The judge’s decision to prioritize the perpetrators' cognitive deficits over the victims' trauma reflects a disturbing trend where judicial empathy is weaponized against the pursuit of actual justice. It is a classic example of institutional over-intellectualization failing the most basic requirements of public safety and moral clarity.

Gypsy travellers committed a horrific crime - and the judge let them walk freeHinzugefügt:
There's a shocking case that shows how activist judges have taken over the judiciary and are a soft touch. I'll summarize it. So, Gypsy Travelers committed a premeditated gang rape of a child. It lasted 90 minutes. They filmed the attack. They laughed at the child they're raping. They encouraged their friends to rape her. They mocked the child asking why do you look sad? They know they won't be punished. So, they rape an even younger child. A different incident. They rape an even younger child at knife point. Cut her clothes off with knives. The child victims are obviously left petrified and wanting to die. Life-changing life-changing crimes against these children. The judge praises the gang rapists behavior in court. And the judge lets them walk free, saying, "I should avoid criminalizing you unnecessarily." He gives them youth rehabilitation orders where they get to go to a nice office and sit down with some sort of counselor who's going to who's going to talk over their feelings. So, other gang rapists now know that activist judges have effectively decriminalized the violent gang rape of British children. And none of this is accidental, but I'll give you the full account as reported in the papers. So, a teenage traveler gang who filmed themselves raping lone school girls in two separate sex attacks have avoided jail. Two 14-year-old boys targeted one of their victims, 15, on Snapchat before luring her to an underpass where they laughed and filmed themselves as they raped her. Two months later, the pair, this time joined by a third boy aged just 13, gang raped a second school girl at knife point while again recording the attack on their phones as they goed each other to degrade her further. The trio, all from the Traveler community, were convicted of rape in March following a fiveweek trial with the two older boys also found guilty of taking indecent images of a child relating to the recordings they made of their attacks. But all three defendants were handed youth rehabilitation orders instead of jail sentences during a hearing at Southampton Crown Court as a judge told them, "None of you need to go to prison." The soft touch sentence quickly provoked a furious backlash with a senior Tory MP telling the Daily Mail it was a sickening case of soft justice.
The first 14-year-old asalent, who is now 15, was given a three-year youth rehabilitation order with requirements of intensive surveillance and supervision for 180 days after being convicted of two counts of rape and one count of taking indecent images of a child. The second 14-year-old attacker, also now 15, was likewise given a three-year youth rehabilitation order with the same requirements for six counts of rape. Well, the 13-year-old attacker, now 14, was handed an 18-month rehabilitation order after being convicted of two counts of rape. Youth rehabilitation orders are a community sentence for under 18s, which carry a range of different requirements such as unpaid work. Judge Nicholas Roland told the boys, "None of you need to go to prison today." He said the boys are very young, had low intelligence, a limited understanding of consent, and were susceptible to peer pressure. The judge also praised the boys for their conduct during the trial, saying, "I think of you as very young, and none of you have been in any big trouble before." Ah, as long as they hadn't done it before.
Jesus, you have all done very well with the restrictions put in place throughout the trial.
You You've done well with the restrictions put in place surrounding the trial. Has this guy got any empathy for the victims whatsoever? Has this guy got children himself? This judge, has he got daughters?
Shadow home secretary Chris Phelp condemned the sentence, saying, "These despicable traveler youths should have been jailed. This is a sickening case of soft justice. Repeated gang rapes against school girls deserve the harshest penalties as a punishment and as a deterrent. This soft judge is sending a signal that these appalling crimes will go without proper punishment, encouraging other offenders.
But the Labor government, the Labor government claimed it wants to have violence against women and girls. But rape is up almost 10% under Labor. And with soft sentences like this, it's no surprise. Here we've got some photos of the boys. Obviously, their identity has to be hidden because uh you know that that would be a terrible breach of their their human rights uh if these poor little lambs were identified. Here they are. Describes himself as big boss.
Yeah, your classic child thing. Here's another one throwing a gang shape, uh, taking a photo of himself.
Here's another one with a with a whippet and a big torch.
Jeez. So, Judge Rowan said that the first boy had been diagnosed with ADHD and long-standing anxiety, which made him more open to peer pressure. Oh, the poor lamb. Doesn't it just make your heart bleed? He said that the second boy fell to into the bottom 1% in IQ for his age and he had been diagnosed with ADHD while the third boy had low intellectual capacity and had a limited understanding of consent. The judge told the defendants, "I have to remember that you are not small adults. I have to think how likely you are to do serious things again and I need to make sure you do not do serious things again in the future."
