This is a sophisticated guide to finding personal sanctuary in a digital age, though it leans dangerously close to intellectual escapism. It effectively teaches how to survive the fire, but stops short of asking how to extinguish it.

STILL ANGRYAdded:
[clears throat] [music] >> Oh my goodness, bro.
You burned up.
Poison ivy literally burning me to hell up, man. I don't know if I'm if I'm going to have to go get me a a uh a shot or something from the from the hospital or whatever, but it is on my ass and it will not go away, guys.
Kind of like this anger that I'm having in me right now, man. You saw I did had my exercises in this morning, um my morning meditations.
And uh well, now they got a freaking generator going off over there.
Oh, man, there's things that you can't control in this world, man, and I am suffering through that right now. We may be taking it inside. All right, whatever. I can guess it wasn't too bad.
I just took a took a listen back and it wasn't that loud. Uh so, yeah. All right, anyway, so yeah, things that I can't control, man. That is uh affecting my inner peace, man. Um you get online in the mornings or anytime in the day really, you know, and there's just always something um seems to be manufactured, too, you know, worked up to get us all at each other's throats, you know. And um uh it's part of what kind of gets to me this morning, you know, in that like um this meditation, it did help me out a little bit this morning kind of overcome some of these angers and uh fears that, you know, have been put in me. And um part of me is wondering if that's even the right way to kind of go about it, man, you know?
Feeling kind of guilty for finding peace in like a chaotic situation that is created to to to to anger you, you know?
And these they're created by by offending you by by committing acts of of wrongdoings against against you, against your fellow man, against your demographic.
And it seems to be big against like conservatism and religion, you know, for a while now, you know, and um and like the double standards really just kind of anger me, you know, and I feel like we're just being kind of like corralled into our own little killing fields, man, as it were, you know, and we're being told that that it's that it's not what we think it is, that it's not a big deal, that um history, this, that, and the third, you know, while we suffer um we suffer today, you know what I mean?
And um you know, I find that inner peace in me, you know, because like you're not going to find it outwardly, apparently, you know, there's there's way too much evil and darkness in the world right now to um to actually find any peace in it. I guess there are pockets of light online and in the world, you know, you just have to seek it out, you know, but it used to be a lot a lot different.
It used to be pockets of dark in a light world, you know, and it just seems like everything is getting twisted around and stuff. And you know, I'm finding myself trying to find peace and calm within myself, you know what I mean?
Within this chaos that I can't control, that I but I feel like I can fight, man, you know what I mean? I feel like I want to fight it, you know? I feel like like I need to speak up, I need to speak out, you know, but I just don't really know what to say, you know what I mean? Where where it may offend the wrong people or um uh a be a talking point a mouth a mouthpiece for the light right or the left, you know what I mean? Um whenever it's really we the people against some larger darker system, you know what I mean, that um has us all at each other's throats, you know, while they kind of do their, you know, their their dark deeds, you know, in the middle.
And um you know, I'm just I'm so twisted up, man, as as to whether, you know, I I stay the light the the way of light and peace, you know what I mean, or you know, whether I lash out, you know, and just and just even saying that, you know, what I mean, feels wrong. Hey, Lily.
Come here, Lily. Cuz, you know, I I I all this anger Oh, come here.
All this anger and and hate, you know what I mean, we all have it, you know, what I mean, and we all contribute, you know, to Hey, baby.
to that pot, you know, to this to this ball of of energy, you know, what I mean, that that we create, you know, living on this earth together.
And um you know, when I think about it like that, I see myself >> [laughter] >> All right. High jump. Bye.
>> [laughter] >> Kitty fur.
Oh, man.
God damn cats.
>> [laughter] >> But [clears throat] uh you know, when I think about it like that, you know, and then I think about myself like speaking up on how I feel and fighting back, I almost I see myself as contributing to that pot, you know, what I mean?
And it's just Oh, man.
I feel like inaction just leads us, you know, to our own doom, you know, what I mean?
And like certain action uh leads us to our own doom, you know, what I mean? Like Oh, man, I just I'm real twisted up right now. I'm trying to do good cuz I know that's what's right. Every time that you fall into that bad, that negative, or or you listen to that little voice in your head that says, "Hey, do this. Do that." You know what I mean? And you do it, and then that little voice is right there telling you, "You dumb ass."
>> [laughter] >> "What the hell were you thinking? Why are you listening to me? You knew that was a bad idea."
You know?
And it's bad, and it's good, and it's twisted up, you know? And and I don't want to be one of those ones that I don't know. You know, an extremist, I guess you can say. You know what I mean?
Um that just falls headfirst into their one-way thinking, you know? And uh wage war on the world because uh uh your way is on its way out, I guess you could say. I don't you know, I don't know.
I know life's all about change and transition and stuff, you know? But then when I see all these like just uh in- injustices, you know what I mean?
Take place, you know? And and and and uh you know, just like our our courts and and and and our social, political, justice, all of it is just being turned around and twisted up and and and uh uh abused, you know what I mean? You see these people that commit the the the worst crimes, you know what I mean?
They're out on this like uh reform type form of justice or whatever where they, you know, there is no justice. Uh uh the families, they suffer.
You know? Um churches, you know, these these churches that got uh bum-rushed a few weeks back or a couple months back by Don Lemon and and and their you know, extremist activists, you know?
