D4VD Charged With Murder: Facing Death Penalty

[00:00:00]Folks, we waited seven long months for this day and David is finally in custody. And I am delighted to reveal to you folks, we got him. We got a mug shot of David. This [ __ ] ass alleged predator will no longer hopefully be hurting any youngans on these streets anymore. Okay, he has finally been caught. And rumor has it, rumor has it, he might be facing the old DP. He might be facing the death penalty in the murder of Celeste Rever Hernandez, a 14-year-old girl who was chopped up and left in the trunk of his Tesla. And it is so deserved, people. It is absolutely justice is finally on the way. The wheels are moving slowly, but they are moving. And this clown is cooked. So, the LA district attorney has given an update on the case. For months, people have been saying, "Why haven't they given an update? Why is there not been a press conference?" We're waiting desperately with our breath held. All right, suffocating in anticipation of this and we finally have the update and it's crazy. So, I'm going to break it all down to you in this video. I'm going to do one long video reacting to absolutely everything that's happened this morning. It's Monday. For all of you clowns that said, "Oh, the oh, the prosecutor's messed up. They're going to have to release him on Monday." Yeah, right. Death penalty, bro. He's going to get the needle talking about we're going to release him on Monday. Oh, David's just going to walk away on my cap.

[00:01:21]Absolute cap. And the LA district attorney is about to do a slam dunk on this little 5'1 clown's head. So anyway, okay, let's take a look at the LA district attorney update and then we'll I'll basically dig in. We're going to react to a whole bunch of this footage and then I'm going to dig into some of the charges, some of the rumors of the death penalty and some actual new information that has now come out to suggest when and where this murder, yes, it's a murder, we can call it a murder now, might actually have happened. So, thank the Lord that we have got here.

[00:01:48]Okay. Thank God we are finally on the path to justice for Celeste. Okay, this is what we've been waiting for for months. We've been keeping her name alive and I am delighted that we're finally going to see some justice and I think we're going to hear from the family today as well. But anyway, without further ado, I am excited. Okay, this is the one of the most delicious downfalls I think we've seen in music history. This guy is the OJ Simpson of this new generation. Only different hopefully he's going down. But without further ado, let's hear what the LAPD and the prosecutors had to say, announcing formal charges and giving the whole timeline and circumstances of what they think happened in this mida. Let's hear it.

[00:02:22]>> Today, I am announcing the charges against David Anthony Burke, the musician known as David, spelled D4 VD, in connection with the brutal and horrific murder of Celeste, a 14-year-old at that time. These charges include the most serious charges that a DA's office can bring. That is firstdegree murder with special circumstances. The special circumstances being lying in weight, committing this crime for financial gain or murdering a witness in an investigation.

[00:02:59]Okay, look, I have already heard a few rumors of what's going to be said.

[00:03:02]They're saying that he was already being investigated for messing with this minor and that he actually murdered her to basically shut down the invest. They were already they were onto him. They were investigating him messing with this A minor. But he's saying for financial gain, too. He's singing about it. He rapping about he making songs about romantic homicides. All of this type of nonsense.

[00:03:21]Might want to be careful with some of that label money. Some of that label money might be getting cooked, people.

[00:03:26]It's delightful. Uh these special circumstances uh carry with it along with the firstdegree murder charge a maximum sentence of life without the possibility of parole or the death penalty.

[00:03:40]>> Did you life without the possibility of parole or the death penalty? He's facing the DP like Drake.

[00:03:47]>> Determination on whether or not the district attorney's office will seek the death penalty will be made at a later time.

[00:04:02]>> Before I get into the actual charges and there are additional charges against Mr. Berg, including continuous sexual acts, lewd and lascivious sexual acts with with an individual under 14 years old and mutilating a human remains of a body. Before I get into the description of these charges and their seriousness, I want to look at this as a parent. I am a parent of three children and a parents nightmare is a situation where your daughter goes out one night and never comes back. As we will show in a court of law and what I also want to make sure about that the understanding of these charges is clear is my description of these charges is not evidence that we are going to present in court. These charges in fact will not be evidence in the in the court. Evidence will be the witness testimony, the documents and different types of admissible testimony that we will uh admit into court in the prosecution and if it leads to the eventual trial of Mr. Burke to convince a jury of 12 people beyond a reasonable doubt that each and every one of these charges is true as well as the special allegations and circumstances that have been alleged.

