I've had three jobs in three and a half years and I'm not worried about looking bad because I've always had good reason for my career growth. I left my first job after 6 months because they wouldn't allow me to use my coding skills. I left my second job after 2 years because I couldn't find the type of machine learning work that I was looking for. I clearly communicate this in all of my interviews and emphasize my desire to learn. As I get further into my career, I will not be making as many job changes cuz you eventually do want to start showing stability and hopefully growth in a company. If you've been same job for a while, I highly recommend you go and apply for new ones and see what happens.
