little bit, but not necessary on this one, you guys. And besides that, we got so many lined up.
We're going to be back with you guys in a little bit. Uh more I mean, we got a really dangerous one that I'm It's got me thinking. Actually, two dangerous ones. We have to get up on a roof and then up on another roof about 60t up and so in downtown Douglas. So, you're going to love those views. I always love taking you guys downtown Douglas. And um and then over in Purleville, we got to tear out a wall. Been there forever. And uh it's going to be I don't know what's going to happen, but yeah, we can just let that bake in the sun, huh?
Yeah.
That looks good, man.
Looks good. He dumped some of the bees out so he can put some more of the under coating on and then it's a done deal. So safety, you guys.
God. All right. Well, Killer B Nation, this worked out really well. You can tell it's already gone down to about a one or two because I've been knocking them down with our non-toxic spray adhesive.
>> Bees in here, >> huh?
>> A lot of bees.
>> A lot of bees. Yeah, it was >> I think they were probably getting ready to swarm.
>> Oh, really?
>> Well, I mean, they didn't have any honey.
>> Oh, they didn't? That's right. No honey to speak of.
>> So, they gorge themselves on honey before they swarm.
>> Right.
>> So that they have the tools they need to start a new comb in there, too. Well, Anthony, you nipped it in the bud, brother. Yeah.
>> I mean, cuz that would have been another hive to deal with on the ranch somewhere here or to the neighbors. Yeah. What the hell? I'm going to ask you about that barn over there at the roof blown off cuz you know damn well there's a hive over there.
And each hive puts out up to 30 new hives a year. That's horrifying. They just at 2,000 eggs a day. I used to watch two of my hives swarm once a week when I used to have No, that was 35 years ago. I don't do that [ __ ] anymore because they're all Africanized and there's no reason to and they're mean.
>> I'm wondering if I should drag it off that way.
>> No.
>> You think it's >> cuz they're they're Well, they're going to go in there.
>> Yeah.
>> They're not going to that.
>> They're they're going in in their their their old front door and it's going to be so damn hot in this shed today.
>> Yeah.
>> That they're just going to cook. It'll be a bar BQ. Huh? It's Memorial Day.
Leave me alone.
>> That's what they >> It's Memorial. It's barbecq. We had a hot dog on the last one and now we have a barbing up.
>> So yeah, they're Yeah, they're going to ball up. It's their old front door. And that looks like where they you know that one underneath looks just like the one they were on.
>> Uh but I mean there's a there's nothing in there.
>> Well, they sure are pissy.
>> Oh yeah.
>> No, nothing.
>> Yeah, nothing. So, we'll just leave this open and uh let them go in cuz then it'll be hotter in hell in the shed today and they'll all cook off.
>> Did you got a spray adhesive?
>> Yeah. Here you go. Yeah.
>> Still meaner in hell, of course.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> I'm so glad Anthony didn't come back and fiddle [ __ ] with it because that wouldn't have been good. It's the You know what I mean? It's the fiddle bucking. It's not good.
>> It's not good. Anyway, Killer B Nation, God, we love having you with us. All right. Well, we're going to wrap this up. Uh I'm Reed Booth. Killer B guy buzzing around. Oh god, I got to come up some new lines. Jeez, a Friday, guys.
Anyway, you got anything to say about what in the hell is going on here? About old headboards.
Fabric headboards in old sheds.
>> Yeah. Yeah, I [ __ ] do.
>> What's it to you?
>> Oh, that's hilarious.
>> Fabric headboards in old sheds full of killer bees. It's Cos County. where 100% of the feral unmanaged honey bee hives are Africanized.
You can watch all our shenanigans here at or any of the killer bee guy channels on any of the platforms. Uh and you can buy Killerbe honey at killerbegu.com or come visit us in Bisby and Tombstone to uh what? Brick brick and mortar.
>> Yeah, brick and mortar.
>> Brick and mortar. Now, uh listen, if you see honeybees coming and going and you're in Arizona, they're killer bees.
Here's the thing, and this is important.
Hear me. Anywhere in the lower 48, anywhere in the continental United States, 100%, you've got to pay attention to these things. Okay? If you see feral honeybees, you can safely assume they're Africanized.
Don't take the risk. It's not worth it.
European honeybees aren't worth this risk. You got to get that. European honeybees are not endangered. There are too many of them. There are more European honeybees on planet Earth now than ever before in human history.
European honeybees are not endangered.
And we only need them for monocropping, for big sprawling orchards of the same crop. Okay? And you let the big boys handle that. your backyard bees. If you're a backyard beekeeper, your feral honeybee hive that you've got a truce with, an agreement with, that ball of bees hanging in the tree in your backyard, none of them have anything to do with your food. We don't need these bees. Let's save America's native bees.
We'll see you all in the next job. If you want to do something good for the environment, plant native plants later on, everybody.
>> Right on. There you go, hos. Love you guys.
>> Yeah. Should we close these doors?
>> No, because they'll go in and cook.
Otherwise, God damn it. He wants to close. They want to wreck the doors off for God's sake. God damn it.
Oh, killer. Be nice. And so, it'll be an hour or so before we get back on live.
And Douglas, you guys, we love you. We got to go switch out stuff. I mean, we got a lot on the truck and we got to go back up to the ranch and switch it out because I didn't expect to get all that.
Woo! Man, what a deal. Love you guys.
Uh, you gonna pull your own finger or?
>> Yeah.
>> Anyway, I am.
>> Yeah. So, uh, more shenanigans, guys. We love you. We'll talk to you in a little while. Killer be guy buzzing off. Who's your daddy?
>> Yes. Who is your daddy? Do you know Do you know your father? Your father Reed Booth.