[00:05:20]Now, back to this being a parent's nightmare. On April 23rd, 2025, as been alleged by the complaint, Celeste, a 14-year-old at that time, went to Mr. Burke's house in the Hollywood Hills.

[00:05:35]She was never heard from again.

[00:05:37]>> Now, I did say that these DAs and the LAPD, they like to arrest people around the anniversaries of when these crimes took place. Now, he is saying that on the 23rd of April, 2025, so in that's about a year ago, minus 3 days right now as we're making this video. Okay, maybe they arrested him on 420 cuz they know we're going to be smoking that David pack when he gets the needle. But anyway, it seems like they arrested him just round about a year after. saying exactly a year ago, that's when Celeste went to David's house on the 23rd of April and she was never seen again.

[00:06:08]>> On September 8th, 2025, as alleged in the complaint, Mr. B, excuse me, Miss uh Celeste remains her dismembered and decomposed remains were found in two bags inside of a front truck trunk of a car registered to Mr. Burke. Thereafter began an investigation. The investigation was to determine who killed, who murdered Celeste months and months before. That investigation was carried out in unison and in partnership between the LAPD's robbery homicide division and the district attorney's office. At every point in the investigation through the arrest and the filing of charges, the LAPD and the district attorney's office have worked in lock step. There's been no disagreements amongst these entities in deciding how to proceed with this case ultimately leading to these charges today.

[00:07:10]So what you have as well with these charges is that again there are three sets of charges that have been brought.

[00:07:16]the first degree murder with special circumstances. And again, those special circumstances are lying in weight.

[00:07:23]>> It's not just murder. First-degree murder is as serious as it gets, but it's special circumstances. Lying in weight. He lured Celeste allegedly into a trap. He planned this out premeditated and he had financial gain and he was interfering with an investigation. You just did the worst, most sloppiest, most gruesome, awful murder. You'd have been better off just going out as a PDF and just running it cuz all these rappers and singers and R. Kelly's out here.

[00:07:46]Okay, R. Kelly got got what he deserved.

[00:07:48]But he'd have been better off doing that. Just goes to show what a narcissist he was. He felt like what he had going on was more important than this little girl's life. He should have just lost his career and been shunned.

[00:07:57]>> That Celeste went to Mr. Burke's home on the night of April 23rd, 2025 as alleged in the complaint at his invitation and again was not heard from again. The second is a special circumstance being that these this murder was committed for financial gain as the evidence will show in court. The financial gain was for Mr. Burke to maintain his very lucrative ma music musical career that Celeste was threatening on that particular night.

[00:08:30]>> So he's saying Celeste was threatening his music career. Not that makes me think that they've got evidence that Celeste actually said to David, "I'm going to expose you." and that he did it because he knew she would expose him because of a threat. He took her out as retaliation. That's what I think it sounds like they're inferring.

[00:08:44]>> The third charge uh in addition to lying in way and for financial gain is murdering a witness to an investigation.

[00:08:52]In this particular case, as the evidence will come out in court, the the the witness to the investigation was Celeste. And the investigation was into the lewd and lascivious sexual acts committed by Mr. Burke. that is the subject of count two of this complaint uh with Celeste while she was under 14 years old.

[00:09:14]>> So, we' speculated a lot as to whether he would be facing PDF charges. Sounds like he is. Sounds like they have proof that he was in a romantic relationship with a minor under 14 hooked.

[00:09:30]And he thought he could get rid of the evidence cuz he was going to go down for that crime regardless. He'd already slipped up and he thought this first-degree murder would have saved him. [ __ ] around and found out.

[00:09:43]>> I had the chance to meet with some of the family members of Celeste and their grief is unccalculable as to what happened to their daughter. What they have demanded, what we have assured them that the district attorney's office working with LAPD would give them is the idea is the is the proof beyond a reasonable doubt on who killed their daughter, on how their daughter was killed, when their daughter was killed, and bring that killer to justice. That killer that we have now charged is David Anthony Burke.