Well, you've hardly deterred them. Like what? They're they're going to have they're going to have a curfew. They're going to have a curfew. So, they've got to return to their traveler site. All three boys have been made subject to a 10-year restraining order against their victims. Oh, so they've got to wait 10 years before they can go and attack their victims again. You know, they're going to be walking around in the same area. The the victims could bump into could bump into these guys. These guys should be in jail and should be released into the sea. As far as I'm concerned, the victim of the first incident came to court for the sentencing hearing and screened from the view of the boys read her victim impact statement as well as a poem she had written directed towards her attackers. She described how her mental health had deteriorated since the incident leading her to isolate herself from her friends. She said, "I was caught off guard. I never want that to happen again. I will never get that innocence back again." The poem included the line, "All I want to do is die. I no longer have fear for when that comes."
She added, "No one deserves the trauma of being raped." In a statement read on behalf of the second victim, she said her school attendance had suffered and added, "I often feel overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally exhausted to the point where sitting in a classroom becomes unbearable." She described suffering nightmares and struggling to sleep. And added, "I feel ashamed, insecure, and uncomfortable in my own body. The person I was before the instant is completely gone. And sometimes I feel like I'm grieving the person I used to be."
So this these attacks happened uh seven weeks apart last winter in Fordingbridge which is a wealthy and gentile Hampshire town on the edge of the New Forest and both girls targeted were 15. Uh one girl described feeling trapped and their abusers laughed while they raped her and filmed it. In both instance, prosecutors said that the girls were outnumbered.
The defendants, one of whom had previously styled himself as a gangster, laughed at the girls and filmed their horrifying ordeal on a mobile phone.
Oh my god. Jesus. She said her tormentors kept switching, taking turns to rape her and laughed at her as they filmed each other. After the sexual attack finally ended, the boys asked her, "Why do you look so sad?" and bought her a soft drink to cheer her up before leaving her by a bus stop. So, absolutely no absolutely no concern for the for the victim whatsoever. The justice system has totally inverted its priorities. Two school girls were raped, filmed, and humiliated. And the state response, as we've seen before, as we've seen with the grooming gangs, wasn't custody, but youth rehabilitation orders. Oh, we must we must ignore this.
We must treat this with kid gloves. The boys welfare becomes the central concern and the girls trauma is just a background detail. Like he said, we need to avoid criminalizing the offenders unnecessarily. That's an insane phrase in a rape case. Of course, you need to criminalize them. They're criminals.
This wasn't childish stupidity. It's organized premeditated sexual violence.
And filming the attacks makes it worse, not less serious. This wasn't just rape.
It was rape plus degradation, humiliation, social media style trophy taking. So the girls know that they've got this weapon. The boys have this weapon. They can they can share this this footage with whoever and destroy their, you know, add extra humiliation to the to the crime anytime they want.
And this this film has obviously been distributed amongst other amongst the friends of the boys. And now that they've seen that nothing happens if you get convicted, if you get caught, what's going to stop them doing it? It's interesting that this happened in a posh area that's got a a traveler site near it because we're always told, "Oh, it's it's so terrible the the prejudice against travelers." Like all prejudice, it's pretty much all just based on the behavior of the travelers. And we're seeing this in a in a wealthy area. I mean, if one good thing comes from this, it's the fact that wealthy people tend to have more political influence. So, they can maybe stop this happening because we've seen this happen before in Balamina in Northern Ireland. There's a similar thing. It was Roma gypsies there. It wasn't. These are these are, you know, Irish travelers. Roma gypsies committed a similar crime in Balamina.
The authorities did nothing.
They they didn't remove the the the problem community. So, people took to the streets and they burned that community out. And obviously, it's terrible when people resort to violence, but that's what the authorities are doing. That's what the establishment is doing. When it doesn't deal with these crimes, man, there's no father. There's no father in that community who's like, "Oh, well, I feel that justice has been done now. This is fine now." People are going to be furious and they're going to want to exact revenge and they're going to want to deter anybody from doing it to their daughters. So, the establishment is essentially pushing people into vigilanteism, which is an incredibly dangerous thing for the establishment to do.
Britain jails people for words but rehabilitates boys who rape girls. Like people see the aggressive policing of tweets and Facebook posts and offensive speech and then they see the rapist school girls spare spared jail because they're young, troubled, low IQ or vulnerable. It's morally deranged. The victims got the life sentence. They got lifelong trauma. And we always see low intelligence and ADHD being used as an excuse. The reports say that the court heard about the cognitive impairment, the anxiety of the boys. How does this erase the seriousness of overpowering, threatening, filming, and raping girls?
If a defense lawyer says, "Your honor, my client is too [ __ ] to understand that gang raping children is wrong."
Then the judge shouldn't be like, "Well, if he's if he's too [ __ ] to understand that this is a crime, we must let him go free into society." No. He's too stupid to know that this is a crime.
He should be locked away. He should get a longer sentence. What was it? Boule, the president of El Salvador said, "Kindness to criminals is cruelty to victims." But anyway, if you'd like to call for a review of this sentencing, you can submit a request to the government. I'll put the link below.
