[00:00:05]It's Friday. The weekend is here. I woke up this morning and a and and just a great great great mood. I just woke up thinking about life, man. Just thinking about how blessed I am, how good life is going for me.

[00:00:24]And I'm just like, man, thank you, God, for having me in the position that I am in today.

[00:00:33]So guys, I want to tell you guys this real quick. You guys see the title?

[00:00:39]Broke people have to chase money.

[00:00:43]Broke people have to chase money.

[00:00:47]And when they chase money, it doesn't flow to them. It doesn't flow to them.

[00:00:53]And what I mean by that, let me tell you guys something. Ever since I hit 10,000 subs on the channel, right? And again, I don't like to use that that terminology.

[00:01:02]I like to say 10,000 family members because this is building community.

[00:01:07]We're building a community here of individuals.

[00:01:11]Um, ever since I hit 10,000 subs, guys, sponsors have been just hitting me up, right? Hitting me up.

[00:01:22]But because I am not broke, I don't have to chase the money.

[00:01:30]I can ch I can really just sit back and really really look into what they offering and see if it benefits me and if it's a product that I want to um to talk about on my channel. I can sit back and really see if that product aligns with my values.

[00:01:54]And if the product doesn't align with my values, I'm not going to sponsor that product.

[00:02:00]I'm not going to talk about that product on my channel. But see, me not being broke allows me to do that. I don't have to chase and try to pedal things that doesn't align with my values and my morals.

[00:02:14]I'm not going to put anything in front of anybody of anybody that's viewing my channel, any product that I don't personally believe in. Like for like like for instance, I'm not going to ever talk about anything I would never sponsor anything that's about gambling.

[00:02:32]I would never sponsor anything about alcohol. I would never sponsor anything that's sexually driven. Um cuz I think a lot of those things get individuals in trouble, especially men.

[00:02:48]Sexual products, gambling products, alcohol products, a lot of those um a lot of those things take down good men.

[00:03:02]But because I'm not broke, guys, I don't have to chase sponsors. I don't have to accept any type of sponsorship because I need money.

[00:03:11]I don't have to do it because I don't need money like that.

[00:03:15]So that's the one thing guys about having money. It's true what they say.

[00:03:20]Money flows to you in abundance when you already have it because you can sit back and make strategic moves with your money that broke people can't make. So, you know, broke people can sit in my comments all day long trying to throw um jabs and digs all they want to, but Frank is getting to the money. I'm getting to the money the right and proper way. So, broke people can come to my comments and say whatever you want to say. Trying to throw as many digs that you want to say.

[00:03:56]It's not changing the fact that I'm getting to the money the proper way.

[00:04:02]because I have a great career that I've worked my ass off in my industry for years and years and years. Now I get paid very well for what I do.

[00:04:14]I um I invest my money on a consistent b basis. Been doing it for over 18 years.

[00:04:22]I don't have to chase money.

[00:04:25]Money comes to me in abundance. When I went and bought when I went and bought the vet, I transferred some money to my um bank account, right? And um I went into the bank cuz I needed the cash. I wanted the cash. So, I went into the bank cuz I had to withdraw a large sum of cash.

[00:04:45]And um and the teller was like, "Mr. Davis, uh she looks she's like, "I'm looking over your account." And I said, "You have a a lot of activity."

[00:04:57]um on a continuous basis, consistent basis.

[00:05:02]Seemed like she basically said, "I'll move a lot of money in and out of my account." Basically, what she was saying. And she said, "Um, would you like to speak to one of our investment professionals uh to see what how we can help you um take this money and and make more money?"

[00:05:19]See, when you have money, banks want to give you money. When you have money, banks want to give you money. When your ass is broke, bank don't want to give you Bank don't want to give you when you don't have no money.

[00:05:36]See guys, we got to understand this whole system is a game.

[00:05:41]It's a entire game that it once you learn to play this game, you can get truly wealthy.

[00:05:51]you can get truly wealthy.

[00:05:54]So I I explained to the teller I said, "You know what? I'll think about it, but I have a lot of investments that I'm happy with. You know, I'm really not the type of person. I'm not investing through a bank. You know, I just when I invest, it's going to be through brokerage through brokerage firms. I'm not investing through no bank. That's just my personal preference.

[00:06:13]um unless I get a CD or something like that, which CDs right now, the interest rates on CDs are just I want fast growth right now because I'm in the wealth building stage of my life. So, I want I want wealth that's building quickly um compounding quickly. Once I get out of the wealth stage of my life, wealth building stage of my life and get into the wealth preserver versus stage of my life, then I'll may look into some CDs and things of that nature. But when broke people have to chase money and they still don't get it because they're chasing it. It's a fact, guys.

[00:06:47]It's just it's just the aura that you bring. But when you have money, when you have money, legitimately, banks want to give you money.

[00:07:00]I get all all type of loan um junk mail to my house. you know, we we want to give you this loan, you know, because it, you know, they because they can run, you know, soft pools on credit scores and things of that nature, send you offers and things of that nature because they know you got good credit and things of that nature.

[00:07:19]But yeah, when it when it comes to sponsorships, guys, I don't have to chase money. I already have money. If if a sponsor doesn't align with my values, I'm not going to sponsor the product. I don't care about the money. I already have money.

[00:07:35]But when you broke, nobody wants to give you money. Nobody wants to give you money when your ass is broke.

[00:07:43]So people can say what they want to say about wealth building. You got negative broke people who want to say negative things about wealth building, but man, it's better to be on the side of building wealth than be on the side of broke. Simple as that.

[00:07:57]Like a friend of like a family member of mine on the uh channel says, I've been broke and I've been rich. Rich is always better. So guys, have a great day. I'm on a three-day weekend. I'm off Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Took another vacation day Monday. I like just taking long extended weekends here and there.