[00:10:22]we will have. So, there's some more information coming up. So, I'm going to skip ahead a little bit. Uh, we got his mug shot there. I already showed you guys that. We're going to dig into the mug shot and see what people are reacting to that a little bit later. But for now, let's let's continue the cookout.

[00:10:34]>> Part this investigation was driven by a single purpose, to secure justice for Celeste Rivas and for those who loved her. We had to be certain that nothing we did or said would ever jeopardize this case.

[00:10:49]Miss Rivas was a reported runaway from Riverside County. During the course of our investigation, detectives learned that she had been involved in a sexual relationship with Mr. Burke when she was a minor and he was an adult. On April 23rd, 2025, Miss Rivas arrived at Mr. Burke's home in the Hollywood Hills.

[00:11:07]That's the last time she was known to be alive. On September 8th, 2025, Miss Rivas's dismembered and badly decomposed body was discovered in the front trunk of Mr. Burke's impounded Tesla. From that moment forward, our investigators face an extraordinary, difficult, and complex case. The condition of her remains delayed the medical examiner's ability to be able to determine cause of death. The substantial amount of time that passed between her death and the discovery meant that crucial evidence had degraded or disappeared.

[00:11:41]And as detectives worked to uncover the truth, they also had to sift through and debunk a great deal of false information circulating publicly. These challenges were real and they required patience, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the facts. Now, what's really interesting is he's saying there that the investigation took so long because we had to be really careful about what we did and what we said so that we didn't compromise this very important investigation. But he's also saying there was a lot of misinformation circulating online and they had to debunk what was real and what was fake.

[00:12:11]Now, before you jump the gun and say, "Oh, that's all these Dave idiots on subreddits and that's people like you speculating, putting out misinformation." No, I think what he's actually talking about here, in my opinion, I think he's talking about misinformation that's been put out by David's team himself. I think David's team allegedly, in my opinion, have been leaking misinformation to TMZ. And TMZ have been publishing it. And I've heard that the LAPD were actually very upset with a bunch of the nonsense that TMZ were putting out. And there were some interview clips where members of the LAPD were actually talking to the press from what I've heard and seen. Um, and they're basically saying that, yeah, whatever TMZ is putting out, they've been putting out a whole bunch of crap.

[00:12:46]The girl being frozen in the trunk was a lie. David cooperating with the investigation was a lie. Whole bunch of cap. So before you jump the gun and say, "Oh, the Redditors." No, I think David and his team and his lawyers were putting out misinformation. I think that's what they had to debunk.

[00:12:59]>> Despite these obstacles and despite intense public pressure, our robbery homicide division detectives remained steadfast in their duties. They recovered and analyzed a substantial amount of digital and forensic evidence.

[00:13:12]They stayed focused, disciplined, and committed to uncovering the truth. Their work in close collaboration with the district attorney's office has brought us to this moment today. I want to thank the district attorney and his team as always for their partnership. This case demanded co coordination, persistence and a shared commitment to justice. So that's the LAPD's thoughts and basically a little bit of time would pass and we would end up hearing from the lead prosecutor um basically giving uh his thoughts and answering several questions from the press which were really interesting. So let's check that out.

[00:13:45]This is a investigation. Has she reported the abuse? Who was doing that?

[00:13:49]>> The details of uh the allegations that have made particularly with that special circumstance will be uh produced in court.

[00:13:56]>> Did you determine cause of death and the difficulty was to determine both the matter of cause and date?

[00:14:01]>> So with respect to the coroner's report uh we will be seeking uh quite quickly to uh provide an order to the court that now allows the coroner to release that report to the public.

[00:14:12]from the BBC between uh between the the finding of the body and Celeste's body or her remains.

[00:14:18]>> Why has it taken so long for an arrest to be made?