They get cheered at the damn Grammys.
What? They give Don Lemon was it a Grammy's or the Emmy's or whatever? They give him a standing freaking ovation.
You know what I mean?
Charlie Kirk, you know what I mean? The whole freaking like what was that the Netflix comedy roast of of Kevin Hart the other the other night, you know what I mean? They made jokes about everybody. Charlie Kirk, everybody laughed. They made jokes about freaking George Floyd and the left is going freaking crazy, you know what I mean?
They're whipping up their whole damn uh uh uh uh unfair, unjust. And that's usually how it is, you know what I mean? When all these people that are being treated, you know, bias and and are given these special privileges and stuff, you know what I mean? When they do find themselves being treated, you know, equally, uh they call it injustice, you know?
And uh and and it just feels like we're being forced to live like a certain injustice, you know what I mean? That is hard for me to freaking swallow.
Uh it's so hard for me to look inside myself and find that peace whenever I look around and I see my fellow man, brother and sister, uh you know, just suffering, going through it, you know, this this this this whole uh uh sociopolitical change that has just turned our world completely upside down, you know?
America's not America anymore. England's not England, Germany's not Germany, France isn't France, Italy isn't Italy, you know?
They're trying to blend us all into to to one non-identifiable mass, you know, by breaking us all down, you know what I mean? And then blending us all up, you know, you just take everybody's faiths and beliefs and and and and their their their uh their cultures and their values and you just ball it up and toss it out for your own new way of of thinking and and and and and being, you know? And um man, I really refuse to be corralled like that. I've never been the type to to to uh walk the line, you know. I've always danced to the beat of my own drum. I've always followed my own heart.
And I'm trying to find that right now, you know, a certain amount of fight back, certain amount of like stand up, you know what I mean, with being a good person and and and and and kindness and compassionate compassion, you know, cuz within that kindness and compassion and calm, you're going to find the clarity, you know, to realize what it is exactly you're fighting for and how to fight for it, you know.
You ever got into a fistfight and just went black, you know, you're you you just went blank, you don't see nothing and you just Sometimes you get your ass whooped that way.
>> [laughter] >> It's not good to go in a fight just uh blind with rage and just swinging, you know, you need to know exactly what you're against, you know, you need to be focused, you need to be strong, mind, body, and spirit, and calculated, you know.
And um so that's what I'm trying to be. I'm trying to be a strong man. I'm trying to be a kind man, but I want to be a man of faith and values and somebody who stands up for something, you know, rather than just this sucker that'll fall for any damn thing, you know, which seems to be the case more and more we are drawn into this hyperreality, you know, that is uh our algorithm, you know what I mean, that is uh uh our search bar our our our our Twitter feed, you know.
So, and these are all, you know, controlled by the people that are controlling, you know, the masses behind the curtains also, the great wizards of Oz, you know.
They're the creators of the internet, Facebook, Twitter, the new norm that they're trying to bestow upon us, you know? And also in a way in this age of AI, you know, in this new coming technological future that we have upon us, you know, changing everything, you know, lots so many more people that are going to be losing jobs and unemployed and and uh without hope or not yeah, hope or meaning, you know what I mean? You kind of all you kind of need to have that something that you can hold on to, you know what I mean? That purpose, that meaning.
You know?
That realism. You need to kind of get off the computers and off your phones, touch grass, do a little meditating. You almost need a little bit of both cuz like I say, I don't I don't want to be that blind man.
I don't want to just be blinded to the damn the dangers that are all around me, that are around us, you know what I mean? Because, you know, that's just foolish.
You know, that's suicidal empathy, you know, that's uh not seeing the forest for the trees, you know?
Hopeless romantic.
It's a foolhardy venture not to know what is going on around you, you know what I mean?
Um but how to act on that accordingly, you know? That's where I am right now, you know?
And how to and how to hold it in my heart cuz I don't want it to I don't want it to crush me, man. I don't want it to breed full anger like I was, you know, back whenever I was working.
Just had that just pumping in my head, you know, and I was just almost kind of feeding into it and stuff, you know?
Whenever both sides are both for the same side, really.
I mean, I guess they're all kind of like gangs fighting for power and stuff, but there is the ones that are truly in power, you don't know them. You don't know their names.
And they've got dark, weird, creative >> [laughter] >> plans for us in our future, so that's where I'm at today, man. Mental check-in.
I'm all jumbled up, man.
Stuck between my angels and my demons.
Between good and bad, right and wrong, reality and hyperreality, you know?
So, y'all pray for me, man.
Um And I'm going to continue to do this soul search and look at myself and the world honestly, you know, and who I am, who I want to be in this world, and and um uh uh I don't know what this world really is to me, you know, my faith and my values, you know?
And my friends, too, all of you. Cuz we're all in this together, aren't we?
And your faith and your values may not you know, but uh we should still be able to figure out a way to live together, you know?
And uh and prosper, you know, without, you know, uh trying to get trying trying to trying to cut up in in in into sections and divisions and trying to give more power to each division you know, certain groups and stuff when it, you know, we're all people. I don't know. I can keep going like this forever if y'all would listen. So, who knows?
Let me know what you think, man. I love you all. Check y'all later.