[00:14:21]>> I think the the police chief got it right that in a situation where you don't have an eyewitness account or we can't put point to a video that that shows the killer killing someone. You have to go through the very rigorous and thorough investigation to look at all the digital and forensic evidence. You have to speak with witnesses often who are cooperative and some who are not cooperative in order to obtain all the information necessary to decide who did what, when, how, and what their mental state was at the time. Uh that is what we've been doing over the last between September 8th roughly uh and today when we bring these charges on April 20th. So again, it's a it's a type of case that you want to make sure you get maximum information. And by the way, if there's anyone out there that has material information about this particular murder or any other actions uh taken by Mr. Burke, uh please come forward to the Los Angeles Police Department. Come forward to the LA County DA's office and report that information.

[00:15:21]>> Mr. Hoffman, there are other people who are aware of this relationship. Is it possible that you will be arresting other people within his circle? And did he act alone in this step? Again, with respect to whether or not there's any other individuals or we're going to take any other actions, you will know about them if we do, but at this point, I'm not commentating.

[00:15:38]>> Do you believe that you know how she was killed beyond it being homicide?

[00:15:42]>> The actual cause of death, >> the coroner's report will be released shortly. Uh because it is not currently released, I'm not going to be commenting.

[00:15:50]>> But what determined, not that if you won't say what it was, but but has it been determined how she's killed beyond it being homicide? The coroner has made a determination on how uh Celeste uh died and at the point that the coroner's report becomes public, we'll be able to comment.

[00:16:04]>> Was there a specific breakthrough last week? Is there physical evidence that ties David to this murder?

[00:16:09]>> There there is physical evidence uh and there is uh forensic and digital evidence that we intend to present in court to prove these charges beyond a reasonable doubt.

[00:16:19]>> Only a couple more questions. Yes. your investigation and just to his question, are you able to tell us exactly what this smoking gun is and also if you can address the issue of his visit to Santa Barbara and that how does it connect with the murder?

[00:16:33]>> So, with respect to the actual details of the evidence we're we're going to be presenting in court, I'm not going to do that today. Uh as far as uh the concept of a smoking gun, the smoking gun is the totality of the evidence that we're going to bring to prove any case, whether it's this case or any case beyond a reasonable doubt.

[00:16:52]>> This guy's a good lawyer. I'm not going to lie to you. Look, he's a prosecutor, so I don't ever want to end up on the wrong side of him, but this is the type of lawyer you need. He is slick every word with surgical precision. Very, very, very good lawyer. David's Friday under >> we an investigation is ongoing. Uh if investigation comes if information comes forward on any with with respect to any additional crimes we will certainly investigate >> question so much discussion about the difficulties in this case the chief talked about it as well. What makes you confident you can prove these?

[00:17:26]What makes us confident is the totality of the evidence that has been obtained by the LAPD robbery homicide uh by the work that the district attorney's office has done uh that has led us to the point where we believe we can prove each and every one of these three three charges and the special circumstances and the special allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.

[00:17:47]>> So he's saying the totality of all the evidence we've got, we're confident we can prove this guy did absolutely every one of these charges. It's crazy. Okay, it's crazy. People saying he looking hella stressed in that booking pick.

[00:18:01]Okay, so look, the BBC would give quite a good summary of all the charges. So, let's just have a little recap just so we can nail down, all right, exactly how this all went down. Okay, basically says there are three sets of charges. He's charged with first-degree murder with spe special circumstances of lying in weight as Celeste went to his home. So, he laid a trap for her, premeditated as [ __ ] and they're going to prove that.

[00:18:20]Second charge is an additional sec special circumstances of alleged murder for financial gain. Hawkman accuses Burke of murdering the 14-year-old to maintain his lucrative musical career that Celeste was threatening on that particular night. So, they're going to have proof. Third charge is murdering a witness to an investigation. He said evidence shown in court that Rivas was a witness to an investigation of sexual acts committed by Burke while she was under 14 years old. Very, very, very cooked. And it's funny because they've been saying that this April murder date was the date in Reddit and all over the place. And they were right. Those people that said April were absolutely right.

He spent the last 7 months knowing a knock on the door is coming, but not knowing when.

[00:19:52]Imagine that anxiety every day in the sleepless nights. It's going to take a toll on you. You can tell he wasn't doing good during those seven months. He looks hung over to me. He looks like an old ass piece of [ __ ] with no business with a child. Okay. He looks like a dude pulling lumber at Lowe's. Guess that's how he looks without filters. He looks like curdled milk. He looking like he aged a lot. All right. Okay, he went from 21 to 31 overnight. So, they're discussing his charges on Reddit. It is a celebration. It's a cookout on Reddit.

[00:20:18]Okay, they're discussing all of the charges. Um, she must have been reporting or been threatening to report him for having s with minors. They wouldn't comment on anyone else being involved, but they said that they certain that evidence will prove him guilty undoubtedly in totality with physical, forensic, and digital evidence in excess. They got more than what they need. He's cooked. Okay. Oh, and death penalty is on the table. All right.

[00:20:41]They're saying that people of color can't be executed in California under the moratorum. Also, California hasn't executed anyone since 2006. Um, it doesn't officially repeal the death penalty. It repeals death sentences. So, he might get the DP and just be sat on death row forever. That would be delightful. Says, "Damn, with these kinds of specific charges, they must have evidence never disclosed to the public. I had to stop following the case because it angered me how nothing was being done, but this gives me hope. They got physical, digital, and forensic evidence in excess. They got more than they need. They got evidence that they just leaving over there for a rainy day, right? absolutely cooked for financial gain because she was threatening his music career, killing of a witness, and an ongoing investigation. Does it means there was another victim who was the witness? She was the witness. The LAPD worried when their witness disappeared.

He's 21 and is looking 40 now. He was probably stressing about the discovery of Celeste. He likely didn't know what was going to happen next. And a lot of the time, these people let themselves go before they get arrested. Hence why he looks like crap.

[00:21:51]He knew he was going to get caught and sent to prison. They're currently asking for witnesses or potential victims to come through as well. Thank god they hit him with the S- crimes. I just thought it was going to be murder now. He's really screwed. So, she was dead for four months before she was found.

[00:22:08]She absolutely threatened him with going to the police and media. I've been saying it for months and I don't think he was alone in this. The way the DA spoke about possible upcoming arrests and charges. Asia and Neo better get in there with a lawyer and make a deal ASAP. Somebody who was at the house on April 23rd told on him if that was the last time she was seen or heard from.

[00:22:23]One of his buddies was aware of the whole situation and turned states evidence against him. I'm willing to bet it will come out in court. Neo lying in weight is [ __ ] sinister. Poor Celeste. Let's see what TMZ have to say now. This is worse than anyone could have ever thought. I'm relieved he didn't hurt anyone else. Shit's crazy. I knew as soon as the live stream went out that that's what it was. The motive was clear as day, but how and who helped kill her is more important. A burn cage and everything else used should be applicable for a death penalty. That little girl suffered. Ain't no way he was alone. All of his friends knew what was going on. Said if Celeste was a witness in an ongoing investigation. How comes no one knew she was dead for months? Weren't investigators keeping tabs on his whereabouts? Her whereabouts as a witness, surely her going MIA would have set off alarms. Okay, it's crazy.

[00:23:04]So, prosecutors alleging that David um might have killed Celeste on April the 23rd, 2025. That's when she came to his crib. Um this was a date that notably aligns with a viral video of David crying. Okay. Interestingly enough, David was seen crying on stage on April 26th, just days after this. Remember this?

[00:23:24]So, he ends up breaking down crying during this performance. He can't finish it from bleeding. He just loses it. He can't continue.

[00:23:41]on you cross shouldn't be cheering this clown. Okay, crazy. Crazy. Okay, this is just a few days after and it says, let's not forget what he's performing in the video. He's performing the song Afterlife, a song that was released a day earlier to the public. If I'm not mistaken, this stands out, especially given claims he'd been involved with her for at least a year before the song's release, raising questions about the song might be connected with her. So, he just released the song days before, like a day before this, that would have been a couple days after the murder. And if you go back and look at the so the lyrics to this song that was dropped on April 25th, 2025, it starts looking very, very, very incriminating. Something's missing from inside of me. Someone stole what wasn't mine. The devil told me you were good for me, but my mother told me he would lie. Oh, your mother told you. What did your mother know about this relationship? What doesn't kill you waits for later? What? Like charges?

[00:24:45]What? Like charges? What tries to keep you alive fails? I thought a girl would make me happy. Real love is not for sale, so I'll buy what I can as I try to pretend. What? Pretend that you didn't commit murder? Something else is making me cry when you cross the line. What?

No wonder he was having a breakdown when he was performing this. He just dropped this a couple days after the murder. What What good is walking on water with a sinking feeling? [00:25:16]Uh, excuse me. So, apparently the song was previewed back in 2023. Um, but you know, he ended up putting it out just days after this and performing it and having a breakdown on stage. It is crazy. Okay, who was saying this is devastating if they has e if they have evidence she went into the house and never came out of it? That's going to be very difficult for his lawyers to defend. I'm wondering if maybe they have camera footage. Didn't the house he was renting have security cameras or was that only facing the driveway or street?

[00:25:40]It says they have forensic, digital, and physical evidence. He's cooked. It says, "Did I understand correctly that he killed her because she threatened to tell about their relationship? This has to be an effing joke. What a sick bastard."

[00:25:53]Um, says, "Crazy. He's arrested around the same week he killed her in. I thought that would be intentional. Other people are thinking the same.

[00:26:21]Her last like was literally a day ago uh was literally a year ago today. Her last ever like li like likeing his Coachella pics, right? And then he's promoting his album and she's gone and he's crying on stage. It is very very suspect suspect. And then he types decay repeatedly in Discord chat exactly or just under a week after and the Tesla would be spotted on the street the following month. It all adds together now. So people are kind of this is from a while ago. So this is just kind of a recap of people basically predicting what's going on. Um they said just reupping my April theory from 3 months ago on my old account as in the past few days my team got new information that supports late April. So they worked it all out. So if you think that Reddit goons can work this out then prosecutors probably going to work this out with all the evidence in your phone logs. To protect identities I can't reveal it. SF has now revealed the information of family members last visual contact with Celeste being April 20th. exactly a year ago today. So, everyone was right. We're holding back revealing the family member's name. Um, the identity of people who said late late April was indeed two family members and this will come out in court. He performed at Coachella last year. He won't be doing that again. He won't be doing that again. Okay. It is crazy. So, a lot of Redditors have been discussing what might have happened after the murder as well. That's been kind of uh been a big topic of debate. Says on Oh, wow. Okay.

Holy [ __ ] Says they said they have forensic digital and physical evidence he's cooked. The DO opened the press conference reminding everyone they can seek the death penalty. This is the clip where they said that the place smells. Okay, let's let's recap. Let's have another look.

People have been asking who helped him. His album dropped on April 25th. By April 27th, he was performing in Houston. 4 days after Celeste entered his home and never left, he begun his tour. So, who was helping him? The assumption is that she was stored somewhere until July when she was moved to the Tesla. And that car was subsequently moved to avoid suspicion until it was found. So, where was she before the Tesla? Who knew she was being kept there? And who moved her to the Tesla and who was driving the car? This man is evil and deserves to rot, but so does everyone else who knew and helped him cover it up? Says, "Well, if he lured her to his place and then they took the trip to the remote Santa Barbara area, then he could have handled everything there. placed her in the frunk where she remained until she was found. He was saying assuming he took her life on April 23rd, he would have had to have had everything in order, uh, hidden her clean, whatever he did by the 25th for his album release, Pick on X on that date makes it appear he was at some sort of release event, or by April 27th, which was when he had the show in Houston. Okay, so some things ain't adding up. I think that Santa Barbara trip was a red herring and it was a bunch of nonsense. Okay, people saying there's no way everyone was oblivious to it all. Is it possible that they're still going after someone else or would that have been said already? Um, so a lot of people are trying to discuss like his motivations, what his motive was for the actual murder. We kind of have a better idea of that now. It says David motivation revealed. David has been charged with first-degree murder with special circumstances, lewd and levacious acts with a minor. Um, and the district attorney said David murdered Celeste when police were investigating him for dating her underage, so he killed her to protect his career. Says, "Yep, there was already a prior investigation underway. Pretty effing nuts." People saying, "I wonder who reported her. Her family, the kids he paid off. Remember in December of 2024, he was seen paying off some kids in Celeste area for seeing him with her.

[00:30:31]How dumb do you have to be to murder the victim? You know, people have connected to you, though." Said her family most likely had an open CPS case since she was a missing minor and they probably started to investigate where she was. So regardless, he was about to go to jail and have his career ruined. Says it's sad cuz he really didn't need to kill her. His career is ruined anyways. F him. Exactly. Now he's really screwed himself. Should have never even had anything to do with a child in the first place. So, not only is he a predator, but also a child murderer, and he just disposed of poor Celeste like she was absolutely nothing. F him forever. I hope they throw the book at him. I was thinking the same thing. Why even make it worse by killing her? I also believe if he didn't kill her, he would have eventually ended up killing one day. You need to be a sick individual to decide to murder someone. He also talked about loving gore and clearly had a weird fixation with murder. Um, her police were investigating, so it sounds like her family were trying to get her back all along. I hope those of you who blamed them and called for their arrest while they were grieving the loss of a child are pleased with yourself. Good Briddance. Rest easy, Celeste. So, so this is the latest from TMZ. This has just come out, okay, while I'm recording. And they're saying that the prosecutors are now saying that David killed her with a sharp instrument. So, we might actually have the cause of death. It sounds like it was a stabbing of some sort. Um, so apparently it says Celeste Riva's cause of death has been revealed. Prosecutors in LA County say David killed her with a sharp instrument. Prosecutors revealed the alleged cause of death on Monday in documents charging David with murdering Celeste. A high-ranking source in the LAPD told us last week the medical examiner determined the manner of death as homicide, but there was no indication how she was murdered. Prosecutors say David murdered Celeste on April 23rd, 2025, but mutilated her body on May the 5th. What's interesting about those dates? TMZ broke the story. Authorities say David took a mysterious trip to the remote area of Santa Barbara in spring 2025. that could align with the May 5th date, but the DA claims Celeste dismembered and decomposing body was in David's Tesla for 4 months. Cops say the body was stuffed in two bags when found, which made it difficult for the medical examiner to figure out the cause of death. Um, so we've heard all of this stuff. I want to hear more about these sharp instruments and these documents.

[00:32:27]So, I guess these documents aren't publicly available right now, but they're saying that it was a sharp instrument, some kind of stabbing, and that's actually how the murder went down. So, of course, we got to check out SF Investigate Steve Fisher's um Twitter. He just tweeted two minutes ago charging documents claimed that David used a sharp instrument to kill Celeste and that on or about May 5th, 2026. He dismembered her. Um he said the David Burke case is on the docket for arraignment and plea today. He's heading to court to watch the arraignment if it happens in the afternoon and get official charging documents. And then this is something he posted. He said these are the official charges in the case of the people of the state of California versus David Anthony Burke.

[00:33:03]Count one, murder with special conditions, special allegations of lying in weight, murder for financial gain, murder to prevent testimony. use of a deadly weapon. Count two, continuous essay of a child. Count three, mutilating grave remains. Note, the murder offense date is on the 4th of the 23rd, 2025. And the mutilating the grave dates uh is the 5th of May, 2025. And the essay charge goes all the way back to September the 7th. So, her birthday of 2023. And if you do, if you remember, he dropped a song on that day as well.

[00:33:32]And SF is breaking down. He said April 23rd, 2025 is the date that detective zeroed in on for the murder of Celeste.

[00:33:37]Just two days earlier, David announced pre-sale tickets for the Wii tour would be going on sale on April the 23rd and proclaimed he was back. That raises even more questions about who knew what and when, who stood to lose the most.

[00:33:47]Hopefully, more charges are still to come. If David is arraigned this afternoon, I'll be there to watch him be led into a cage. If he fights the charges, I will be there every day of the trial. Justice for Celeste has begun. All right, this is the latest.
